This study is trying to describe the results of the analysis of Islamic Educational Values in the book of Anggukan Ritmis Kaki Pak Kiai by Emha Ainun Nadjib or commonly called Cak Nun and at the same time looking at the reconstruction of the concept or values of education offered with the needs and challenges of today's education. This study uses a library research approach with direct data sources from the book of Anggukan Ritmis Kaki Pak Kiai and Emha's books relevant to this research based on the analytical methods and content analysis. The results of this study or the Islamic Educational Values that the author found in the book of Anggukan Ritmis Kaki Pak Kiai talk about the peak of one's faith is monotheism, the net is through piety, and its manifestation is Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin. Then, the value of moral education is to question our attitude toward non-Muslims, re-understanding the meaning of Ukhuwah Islamiyah broadly and deeply. What is contained in the value of Islamic Education includes worship as a Manifestation of Love for Allah by understanding the concept of reward more broadly, Prayer, Fasting, Zakat, and Hajj. Meanwhile, the meaning of an educator, according to "Emha Ainun Nadjib in the book of Anggukan Ritmis Kaki Pak Kiai, is someone who can not only educate but can also position himself as a student anytime, anywhere, and to anyone.

Ultrasound (US) is the imaging modality of choice for evaluation of superficial palpable lesions. A large proportion of these lesions have characteristic sonographic appearance and can be confidently diagnosed with US without the need for biopsy or other intervention. The Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound (SRU) recently published a Consensus Conference Statement on superficial soft tissue masses. The goal of this manuscript is (a) to serve as a sonographic pictorial review for palpable lesions based on the SRU statement, (b) present the typical sonographic features of palpable lesions that can be confidently diagnosed with US, and (c) provide an overview of other palpable lesions with a framework to interpret the US studies and advise on appropriate further management., (© 2024. PET and MRI both play valuable roles in the management of hepatobiliary and pancreatic (HBP) malignancies. Simultaneous PET/MRI combines the excellent soft-tissue resolution and anatomic details from MRI with functional information from PET in a single comprehensive examination. MRI is the main imaging modality in evaluating HCC, playing important roles in screening, characterization, local extent, and evaluating tumor response, whereas 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET can help evaluate for lymph node involvement and metastatic disease. In cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic malignancies, both PET and MRI have excellent utility in initial staging as well as assessing treatment response. In all HBP malignancies, FDG-PET/MRI is a unique problem-solving tool in complex cases and diagnostic challenges, especially after locoregional therapy and when differentiating residual or recurrent viable disease from inflammatory and other benign processes. In this manuscript, we review the role of PET/MRI in the diagnosis, staging, assessing treatment response, and characterizing post-treatment processes. With the introduction of multiple new tracers, the value of PET/MRI has not yet been fully realized, and more studies are needed to demonstrate the utility and efficacy of PET/MRI in improving patient care in hepatobiliary and pancreatic oncology., (© 2024. Objective: To assess whether baseline pulmonary artery diameter (PAD), obtained from noncontrast nongated computed tomography (NCCT), can be associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outcomes., Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective study of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 admitted to Hôtel-Dieu de France university hospital (Beirut, Lebanon) between March 1, 2020 and March 1, 2021. Pulmonary artery diameter was measured at baseline NCCT. Various outcomes were assessed, including hospital length of stay, intensive care unit admission, invasive mechanical ventilation, mortality, and Post-COVID-19 Functional Status scale at discharge and at 2-month follow-up., Results: Four hundred sixty-five patients underwent baseline NCCT, including 315 men (67.7%) with a mean age of 63.7±16 years. Baseline PAD was higher in critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit (mean difference, 0.8 mm; 95% CI, 0.4-1.59 mm) and those receiving invasive mechanical ventilation (mean difference, 1.1 mm; 95% CI, 0.11-2.04 mm). Pulmonary artery diameter at baseline correlated significantly with hospital length of stay ( r =0.130; P =.005), discharge status ( r =0.117; P =.023), and with Post-COVID-19 Functional Status scale at 2-month follow-up ( r =0.121; P =.021). Moreover, multivariable logistic regression showed that a PAD of 24.5 mm and above independently predicted in-hospital all-cause mortality remained unaffected in patients with COVID-19 (odds ratio, 2.07; 95% CI, 1.05-4.09)., Conclusion: Baseline PAD measurement using NCCT can be a useful prognostic parameter. Introduction: Oncotype DX is approved in multiple countries but its cost-effectiveness is a matter of considerable health debate. Lebanon is high-middle income country according to the World Bank classification however it is facing a mounting financial and health care burden from cancer. Therefore, we conducted a costeffectiveness analysis of Oncotype DX based Lebanese on real-life data., Methods: We updated a Canadian cost-effectiveness model of Oncotype DX by incorporating Lebanese data. The patient population was a real-life cohort of 82 women diagnosed with hormone receptor - positive and HER2 - negative early breast cancer., Results: Overall, providing Oncotype DX to only intermediate Adjuvant! Online risk patients costs an additional $83 CAD (93,883 LBP) per additional QALY. From this point, extending provision to also cover high Adjuvant! Online risk patients costs an additional $736 CAD (831,578 LBP) per additional QALY. From this point, extending provision further to also cover low Adjuvant! Online risk patients (such that Oncotype DX is provided to all patients) costs an additional $14,562 CAD (16.46m LBP) per additional QALY. Given that most women in our population-based sample were classified as intermediate Adjuvant! Online risk patients, our study focused on this subset in the second analysis. Providing Oncotype DX to intermediate Adjuvant! Online risk patients has a relatively small additional cost compared to not providing Oncotype DX, and results in a relatively large QALY gain. The incremental cost per QALY is $2,022 CAD (2.29m LBP), implying that Oncotype DX is cost-effective for intermediate Adjuvant! Online risk patients if the willingness-to-pay for a QALY is greater than 2.29m LBP., Conclusion: As one of the few economic evaluations to date conducted using Lebanese data, this evaluation provides information to decision makers regarding the cost-effectiveness of providing Oncotype DX to Lebanese patients.
