This study aims to analyze the role of the LCGC (low cost great curriculum) model on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Madrasah. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative correlational design. The study population consisted of all Madrasah teachers in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 40 participants taken using a purposive sampling technique from two madrasah, namely Madrasah Nur-Attaqwa and Madrasah Ar-Rahmah. The measuring instrument used was the LCGC Model scale adapted from the Charles O. Jones policy implementation model and the Ornstein and Hunkins Curriculum Implementation model: (Modernism and Postmodernism). The data obtained were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between the implementation of the LCGC Model and teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, with a Pearson correlation value of 0.947. This study also identified the challenges faced by teachers, such as understanding and skills in innovative learning methods, as well as the importance of support from parents and the community.

This work analyzes the implementation of green human resources in a package printing company. It specifically examines the effect of green human resources on employees’ eco-friendly behavior, employees’ organizational commitment, and corporate environmental performance. The study object was a package printing company’s performance in promoting green business. This exploratory quantitative study involved 510 employees as the respondents. They have worked in the company for at least three years, graduated from senior high school, and were minimum at staff-level. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The study result showed that eco-friendly behavior positively affects employees’ organizational commitment and corporate environmental performance. Employees’ ecofriendly behavior positively affects the corporate environmental performance. Meanwhile, employees’ organizational commitment positively affects the employees’ eco-friendly behavior. Green human resources did not affect the employees’ eco-friendly behavior. This study concludes that green human resources could be achieved by enhancing employees’ organizational commitment. This commitment is proven to stimulate employees’ eco-friendly behavior, which supports the corporate’s environmental performance together with the green human resource. The company needs to set regulations or policies to improve the role of green HR in managing eco-friendly behaviors.

State University of Malang (UNM) students who passed the MBKM program selection not only came from the geography education study program but also from other study programs. This will certainly be a new learning experience for them. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is effectiveness of MBKM for Campus Teaching program students after they graduate from the UNM campus. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 13 students who took part in the campus teaching program, which was all students who passed the campus teaching program at SMAN 2 Pare. Questionnaire data were analyzed using percentage techniques, while interview data were analyzed using reduction techniques. The results of questionnaires and interviews show that MBKM for Teaching Campus program students is effective after they graduate.

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study focused on the encapsulation of vancomycin (VAN) into liposomes coated with a red blood cell membrane with a targeting ligand, daptomycin–polyethylene glycol–1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, formed by conjugation of DAPT and N-hydroxysuccinimidyl-polyethylene glycol-1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine. This formulation is capable of providing controlled and targeted drug delivery to the bacterial cytoplasm. We performed MALDI-TOF, NMR and FTIR analyses to confirm the conjugation of the targeting ligand via the formation of amide bonds. Approximately 45% of VAN could be loaded into the aqueous cores, whereas 90% DAPT was detected using UV–vis spectrophotometry. In comparison to free drugs, the formulations controlled the release of drugs for > 72 h. Additionally, as demonstrated using CLSM and flow cytometry, the resulting formulation was capable of evading detection by macrophage cells. In comparison to free drugs, red blood cell membrane–DAPT–VAN liposomes, DAPT liposomes, and VAN liposomes reduced the MIC and significantly increased bacterial permeability, resulting in > 80% bacterial death within 4 h. Cytotoxicity tests were performed in vitro and in vivo on mammalian cells, in addition to hemolytic activity tests in human erythrocytes, wherein drugs loaded into the liposomes and RBCDVL exhibited low toxicity. Thus, the findings of this study provide insight about a dual antibiotic targeting strategy that utilizes liposomes and red blood cell membranes to deliver targeted drugs against MRSA.

Menulis merupakan kegiatan mengungkapkan isi pikiran atau perasaan. Salah satu jenis teks yang biasa digunakan dalam belajar menulis adalah teks atau esai naratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks naratif menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes menulis, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran picture and picture memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis teks naratif. Rerata nilai keterampilan menulis teks naratif pada tahap observasi sebesar 64.9 pada siklus pertama mencapai 70.1 dan pada siklus kedua sebesar 75.2. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks naratif siswa dan memberikan nuansa pembelajaran yang menyenangkan serta menjadikan siswa aktif dan antusias dalam belajar.Writing is an activity to express thoughts or feelings. A type of text commonly used in learning to write is a narrative text or essay. The objective of this study is to improve the ability to write narrative texts using the Picture and Picture Learning Model (PPLM). The research method is categorized as classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles. The data collection techniques include writing tests, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the implementation of the Picture and Picture Learning Model (PPLM) influenced the ability to write narrative texts. The average score of writing narrative text skills at the observation stage was 64.9, and in the first cycle, it reached 70.1, while in the second cycle it reached 75.2. These results indicate that the Picture and Picture Learning Model (PPLM) can improve students' ability to write narrative texts and provide fun learning nuances that make students active and enthusiastic about learning.

Background In order to improve the efficacy of endometrial carcinoma (EC) treatment, identifying prognostic factors for high risk patients is a high research priority. This study aimed to assess the relationships among the expression of estrogen receptors (ER), progesterone receptors (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), Ki-67, and the different histopathological prognostic parameters in EC and to assess the value of these in the management of EC. Methods We examined 109 cases of EC. Immunohistochemistry for ER, PR, HER2, and Ki-67 were evaluated in relation to age, tumor size, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage and grade, depth of infiltration, cervical and ovarian involvement, lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI), and lymph node (LN) metastasis. Results The mean age of patients in this study was 59.8 ± 8.2 years. Towards the complete vision of smarter distribution grid, advanced distribution automation system (ADAS) is one of the major players in this area. In this scope, this paper introduces a generic strategy for cost-effective implementation and evaluation of ADAS. Along with the same line, fault location, isolation and service restoration (FLISR) is one of the most beneficial and desirable applications of ADAS for self-healing and reliability improvement. Therefore, a local-centralized-based FLISR (LC-FLISR) architecture is implemented on a real, urban, underground medium voltage distribution network. For the investigated network, the complete procedure and structure of the LC-FLISR are presented. Finally, the level of reliability improvement and customers’ satisfaction enhancement are evaluated. The results are presented in the form of a comparative study between the proposed automated and non-automated distribution networks. The results show that the automated network with proposed ADAS has a considerable benefit through a significant reduction in reliability indices. In addition, it has remarkable benefits observed from increasing customers’ satisfaction and reducing penalties from industry regulators.

Intraventricular hemangioblastoma (HB) is very rare; few cases of intraventricular HB have been reported in the literature, either sporadically or in association with von Hippel-Lindau disease. Furthermore, the incidence of ventricular haemorrhage from HB seems to be uncommon. We report a unique case of sporadic HB of the right lateral ventricle presenting with intratumoural and intraventricular haemorrhage in addition to multifocal intracranial superficial siderosis, indicating the presence of a subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) as well. Such a combination has not been reported before. In the future, the detection of an intraventricular mass in association with ventricular haemorrhage, with or without SAH, should include HB as a differential diagnosis, particularly when the imaging appearances are not typical of the more common intraventricular tumours.

One of the obstacles of using the fuel cells in remote areas is the absence of hydrogen infrastructure to supply the required fuel to the unit. However, this can be solved by producing hydrogen on-site from water electrolysis. In this paper, the sizing of a stand-alone hybrid PV/PEMFC system to supply electric power for remote residential areas is discussed. The PV system is used to supply the required electric power to a water electrolyzer. The cost of energy (COE) of the hybrid PV/PEMFC system is compared with previous works by the authors for the same residential system when supplied by two individual power sources as two alternatives. The first one is a stand-alone photovoltaic system (SAPV), while the other one is a stand alone PEMFC system. The analysis results will help to define the most economic alternative to supply electricity for remote areas.

Psychological barriers are one of the most common problems facing individuals nowadays due to everyday life pressures. The current research aimed at identifying the extent to which psychological barriers contribute to predicting the perceived cognitive load of blackboard e-learning management system users. The research sample comprised (240) male and female among the University Students. The descriptive-analytical approach, specifically the predictive correlative research method was utilized to reveal the relationship between the research variables. The research main results revealed that there was a statistically significant correlative positive relationship between the psychological barriers and the cognitive load (intrinsic, extraneous, and the overall degree), and there was no statistically correlative relationship between psychological barriers and the Germane cognitive load. Besides, results concluded that the external psychological barriers were better at predicting the overall degree of the perceived cognitive load. Psychological barriers and cognitive load must be considered within the e-learning settings through making use of the results of the current study in developing training and counseling programs to reduce the students' psychological barriers and cognitive load levels.

The study aims to identify the degree of using meta-cognitive thinking strategy skill that relates to problem solving by teachers in the State of Kuwait and to investigate whether there is a statistical significance of using the skills of meta-cognitive strategies on solving problem related to their years of experience and their educational area. The current study followed the descriptive and analytical method that is the most appropriate for educational studies particularly that have to with correlation studies and the study of the relationships between variables. The research tool is represented in a list of thinking of meta-cognition that is distributed in (36) items that are basically under four dimensions including understanding the problem, setting a plan for solution, control and evaluation. The research sample that was analyzed contained (204) members. They are teachers who teach biology at secondary school in the state of Kuwait that is, 50% of the total number of female teachers in the State of Kuwait who are actually working in the whole six educational areas available in the state of Kuwait. The survey was electronically distributed via social media platforms because of Corona Virus pandemic witnessed by the State of Kuwait and the world. The research findings showed the degree of using the skills of meta-cognitive strategy that relate to problem solving by the research sample in the State of Kuwait was high despite of the different degrees of each strategy. The results indicated there is not a statistical significance of applying the skills of meta-cognitive strategies on solving problem by the research sample belong to their years of experience and the educational area they work in.
