The Biomethanisation, having like principal vocation the production of biogas, showed lately many interests and it constitutes, today, a source of diversification for the agricultural world. The digestat, secondary by-product, can be used like raw material for the composting of solid organic waste, as it can be spread directly on the arable lands like fertilizer. The conditioning of this digestat allows obtaining a solid digestat called methacompost and a liquid digestat called juice of process. This work consists in studying the possibilities of agronomic valorization except ground of the residues of the rural Biomethanisation applied to the bovine dejections: the bovine methacompost as a substitute integral or partial of the peat and/or the compost and juice of bovine process like fertilizer of the market-gardening seedlings. The significant preliminary results rising from this work are the following: - The produced methacompost cannot be regarded as good substrate in a pure state, because of its relatively insufficient porosity of ventilation (Pa), which justifies its mixture according to adequate proportions, with the peat which has a higher porosity of ventilation. In addition to the correction of the physical balance of the substrates of growth, the tests carried out during this study confirmed that the use of the peat mixed with methacompost (60% peat and 40% methacompost) as substrate of culture proves very encouraging and powerful with respect to the speed of germination as well as growth in height of the pepper seedlings. - Of dimensioned sound, the juices of process (concentrated or diluted at a rate of 25% to water 75%) showed very interesting fertilizing capacities. Cette étude est consacrée à l’évaluation du comportement végétatif des plants maraîchers vis-à-vis des jus de process obtenus après dilution respectivement, du digestat liquide issu d’une installation de Biométhanisation rurale bovine, dénommé Jus de Process Bovin (JPB) et du digestat liquide issu d’une installation de Biométhanisation industrielle avicole, appelé Jus de Process Avicole (JPA). Parmi les paramètres agronomiques étudiés, la croissance en hauteur et le flétrissement des plants ont été particulièrement suivis selon diverses dates pour les plants témoins arrosés à l’eau (Sans Fertigation) et pour les plants arrosés aux solutions fertilisantes considérées (Avec Fertigation). Le JPB dilué à raison de 75% d’eau a montré une capacité fertilisante intéressante pour la production hors sol des plants de piment, tout en éliminant le flétrissement intégral observé avec la fertigation concentrée. Les JPA dilués ont dévoilé des pouvoirs fertilisants intéressants spécialement celui dilué au rapport (1/150). L’analyse statistique a révélé que la différence est non significative entre la croissance des plants de tomate arrosés avec l’eau (témoin) et ceux auxquels une fertigation est appliquée par le JPA dilué. Cependant, les résultats méritent d’être considérés avec prudence, en raison de certaines anomalies végétatives relevées dans le cas des plants arrosés avec des JPA plus concentrés., Journal Maghrébin des Sciences Pure & Appliquée, Vol 3, No 1 (2017)

This work consists in studying the alkaline fermentation, applied to the avicolous droppings, established on the level of the digester controls industrial Sousse Hammam. The analytical follow-up of this digester related, on the one hand, to the determination of certain characteristics of the avicolous effluent by the analysis of the physicochemical parameters (pH and Dry Matter: DM) and environmental (Suspended matter: SM and Asks Biological out of Oxygen: DBO5), and in addition, on the energy follow-up by the appreciation of the qualitative productivity (Composition in Biomethane and Calorific value) of produced biogas. At the end of the experimentation implemented, the synthesis of the principal results is the following one: - The best assessments of depollution are obtained on the level of the mud tank as well concerning SM as the DBO5. - The interest of the recourse to the purification of produced biogas was shown by comparing the results before and after purification as well on gas the composition plan as on the calorific value level. - The installation of Biomethanisation considered requires some improvements for a better qualitative energy productivity, a better reduction of the power polluting of the droppings and a better valorization of the solid and liquid residues., Moroccan Journal of Chemistry, Vol. 3, No 3 (2015)
