his study examines the compliance of multinational companies with the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) regulations in Indonesia and the factors contributing to violations. Although UMR is designed to protect workers' welfare, many companies still pay below the established standards. A qualitative research method was employed to collect data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that UMR violations occur across various industrial sectors, with violation rates ranging from 10% to 20%. Factors contributing to these violations include a lack of oversight, ineffective law enforcement, and legal uncertainties related to regulations that vary between regions. The research also identifies that UMR violations significantly impact workers' welfare, including difficulties in meeting basic needs and increased stress due to financial uncertainty. To enhance compliance, the study recommends improving oversight and law enforcement, harmonizing UMR standards across regions, and developing an anonymous complaint system for workers. These findings are expected to provide insights for policymakers, company management, and workers to improve the implementation of UMR regulations and enhance workers' welfare in Indonesia. The application of environmental justice in developing energy access has become the main focus of this research. In order to achieve this goal, an inclusive and engaged approach will be implemented, taking into account the balance between energy needs and environmental protection. Utilization of renewable energy is identified as one solution to meet energy access in the future. Indonesia, with its abundant natural wealth, has great potential to develop renewable energy sources. However, the gap in energy access is still a problem in society, especially in terms of access to electrical energy. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to identify the level of energy access in Gunung Arba Hamlet, Jango Village, Central Lombok Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research will have a positive impact on the community in Gunung Arba Hamlet, Jango Village, by providing solutions to improve better energy access. In addition, this research will analyze the implementation of environmental justice in developing better energy access in the region. By considering the interests of society and environmental protection, this research seeks to present recommendations and concrete steps to achieve environmental justice in the development of energy access. Thus, this research has the potential to be an important contribution in promoting sustainable development and creating a more inclusive and sustainable society in terms of energy access. In today's technology world, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly prominent in education, with enormous potential to improve the teaching and learning experience. AI, defined by its ability to imitate human intelligence, possesses enormous power and has the potential to dramatically impact a variety of areas, most notably education. AI has significantly improved learning experiences for both teachers and students by allowing them to be customized and personalized. This review article investigates the prospects provided by AI in modern teaching and learning processes, with a special emphasis on its advantages in language learning. This study examines existing literature and studies on AI in education, with a focus on language learning environments. The results show AI's advantages in giving targeted feedback and practice opportunities, making language learning easier, and improving overall learning efficiency and effectiveness. Thus, this review contributes to a better understanding of AI's role in redefining present educational paradigms, as well as its potential to transform teaching and learning methodologies. This research explores the crucial role of education in improving the quality of human capital and overcoming poverty in Indonesia. Inspired by literature that emphasizes the complex relationship between education, income inequality, and economic growth on factors affecting poverty, including education, health, and internet access. Key findings show that education, especially high, has a significant positive impact on well-being, with every 1% increase in education contributing to a 1% increase in wellbeing, a 1% significance rate. Policy recommendations are given to governments to increase investment in education, achieve sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty rates. Although 20% of the state budget has been allocated to education, challenges remain in providing equitable and quality education across the region, affirming that investment in education is an effective strategy to achieve inclusive and sustainable development.
