Bu çalışma, finansal istikrarı etkileyen en önemli faktörler olan paralel döviz kuru, para arzı, enflasyon oranları, ve sabit fiyatlarla GSYİH'yi dünya varil fiyatının fonksiyonu şeklinde inceleyerek petrol fiyatlarının Irak ekonomisinin 2003-2015 dönemindeki finansal istikrar üzerindeki etkisini ele almaktadır. Çalışmada EnKüçük Kareler yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Uygulama kısmında bu çalışmadaki Philips-Perron testi ile onaylanmış zaman serileri birim kök testleri ile test edilmiştir. Ayrıca, ekonomi politikalarının finansal istikrarı sağlamak için bir takım araçlar kullanmalarına ve daha sonra ekonomik büyümeye katkıda bulunmasına yardımcı olabilecek bazı öneriler ve tavsiyelere ek olarak, çalışmadaki değişkenlerin Irak ekonomisindeki finansal eksiklik üzerindeki etkilerini standart bir model ile analiz etmek ve belirlemek için belirlenen entegrasyon düzeyi için sabit bir zaman serisi elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma, petrol gelirlerinin devletin kamusal gelirleri üzerinde seyretmesinin, ekonomik ve politik nedenlerle küresel pazardaki ham petrol fiyatlarının sürekli dalgalanması nedeniyle Irak'taki finansal istikrar üzerinde ciddi olumsuz yansımaları olacağı varsayımına dayanmaktadır. Çalışma, Irak'taki finansal istikrarın geliştirilmesine yardımcı olabilecek bu araştırmanın teorik ve niceliksel yönlerinden alınmış bazı sonuçlar ve önerilerle sonuçlandırılmıştır. Dünya petrol fiyatlarındaki yükselişin Irak ekonomisinde petrol gelirlerinin artmasına yol açması, küresel olarak bir varil fiyatının finansal istikrar arasındaki ilişkinin olumlu olduğunu gösteren çalışmanın hipotezi ve ekonominin kârlılığının gizliliği, ekonomideki kamu gelirlerini artırmaya ve dolayısıyla finansal istikrarı artırmaya yönlendirmesi, çalışmanın en önemli sonuçlarındandır. Öneriler şunlardır: Uluslararası ekonomik değişkenlerin olumsuz etkilerini hafifletmek amacıyla, petrol kaynaklarına bağımlılığı azaltacak ekonomi politikaları benimsemeye ve hali hazırdaki petrol kaynaklarının varlığı avantajından faydalanılarak ulusal geliri artırmaya ve kalkınmaya yönelik politikaları çeşitlendirmeye çalışılmalıdır. Devletin, petrol çağı sonrası için finansal kaynaklarını elinde tutmasını sağlamak amacıyla ulusal ekonominin geliştirilmesi ve başka kaynak arayışları gerekmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Petrol fiyatı, Finansal İstikrar, Irak The study examined the effect of oil prices on the financial stability in the Iraq economy for the period (2003-2015) by determining the most important factors that affect financial stability, as a function of the world price of the barrel, the parallel exchange rate, the money supply and inflation rates and GDP at constant prices. The study used the standard method of the leastsquares in the estimate. Applied study used the root of the unit tests to test the approved time series in this study at the root of the unit by Phillips-Perron test. Also sought to get a fixed time series on the level of integration determined by the tests, in order to identify and estimate a standard model to analyze the impact of the economic variables of the study on the financial lack in the Iraqi economy, in addition to some suggestions and recommendations that may help economic policies to use tools to achieve financial stability and then contribute In achieving economic growth. The study is based on the assumption that continued dominance of oil revenues over public revenues of the state will have serious negative reflection on the financial stability in Iraq due to the continuous fluctuation of crude oil prices in the global market for economic and political reasons. The study concludes with a number of conclusions and suggestions that have been drawn from the theoretical and quantitative aspects of the research, which may help to enhance financial stability in Iraq .With concern to the most important results, The hypothesis of the study that the relationship between the financial stability of the price of a barrel globally is a positive, when the rise in oil prices in the world, lead to increase oil revenues in the Iraqi economy, and the privacy of the economy profitability, it leads to increase public revenues within the economy and thus leads to Increase financial stability. The proposals are: for the purpose of alleviating the negative effects of international economic variables should the economy works to adopt economic policies that would reduce dependence on oil resources and the form in which it works to diversify the national income and the trend towards the development of the national economy and the search for other sources to obtain the financial resources of the state by taking advantage of the oil resources currently in the establishment of private local export industries to replace oil resources after the end of the oil era. Cerebral stroke represents one of the most important diseases resulting from blood clot in the middle cerebral artery, this is due to atherosclerotic clot and the brain has area of deprived blood , therefore blood becomes unable to pass the clot, in this case leads to total or partial paralysis. Rehabilitation programs are one of the most effective therapies for cerebral stroke. These pr ograms include rehabilitation exercises, therapeutic massage and kinet otherapy. The present study deals with the application of organized rehabilitation program and identify it's effect on the movement system and joints. This study examined the effect of rehabilitation program to improve the efficiency of the Locomotor system of patient who complain of cerebral stroke.

Converging evidence from a variety of fields, including psychiatry, suggests that the temporal correlates of the brain’s resting state could serve as essential markers of a healthy and efficient brain. We use ketamine to induce schizophrenia-like states in 32 healthy individuals to examine the brain’s resting states using fMRI. We found a global reduction in temporal variability quantified by the time series’ standard deviation and an increase in scale-free properties quantified by the Hurst exponent representing the signal self-affinity over time. We also found network-specific and frequency-specific effects of ketamine on these temporal measures. Our results confirm prior studies in aging, sleep, anesthesia, and psychiatry suggesting that increased self-affinity and decreased temporal variability of the brain resting state could indicate a compromised and inefficient brain state. Our results expand our systemic view of the temporal structure of the brain and shed light on promising biomarkers in psychiatry

Neck pain is one of the common physical problems of the adults which needs to be taken seriously in order to prevent further health problems. As the daily life of the modern people leads physical in activity, and the use of electronic devices causes imprope r effect on certain parts of the body, specials programs have to be developed as preventive treatment. Therapeutic methods can also be listed through such preventive methods. The purpose of this study was to i dentify the impact of the proposed program usin g some natural methods of treatment for the rehabilitation of people with neck pain , to i dentify the improved range of motion in all directions to the neck area , and also t o identify the extent of improvement in muscle strength for the neck and back. Twelv e patients in Ain Zara Physiotherapy Center and Tripoli Clinic (in Tripoli city) were chosen as voluntarily whose age ranged from 30 to 50 years, and the subjects were divided into two groups , as experimental and control groups. This study proved that pro posed therapeutic methods help the treatment of neck pain.

International audience; A complete study on the preparation of original halogen-containing 4H-pyrido[e][1,3]oxazin-4-ones and their transformation into 1,2,4-oxadiazoles and 1,2,4-triazoles is presented. Starting from pyridyl-imide sodium salts, the efficiency of the intramolecular O-arylation was studied on three series of compounds, with different fluoro-, chloro-, and bromophenyl substituents at the C-2 position. The final halogenated compounds are of interest as new synthons for future functionalisation. We also present the discovery of a new, rapid, and complementary access to 2-substituted 4H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazinones. Finally, the one-step transformation of some of these pyrido-oxazinones into the corresponding hydroxypyridyl-substituted 1,2,4-oxadiazoles and 1,2,4-triazoles was explored, and the regioselectivity of the reaction was proved by X-ray crystallography.

This study explores the physician referral and engagement process of a pediatric telemental health program based in a large urban teaching children's hospital, and identifies the processes, strengths and challenges from the perspectives of Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and telepsychiatrist consultants.A mixed methods approach was used. This included an online survey completed by 43 PCPs in Ontario rural communities who had referred patients to the telemental health program. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 11 child/adolescent telepsychiatrists who provide consultations via teleconferencing.The majority of PCPs (61%) reported somewhat to moderate satisfaction with referral experiences. Challenges identified by physicians were related to communication and administration issues including: lack of timely follow-up appointments and continuity of care; lengthy referral forms; and recommendations for mental health services not accessible in their communities. Similarly, psychiatrist consultants expressed frustration with the sparse information they received from referring physicians and most significantly, the absence of appropriate service providers/professionals during the consultation to provide collateral information and ensure uptake of recommendations.Telemental health programs provide a valuable service to PCPs and their child and youth clients that could be significantly enhanced with a different consultation model. Such models of service delivery require protocols to educate PCPs, improve communication and information sharing and establish clear expectations between PCPs and telepsychiatry consultants.Cette étude explore l’aiguillage d’un médecin et le processus de participation à un programme de télésanté mentale pédiatrique situé dans un vaste hôpital universitaire pour enfants en milieu urbain, et mentionne les processus, les forces et les difficultés du point de vue des médecins des soins de première ligne (MPL) et des télépsychiatres consultants.Une approche de méthodes mixtes a été utilisée, ce qui comprenait un sondage en ligne auquel ont répondu 43 MPL des communautés rurales de l’Ontario qui avaient aiguillé des patients au programme de télésanté mentale. Des entrevues qualitatives ont été menées auprès de 11 télépsychiatres de l’enfant et de l’adolescent qui offrent des consultations par téléconférence.La majorité des MPL (61 %) ont déclaré une satisfaction de passable à modérée à l’égard des expériences d’aiguillage. Les difficultés identifiées par les médecins étaient liées aux enjeux de communication et d’administration, notamment l’absence de rendez-vous de suivi ponctuels et de continuité des soins; les formulaires d’aiguillage fastidieux; et les recommandations de services de santé mentale qui ne sont pas offerts dans leur communauté. De même, les psychiatres consultants ont exprimé leur frustration quant à l’information insuffisante reçue des médecins de l’aiguillage et surtout, en raison de l’absence de prestataires/professionnels appropriés durant la consultation qui apporteraient l’information collatérale et assureraient l’adoption des recommandations.Les programmes de télésanté mentale fournissent un service valable aux MPL et à leurs clients pédiatriques, mais ils pourraient être améliorés significativement par un modèle de consultation différent. Ces modèles de prestation des services exigent des protocoles pour éduquer les MPL, améliorer l’échange de communication et d’information, et établir des attentes bien définies entre MPL et consultants en télépsychiatrie.
