Objectives: Autoimmune activation by COVID-19 infection/vaccination has been postulated to be responsible for initiating or reactivating multiple types of oral mucosal immune disorders. These include: oral lichen planus; oral pemphigoid; either bullous pemphigoid or mucous membrane pemphigoid with oral involvement; pemphigus vulgaris with oral involvement; and Sjögren disease. In addition, chronic conditions such as oral burning, xerostomia, or changes in taste and/or smell have also been linked to COVID-19 infection/vaccination. Data sources: Part 1 (mucosal conditions): an English-language literature review of Pubmed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Embase was performed searching cases of oral lichen planus, oral bullous pemphigoid, mucous membrane pemphigoid, pemphigus vulgaris, and COVID-19 infection/vaccination, with additional cases from the authors’ clinical practice presented. Part 2 (nonmucosal conditions): Cases of initiated or flared Sjögren disease, chronic oral burning, or xerostomia after COVID-19 infection/vaccination from the authors’ clinical practice were aggregated. Results: The literature review discovered 29 cases of oral lichen planus following COVID-19 infection/vaccination. For bullous pemphigoid, 10 cases were identified after infection/vaccination. The number of pemphigus vulgaris cases following infection/vaccination was 28. The majority of mucosal cases were reported after vaccination. Most reported initial disease, but a substantial amount included recurrences of existing diseases. Nonmucosal disease: Sjögren disease, chronic oral burning, or xerostomia after COVID-19 infection/vaccination cases totaled 12 cases identified from the authors’ clinical practice, with the majority occurring after infection. Conclusions: Chronic conditions after infection with COVID-19 or vaccination remain relatively rare and self-limited, yet reinforce the importance of comprehensive history taking involving COVID-19 to differentiate potential etiologic factors for these conditions. This article discusses a case report of a successful treatment of lichen planus pemphigoides (LPP) with tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor. LPP is a rare condition characterized by pruritic papules, plaques, and bullae on the skin. Previous treatments have shown limited efficacy, so alternative strategies such as JAK inhibitors have been explored. The patient in this case experienced significant improvement with tofacitinib, allowing for a gradual tapering of prednisolone. The article suggests that JAK inhibitors could be a promising treatment option for LPP by targeting the inflammatory processes and suppressing aberrant cytokine production. Background Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is the most common autoimmune blistering disease. Most patients are older and have associated multiple comorbidities. Topical and systemic corticosteroids are considered the first-line treatment for BP, and immunosuppressants are used as steroid-sparing treatments. However, both have side-effects and contraindications, which are even more common in this older population. New treatments targeting interleukins and receptors related to BP pathogenesis have been proposed to decrease these side-effects while achieving equal or better effectiveness and response rates. Omalizumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets IgE and has been proposed for the treatment of BP due to the evidence that IgE autoantibodies play an essential role in BP pathogenesis. Objectives To assess the efficacy and safety of omalizumab for the treatment of BP. Methods We carried out a multicentre, retrospective, observational study including patients diagnosed with BP who received omalizumab for ≥ 3 months from 15 tertiary hospitals in Spain. IgE levels prior to treatment were measured, and we evaluated the possible correlation with clinical response. We excluded patients treated with omalizumab for < 3 months, as we consider this duration to be insufficient for a comprehensive assessment of its efficacy. To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, we used the percentage of body surface area improvement. Results We included 36 patients. The vast majority had associated multiple comorbidities, and all patients had used other systemic therapies apart from corticosteroids before omalizumab. In total, 83% experienced some kind of treatment response and 42% of all patients treated achieved complete response. We did not find any correlation between higher IgE levels and a better response (P = 0.2). All patients tolerated omalizumab without reported side-effects. Conclusions Omalizumab is a good therapeutic alternative for BP as it provided clinical response in most patients, and nearly one-half of the cases achieved complete response. Bullous pemphigoid (BP), an autoimmune bullous dermatosis, occurs predominantly in older individuals. Nemolizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody against the interleukin (IL)‐31 receptor A, is used to treat severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in Japan. However, it can cause several adverse events, such as exacerbation of AD, erythema, and eosinophilia. Herein, we describe a case of prurigo‐type AD developing BP after nemolizumab administration. A 62‐year‐old man with prurigo‐type AD and asthma presented with serious, refractory itching. After nemolizumab injection, his pruritus was relieved for 2 days. However, on day 3, erythema with blisters and erosions suddenly appeared throughout his body. Pathological examination showed typical BP and the patient's serum anti‐BP180‐NC16a antibody level was 882.5 U/mL. Oral prednisolone (PSL) was initiated and nemolizumab was never used again. Despite high‐dose PSL, new blisters continued to develop, with a rapid elevation of anti‐BP180‐NC16a antibodies to 6930 U/mL. Adding high‐dose cyclosporine and intravenous gamma globulin reduced new blister formation after 9 weeks, and PSL and cyclosporine were gradually tapered. Dupilumab, an anti‐IL‐4 receptor antibody, was initiated after 16 weeks, resulting in continued remission without PSL and cyclosporine. The sudden occurrence of BP in this case suggested that the patient had occult BP before the nemolizumab initiation and that nemolizumab exacerbated BP and made it overt. Blocking the IL‐31 pathway may exacerbate inflammation in AD or BP, resulting in the acceleration of blister formation. This may be countered by blocking the IL‐4/13 pathway with dupilumab. Background Objectives Methods Results Conclusions Anti‐p200 pemphigoid is a rare autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease. Although the phenomenon of epitope spreading has been reported to be common in anti‐p200 pemphigoid, the association between its clinical and immunoserological features has yet to be elucidated.Our aim was to compare the clinical and immunoserological characteristics of anti‐p200 pemphigoid patients with and without epitope spreading.We performed a retrospective cohort study encompassing 30 patients with anti‐p200 pemphigoid between January 2015 and December 2022. The clinical and immunoserological characteristics of anti‐p200 pemphigoid were analyzed using combined immunoserological assays.Epitope spreading was observed in 11 of 30 patients (36.7%) with anti‐p200 pemphigoid. Compared with patients in the non‐epitope spreading group, patients in the epitope spreading group showed more heterogeneous clinical presentations (P = 0.018), a higher proportion of mucosal involvement (P = 0.003), higher Bullous Pemphigoid Disease Area Index (BPDAI) scores for skin erosions/blisters (P = 0.018), mucosal erosions/blisters (P = 0.001), activity (P = 0.017) and total scores (P = 0.022), and required a higher initial dose of prednisone for disease control (P = 0.040).This study supported the idea that anti‐p200 pemphigoid was prone to epitope spreading. Anti‐p200 pemphigoid patients with epitope spreading are more likely to present heterogeneous clinical phenotypes, frequent mucosal involvement, and a more severe and recalcitrant disease course. Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an autoimmune blistering disease primarily affecting the elderly, whereas cases of juvenile BP are rare. Both types of BP are typically mediated by autoantibodies targeting the NC16A region of BP180; however, a small subset of adult patient sera react to other regions of the protein. The incidence of a similar occurrence in juvenile BP is unknown. Linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD) is an acquired autoimmune subepidermal blistering disorder. Diagnosis always relies on skin pathology and direct immunofluorescence (DIF), with typical linear deposits of IgA along the basement membrane zone (BMZ). The typical clinical manifestation is tense bullae arranged like the "string of pearls" companied with severe pruritus. Dapsone is often considered first-line therapy for LABD, and it is necessary to test the HLA-B*1301 gene to prevent the occurrence of dapsone-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS). Background: Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an autoimmune disease characterized by the appearance of very pruritic subepidermal blisters. It appears mostly in the elderly and is associated with multiple comorbidities, which makes its management and treatment difficult. The purpose of this systematic review is to compile current information on published cases of BP treated with omalizumab (omalizumab) and dupilumab (dupilumab) in order to obtain information on clinical efficacy and safety data available. Methods: A literature search of all cases of BP treated with omalizumab/dupilumab published in the literature up to January 2024 was performed using the Pubmed database. After an exhaustive search, a total of 61 studies encompassing 886 patients met the inclusion criteria and were included in the review. Results: The majority of patients with BP treated with omalizumab/dupilumab presented a significant improvement in symptomatology, being very safe drugs with minimal side effects. The main limitation of the presented review is the quality of the included studies, most of them being case series or individual cases. The development of studies with a higher level of scientific evidence in the near future would be of great interest. Conclusions: Both omalizumab and dupilumab appear to be effective options for treating BP in patients refractory to other pharmacological therapies. Background: Numerous observational studies have identified associations between both psoriasis (PsO) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and autoimmune diseases (AIDs); however, the causality of these associations remains undetermined. Methods: We conducted a bidirectional two-sample Mendelian Randomization study to identify causal associations and directions between both PsO and PsA and AIDs, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Crohn's disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC), multiple sclerosis (MS), uveitis, bullous pemphigoid (BP), Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), vitiligo, and ankylosing spondylitis (AS). The causal inferences were drawn by integrating results from four regression models: Inverse Variance Weighting (IVW), MR-Egger, Weighted Median, and Maximum Likelihood. Furthermore, we performed sensitivity analyses to confirm the reliability of our findings. Results: The results showed that CD [IVW odds ratio (ORIVW), 1.11; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.06-1.17; P = 8.40E-06], vitiligo (ORIVW, 1.16; 95% CI, 1.05-1.28; P = 2.45E-03) were risk factors for PsO, while BP may reduce the incidence of PsO (ORIVW, 0.91; 95% CI, 0.87-0.96; P = 1.26E-04). CD (ORIVW, 1.07; 95% CI, 1.02-1.12; P = 0.01), HT (ORIVW, 1.23; 95% CI, 1.08-1.40; P = 1.43E-03), RA (ORIVW, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.02-1.21, P = 2.05E-02), AS (ORIVW, 2.18; 95% CI, 1.46-3.27; P = 1.55E-04), SLE (ORIVW, 1.04; 95% CI, 1.01-1.08; P = 1.07E-02) and vitiligo (ORIVW, 1.27; 95% CI, 1.14-1.42; P = 2.67E-05) were risk factors for PsA. Sensitivity analyses had validated the reliability of the results. Conclusions: Our study provides evidence for potential causal relationships between certain AIDs and both PsO and PsA. Specifically, CD and vitiligo may increase the risk of developing PsO, while CD, HT, SLE, RA, AS, and vitiligo may elevate the risk for PsA. Additionally, it is crucial to closely monitor the condition of PsO patients with specific AIDs, as they have a higher likelihood of developing PsA than those without AIDs. Bullous pemphigoid is an autoantibody-mediated subepidermal blistering disorder which develops predominately in patients of advanced age. Corticosteroids remain as the first line of treatment for this disorder, although for difficult-to-treat cases (relapsing, corticosteroid-dependent, corticosteroid-resistant) or where corticosteroids are contraindicated, conventional immunotherapy or newer biologic agents can be used (as adjuvant or monotherapy). (1) Background: Bullous morphea is an extremely rare form of localized scleroderma, a condition that is marked by the presence of sporadic and intermittent blisters on sclerodermatous skin. This condition stands out due to its rarity and the unique manifestation of blistering, which sets it apart from other forms of localized scleroderma. Due to the infrequent presentation of bullous morphea, there is a significant gap in our understanding of its pathogenesis. The exact mechanisms that lead to the development of this condition remain largely unknown, which poses a challenge for medical professionals in terms of both diagnosis and treatment. The limited number of reported cases makes it difficult to establish a standardized approach to managing this condition, and as a result, treatment options are often limited and may vary from one patient to another. (2) Methods: In this case report, we present a rare case of bullous morphea that manifested before the onset of autoimmune hepatitis. When morphea presents unusually or is resistant to traditional immunosuppressive treatment, a comprehensive assessment of possible concurrent autoimmune illnesses provoking the rash must be conducted. (3) Results: We report a successful case of bullous morphea treated with systemic corticosteroids following a diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis. (4) Conclusions: This case highlights the importance of considering overlapping autoimmune conditions in the management of bullous morphea and the potential efficacy of systemic corticosteroids in such scenarios. This manuscript reviews the significant skin manifestations of Lewy body disease, including Parkinson's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies, and the diagnostic utility of skin biopsy. Besides classic motor and cognitive symptoms, non-motor manifestations, particularly dermatologic disorders, can play a crucial role in disease presentation and diagnosis. This review explores the intricate relationship between the skin and Lewy body disease. Seborrheic dermatitis, autoimmune blistering diseases (bullous pemphigoid and pemphigus), rosacea, and melanoma are scrutinized for their unique associations with Parkinson's disease, revealing potential links through shared pathophysiological mechanisms. Advances in diagnostic techniques allow the identification of promising biomarkers such as α-synuclein in samples obtained by skin punch biopsy. Understanding the dermatologic aspects of Lewy body disease not only contributes to its holistic characterization but also holds implications for innovative diagnostic approaches. Bullous pemphigoid (BP), although a rare disease, is the most frequent subepidermal autoimmune disorder. Treatment with gliptins, used for type 2 diabetes, was reported as associated with BP onset. To identify HLA alleles that may reflect a higher susceptibility to BP in the Italian population, we analysed 30 patients affected by idiopathic bullous pemphigoid (IBP) and 86 gliptin‐associated BP (GABP) patients. A significant association between HLA‐DQB1*03:01 allele and IBP and GABP patients was found. Of note, both IBP and GABP were significantly associated with one of the following haplotypes: DRB1*11:01, DRB3*02:02, DQA1*05:05, DQB1*03:01 or DRB1*11:04, DRB3*02:02, DQA1*05:05 and DQB1*03:01. Background Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping healthcare, using machine and deep learning (DL) to enhance disease management. Dermatology has seen improved diagnostics, particularly in skin cancer detection, through the integration of AI. However, the potential of AI in automating immunofluorescence imaging for autoimmune bullous skin diseases (AIBDs) remains untapped. While direct immunofluorescence (DIF) supports diagnosis, its manual interpretation can hinder efficiency. The use of DL to classify DIF patterns automatically, including the intercellular (ICP) and linear pattern (LP), holds promise for improving the diagnosis of AIBDs. Objectives To develop AI algorithms for automated classification of AIBD DIF patterns, such as ICP and LP, in order to enhance diagnostic accuracy, streamline disease management and improve patient outcomes through DL-driven immunofluorescence interpretation. Methods We collected immunofluorescence images from skin biopsies of patients suspected of having an AIBD between January 2022 and January 2024. Skin tissue was obtained via a 5-mm punch biopsy, prepared for DIF. Experienced dermatologists classified the images as ICP, LP or negative. To evaluate our DL approach, we divided the images into training (n = 436) and test sets (n = 93). We employed transfer learning with pretrained deep neural networks and conducted fivefold cross-validation to assess model performance. Our dataset's class imbalance was addressed using weighted loss and data augmentation strategies. The models were trained for 50 epochs using Pytorch, achieving an image size of 224 × 224 pixels for both convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and the Swin Transformer. Results Our study compared six CNNs and the Swin Transformer for AIBD image classification, with the Swin Transformer achieving the highest average validation accuracy (98.5%). On a separate test set, the best model attained an accuracy of 94.6%, demonstrating 95.3% sensitivity and 97.5% specificity across AIBD classes. Visualization with Grad-CAM (class activation mapping) highlighted the model's reliance on characteristic patterns for accurate classification. Conclusions The study highlighted the accuracy of CNNs in identifying DIF features. This approach aids automated analysis and reporting, offering reproducibility, speed, data handling and cost-efficiency. Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a rare autoimmune bullous disease characterized by blistering of the skin and mucosa owing to the presence of autoantibodies against the desmosome proteins desmoglein 3 and occasionally in conjunction with desmoglein 1. Fundamental research into the pathogenesis of PV has revolutionized its treatment and outcome with rituximab, a B-cell-depleting therapy. The critical contribution of B cells to the pathogenesis of pemphigus is well accepted. However, the exact pathomechanism, mechanisms of onset, disease course and relapse remain unclear. In this narrative review, we provide an overview of the fundamental research progress that has unfolded over the past few centuries to give rise to current and emerging therapies. Furthermore, we summarize the multifaceted roles of B cells in PV, including their development, maturation and antibody activity. This article discusses the differences between checkpoint inhibitor-induced bullous pemphigoid (irBP) and spontaneous bullous pemphigoid (BP). The study compared patients with irBP to patients with BP and found that irBP patients were younger, had a shorter duration of disease, and had a better therapeutic response. However, irBP patients required permanent discontinuation of ICI therapy in 78% of cases. The article provides clinical characteristics and treatment information for both irBP and BP patients. The study also identified differentially expressed genes in irBP compared to BP and normal skin tissue, suggesting potential targets for irBP treatment. Background Objective Methods Results Conclusions The risk of life‐threatening major cardiovascular outcomes among patients with bullous pemphigoid (BP) is inconsistent in the current literature.To evaluate the risk and prognostic outcomes of myocardial infarction (MI), cerebrovascular accident (CVA), peripheral vascular disease (PVD) and pulmonary embolism (PE) in patients with BP. We additionally aimed to explore the influence of different therapeutic approaches on the risk of these outcomes.A population‐based retrospective cohort study was conducted to compare BP patients (n = 3924) with age‐, gender‐ and ethnicity‐matched control subjects (n = 19,280) with regard to incident cases of MI, CVA, PVD and PE. Adjusted hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were estimated by multivariate Cox regression analysis. Data were retrieved from Clalit Health Services' computerized database.Relative to their matched controls, patients with BP were at an elevated risk of MI (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.44; 95% CI: 1.14–1.81; p = 0.002), CVA (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.24; 95% CI: 1.06–1.45; p = 0.007), PVD (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.60; 95% CI: 1.27–2.03; p = 0.003) and PE (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.72; 95% CI: 1.28–2.32; p < 0.008). Patients with BP experienced heightened risk of all‐cause mortality in the presence of comorbid MI (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.61; 95% CI: 1.44–1.81; p < 0.001), CVA (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.70; 95% CI: 1.52–1.89; p < 0.001), PVD (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.38; 95% CI: 1.20–1.58; p < 0.001) and PE (fully‐adjusted HR: 1.44; 95% CI: 1.10–1.88; p = 0.007). The therapeutic approach utilized to manage BP did not significantly influence the risk of cardiovascular outcomes.BP is associated with an elevated risk of MI, CVA, PVD, PE and cardiovascular mortality. BACKGROUND Aortic diameters are related to age, sex, and body size. There is a scarcity of data on the long-term sequelae of a hypertensive response to exercise (HRE) on aortic diameters. In this retrospective cohort study, we aimed to evaluate the relationship between the growth rates of the aorta in individuals with a HRE. METHODS Our analysis included follow-up data of 649 patients recruited between January 2009 and December 2014 with a HRE. Participants with known connective tissue disease or a history of acute aortic syndrome were excluded. Sinus of Valsalva (SoV) and ascending aorta (AscAo) diameters were measured by transthoracic echocardiography using leading edge to leading edge convention at end-diastole. RESULTS At baseline, median age, maximum systolic blood pressure (BP), body mass index (BMI), diameter of the SoV, and AscAo were 62 years, 208 mm Hg, 26.9 kg/m2, 35 mm, and 35 mm respectively. 32% of patients were female and 67% had hypertension. After a median follow-up of 7.1 years, mean yearly growth rates (±SD) of the SoV and AscAo were 0.09 (0.41) mm and 0.13 (0.56) mm, respectively. No significant associations were observed between growth rates of aortic diameters and maximum systolic and diastolic BP or when considering only individuals with a baseline diameter >40 mm. CONCLUSIONS In this large cohort study, maximum systolic and diastolic BP during exercise showed no association with growth rates of aortic diameters. Background and Objectives: Dapsone (DP) is employed in the management of various skin conditions, including autoimmune bullous diseases to non-enzymes (n-eAIBDs). This study aimed to assess the advantages and safety profile of DP treatment in n-eAIBDs patients. The evaluation focused on clinical remission, reduction in glucocorticosteroid (GCS) usage, and adverse incidents during a 12-month observation in a dermatology department at a Central European university. Materials and Methods: Our retrospective study included forty-one patients who met the inclusion criteria, comprising nineteen with pemphigus vulgaris, nine with pemphigus foliaceus, four with bullous pemphigoid, and nine with mucous membrane pemphigoid, including one patient with Brunsting–Perry pemphigoid. Patients received 25–50 mg/day of DP along with oral GCSs for a year, with a subsequent dose reduction where feasible. Results: The mean decreases in prednisone-equivalent dosages across all groups after 2, 6, and 12 months of DP treatment were 45.66%, 65.77%, and 63.03%, respectively. Throughout the 12-month observation period, 21.62% of patients experienced a relapse, while the remaining patients attained either complete or partial remission with minimal therapy. Adverse incidents were observed in 29.27% of patients; these were mild or moderate, and no severe negative effects were observed. Conclusions: DP is an effective and affordable choice to support the treatment of n-eAIBDs, but it may not be sufficient for long-term management in certain patients with severe n-eAIBDs. Few studies included objective blood pressure (BP) to construct the predictive model of severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This study used binary logistic regression model (BLRM) and the decision tree method (DTM) to constructed the predictive models for identifying severe OSA, and to compare the prediction capability between the two methods. Totally 499 adult patients with severe OSA and 1421 non‐severe OSA controls examined at the Sleep Medicine Center of a tertiary hospital in southern Taiwan between October 2016 and April 2019 were enrolled. OSA was diagnosed through polysomnography. Data on BP, demographic characteristics, anthropometric measurements, comorbidity histories, and sleep questionnaires were collected. BLRM and DTM were separately applied to identify predictors of severe OSA. The performance of risk scores was assessed by area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCs). In BLRM, body mass index (BMI) ≥27 kg/m2, and Snore Outcomes Survey score ≤55 were significant predictors of severe OSA (AUC 0.623). In DTM, mean SpO2 <96%, average systolic BP ≥135 mmHg, and BMI ≥39 kg/m2 were observed to effectively differentiate cases of severe OSA (AUC 0.718). The AUC for the predictive models produced by the DTM was higher in older adults than in younger adults (0.807 vs. 0.723) mainly due to differences in clinical predictive features. In conclusion, DTM, using a different set of predictors, seems more effective in identifying severe OSA than BLRM. Background: Pemphigoid diseases constitute a group of autoimmune blistering disorders characterized by subepithelial blistering. The association between pemphigoid diseases and both end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) and its treatment is notable. However, there is limited evidence about the management of pemphigoid diseases in patients with ESKD. This systematic review compiled case reports and relevant studies, summarized the underlying mechanisms of pemphigoid diseases in patients with ESKD, and summarized the efficacy of various therapies. Methods: A systematic search of PubMed and Embase was performed for articles published between 1982 to June 2, 2024. Results: Fifty-three case reports and eight relevant studies were included. Triggers for pemphigoids in patients with ESKD included materials used to treat ESKD, immune dysregulation of patients with ESKD, and rejection of renal allograft. Treatment for these patients included removing triggers, as well as administering of corticosteroids, mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), tetracyclines, rituximab, methotrexate, dapsone, azathioprine, cyclosporine, intravenous immunoglobin (IVIG), plasmapheresis, and Janus kinase inhibitors. Conclusion: Removing triggers is the most effective strategy. Despite their suboptimal efficacy, corticosteroids remain the most commonly used agents in this patient population. MMF, tetracyclines, and rituximab are less used but with benefits. There are significant adverse effects associated with methotrexate treatment. Background: Successful HIV treatment programs have turned HIV into a chronic condition, but noncommunicable diseases such as hypertension jeopardize this progress. Hypertension control rates among people with HIV (PWH) are low owing to gaps in patient awareness, diagnosis, effective treatment, and management of both conditions at separate clinic visits. Integrated management, such as in our study, InterCARE, can enhance HIV-hypertension integration and blood pressure (BP) control. Methods: Our pilot study was conducted in two Botswana HIV clinics between October 2021 and November 2022. Based on our formative work, we adopted three main strategies; Health worker training on HTN/cardiovascular disease (CVD) management, adaptation of HIV Electronic Health Record (EHR) for HTN/CVD care, and use of treatment partners to support PWH with hypertension for implementation. We employed the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance (RE-AIM) framework to assess implementation effectiveness and outcomes for BP control at baseline, 6 and 12 months. HIV viral load (VL) suppression was also measured to assess impact of integration on HIV care. Results: We enrolled 290 participants; 35 (12.1%) were lost to follow-up, leaving 255 (87.9%) at 12-months. Median age was 54 years (IQR 46–62), and 77.2% were females. Our interventions significantly improved BP control to < 140/90 mmHg (or < 130/80 mmHg if diagnosis of diabetes or chronic kidney disease), from 137/290 participants, 47.2% at baseline to 206/290 participants, 71.0%, at 12 months (p < 0.001). Among targeted providers, 94.7% received training, with an associated significant increase in counseling on exercise, diet, and medication (all p < 0.001) but EHR use for BP medication prescribing and cardiovascular risk factor evaluation showed no adoption. In the intention-to-treat analysis, HIV VL suppression at 12 months decreased (85.5% vs 93.8%, p = 0.002) due to loss to follow-up but the per protocol analysis showed no difference in VL suppression between baseline and 12 months (97.3% vs 93.3%, p = 0.060). Conclusion: The InterCARE pilot study demonstrated that low-cost practical support measures involving the integration of HIV and hypertension/CVD management could lead to improvements in BP control. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the associations between changes in blood pressure (BP) and cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). Methods: This study included 401 participants in the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sub-study conducted between 2018 and 2020 as a part of the Multidomain Interventions to Delay Dementia and Disability in Rural China project. MRI markers of CSVD were assessed based on international criteria. Individualized linear regression models evaluated changes in BP by estimating the trend of blood pressure changes over time and fitting a straight line from 2014 to 2018. The data were analyzed using logistic and general linear regression models. Result: The mean age of the participants was 64.48 ± 2.69 years, with 237 (59.1%) being females. Increases in systolic BP in later life were significantly associated with larger volumes of periventricular white matter hyperintensity (WMH), greater perivascular spaces in the basal ganglia (BG-PVS) burden, and the presence of deep lacunes and cerebral microbleeds. Additionally, increases in diastolic BP in later life were significantly associated with the presence of infratentorial and deep lacunes. Background: Pilomatricoma (PM) is a cutaneous benign neoplasm derived from the hair matrix. It clinically presents as a solitary and firm nodule overlying normal epidermis and is usually not easy to be noticed at early stage. Nevertheless, when special bullous lesion occurs in a short time or even ulcerates, preoperative diagnosis by a dermatologist is often challenging especially when the pediatric patients refuse biopsy. Case presentation: We present six bullous PM cases and particularly conduct correlation analysis on the dermotoscopy and histopathology detection data. The basic information, medical history, symptoms and lesion morphology results of the patients were also provided. We found that the incidence of bullous PM was higher in females than in males, and most patients were adolescents and the predilection location seem to be consistent in the vaccine injection site. The dermatoscopic features of bullous PM reported were luminous yellow structure below, with gray-blue homogeneous areas and branched capillary. The histological features were consistent with PM, and evident epidermis bullae were above the tumor with extraordinary dilation of lymphangion in the upper dermis. The patients described in this study were Chinese patients in Han population included 4 females and 2 males, coincidentally, they are almost teen-age, respectively are 5,11,17,19,21,22 year-old. Conclusions: This study reported and analyzed the dermotoscopy and clinical characteristics of bullous PM, dermotoscopy may guide as a rapid and reliable technique in bullous PM diagnosis. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the management of vascular risk factors, with a specific focus on understanding the various factors affecting risk factor control through an in-depth analysis of clinical data and a longitudinal follow-up of patients who have experienced ischemic strokes. Methods: A total of 1,572 participants were included in the analysis. We assessed thresholds for blood pressure (BP), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels to uncover the contextual conditions and factors affecting vascular risk factor control. Moreover, the study also scrutinized medication compliance at intervals of 3, 6, and 12 months postonset. Logistic regression was used to adjust for confounding factors. Results: At 3, 6, and 12 months, BP,LDL, hemoglobin control targets were achieved in 50.7, 51.8, and 50.6%; 51.5, 59.4, and 50.6%; 48.1, 44.0, and 48.4%,respectively. Notably, age was associated with the achievement of BP control (odds ratio [OR], 0.96; 95% confidence intervals [CI], 0.94-0.98; p < 0.0001). Ethnic minorities (OR, 4.23; 95% CI, 1.19-15.09; p = 0.02) and individuals with coronary heart disease (OR, 0.5; 95% CI, 0.3-1.0; p = 0.05) experienced decreased BP control ratios. A previous history of stroke (OR, 1.7; 95% CI, 1.0-2.8; p = 0.03) and unrestricted alcohol consumption (OR, 3.3; 95% CI, 1.0-11.1; p = 0.05) was significantly associated with the achievement of lipid control. Furthermore, lifestyle modifications were significantly correlated with the achievement of BP control (OR, 0.19; 95% CI, 0.12-0.30; p < 0.01), blood glucose control (OR, 0.03; 95% CI, 0.01-0.08; p < 0.01), and blood lipid control (OR, 0.26; 95% CI, 0.16-0.42; p < 0.01). The absence of regular physical activity was associated with lower rates of glycemic (OR, 0.14; 95% CI, 0.06-0.36; p < 0.01) and lipid controls (OR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.33-0.90; p = 0.01). Over time, overall medication compliance declined. Conclusion: Within the cohort of patients under medication, the compliance rate concerning vascular risk factors remains unsatisfactory. Attention should be paid to compliance with secondary prevention medications and enhance the control of vascular risk factors, as compliance emerges as the key to effective prevention. Background Despite the high burden of anxiety and hypertension in Hispanic/Latino adults, little is known about their association in this population. Purpose To examine the associations of anxiety symptoms with 6-year changes in blood pressure (BP) and incident hypertension in Hispanic/Latino adults. Methods We examined data from a probability sample of 10,881 Hispanic/Latino persons aged 18–74 who attended visits 1 (V1; 2008–2011) and 2 (V2; 2014–2017) of the Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL), a prospective cohort study. Anxiety symptoms were assessed at V1 using the 10-item Spielberger Trait Anxiety Scale (M = 17.1; Range = 10–40) and dichotomized using a cut-point of 20, the highest quartile in this cohort. BP was measured at both visits using a standardized protocol. Results Adults with elevated anxiety symptoms had a 1.02 mm Hg greater increase in systolic (p  = .02) and a 0.75 mm Hg greater increase in diastolic BP (p  = .02) over 6.1 years than those with lower symptoms, after adjusting for sociodemographic and clinical covariates. These associations differed by sex. Elevated anxiety was associated with a greater increase in systolic and diastolic BP in men only. Among persons without hypertension at V1 (N = 7,412), those with elevated anxiety symptoms at V1 had a 22% higher incidence of hypertension (p  = .02) 6.1 years later. Conclusions Our findings underscore the importance of screening for and treating elevated anxiety symptoms to help prevent hypertension. Background: Individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs) have increased risk for developing chronic conditions, though few studies assess rates of diagnosis of these conditions among patients with SUDs. Objective: To compare rates of undiagnosed hypertension and diabetes among patients with and without an SUD. Design: Cross-sectional analysis using electronic health record (EHR) data from 58 primary care clinics at a large, urban, healthcare system in New York. Participants: Patients who had at least two primary care visits from 2019–2022 were included in our patient sample. Patients without an ICD-10 hypertension diagnosis or prescribed hypertension medications and with at least two blood pressure (BP) readings ≥ 140/90 mm were labeled 'undiagnosed hypertension,' and patients without a diabetes diagnosis or prescribed diabetes medications and with A1C/hemoglobin ≥ 6.5% were labeled 'undiagnosed diabetes.' Main Measures: We calculated the mean number of patients with and without an ICD-10 SUD diagnosis who were diagnosed and undiagnosed for each condition. We used multivariate logistic regression to assess the association between being undiagnosed for each condition, and having an SUD diagnosis, patient demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics (body mass index, Elixhauser comorbidity count, diagnosed HIV and psychosis), the percentage of visits without a BP screening, and the total number of visits during the time period. Key Results: The percentage of patients with undiagnosed hypertension (2.74%) and diabetes (22.98%) was higher amongst patients with SUD than patients without SUD. In multivariate models, controlling for other factors, patients with SUD had significantly higher odds of having undiagnosed hypertension (OR: 1.81; 95% CI: 1.48, 2.20) and undiagnosed diabetes (OR: 1.93; 1.72, 2.16). Being younger, female, and having an HIV diagnosis was also associated with significantly higher odds for being undiagnosed. Pulmonary hypertension (PH) and cardiac dysfunction are established comorbidities of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). However, there is very little data focusing on arterial hypertension in CDH. This study aims to investigate the incidence of arterial hypertension in neonates with CDH at hospital discharge. Archived clinical data of 167 CDH infants who received surgical repair of the diaphragmatic defect and survived for > 60 days were retrospectively analyzed. Blood pressure (BP) values were averaged for the last 7 days before discharge and compared to standard BP values for sex, age, and height provided by the AHA in 2004. BP values reaching or extending the 95th percentile were defined as arterial hypertension. The use of antihypertensive medication was analyzed at discharge and during hospitalization. Arterial hypertension at discharge was observed in 19 of 167 infants (11.3%) of which 12 (63%) were not receiving antihypertensive medication. Eighty patients (47.9%) received antihypertensive medication at any point during hospitalization and 28.9% of 152 survivors (n = 44) received antihypertensive medication at discharge, although in 45.5% (n = 20) of patients receiving antihypertensive medication, the indication for antihypertensive medication was myocardial hypertrophy or frequency control. BP was significantly higher in ECMO compared to non-ECMO patients, despite a similar incidence of arterial hypertension in both groups (13.8% vs. 10.1%, p = 0.473). Non-isolated CDH, formula feeding, and minimal creatinine in the first week of life were significantly associated with arterial hypertension on univariate analysis. Following multivariate analysis, only minimal creatinine remained independently associated with arterial hypertension. Conclusion: This study demonstrates a moderately high incidence of arterial hypertension in CDH infants at discharge and an independent association of creatinine values with arterial hypertension. Physicians should be aware of this risk and include regular BP measurements and test of renal function in CDH care and follow-up. Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a rare autoimmune bullous dermatosis (AIBD) characterized by painful blistering of the skin and mucosa caused by autoantibodies that lead to loss of adhesion in the epidermis. Standard therapy for PV is corticosteroids, either alone or in combination with steroid-sparing immunosuppressants or infusions with rituximab. According to the published European guideline, high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) therapy with a dosage of 2 g per kg body weight distributed over 2–5 days every 4 weeks is a promising treatment option, especially for severe or refractory disease. This report describes a 73-year-old female patient with severe and recurrent disease who achieved stabilization with IVIg treatment. However, the patient experienced side effects such as headaches, nausea, and vomiting, which affected daily life. Hence, she was transitioned to a new IVIg preparation with a new manufacturing process, resulting in fewer side effects and an improved quality of life. The 16th non‐collagenous domain (NC16A) of BP180 is the main antigenic target of autoantibodies in bullous pemphigoid (BP) and mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP). Commercially available assays detect serum autoantibodies against NC16A in the majority of BP (80%–90%) and in approximately 50% of MMP patients. However, a standardized test system for detecting antibodies against other regions of BP180 is still lacking. Moreover, anti‐BP180 autoantibodies have been found in neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson disease. This study aimed at identifying primary epitopes recognized by BP autoantibodies on the BP180 ectodomain. Serum samples of 51 BP and 30 MMP patients both without anti‐NC16A reactivity were included along with 44 multiple sclerosis and 75 Parkinson disease sera. Four overlapping His‐tagged proteins covering the entire BP180 ectodomain (BP180(ec)1–4) were cloned, expressed, purified and tested for reactivity by immunoblot. IgG antibodies to BP180(ec)3 were detected in 98% of BP, 77% of MMP and 2% of normal human sera. Only weak reactivity was detected for neurological diseases against BP180(ec)1, BP180(ec)2 and BP180(ec)4, in 3%, 11% and 7% of tested multiple sclerosis sera, respectively. 8% of Parkinson disease sera reacted with BP180(ec)2 and 9% with BP180(ec)4. In conclusion, this study successfully identified epitopes recognized by BP autoantibodies outside the NC16A domain in pemphigoid diseases. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the immune response in BP and MMP with potential implications for a future diagnostic assay for NC16A‐negative pemphigoid patients. The impact of BP on patient autonomy remains poorly understood.To assess the frequency and factors associated with functional decline (FD) in BP.In this retrospective monocentric study, we selected patients aged ≥75 years with BP diagnosed between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2021 and followed for more than 3 months. We assessed activity limitation at diagnosis and included patients with no or mild activity limitation. We described FD and its associated factors at 6 weeks and 3 months. FD was qualified as moderate or severe. Age, comorbidities (CIRS‐G score), BP characteristics at diagnosis (including palms and soles involvement) and hospitalization were collected. Factors associated with FD were investigated through univariate and multivariate logistic regression models. Worsening of previous comorbidities or new comorbidities at Week 6 were collected.One hundred and thirty‐one patients were included (mean age 85 years), 75 (57.3%) had no activity limitation, and 56 (42.7%) a mild activity limitation at baseline. At Week 6, FD was observed in 44 (33.6%) patients, including 23 out of 75 (30.7%) with no activity limitation and 21 out of 56 (37.5%) with mild activity limitation at baseline. FD was moderate in 20 cases (45.5%) and severe in 24 (54.5%) and persisted at Month 3 in 37 (84%) patients. By multivariate analysis, factors associated with FD were a CIRS‐G score >7, palms and soles involvement and anti‐BP180 antibodies level. Fifty (38.2%) patients experienced a worsening of their pre‐existing comorbidities or a new one.FD is often observed in patients with BP, especially in those with severe symptoms, palms and soles involvement and comorbidities. Background: The aim of this study was to assess the acceptability and feasibility of HIV self-testing in vulnerable population groups. Methods: This was a quantitative and qualitative study conducted in April 2022 in thirteen pilot centers of the national AIDS program. The target populations were men who had sex with men (MSM), female sex workers (FSWs), and street adolescents. Results: During the study period, 802 people were included in this study, among whom 51.4% were male. The study population consisted mainly of FSWs (34.4%), MSM (24.4%), and people from the general population (23.2%). The median age of the participants was 23 years, ranging from 13 to 77 years. The overall acceptability of the self-test was estimated to be 97.1% (n = 779). Six participants refused to do it immediately yet suggested that they might do it later, and 17 (2.1%) outright refused to do it. Acceptability was 100% among street adolescents, transgender people, and drug users. The lowest level of acceptability (93.5%) was found among the FSWs. Self-testing was considered feasible for 99.7% (n = 777) IC95% (99.1-100.0) of the participants. Conclusion: Our study showed that self-testing is a highly acceptable and practical strategy for MSM, FSWs, and adolescents in Togo. Therefore, in order to accelerate the implementation of population screening programs in our country, it is important to bring all innovative interventions to scale if we are to achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets by 2026. Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a rare blistering disease often considered a primary sign of a paraneoplastic syndrome. Retrospective studies have established its link with hematological malignancies, particularly lymphoproliferative disorders. Here, we present what we believe to be the inaugural case of successful simultaneous management of BP and de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in a 28-year-old male patient. Given the rarity and severity of both conditions, our treatment strategy aimed to maximize efficacy by combining immunosuppressive therapy (initially plasmapheresis with high-dose corticosteroids, followed by anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody and intravenous immunoglobulins 2 g/m2) with lymphodepleting antileukemic chemotherapy utilizing Fludarabine (FLAG-IDA induction regimen). Following diagnosis, considering the patient's youth and the concurrent presence of two rare and potentially life-threatening diseases, we opted for an aggressive treatment. Upon achieving complete morphological remission of AML with measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity, despite incomplete resolution of BP, we proceeded with high-dose cytarabine consolidation followed by peripheral stem cell harvest and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). Our conditioning regimen for ASCT involved Bu-Cy with the addition of anti-thymocyte globulins. At day + 100 post-ASCT, bone marrow evaluation confirmed morphological remission and MRD negativity. Background: Linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD) is a rare autoimmune blistering disorder that may be drug‐induced or paraneoplastic. We aim to characterize features of LABD and determine differentiating factors among idiopathic, drug‐induced, or malignancy‐associated diseases. Methods: We conducted a single‐center retrospective chart review of adult patients with linear IgA bullous dermatosis at a large tertiary referral center and a literature review of adult linear IgA bullous dermatosis. Results: Eighty‐one patients were included in the study. Ten patients (12.3%) had comorbid malignancy and nine (11.1%) had inflammatory bowel disease. Median disease duration was significantly shorter in both drug‐induced (1.2 vs. 48.8 months; P < 0.001) and malignancy‐associated (1.7 vs. 48.8 months; P < 0.001) LABD compared with idiopathic LABD. Recurrent episodes occurred significantly more often in idiopathic LABD compared to those with drug‐induced (76.1 vs. 11.5%; P < 0.001) or malignancy‐associated disease (76.1 vs. 33.3%; P = 0.019). Time to diagnosis was significantly shorter in the drug‐induced (0.2 vs. 5.4 months; P < 0.001) and malignancy‐associated groups (0.7 vs. 5.4 months; P = 0.049) compared with idiopathic; similarly, time to improvement was significantly shorter in both drug‐induced (0.4 vs. 3.0 months; P < 0.001) and malignancy‐associated disease (1.1 vs. 3.0 months; P = 0.016). Clinical morphology was indistinguishable between groups. Limitations included retrospective data collection, data from tertiary referral centers, and limited racial and ethnic diversity. Conclusion: Screening for underlying malignancy, as well as for a predisposing medication or possibly inflammatory bowel disease, may be advisable in patients with LABD, particularly when it is newly diagnosed. Abstract Aims/Background Indeterminate cell histiocytosis is a rare proliferative histiocytic disease with an unknown aetiology, which shares immunophenotypic features of both Langerhans cells and macrophages. There is a relationship between indeterminate cell histiocytosis and cancer, while there are no reports about indeterminate cell histiocytosis and bullous pemphigoid. In this study, we reported the rare case of a patient with primary cutaneous indeterminate cell histiocytosis who had been diagnosed with oesophagal cancer and later developed bullous pemphigoid. The objective of this clinical case report is to analyse the association between solid tumours and indeterminate cell histiocytosis and focus on the coexistence of indeterminate cell histiocytosis and bullous pemphigoid in a patient with cancer. Case Presentation This study presented the case of a 75-year-old man who exhibited annular erythema lesions of variable size and papules scattered over his chest, abdomen, and limbs, along with four bullae on his thigh, persisting for 1.5 months. The patient also had a 9-month history of oesophageal cancer treated with radical radiotherapy. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed cutaneous indeterminate cell histiocytosis. Bullae and blisters developed on the lower limbs 38 days after treatment. A diagnosis of bullous pemphigoid was established based on clinical and histopathological features and results of direct immunofluorescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Histopathological examination of the abdominal lesion revealed an accumulation of mononuclear cells in the dermis, with infiltration of eosinophils and lymphocytes in the superficial dermal layer. The histology of the blister on the thigh indicated the formation of an old subepidermal blister, with slurry and eosinophils present within the blister, and infiltration of eosinophils, lymphocytes, as well as histiocytoid cells in the superficial dermal layer. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CD1a, S100, and CD68, and negative for CD207. Histopathological examination of blisters and bullae on the lower limbs revealed a subepidermal blister with infiltration of a large number of eosinophils within the blister and the dermis beneath it. Direct immunofluorescence showed that immunoglobulin Gs (IgGs) were linearly deposited in the basal membrane zone. Conclusion The coexistence of oesophageal carcinoma, indeterminate cell histiocytosis, and bullous pemphigoid in a single patient represents a rare case that warrants consideration of possible underlying mechanisms. Background: Infantile bullous pemphigoid (IBP) is an exceptionally rare acquired autoimmune subepidermal bullous disorder characterized by vesicles, bullae, and additional manifestations, such as urticarial and infiltrated papules, plaques, or eczematous lesions. These skin lesions can lead to eroded and crusted regions after healing, and in some cases, rapid blister rupturing causes extensively eroded areas. Reporting these rare cases is crucial to improving our understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of IBP. Case Presentation: In this report, we present the clinical case of a 4-month-old male infant with generalized tense bullae causing irritability and sleeplessness. This case highlights the distinctive clinical features of IBP, including the development of multiple generalized tense bullae over 2 weeks. The pathological examination findings confirmed the diagnosis of IBP. Conclusion: This case emphasizes the significance of early identification and proper management of IBP. Our thorough assessment, which incorporates pathological verification and therapeutic interventions, has advanced our understanding of IBP. Background: Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a rare, autoimmune, blistering skin disease associated with high disease burden, profoundly decreased quality of life and increased morbidity. Emerging evidence supports an important role for type 2 inflammation in disease pathogenesis. Current management relies on topical and/or systemic corticosteroids, non-selective immunosuppressants and antibiotics with anti-inflammatory properties, which are all limited by side effects and toxicities. Therefore, targeted, efficacious and safe therapies are needed. Dupilumab blocks the shared receptor component for interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13, key and central drivers of type 2 inflammation. Several reports of patients successfully treated with dupilumab have been published; however, dupilumab has not been formally assessed in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. Objectives: We report the design of LIBERTY-BP ADEPT, a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in adults with BP. Methods: LIBERTY-BP ADEPT comprises a 35-day screening, 52-week treatment and 12-week follow-up period. Approximately 98 adults aged 18–90 years with moderate-to-severe BP are being enrolled at 51 sites on 4 continents and randomized 1:1 to subcutaneous dupilumab or placebo every 2 weeks. All participants will receive concomitant oral corticosteroids (OCS). Planned Outcomes: The primary endpoint is the proportion of patients achieving complete remission off steroid therapy at week 36. Key secondary endpoints include total cumulative OCS dose to week 36, percent change and proportion of patients with ≥ 4-point reduction in the weekly average of daily Peak Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale from baseline to week 36 and percent change in Bullous Pemphigoid Area Index score from baseline to week 36. Conclusion: The trial results will provide evidence on whether the efficacy and safety of dupilumab support its use as a potential novel treatment approach for BP and will provide new insights into the role of type 2 inflammation in BP pathogenesis. Background and Objectives: The literature suggests that physiological menopause (MP) seems linked with increased adiposity with a preference for intra-abdominal fat accumulation, greater than what can be attributed only by aging, which could magnify this period's increased cardiovascular risk. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed two age and body mass index (BMI) propensity-matched subgroups each formed of 90 clinically healthy, 40–60-year-old postmenopausal women, within the first 5 and 5–10 years of MP. The 10-year ASCVD risk was assessed using medical history, anthropometric data, and lipid profile blood tests. The android-to-gynoid (A/G) ratio was computed using Lunar osteodensitometry lumbar spine and hip scans. Results: The A/G ratio was significantly higher for the subgroup evaluated in years 5–10 of MP than in the first 5 years of MP, even after controlling for BMI (1.05 vs. 0.99, p = 0.005). While displaying a significant negative correlation with HDL cholesterol (r = 0.406), the A/G ratio also had positive correlations with systolic blood pressure (BP) values (r = 0.273), triglycerides (r = 0.367), and 10-year ASCVD risk (r = 0.277). After adjusting for smoking, hypertension treatment, and type 2 diabetes, the 10-year ASCVD risk became significantly different for women in the first 5 years (3.28%) compared to those in years 5–10 of MP (3.74%), p = 0.047. Conclusions: In women with similar age and BMI, the A/G ratio appears to vary based on the number of years since menopause onset and correlates with either independent cardiovascular risk parameters like BP, triglycerides, and HDL cholesterol or with composite scores, such as 10-year ASCVD risk.
