Objective: to analyze the knowledge of riverine mothers about vaccination and its influence on the practice of taking their children for vaccination. Method: qualitative/descriptive study, conducted at the Combú Family Health Unit, Belém-Pará, Brazil, with 30 riverine mothers who had children of vaccination age. Data were produced by individual interviews, whose corpus was analyzed with the software Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires 0.7, alpha 2, using Descending Hierarchical Classification. Results: the software generated six classes, composing two categories: "Knowledge and practices of riverine mothers about vaccination" and "Importance of health education and the role of health professionals in sharing information about vaccination". Conclusion: discussing the knowledge of riverside mothers about vaccination and its influence on decision-making allowed a critical reflection on the practices in the daily life of this population, providing health professionals with the opportunity to rethink strategies, especially in educational actions. Objective: to build and validate the content of an educational technology to guide pregnant women about immunization. Method: a methodological study carried out from December 2020 to October 2021 in Belém, Pará, Brazil. It consisted of two stages: Construction through an Integrative Literature Review and face and content validation with 16 judges using a Likert scale for data collection and the Content Validity Index for analysis. Results: a double-sided table flipbook was created on immunization, which was assessed by 100% of the judges as relevant, with a mean Content Validity Index per block greater than 0.86. Conclusion: the technology was built with technically correct information and validated by experts in the respective areas. It is understood that its use will ease the prenatal Nursing practice, considering it to be a tool capable of arousing interest and encouraging dialogue between professionals and pregnant women, solving doubts in the immunization context. Objective: To identify the contents that integrate health knowledge among High School adolescents. Methods: Descriptive, qualitative study, developed with 30 students of both sexes, aged 14 to 19 years old, from a public school in the municipality of Benevides, Pará. Data were produced using the focus group technique and submitted by thematic content analysis. Results: From the analysis, two lines of organization of themes were formed, which served as a basis for the empirical categories: 1st organizing line: "Health-family-community dimension" and 2nd organizing line: "Health Care". Thus, three thematic categories emerged: "What do adolescents think about health", "The family's influence on adolescent health" and "Adolescent and the search for health service". Conclusion: Health knowledge is intertwined with self-care, the importance of family life, biomedical concepts of health and possibilities of access to the service. Young people recognize the family as the center of care and the basis for good health based on the strengthening of relationships of affection and welcome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: Health biosafety actions are essential to promote and maintain well-being and the protection of life. Educational technologies are tools that can help facilitate the learning process, but it is necessary to measure their reliability in terms of content and form to use them. Objective: This study aims to validate an educational technology for biosafety for its practical use among Primary Health Care professionals. Materials and Methods: A methodological study to validate a biosafety device under evaluation by 11 experts and 13 healthcare professionals as the target audience. The Likert scale was used to collect data and analysis by simple descriptive statistical, Cronbach's Alpha and ANOVA were implemented. Results: The evaluation of experts and target audience revealed rates of 85.7% and 92.46% respectively, demonstrating the high acceptability for all items in the scale. Cronbach's alpha showed high-reliability indices of 0.971 and 0.934 for experts and target audience, respectively. ANOVA tested the hypothesis H0 and H1 and accepted H0 and no significant difference was found in the evaluation from experts and target audience in relation to the appropriation of the use of technology. Discussion: The technology was considered successful in relation to its objective, determining that its use is adequate to mediate the actions of professionals in their everyday practice. Objectives: To verify what the nursing students know about Technical Responsibility in Nursing. Methodology: A descriptive study with a quantitative approach involving 34 undergraduate nursing students. Results: The results showed that the students have notions based on the precepts of the Code of Nursing Ethics, although in a very restricted way, demonstrating limitations regarding the concept of Technical Responsibility. Conclusion: It was concluded that undergraduate teaching is not enough to support professional practice in a safe way and is not inserted at the right moment in curricular content, demonstrating the importance of the attention of students and nursing professionals to themes related to the ethical nature of profession. Introduction: Quilombola communities are defined by the particularity of the historical trajectory and the presumption of black ancestry linked to resistance, violence, persecution, and historical domination suffered. The aim of this study was to outline the sociodemographic and epidemiological profile of a Quilombola community and identify socioeconomic aspects capable of affecting their health condition. Materials and Methods: Cross-sectional study conducted in a Quilombola community located in the metropolitan area of Belém, Pará, Brazil. The sample comprised 130 adults who answered a questionnaire with 45 closed questions related to socioeconomic, cultural, health, food, and lifestyle aspects. Results: The study revealed prevalence of female gender, low level of schooling, and family income of up to one minimum wage. It was also found that participants had masonry housing, but without basic sanitation in the community leading to habits that are harmful to health, regarding the use of water and disposal of waste. Smoking, alcohol, and sedentary habits predominate, associated with unhealthy eating habits. Discussion: Data on health, food, culture, and lifestyle were important in the health and disease process of Quilombola families. Conclusions: The Quilombola community was characterized regarding its sociodemographic and epidemiological condition, identifying socioeconomic aspects that affect their health condition. It should be noted that the problems identified could contribute to health actions being planned and implemented according to reality, considering the social, political, and environmental context of the community, valuing its traditional knowledge and practices.
