Introduction: The aim of the research was to analyze the - Introduced in 2015 as a new force protection capability - Hungarian Defence Forces Body Composition Program (HDF BCP) participants’ pattern of the measurement parameters and their relationship to each other, furthermore, to create a measurement protocol that can be used with large number of elements, which allows the estimation of strength and fat-free mass in the following. Methods: The examination was carried out between 2017 and 2020. Within the HDF BCP, the measured and estimated parameters of 283 volunteers between the ages of 18 and 67 years old. A total of 709 measures were made. A Premium Body Impedance Analyzer 500 (BIA) instrument was used for the examinations. In addition, a DYNA 16 strength meter (DYNA) was used which makes it possible to measure the grip strength of both hands at the same time. Statistical calculations are performed with R-Studio program. Results: An increase in the phase angle is accompanied by an increase in the maximum hand grip strength (p < 0.001). The full body strength increases with weight gain regarding both sexes in all age groups tested (p < 0.001). Our linear regression model is suitable for estimating maximum hand grip strength using body weight, fat-free mass, age, and gender values (R2 = 0,74) and to estimate fat-free mass percentage based on body weight, maximum hand grip strength, and gender values (R2 = 0,78). Conclusion: The use of phase angle is an important indicator of a lifestyle change program. In the created linear regression model we will be able to estimate body fraction in significant numbers with high accuracy after measuring minimum parameters.

Objectives The main aim of this study was to examine the health behavior patterns of soldiers in the Hungarian Defense Forces and to introduce health behavior profiles according to the cluster analysis of lifestyle factors. Material and Methods The soldiers (N = 5475) who underwent health tests in 2011–2015 participated in this cross-sectional study. The factors included in the analysis are the following: age, sex, diseases diagnosed, the body mass index, eating habits, the smoking status, daily physical activity, sporting habits, the presence of psychosomatic symptoms, mental toughness and sleep apnea. The response options for each factor were scored on a linear scale; the minimum number of points available was –47.5 pts and the maximum number was 48.5 pts according to the 24 factors. Finally, the authors created health profiles typical of the pattern with the cluster analysis of the data. Results As a result of the cluster analysis, 16 distinct profiles were found, 10 of which differed significantly (p < 0.05) from each other. The lowest point value achieved was 3.1 pts and the highest was 26.2 pts. The lowest number of points was achieved by the cluster, 1.8% of the sample, with the highest average age (43.5±7.2 years) in which women showed the highest participation (46%). The 2 clusters with the highest numbers of points, 2.9% and 5.5% of the sample, were the 2 groups with the lowest average age (33.7±7.1 years and 34.3±7.9 years). Conclusions The significance of the health profiles obtained during this examination with the Hungarian Defense Forces is that the health promotion intervention opportunities may be determined by clusters, the health behavior factor with which the authors can reach higher health benefits can be chosen and the effectiveness of the interventions carried out can be traced easily. In 1900's autumn, a surprisingly positive review of one of the most important Israeli socio-economic innovations appeared in the Hungarian- language Economic Review [Közgazdasági Szemle). The author, József Gábor, reviewed a book by Walter Preuss, a professor at Tel-Aviv University, on kibbutzim and other cooperatives. This caused a serious reaction, the Hungarian-language New East (U) Kelet) in Israel recognized its importance and described it in its columns, while at the same time a member of the Israeli "partner patty" of the MSZMP, the Israeli Communist Party, of Hungarian origin, wrote a long critique of Gábor's article, disputing the democratic and anti-capitalist significance of the kibbutz, as highlighted by the author. The critique and the claims made in Gåbor's article are in fact linked to the debate that took place in both countries (although with different emphases, because of the different socio-political realities) on the nature of collectives. The extent to which they should follow the cooperative model developed by the Soviets and the extent to which they should adapt to their own social reality. It was no coincidence that the new economic mechanism in Hungary had aroused sympathy in Israel and that there was interest in the kibbutz model among Hungarian agrarian reformers [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
