1. Effects of saturation and fluctuating hotspots for flow observables in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions

Abstract

We investigate the effects of saturation dynamics on midrapidity flow observables by adding fluctuating hotspots into the novel Monte Carlo EKRT (MC-EKRT) event generator for high-energy nuclear collisions. We demonstrate that the intensity of the saturation effects significantly affects the ratio between the flow coefficients $v_3$ and $v_2$ at the LHC. Adding a hotspot substructure to the nucleons enhances the saturation effects and improves the agreement with the measured data. We show that the collision-energy dependence of the flow coefficients obtained using the MC-EKRT initial states with hotspots is improved in comparison with the earlier event-by-event EKRT model. In addition, we present the results for the charged hadron multiplicity distribution in Pb+Pb collisions at the LHC, and show that the minijet-multiplicity originating fluctuations of the saturation scale included in MC-EKRT, as well as the presence of hotspots, are necessary for describing the measured large-multiplicity tail in the distribution., Comment: 13 pages, 7 figures

Abstract

We present a novel Monte-Carlo implementation of the EKRT model, MC-EKRT, for computing partonic initial states in high-energy nuclear collisions. Our new MC-EKRT event generator is based on collinearly factorized, dynamically fluctuating pQCD minijet production, supplemented with a saturation conjecture that controls the low-$p_T$ particle production. Previously, the EKRT model has been very successful in describing low-$p_T$ observables at mid-rapidity in heavy-ion collisions at the LHC and RHIC energies. As novel features, our new MC implementation gives a full 3-dimensional initial state event-by-event, includes dynamical minijet-multiplicity fluctuations in the saturation and particle production, introduces a new type of spatially dependent nuclear parton distribution functions, and accounts for the conservation of energy/momentum and valence-quark number. In this proof-of-principle study, we average a large set of event-by-event MC-EKRT initial conditions and compute the rapidity and centrality dependence of the charged hadron multiplicities and elliptic flow for the LHC Pb+Pb and RHIC Au+Au collisions using 3+1 D viscous fluid-dynamical evolution. Also event-by-event fluctuations and decorrelations of initial eccentricities are studied. The good agreement with the rapidity-dependent data suggests that the same saturation mechanism that has been very successful in explaining the mid-rapidity observables, works well also at larger rapidities., Comment: 31 pages, 18 figures

Abstract

This study investigates Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) in heavy-ion collisions through two avenues: high-$p_{\perp}$ frameworks and hydrodynamic modeling. Using the T$_{\text{R}}$ENTo model, we find that IP-Glasma mimicking $p=0$ value aligns well with high-$p_{\perp}$ data, in agreement with Bayesian analysis of the low-$p_{\perp}$ regime. While adjusting $p$ values may improve a fit to a particular high-$p_{\perp}$ observable, it does not permit an earlier onset of transverse expansion., Comment: 15 pages, 6 figures

Abstract

The transferability and clinical value of genetic risk scores (GRSs) across populations remain limited due to an imbalance in genetic studies across ancestrally diverse populations. Here we conducted a multi-ancestry genome-wide association study of 156,319 prostate cancer cases and 788,443 controls of European, African, Asian and Hispanic men, reflecting a 57% increase in the number of non-European cases over previous prostate cancer genome-wide association studies. We identified 187 novel risk variants for prostate cancer, increasing the total number of risk variants to 451. An externally replicated multi-ancestry GRS was associated with risk that ranged from 1.8 (per standard deviation) in African ancestry men to 2.2 in European ancestry men. The GRS was associated with a greater risk of aggressive versus non-aggressive disease in men of African ancestry (P = 0.03). Our study presents novel prostate cancer susceptibility loci and a GRS with effective risk stratification across ancestry groups.

Abstract

BackgroundPolygenic risk score (PRS), calculated based on genome-wide association studies (GWASs), can improve breast cancer (BC) risk assessment. To date, most BC GWASs have been performed in individuals of European (EUR) ancestry, and the generalisation of EUR-based PRS to other populations is a major challenge. In this study, we examined the performance of EUR-based BC PRS models in Ashkenazi Jewish (AJ) women.MethodsWe generated PRSs based on data on EUR women from the Breast Cancer Association Consortium (BCAC). We tested the performance of the PRSs in a cohort of 2161 AJ women from Israel (1437 cases and 724 controls) from BCAC (BCAC cohort from Israel (BCAC-IL)). In addition, we tested the performance of these EUR-based BC PRSs, as well as the established 313-SNP EUR BC PRS, in an independent cohort of 181 AJ women from Hadassah Medical Center (HMC) in Israel.ResultsIn the BCAC-IL cohort, the highest OR per 1 SD was 1.56 (±0.09). The OR for AJ women at the top 10% of the PRS distribution compared with the middle quintile was 2.10 (±0.24). In the HMC cohort, the OR per 1 SD of the EUR-based PRS that performed best in the BCAC-IL cohort was 1.58±0.27. The OR per 1 SD of the commonly used 313-SNP BC PRS was 1.64 (±0.28).ConclusionsExtant EUR GWAS data can be used for generating PRSs that identify AJ women with markedly elevated risk of BC and therefore hold promise for improving BC risk assessment in AJ women.

14. Constraining $\eta /s$ through high-p$_\perp$ theory and data

Abstract

We study whether it is possible to use high-$p_\perp$ data/theory to constrain the temperature dependence of the shear viscosity over entropy density ratio $\eta/s$ of the matter formed in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions at the BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) and the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC). We use two approaches: i) We calculate high-$p_\perp$ $R_{AA}$ and flow coefficients $v_2$, $v_3$ and $v_4$ assuming different $(\eta/s)(T)$ of the fluid-dynamically evolving medium. ii) We calculate the quenching strength ($\hat{q}/T^3$) from our dynamical energy loss model and convert it to $\eta/s$ as a function of temperature. It turned out that the first approach can not distinguish between different $(\eta/s)(T)$ assumptions when the evolution is constrained to reproduce the low-$p_\perp$ data. In distinction, $(\eta/s)(T)$ calculated using the second approach agrees surprisingly well with the $(\eta/s)(T)$ inferred through state-of-the-art Bayesian analyses of the low-$p_\perp$ data even in the vicinity of $T_c$, while providing much smaller uncertainties at high temperatures., Comment: 25 pages, 9 figures, Version published in Physical Review C

Abstract The human gut microbiome composition has been linked to Parkinson’s disease (PD). However, knowledge of the gut microbiota on the genome level is still limited. Here we performed deep metagenomic sequencing and binning to build metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from 136 human fecal microbiomes (68 PD samples and 68 control samples). We constructed 952 non-redundant high-quality MAGs and compared them between PD and control groups. Abstract

Population aging calls for a thorough understanding of how age impacts subjective wellbeing. Resource theories posit that people need resources, such as health and social relations, to produce subjective wellbeing. Since losing resources is more likely at older age, we examined whether the availability of resources indeed changes with age, and how this affects subjective wellbeing.We analysed data from 75,895 individuals aged 50 and older participating in two or more waves of the Survey of Health, Ageing, and Retirement in Europe. We analysed, separately for women and men, fixed effect regression models, estimating main and interaction effects of age and indicators of health, financial and social resources on two indicators of subjective wellbeing, i.e., life satisfaction and quality of life.We found that the contribution of health to subjective wellbeing does not diminish in later life, and is not different for women and men. Also, having some close others is important for both women and men to maintain subjective wellbeing at every age. However, having a wider social network contributes more to the subjective wellbeing of women than of men at older age. Furthermore, having limited financial means and being widowed might get a bit easier to endure with advanced age, though there is no threshold of age after which any of these resources becomes irrelevant.Health and social policies are needed to strengthen older people's resources, to help maintain subjective wellbeing up to very old age. Gender differences should be taken into account when developing these policies.

Abstract

Summary: Background: The few previous studies that have estimated the incidence of cerebral cavernous malformations (cavernomas) have reported incidence rates of 0.2–1.9/100,000 for diagnosed cavernomas. Our aim was to describe incidence trends of cavernomas by clinical presentation. Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of cavernomas diagnosed at two university hospitals in Finland (Kuopio University Hospital, KUH and Tampere University Hospital, TAUH). Cavernoma diagnoses during 2004–2020 were identified from the KUH and TAUH Care registry databases and verified from medical records and diagnostic imaging studies. We calculated the age-standardized incidence rates using the European standard population and analysed incidence trend and changes in trend by sex, age group, and calendar year using Poisson regression. Findings: A total of 669 cavernoma diagnoses were identified during 2004–2020 in the combined KUH and TAUH population. The age-standardized incidence rate was 2.01/100,000 (95% confidence interval (CI) 1.85–2.16) for all cavernoma diagnoses, 1.25/100,000 (1.13–1.37) for asymptomatic, 0.75/100,000 (0.66–0.85) for symptomatic, and 0.46/100,000 (0.39–0.53) for ruptured cavernomas. No significant difference in the incidence of cavernoma diagnoses was seen between the KUH and TAUH populations or between the sexes. Incidence of cavernomas was highest at ages 40–59 years and low in those under 20 or over 80 years of age. Incidence of diagnosed cavernomas, especially asymptomatic, increased during the study period. Interpretation: In our population-based study, incidence of cavernomas was higher than previously reported and increased during the study period. The burden imposed by cavernomas on healthcare system is considerable and increasing. Abstract

ABSTRACT Propionibacterium freudenreichii (PFR) DSM 20271T is a bacterium known for its ability to thrive in diverse environments and to produce vitamin B12. Despite its anaerobic preference, recent studies have elucidated its ability to prosper in the presence of oxygen, prompting a deeper exploration of its physiology under aerobic conditions. Here, we investigated the response of DSM 20271T to aerobic growth by employing comparative transcriptomic and surfaceome analyses alongside metabolite profiling. Cultivation under controlled partial pressure of oxygen (pO2) conditions revealed significant increases in biomass formation and altered metabolite production, notably of vitamin B12, pseudovitamin-B12, propionate, and acetate, under aerobic conditions. Transcriptomic analysis identified differential expression of genes involved in lactate metabolism, tricarboxylic acid cycle, and electron transport chain, suggesting metabolic adjustments to aerobic environments. Moreover, surfaceome analysis unveiled growth environment-dependent changes in surface protein abundance, with implications for adaptation to atmospheric conditions. Supplementation experiments with key compounds highlighted the potential for enhancing aerobic growth, emphasizing the importance of iron and α-ketoglutarate availability. Furthermore, in liquid culture, FeSO4 supplementation led to increased heme production and reduced vitamin B12 production, highlighting the impact of oxygen and iron availability on the metabolic pathways. These findings deepen our understanding of PFR’s physiological responses to oxygen availability and offer insights for optimizing its growth in industrial applications.IMPORTANCEThe study of the response of Propionibacterium freudenreichii to aerobic growth is crucial for understanding how this bacterium adapts to different environments and produces essential compounds like vitamin B12. By investigating its physiological changes under aerobic conditions, we can gain insights into its metabolic adjustments and potential for enhanced growth. These findings not only deepen our understanding of P. freudenreichii's responses to oxygen availability but also offer valuable information for optimizing its growth in industrial applications. Abstract

Abstract Fecal calprotectin is an established marker of gut inflammation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Elevated levels of fecal calprotectin as well as gut microbial dysbiosis have also been observed in other clinical conditions. However, systemic and multi-omics alterations linked to elevated fecal calprotectin in older individuals remain unclear. This study comprehensively investigated the relationship between fecal calprotectin levels, gut microbiome composition, serum inflammation and targeted metabolomics markers, and relevant lifestyle and medical data in a large sample of older individuals (n = 735; mean age ± SD: 68.7 ± 6.3) from the TREND cohort study. Low (0–50 μg/g; n = 602), moderate (> 50–100 μg/g; n = 64) and high (> 100 μg/g; n = 62) fecal calprotectin groups were stratified. Several pro-inflammatory gut microbial genera were significantly increased and short-chain fatty acid producing genera were decreased in high vs. low calprotectin groups. In serum, IL-17C, CCL19 and the toxic metabolite indoxyl sulfate were increased in high vs. low fecal calprotectin groups. These changes were partially mediated by the gut microbiota. Moreover, the high fecal calprotectin group showed increased BMI and a higher disease prevalence of heart attack and obesity. Abstract

QGP tomography aims to constrain the parameters characterizing the properties and evolution of Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) formed in heavy-ion collisions, by exploiting low and high-$p_\perp$ theory and data. Higher-order harmonics $v_n$ ($n>2$) are an important -- but seldom explored -- part of this approach. However, to take full advantage of them, several issues have to be addressed: i) consistency of different methods for calculating $v_n$, ii) importance of event-by-event fluctuations to high-$p_\perp$ $R_{AA}$ and $v_2$ predictions, iii) sensitivity of higher harmonics to the initial state of fluid-dynamical evolution. We obtain that i) several methods for calculating harmonics are compatible with each other, ii) event-by-event calculations are important in mid-central collisions, and iii) various initializations of the evolution of the medium lead to quantitatively and qualitatively different predictions, likely to be distinguished by future measurements. We also find that the present high-$p_\perp$ $v_4$ data cannot be reproduced using initial states for fluid-dynamical evolution given by state-of-the-art models. We call this discrepancy high-$p_\perp$ $v_4$ puzzle at the LHC.

Abstract

ObjectivesPhysical inactivity and sedentary behaviour are associated with higher breast cancer risk in observational studies, but ascribing causality is difficult. Mendelian randomisation (MR) assesses causality by simulating randomised trial groups using genotype. We assessed whether lifelong physical activity or sedentary time, assessed using genotype, may be causally associated with breast cancer risk overall, pre/post-menopause, and by case-groups defined by tumour characteristics.MethodsWe performed two-sample inverse-variance-weighted MR using individual-level Breast Cancer Association Consortium case-control data from 130 957 European-ancestry women (69 838 invasive cases), and published UK Biobank data (n=91 105-377 234). Genetic instruments were single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated in UK Biobank with wrist-worn accelerometer-measured overall physical activity (nsnps=5) or sedentary time (nsnps=6), or accelerometer-measured (nsnps=1) or self-reported (nsnps=5) vigorous physical activity.ResultsGreater genetically-predicted overall activity was associated with lower breast cancer overall risk (OR=0.59; 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.42 to 0.83 per-standard deviation (SD;~8 milligravities acceleration)) and for most case-groups. Genetically-predicted vigorous activity was associated with lower risk of pre/perimenopausal breast cancer (OR=0.62; 95% CI 0.45 to 0.87,≥3 vs. 0 self-reported days/week), with consistent estimates for most case-groups. Greater genetically-predicted sedentary time was associated with higher hormone-receptor-negative tumour risk (OR=1.77; 95% CI 1.07 to 2.92 per-SD (~7% time spent sedentary)), with elevated estimates for most case-groups. Results were robust to sensitivity analyses examining pleiotropy (including weighted-median-MR, MR-Egger).ConclusionOur study provides strong evidence that greater overall physical activity, greater vigorous activity, and lower sedentary time are likely to reduce breast cancer risk. More widespread adoption of active lifestyles may reduce the burden from the most common cancer in women.

36. Improving cancer incidence evaluation through local government area matching: a study of the Edo-Benin cancer registry in Nigeria

Abstract

Abstract Background Cancer registries in Nigeria, as well as in other sub-Saharan African countries, face challenges in adhering to international cancer registration standards. We aimed to improve cancer incidence estimation by identifying under-reporting of new cancers through matching patient-reported local government areas (LGAs) in Edo state, Nigeria, to their respective catchment populations. Methods Information on cancers was obtained from records of hospitals, medical clinics, pathology laboratories, and death certificates according to IARC guidelines. We utilized normalized scores to establish consistency in the number of cancers by calendar time, and standardized incidence ratios (SIR) to assess the variation in cancer incidence across LGAs compared to Edo state average. Subsequently, we estimated sex- and site-specific annual incidence using the average number of cancers from 2016 to 2018 and the predicted mid-year population in three LGAs. Age-standardization was performed using the direct method with the World Standard Population of 1966. Results The number of incident cancers consistent between 2016–2018 in Egor, Oredo, and Uhunmwonde showed a significantly increased SIR. From 2016 to 2018 in these three LGAs, 1,045 new cancers were reported, with 453 (42.4%) in males and 592 (57.6%) in females. The average annual age-standardized incidence rate (ASR) was 50.6 (95% CI: 45.2 – 56.6) per 105. In men, the highest incidence was prostate cancer (ASR: 22.4 per 105), and in women, it was breast cancer (ASR: 16.5 per 105), and cervical cancer (ASR: 12.0 per 105). Microscopically verified cancers accounted for 98.1%. Conclusions We found lower age-standardized incidence rates than those reported earlier for the Edo state population. Collecting information on the local government areas of the cancers allows better matching with the respective target population. We recommend using LGA information to improve the evaluation of population-based cancer incidence in sub-Saharan countries.

Surveys were repeated in 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2015. The cohort was followed-up for vital status until the end of 2018. RF uses an ensemble of classification trees for prediction with a good flexibility and without overfitting. RF algorithms were developed to predict the five-year mortality using LUTS, demographic, medical, and behavioral factors alone and in combinations.Results: A total of 2663 men were included in the study, of whom 917 (34%) died during follow-up (median follow-up time 15.0 years). The LUTS-based RF algorithm showed an area under the curve (AUC) 0.60 (95% CI 0.52– 0.69) for five-year mortality. An expanded RF algorithm, including LUTS, medical history, and behavioral and sociodemographic factors, yielded an AUC 0.73 (0.65– 0.81), while an algorithm excluding LUTS yielded an AUC 0.71 (0.62– 0.78).Conclusion: An exploratory RF algorithm using LUTS can predict all-cause mortality with acceptable discrimination at the group level. Abstract

High-resolution large-eddy simulation (LES) is exploited to study indoor air turbulence and its effect on the dispersion of respiratory virus-laden aerosols and subsequent transmission risks. The methodology is applied to assess two dissimilar approaches to reduce transmission risks: a strategy to augment the indoor ventilation capacity with portable air purifiers and a strategy to utilize partitioning by exploiting portable space dividers. To substantiate the physical relevance of the LES model, a set of experimental aerosol concentration measurements are carried out, and their results are used for validating the LES model results. The obtained LES dispersion results are subjected to pathogen exposure and infection probability analysis. Wells-Riley probability model is extended to rely on realistic time- and space-dependent concentration fields to yield time- and space-dependent infection probability fields. The use of air purifiers leads to greater reduction in absolute risks compared to the analytical Wells-Riley model, which fails to predict the original risk level. However, the two models do agree on the relative risk reduction. The spatial partitioning strategy is demonstrated to have an undesirable effect when employed without other measures. The partitioning approach may yield positive results when employed together with targeted air purifier units. The LES-based results are examined in juxtaposition with the classical Wells-Riley model, which is shown to significantly underestimate the infection probability, highlighting the importance of employing accurate indoor turbulence modeling when evaluating different risk-reduction strategies., Comment: Preprint, 24 pages, 20 figures

We explore to what extent, and how, high-$p_\perp$ data and predictions reflect the shape and anisotropy of the QCD medium formed in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions. We present a fully optimised framework DREENA-A based on a state-of-the-art energy loss model. The framework can include any, in principle arbitrary, temperature profile within the dynamical energy loss formalism. Thus, 'DREENA' stands for Dynamical Radiative and Elastic ENergy loss Approach, while 'A' stands for Adaptive. DREENA-A does not use fitting parameters within the energy loss model, allowing it to fully exploit differences in temperature profiles which are the only input in the framework. The framework applies to light and heavy flavor observables, different collision energies, and large and smaller systems. Abstract

Introduction A better understanding of the earliest stages of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) could expedite the development or administration of treatments. Large population biobanks hold the promise to identify individuals at an elevated risk of AD and related dementias based on health registry information. Here, we establish the protocol for an observational clinical recall and biomarker study called TWINGEN with the aim to identify individuals at high risk of AD by assessing cognition, health and AD-related biomarkers. Suitable candidates were identified and invited to participate in the new study among THL Biobank donors according to TWINGEN study criteria.Methods and analysis A multi-centre study (n=800) to obtain blood-based biomarkers, telephone-administered and web-based memory and cognitive parameters, questionnaire information on lifestyle, health and psychological factors, and accelerometer data for measures of physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep. A subcohort is being asked to participate in an in-person neuropsychological assessment (n=200) and wear an Oura ring (n=50). All participants in the TWINGEN study have genome-wide genotyping data and up to 48 years of follow-up data from the population-based older Finnish Twin Cohort (FTC) study of the University of Helsinki. The data collected in TWINGEN will be returned to THL Biobank from where it can later be requested for other biobank studies such as FinnGen that supported TWINGEN.Ethics and dissemination This recall study consists of FTC/THL Biobank/FinnGen participants whose data were acquired in accordance with the Finnish Biobank Act. The recruitment protocols followed the biobank protocols approved by Finnish Medicines Agency. The TWINGEN study plan was approved by the Ethics Committee of Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (number 16831/2022). THL Biobank approved the research plan with the permission no: THLBB2022_83.

Abstract

BackgroundThe optimal interval for repeat biopsy during active surveillance (AS) for prostate cancer is yet to be defined. This study examined whether risk of upgrading (to grade group ≥ 2) or risk of converting to treatment varied according to intensity of repeat biopsy using data from the GAP3 consortium's global AS database.Materials and methodsIntensity of surveillance biopsy schedules was categorized according to centers' protocols: (a) Prostate Cancer Research International Active Surveillance project (PRIAS) protocols with biopsies at years 1, 4, and 7 (10 centers; 7532 men); (b) biennial biopsies, that is, every other year (8 centers; 4365 men); and (c) annual biopsy schedules (4 centers; 1602 men). Multivariable Cox regression was used to compare outcomes according to biopsy intensity.ResultsOut of the 13,508 eligible participants, 56% were managed according to PRIAS protocols (biopsies at years 1, 4, and 7), 32% via biennial biopsy, and 12% via annual biopsy. Abstract

Cancer survivorship was recently identified as a prostate cancer (PCa) research priority by PIONEER, a European network of excellence for big data in PCa. Despite being a research priority, cancer survivorship lacks a clear and agreed definition, and there is a distinct paucity of patient-reported outcome (PRO) data available on the subject. Data collection on cancer survivorship depends on the availability and implementation of (validated) routinely collected patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). There have been recent advances in the availability of such PROMs. For instance, the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Group (EORTC QLG) is developing survivorship questionnaires. This provides an excellent first step in improving the data available on cancer survivorship. However, we propose that an agreed, standardised definition of (prostate) cancer survivorship must first be established. Only then can real-world data on survivorship be collected to strengthen our knowledge base. With more men than ever surviving PCa, this type of research is imperative to ensure that the quality of life of these men is considered as much as their quantity of life. Patient summary: As there are more prostate cancer survivors than ever before, research into cancer survivorship is crucial. We highlight the importance of such research and provide recommendations on how to carry it out. The first step should be establishing agreement on a standardised definition of survivorship. From this, patient-reported outcome measures can then be used to collect important survivorship data.

Abstract Background Less than half of unselected metastatic cancer patients benefit from the immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. Systemic cancer-related inflammation may influence the efficacy of ICIs and thus, systemic inflammatory markers could have prognostic and/or predictive potential in ICI therapy. Here, we aimed to identify a combination of inflammation-related laboratory parameters to establish a practical prognostic risk model for the pretreatment evaluation of a response and survival of ICI-treated patients with different types of metastatic cancers. Methods The study-cohort consisted of a real-world patient population receiving ICIs for metastatic cancers of different origins (n = 158). Laboratory parameters determined before the initiation of the ICI treatment were retrospectively collected. Six inflammation-related parameters i.e., elevated values of neutrophils, platelets, C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and the presence of anemia, were each scored with one point, giving 0–6 risk points for each patient. The patients with information of all these six parameters (n = 109) were then stratified into low-risk (0–3 points) and high-risk (4–6 points) groups. The overall response rate (ORR), overall survival (OS), and progression-free survival (PFS) according to the risk scores were determined. Results The risk model was strongly associated with the outcome of the patients. The ORR to ICI treatment in the high-risk group was 30.3% in comparison to 53.9% in the low-risk group (p = 0.023).
