Abstract

يندرج هذا البحث ضمن السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية وتحديدا في جانب الاقتصاد الدولي ، حيث يهدف إلى دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين التحرير التجاري و سعر الصرف الحقيقي في الجزائر كخطوة أولى ثم محاولة تقدير سعر الصرف الحقيقي التوازني للدينار الجزائري الذي يسمح بتحديد فترات المغالاة و الانخفاض في قيمة العملة للفترة الممتدة من1980-2010.و قد تم التوصل في هذا البحث إلى العديد من النتائج ، لعل أبرزها أن هناك علاقة تأثير متبادل بين التحرير التجاري و سعر الصرف الحقيقي ، كما أن سياسة الانفتاح التجاري تعمل على خفض مستوى سعر الصرف الحقيقي كما تم التوصل أيضا إلى أن سعر الصرف الحقيقي للدينار الجزائري اقترب من مستواه التوازني في السنوات الأخيرةجراء ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات.
