Kırsal alanlar, günümüzde dünyanın karşı karşıya olduğu çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal sorunlar nedeniyle kırılgan ve savunmasız hale gelmiştir. Kırsal yerleşimler ile kırsal mirasın korunması dünyada ve Türkiye’de mimari koruma alanındaki güncel araştırma konularındandır. Türkiye’de kırsal alanlar, iklim değişikliği ve çevre sorunları, ekonomi ve tarım politikaları, yönetsel ve sosyal sorunlar, geleneksel konutların çağdaş yaşamın mekânsal gerekliliklerine cevap verememesi, geleneksel yapılarda fiziksel bozulmalar, bakımsızlık, terk ve zamanla yıkılma gibi çok çeşitli sorunlarla karşı karşıyadır. Kırsal alanlardaki potansiyel çeşitliliği ve koruma sorunları, kültürel peyzaj, kırsal peyzaj, bütüncül koruma gibi yeni yaklaşımların benimsenerek bu alanların belgelenmesi, değerlendirilmesi, yorumlanması, korunması ve geliştirilmesi için yeni yöntemler geliştirilmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu sorundan yola çıkılarak, Bursa zeytin peyzajlarından biri olan İznik Gölü Havzası, yaşamın üretimle beraber devam ettiği ve kültürel peyzaj örneği olarak çalışma alanı seçilmiştir. Tezin amacı, çalışma alanını kültürel peyzaj yaklaşımı ile ele alarak kültürel ve doğal değerleri belirlemek ve koruma önerileri geliştirmektedir. Tezde tarihsel araştırma ve örnek çalışma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çağdaş mimari koruma, kültürel peyzaj, kırsal miras, peyzaj karakter değerlendirme yöntemleri ve çalışma alanı üzerine literatür ve arşiv araştırması yapılmıştır. Örnek çalışma kapsamında bölgesel ölçekte İznik Gölü Havzası’nın tamamında, yerleşim ölçeğinde güney köylerinde, mimari ölçekte ise Gürle ve Yeni Sölöz köylerinde olmak üzere üç farklı ölçekte ve detayda üç aşamalı bir alan çalışması yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Bu yöntem, koruma planlamada ölçekler arası geçiş ve uyumun sağlanmasını hedeflemiştir. İki köydeki binalar için toplanan veriler Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri veri tabanına işlenerek dijital bir envanter oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma alanı kültür peyzaj olarak tanımlanmış, koruma sorunları ve riskler, korunacak değerler, koruma ölçütleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma ve alan çalışması sonuçlarına dayanarak koruma ve planlama vizyonu geliştirilmiş, alan yönetimi ve kültürel rota önerilmiştir. Yaşayan kültürel peyzajların sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak için tarımsal üretimin sürekliliğini ve kültürel miras değerlerini korumayı ve yaşatmayı hedefleyen bütüncül bir koruma ve gelişme modeli önerilmiştir. Kültürel peyzajlarda “kültür” ve “üretken” temalarının birlikteliğini vurgulayan bu modele “KültÜretken” Peyzaj Koruma Modeli adı verilmiştir. Rural areas have become fragile and vulnerable due to the environmental, economic, and social problems that the world facing today. Conservation of rural settlements and heritage are current research topics in the architectural conservation discipline both in the world and in Turkey. Rural areas face multidimensional issues such as climate change and environmental problems, economicand agricultural policies, administrative and social issues, traditional houses that are not responding to the spatial requirements of contemporary daily life, and deterioration, neglect, abandonment, and destruction of them over time. The diversity of potentials and conservation problems in rural areas requires the development of new methods for the documentation, evaluation, interpretation, protection, and development of these areas by adopting new approaches such as cultural landscape, rural landscape, and holistic conservation. Based on this problem, Iznik Lake Basin, one of the olive landscapes in Bursa, was chosen as the study area as an example of a cultural landscape where life continues together with production. The thesis aims to determine the cultural and natural values and to develop conservation proposals by considering the cultural landscape approach. The research methods of the thesis are historical research and case studies. A literature survey was conducted on the concepts of cultural heritage conservation, cultural landscape, rural heritage, landscape character assessment methods, and study area. Within the scope of the case study, a three-stage field study method was applied in three different scales and details; in rural areas of Iznik Lake Basin at the regional scale, in the southern villages at the settlement scale, and Gürle and Yeni Sölöz villages at the architectural scale. This method aims to ensure the transition and harmony between scales in conservation planning. A digital inventory was created by processing the data collected for the buildings in the two villages into the Geographic Information Systems database. The study area was defined as a cultural landscape, conservation problems, and risks, values, and conservation criteria were determined. Based on the results, a conservation and planning vision was developed, and site management and a cultural route were proposed. A holistic conservation and development model that aims for the continuity of agricultural production and to preserve and sustain cultural heritage values has been proposed for the sustainability of continuing cultural landscapes. This model which emphasizes the unity of "culture" and "alive" themes in cultural landscapes, is named as "CulturalAlive" Landscape Conservation Model.

Veriler Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Ruhsal Hastalıklarda İçselleştirilmiş Damgalama Ölçeği, Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği ve Öznel İyileşmeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. ABC stok sınıflandırma sisteminde stok kalemleri önem seviyelerine göre üç gruba ayrılır. Ürünlerin stok kontrol politikaları belirlenirken bu sınıflandırmadan yararlanılır. Geleneksel ABC sınıflandırması, bir tek kritere - ürün kalemlerinin yıllık kullanım değerine göre yapılmaktadır. Oysa stok kalemlerinin önem dereceleri belirlenirken yıllık kullanım değerleri ile birlikte, tedarik süreleri, bulunabilirlikleri, ikame olanakları, stoksuzluğu durumundaki etkileri gibi birden fazla kriter dikkate alındığında, yapılan sınıflandırma daha doğru olacaktır. Çok kriterli karar modellerinin ABC stok sınıflandırma sistemine uyarlanması ile stok kalemlerinin önem dereceleri birden fazla kriter kullanılarak belirlenebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, çok kriterli ABC stok sınıflandırmasında Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesinin kullanımına yönelik bir yol haritası sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Uygulama kısmında bir besin destek ürünleri firmasının yurtdışından getirdiği ürünler ele alınmış ve işletmenin ürünleri çok kriterli ABC stok yöntemi kullanılarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Geleneksel tek kriterli ABC yöntemi ile çok kriterli ABC yöntemine göre oluşan sınıflandırmalar karşılaştırılmıştır., In ABC classification of inventory method, stocks are divided into three categories based on their importance. This classification guides managers while determining the inventory control policies of the products. The traditional ABC classification is based on a single criterion - annual usage value. However, when determining the importance of inventory items, the classification will be more accurate when more than one criterion such as annual usage values, lead time, availability, replacement possibilities, and the effects of out-of-stock situations are taken into account. By adapting multi-criteria decision models to the ABC stock classification system, the importance levels of the inventory items can be determined using more than one criterion. In this study, it is aimed to present a roadmap for the use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process in multi-criteria ABC stock classification. In the application section, the products brought from abroad by a nutritional supplement company were studied and the products of the company were classified using the multi-criteria ABC stock method. The classifications based on the traditional single-criteria ABC method and the multi-criteria ABC method were compared.

Amaç Son yıllarda diş hekimliği alanında, diş eti fenotipinin belirlenmesi oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Ayrıca kemik vediş eti ilişkisi, pek çok tedavinin başarısını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, diş eti çekilmeleri, fenotipiile destek alveoler kemik kalınlığı arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılmasıdır.Yöntem Bu çalışmada üst-alt kesici ve kanin olmak üzere toplam 207 dişe ait son 3 ayda çekilen konik ışınlı bilgisayarlıtomografi görüntüsü üzerinde gerçekleştirilen radyolojik ölçümler ile klinik periodontal parametreler ve diş etifenotiplerinin birbirleriyle ilişkileri incelendi. Diş eti fenotipi, yeni geliştirilmiş Hu-Friedy Colorvue® fenotip sonduile “ince” / “orta” / “kalın” olarak belirlendi. Klinik periodontal parametreler, keratinize doku genişliği ve çekilmederinliği değerleri kaydedildi. Bukkal kemik kalınlığı, konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntüsü üzerinde,krestal 1, 2 ve 4 mm seviyelerinden olmak üzere üç noktadan ölçüldü.Bulgular Gruplar arası karşılaştırma sonuçlarına göre, ince fenotipte keratinize doku genişliği ve üç seviyedekikemik kalınlıkları kalın fenotipe göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede daha az bulundu (p, Objective In recent years, the determination of gingival phenotype has gained importance in the field of dentistry.Bone and gingival relationship may directly affect the success rate of treatment modalities. The aim of this study is toevaluate the relationship between gingival phenotype and underlying alveolar bone thickness.Methods In this study, we investigated the relationship between the clinical periodontal parameters and gingival phenotypeson the cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) image taken in the last 3 months of a total of 207 teeth.The gingival phenotype was identified as “thin” / “medium” / “thick” with the newly developed Hu-Friedy Colorvue® phenotype probe. Clinical periodontal parameters, width of keratinized tissue and gingival recession valueswere recorded. By looking into second-generation Muslim women’s health behaviour and engagement with the screening, this study illuminates a different area and fills the gap in the literature. It also explores second-generation female Muslims’ perspectives about the smear test and whether they experience any difficulties related to participation in cervical screening.

As a general definition,supply chain is the system that includes the whole of the transactions that theproduct and service pass through from raw material to the end customer such asdemand forecast, supply, production, inventory management, distribution,reverse logistic, etc. and flow of information and physical product. Theseparate planning of the processes in the Supply Chain Network may lead towrong decisions due to the fact that the decisions made in each planning stageare chained to the other. However, if it is planned integrated when, where andhow much a product on the network should be produced, when, how much and to whereit should be distributed, and when, how much and from where should becollected, the more accurate decisions will be made in terms of cost andquality.In this study, an integrated production-distributionand reverse logistics planning model for a multi-echelon supply chain networkis formulated. The proposed model considers a network consisting of aproduction facility and multiple distribution centers. The facility produces asingle perishable product. A homogenous fleet of vehicles delivers the productfrom facility to distribution centers and collects return product fromdistribution centers to recycling center. Çalışmada önerilen karma tamsayılıprogramlama modelin amacı, toplam üretim, ileri ve geri dağıtım ve stokmaliyetlerini (sabit üretim, değişken üretim, fabrikadaki stok, dağıtım merkezindekistok ve aracı kullanmanın ve geri dönüşüm merkezine uğramanın sabit ulaştırmamaliyetleri toplamı) en az yapmaktır.
