Objectives: To minimize the number of family size in Anbar province, this study aimed to measure the impact of family planning on family size. Methodology: The research relied on the analytical-deductive approach, as well as the field study during 2021‌‌.‌‌‌Results: After analyzing the data, the results showed that the percentage of heads of households who use contraceptives in Anbar ‌Governorate was (46.8%), of which (53.8%) are in urban areas and (39.2%) are in rural ‌areas. The percentage of use of these methods varied between the districts of Anbar ‌Governorate, as Rawah District recorded the highest percentage (61.9%), while Al-‌Amiriya District recorded the lowest percentage (35.8%). The most important motives ‌that led heads of households to plan their families were economic motives in urban ‌and rural areas, followed by housing in urban areas and raising children better in rural ‌areas‌. ‌Conclusion: It can be concluded that the most important motives that drive heads of households to follow family ‌planning programs, the most important of which is reducing the family's economic ‌burdens, with a percentage of (39.8%) of families following the program for this ‌reason, while the housing motive occupied a percentage of (23.5%), and better ‌upbringing of children with a percentage of (20.7%), while the other reasons came ‌with a percentage of (2.5%).‌

Objectives: Identifying the future size of the family in Anbar Governorate, by knowing the preferred number of children for the family, regardless of the actual family size. The results of the 1997 population census, the results of the 2021 field study, office sources, and some statistical methods, including the population projection equation, were relied upon. As well as using tables, maps and figures to facilitate comparison and draw conclusions Method: The research relied on the analytical-deductive approach and the adoption of quantitative methods to identify the existing reality of family size and predict the future of families in Anbar Governorate. Results: The trend towards reducing family size in Anbar Governorate appears clear in the future. However, it is not similar to its counterpart in developed countries. Rather, the trend is towards families with a size of (5-6) children, who prefer the countryside, at a rate of (42.9%) of the total families in the countryside, compared to (41.4%) of the total urban families who prefer (3-4). ) children. Conclusion: The average family size for the year 2031 throughout the governorate will decrease to (7.1) individuals in 2031, after it was (7.6) in 2021, and it will decrease in urban areas to (6.8) individuals in 2031, after it was (7.2) individuals. It is expected It will also decrease in the countryside to (7.3) individuals, after it was (8) individuals for the year 2021.

Objectives: The study aims to know the evolution of ‌the size of the elderly and their geographical ‌distribution in Anbar Governorate for the period (1997-‌‌2020) By showing the numbers and percentages of the ‌elderly in Anbar Governorate during the study period, ‌and what is the geographical distribution of the elderly ‌‌(65 years and over) in Anbar Governorate.‌Method: The study adopted the historical approach to ‌track the phenomenon to understand the historical path ‌of changing the size of the family, with the regional ‌approach within the administrative boundaries of ‌Anbar.‌Results: The study showed that the number of elderly ‌people increased continuously, reaching (29,616) ‌people, by (2.9%), in 1997, to increase to (40,457) ‌people and by (2.7%), in 2007, then the number ‌reached (41,573) people and by (2.2%), of the total ‌population of the governorate in 2020, as the increase ‌in births led to a decrease in the percentage of the ‌elderly compared to the increase in their numbers. She ‌showed that there is a slight increase in the percentage ‌of elderly people in urban areas compared to rural ‌areas, and this is a result of the provision of services to ‌some extent, especially health care.‌Conclusion: The State shall provide data regarding the ‌inventory and census of the elderly periodically and to ‌know their most prominent problems through field ‌visits through the social researcher, periodically, and ‌increase public services, especially health services for ‌the elderly. And work on creating recreational places, ‌gardens or parks for the elderly, as they are in dire ‌need of a clean atmosphere and a change in their daily ‌routine.‌

The research aims to identify the extent of the disparity in the parity ‌index of the educational status of both sexes (males and females) in the ‌level of educational attainment in the Karma region , and the study was ‌based on a field survey using (712) forms distributed to the administrative ‌units of the judiciary , the study concluded that the parity index was not in ‌favor of females , whether it was positive or negative, the index rose to the ‌lowest levels of the educational status and came positive above (100) and at ‌high levels , this indicates inequality and that females do not have the same ‌opportunity to complete higher levels of education , the index decreased ‌with the increase in the level of the educational level and came below (100) ‌and decreased significantly in the higher levels until the index reached that ‌it did not record any percentage, and this is also not in favor of females , this ‌indicates that the number of males with higher educational levels was ‌greater than the number of females , It is possible to close the gender gap in ‌the future in the parity index by empowering women and giving them the ‌same opportunities as men in all areas of life, including educational status .‌

The study of family income is an important study. Because it relates to many variables that determine the distribution of income spatially; Therefore, the study aims to know the distribution of income levels of families in Anbar Governorate at the district level, and according to the environment (urban, rural), and to reveal the disparity in the distribution of the monthly income of families and its spatial variation in the departments of the governorate, and to reach the distribution of income among individuals and to show the association of income with one of the characteristics of the population, which is The size of families. The study relied on a field survey to obtain data by means of 2244 questionnaires, which were distributed electronically and on paper to the districts of the governorate in numbers, in order to achieve results with sufficient accuracy.The results of the study showed that families with an income of less than 500 thousand dinars constitute more than a third of the total families in the governorate, 36.4%, and the income of all their members is below the poverty line. , and the income of all its members does not stray far from the poverty line, with a slightly higher or lower income, and the rest of the families that receive income are (1 million - less than 1.5 million, 1.5 million - 2 million, more than 2 million) dinars and their percentages, respectively,

The researchers used the experimental approach for its convenience to the study nature, and the research experiment was carried out on a sample of short distance runners (junior category) at the Specialized School of Athletics in Nineveh Governorate for the sports season (2019-2020) and they were (12) runners, and this sample was divided into two experimental groups through using the randomization method with (6) runners for each group, The first depends on interval training in the method of (speed escalation and distance stabilization) and the second depends on interval training in the method of (distance escalation and speed stabilization) by relying on a programmed system for the sprint in interval training . The researchers reached the following conclusions: - Interval training in the method of (speed escalation and distance stabilization) and Interval training in the method of (distance escalation and speed stabilization) made positive progress in lactate level in blood and performance in the 400-meter sprint . - Despite the positive effect of interval training in the two methods (speed escalation and distance stabilization) and (distance escalation and speed stabilization) there was a relative superiority of interval training in the method of (speed escalation and distance stabilization) in the special endurance consisting of (speed endurance and strength endurance) and performance in Sprint 400 meters . The researchers recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are : - The use of interval training in the method of (speed escalation and distance stabilization) and not being satisfied with the use of interval training in the method (distance escalating and speed stabilization) when training a 400-meter sprint because of its importance in developing the performance in the 400-meter sprint, as well as its creation For functional adaptation in relation to blood lactate level after improvement in performance. - measuring the level of lactate in the blood in the training of runners from time to time, as a functional indicator that helps in detecting the level of training status and identifying the adaptation and recovery of runners, in order to evaluate the training process. - The possibility of relying on the Computerized Running Training programs for interval training in designing interval training methods and curricula for all short-distance runners, including 400-meter sprinting for all levels and age groups .

The study aims to identify the educational levels of the population of Heet district according to its administrative units, highlight the spatial and temporal change and then analyze and interpret it according to the results of the 1997 census and the field study for the year 2020, and the educational levels are characterized by instability because they are linked to the social, economic and cultural conditions of the community, and the study revealed some facts The mission and the change in educational levels between 1997 and 2020, and the change went positive in favor of the higher level of education. As for the lower levels, they lost their percentages in the year 2020 from their percentages in 1997, and the level of spatial variation between the administrative units in the Heet district was also clarified.

This study investigates with the causes of the phenomenon of illiteracy in Anbar Governorate from Iraq who are ten years old or more in the year 2020، whose data were obtained through a field survey. Therefore، the aim of the research was to find out the reasons that led to the spread of the phenomenon of illiteracy in Anbar Governorate and its geographical distribution،and the research reached several Results of the causes that contributed to the spread of illiteracy، which are the social causes،which accounted for two-thirds of the total percentage and the economic reasons،and its percentage was approximately one-fourth of the percentages of the total causes and various other causes that constituted one-tenth of the percentages of the total cause

Until February 2017, about two hundred and twelve bioactive compounds were confirmed to be present in Annona muricata. Annonaceous acetogenins (AGEs) are the predominant compounds that present in A.muricata followed by phenols, alkaloids and other compounds. Leaves and seeds were the main parts examined in medical field. This study was conducted to evaluate the most probable active chemical components of Annona muricata seeds extracts. Cytotoxic activity of Annona muricata seed extracts against MEF (mice embryo fibroblast) cell line was evaluated by 3-(4, 5 dimethythiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Ethanol and chloroform extracts were added at a final concentration (1.56, 3.12, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 μg/ml) for 72h exposure to MEF cells. The applications of common identification and characterization techniques which were Fourier-Transform Infrared (FT-IR) and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) for analysis of bioactive compounds in the crude plant extracts involved. As conclusion, Annona muricata seed extract have a marked anti-proliferative activity against MEF cell line after 72h exposure period in concentration-dependent manner. The major active constituents of A.muricata seeds extract involve acetogenins, flavonoids, and alkaloids.

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مدى التباين بمؤشر التكافؤ للحالة التعليمية بين الزوجين في المحافظة والكشف عن الفجوة النوعية بينهما بمستوى التحصيل العلمي في محافظة الانبار ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المسح الميداني بواسطة 2030 استمارة، وزعت الكترونياً على اقضية المحافظة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان مؤشر التكافؤ لم يكن لصالح الزوجة ، فارتفع المؤشر اكثر من 100 وبمستويات عالية للمستويات الدنيا من الحالة التعليمية (الامية ، يقرأ ويكتب، ابتدائية)، وهذا لان الزوجة لم تحصل على نفس الفرصة في بداية التعليم ، وهذا يؤشر عدم التكافؤ، واقترب مؤشر التكافؤ للزوجين من المساواة في الحالة التعليمية (المتوسطة)، وانخفض المؤشر مع ارتفاع مستوى الحالة التعليمية (الاعدادية ، الدبلوم، البكالوريوس، فوق البكالوريوس) وانخفض بصورة كبيرة في المستويات العليا ، حتى وصل المؤشر بانه لم يسجل اي نسبة، وهذا ايضاً ليس لصالح الام، وهذا يشير بان عدد الأزواج الحاصلين على مستويات عليا من التعليم كان اكبر من الزوجات ، وبالإمكان تقليص الفجوة النوعية مستقبلاً والوصول الى المساواة في مؤشر التكافؤ بتمكين الاناث منذ بداية حياتهن، واعطائها نفس الفرص التي يحصل الرجل في مجالات الحياة ومنها الحالة التعليمية.

In this paper, an optimization approach was presented for the flexural strength and stiffness design of reinforced concrete beams. Surrogate modeling based on machine learning was applied to predict the responses of the structural system in three-point flexure tests. Three design input variables, the area of steel bars in the compression zone, the area of steel bars in the tension zone, and the area of steel bars in the shear zone, were adopted for the dataset and arranged by the Box-Behnken design method. The dataset was composed of thirteen specimens of reinforced concrete beams. The specimens were tested under three-point flexure loading at the age of 28 days and both the failure load and the maximum deflection values were recorded. Compression and tension tests were conducted to obtain the concrete data for the analysis and numerical modeling. Afterward, finite element modeling was performed for all the specimens using the ATENA program to verify the experimental tests. Subsequently, the surrogate models for the flexural strength and the stiffness were constructed. Finally, optimization was conducted supporting on the factorial method for the predicted responses. The adopted approach proved to be an excellent tool to optimize the design of reinforced concrete beams for flexure and stiffness. In addition, experimental and numerical results were in very good agreement in terms of both the failure type and the cracking pattern.

ABSTRACT The impact of using special exercises to develop static balance on the balance beam. 1- The impact of using special exercises to develop dynamic balance on the balance beam. 2- The impact of using special exercises to develop the level of skill performance on the balance beam. 3- The significance of statistical differences between the two posttests for both the experimental and control groups in the characteristics of static and dynamic balance on the balance beam for females. 4- The significance of statistical differences between the two posttests for both the experimental and control groups in the characteristics of the level of skill performance on the balance beam for females. The researches used the experimental method appropriate with the nature of the study on a sample of 2nd grade female students in the college of education for girls . The sample consisted of ( 20 ) females divided into an experimental and a control group each with (10) female student . The method of the study included a pretest for balance and level of skill performance followed by the training course during an (8) week period using (3) training units per week and a fluctuation load (3:1). The posttest was carried out in the same procedure of the pretest . Conclusions and recommendations : Conclusions: 1- The training course for static and dynamic balance exercises achieved a significant development in all the tests concerning unstable balance and balance on the instep , walking o the beam , forward rolling on the beam for the experimental group . 2- Overcome the training course for static and dynamic balance exercise, when comparing between the tow post tests for both experimental and control groups in benefit for post test of experi- mental groups. Recommendations : 1- Adopting various exercises for the balance characteristic as it is affective in developing both static and dynamic balance . 2- Emphasize on using repetitive training by the trainers as it is affective in developing both static and dynamic balance.

Angiogenesis is the physiological process through which new blood vessels generate from pre-existing vessels and it acquired therapeutic value in cancer treatment because malignant tissue required the formation of new blood vessels to grow and metastasize. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody. It is the first angiogeneic inhibitors used clinically. There are number of resistance mechanisms and some serious adverse effects associated with its usage. Recently, there are many studies about the anticancer activity of various extracts of Annona reticulata and their major active constituent’s acetogenins (AGEs) against different cancer cell lines. However, to our knowledge, the antiangiogenic effect of A. reticultata is not verified till now. This study aimed to examine A. reticualta n-hexane seed extract antiangiogenic activity in in vivo study. The determination of LD50 done by Karber method, then in vivo study was done, n –hexane seeds extract was tested against mammary adenocarcinoma AM3 transplanted in mice. In vivo results showed significant reduction in relative tumor volume (RTV) and tumor growth inhibition percentage (TGI%) and the formation of blood vessels of tumor mass in treated groups. Microarray analysis of 24 different angiogenesis factors revealed that n-hexane extract down-regulated number of proangigeneic factors like (TNF-α, IL-β, MCP and VEGF-A). Chemical analysis of the extract were done by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis, which revealed the presence of acetogenin compounds in extract. The study suggested that n-hexane seeds extract of A. reticulata can suppress angiogenesis by interfering with angiogenic factors that might reduce tumor growth and metastasis. Introduction Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the most common sexual disorders worldwide affecting about 30 million men in the United States, and an estimated 100 million men worldwide. Penile duplex doppler ultrasound (PDDU) is performed using an intracavernosal injection (ICI) of a vasoactive agent to demonstrate both arterial insufficiency and veno-occlusive dysfunction. This article aims to evaluate the sensitivity of different doses of different vasoactive agents used to diagnose ED in impotent patients. Material and methods This study recruited 90 subjects with ED and 100 healthy subjects as controls. All of the subjects were assessed using the International Index of Erectile Function score (IIEF-5) while degree of erection was assessed by the Erection Hardness Score (EHS). Two penile duplex tests were done for each candidate two weeks apart. Results None of the sample population achieved a normal clinical response (EHS >2) to 10 ug PGE1. In contrast, 60 controls (60%) had a normal response (EHS >2) to 10 ug PGE1. This difference in response between the sample and control populations to 10 ug PGE1 was of high statistical significance 11 (p <0.001). In contrast, 54 (60%) out of the 90 cases had normal clinical response (EHS >2) to 0.25cc Trimix (everywhere). Interestingly, 96 controls (96%) demonstrated normal response (EHS >2) to 0.25cc Trimix. This difference in response between the sample and control populations to 0.25 cc Trimix was also of high statistical significance (p <0.001). Conclusions Our study demonstrated a statistically significant association between the response to Trimix over PGE1 and peak systolic velocity (PSV) and end diastolic velocity (EDV). Thus, we conclude that 0.25 cc Trimix is more sensitive than 20 ug PGE1 in diagnosing ED for impotent patients and also provides a more potent response. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
