Objetivo: Analizar el comportamiento del desempleo en las ciudades costeras de la costa caribe colombiana durante la pandemia del covid-19. Metodología o método: En esta investigación en la cual se consultó un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo sobre el estudio estadístico descriptivo que realiza el DANE, mediante un proceso de censo y encuesta a cierta población y también investigando por medio de reportes periodísticos informativos que generaron un aporte significativo en este análisis acerca el desempleo es las ciudades de costa caribe de Colombia. Se realizó un análisis de las cifras de desempleo atendiendo los sectores de transporte, construcción y agropecuarios en diferentes ciudades de la costa caribe colombiana. Con lo cual se establecieron y explicaron las problemáticas primordiales de conjuntos de fenómenos que se han venido presentando por causa del COVID-19 en los empleos de dichas ciudades e identificar las principales causales de desempleo al presentarse la pandemia, usando criterios sistemáticos que permiten implantar la composición o la conducta de los fenómenos en análisis. Resultados: El desempleo en Colombia en el 2020 el principal causando te fue la pandemia COVID-19. Se podría afirmar que la principal causa se debió a que las empresas en Colombia no estaban preparadas para una pandemia en situaciones económicas hablando, el desempleo subió un 17,1 % en junio del mismo año. Se evidenció un alto crecimiento de desempleo en este año debido a la pandemia, Uno del resultado más evidente fue que las personas quedaron sin empleo debido al cierre de empresas y negocios. Conclusiones: El empleo se vio fuertemente afectado por la pandemia del Covid-19. Y muchas o ninguna empresa estaba preparada para una pandemia y según el análisis realizado alcanzo cifras hasta del 28,7% con respecto al año 2019 en la zona de la costera de Colombia. lo cual afecto a muchas familias no solo en la salud si no económicamente. En el estudio realizado se descifró que las ciudades que presentaron un menor índice de desempleo fueron Cartagena y barranquilla con una tasa de desempleo de 11,7% y 12,1% respectivamente. Las ciudades costeras del país presentaron las menores cifras de desempleo esto es debido a que la mayoría de sus habitantes trabajan en empleos informales. Actualmente se ha reactivado el comercio y esto a ayudado a que estás ciudades ya actualmente no estén con alza en el desempleo si no que generen más empleo en el país y estén en innovación Objective: To analyze the behavior of unemployment in the coastal cities of the Colombian Caribbean coast during the covid-19 pandemic. It could be said that the main cause was due to the fact that companies in Colombia were not prepared for a pandemic in economic situations, unemployment rose by 17.1% in June of the same year. A high growth in unemployment was evidenced this year due to the pandemic. One of the most evident results was that people were left unemployed due to the closure of companies and businesses. Conclusions: Employment was strongly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. And many or no companies were prepared for a pandemic and according to the analysis carried out, figures reached up to 28.7% compared to 2019 in the coastal area of Colombia. which affected many families not only in health but also economically. In the study carried out, it was deciphered that the cities that presented a lower unemployment rate were Cartagena and Barranquilla with an unemployment rate of 11.7% and 12.1% respectively. The coastal cities of the country presented the lowest unemployment figures, this is due to the fact that the majority of their inhabitants work in informal jobs. Currently, trade has been reactivated and this has helped these cities to no longer be experiencing an increase in unemployment, but rather to generate more employment in the country and to be in innovation

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer el grado de incidencia del clima organizacional en la productividad de la Dirección de Innovación Tecnológica en Educación. El diseño aplicado es no experimental, causal correlacional de tipo transeccional. Para lograr recopilar todos estos datos se ha encuestado a 50 colaboradores públicos entre especialistas, coordinadores y técnicos mediante el instrumento del cuestionario. Toda esta información se ha procesado según el Programa Estadístico SSPP mediante tablas y gráficos se ha podido interpretar los resultados de las hipótesis nulas y alternas. La validación del instrumento se ha hecho mediante el juicio expertos El Alfa de Cronbach muestra una confiabilidad según el coeficiente de fiabilidad de 0.96 para la variable clima organizacional y de 0.843 para la variable de productividad. Analizando el resultado de la hipótesis general donde el valor de Pseudo – R cuadrado de Nagelkerke (0,449) refiere que el modelo propuesto explica el 44.9% de la variable dependiente productividad.
