We have developed a highly efficient, ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling protocol employing our lab‐prepared air and moisture‐stable Pd‐PEPPSI catalysts. The reaction of ethyl 2‐{4‐[(6‐chloroquinoxalin‐2‐yl)oxy]phenoxy}propionate (Assure) with various boronic acids afforded both traditional and decarbonylative coupling products in high yields. The catalyst's steric influence was assessed computationally using %Vbur calculations. The decarbonylative coupling pathway proved more efficient than the traditional Suzuki–Miyaura coupling under these conditions. Additionally, regioselectivity studies have been conducted on a variety of Assure analogues. This method excels in efficiency, requiring minimal catalyst, moderate temperatures, and rapid reaction completion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this research is to develop an e-module using flipbook media that is integrated with GeoGebra and Genially in Mathematics subjects, especially about similarity for class IX SMP Khadijah 2 Surabaya which can be used as interactive teaching material. The objective of this study is to develop an e-module using a flipbook for the Mathematics subject, specifically on the topic of similarity for Grade IX at SMP Khadijah 2 Surabaya, that is both effective and suitable for use. The research method employed is the R&D (Research & Development) model by Borg and Gall, which involves data collection to produce, develop, and validate the product, utilizing the ASSURE method introduced by Robert Heinich and colleagues in the 1980s. This study uses the ASSURE model, which consists of six steps: 1) Analyze Learner Characteristics; 2) State Performance Objectives; 3) Select Methods, Media, and Materials; 4) Utilize Materials; 5) Require Learner Participation; 6) Evaluate and Revise. The data used in this research includes both qualitative and quantitative data. The research data was obtained from the feasibility level assessed by learning media experts at 83%, design experts at 92%, learning material experts at 98%, peer trials at 100%, small group trials with 5 students at 88%, medium group trials with 9 students at 90%, and large group trials with 24 students at 86%.

The curriculum 2013 requires students to be more active in the learning process. The case with physics learning carried out at SMA N 2 Batang Anai, it still focuses on learning from educators. Not only that, the use of teaching materials such as textbooks and worksheet has not been combined with learning models aimed at students, so that curriculum demands have not been achieved. One effort to overcome this is by developing elicit-based worksheets based on confront identify resolve reinforce for grade XI IPA students at SMA N 2 Batang Anai. The aim of the research is to produce valid and practical worksheet. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD), with the ASSURE model consisting of stages (1) recognizing the character of potential users of teaching materials, (2) determining the competence and learning objectives, (3) designing teaching materials, (4) producing teaching materials , (5) involving students in using teaching materials and (6) evaluating and revising teaching materials, this model is also combined with the Evalution Formative Tessmer which consists of expert review, one-to-one, small group and field test stages. The subjects of this study were 1 teacher and 40 students in grade XI IPA SMA N 2 Batang Anai. The results of the validity test show that the developed worksheet is categorized as very valid with a percentage of 94.15%. The value of practicality by educators and students shows that the worksheet developed is categorized as very practical with a proportion of 90.24%. Based on these results, the worksheet with material on dynamics of rotation and balance of rigid bodies that has been developed is categorized as valid and practical. After obtaining a valid and practical product, the product is suitable for use in assisting the learning process.

An augmented reality is a technology that will be utilized at Basic Building Construction lesson in the Construction and Property Business Expertise Competency at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong as a learning media to enhance comprehension of building construction material and modify learning media to technology advancements. This research was conducted with Research and Development (R&D) method and the ASSURE model. In this research, the process of developing learning media encompassed various steps, including analysis, determining a learning method, identifying a learning objective, constructing the media and materials, participation, and evaluation and improvement. The research results indicated that: (1) media experts’ validation attains an average of 91% (very feasible); (2) material experts’ validation attains a percentage of 92% (very feasible); and (3) augmented reality application users’ validation attains an average result of 81% (very feasible). The augmented reality application in the Basic Building Construction lesson can be utilized in the Construction and Business Expertise Competency at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong, as determined by the validity test and the limited user trials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran prisma berbasis macromedia flash dengan desain pembelajaran ASSURE yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian & Pengembangan (R&D) ini menggunakan desain pembelajaran ASSURE. Subyek pengembangan media pembelajaran Macromedia Flash adalah siswa salah satu SMP Negeri di Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar penilaian validitas pakar dan praktisi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk melihat persentase jawaban dari para ahli dan praktisi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Macromedia Flash yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur-fitur animasi yang menarik perhatian siswa sehingga siswa memiliki minat atau motivasi yang tinggi dalam belajar matematika pada level apapun. Para ahli dan praktisi menilai media pembelajaran Macromedia Flash dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rata-rata 83,67%. Para ahli dan praktisi juga menilai media pembelajaran Macromedia Flash dalam kategori praktis dengan rata-rata 84,37%.

This study aims to develop a new strategy for disaster education by combining the SOR communication model and the ASSURE learning design. This research was conducted in 3 stages, namely: (1) designing learning using the ASSURE model, (2) designing Stimulus Organism Response (SOR) in learning and (3) analyzing learning outcomes data using 9 response indicators. Research shows that educational communication in the SOR model is synchronous with the ASSURE design so that reasoning, learning motivation and direct experience in understanding disasters are more developed. The results of the evaluation of the new strategy using 9 response indicators, namely: Relevance, Consistency, Concise, Method, Analysis, Data Sources, Information, Conclusions, References show that 58% of students choose topics that are relevant to the learning material, 69% of students write short scientific papers that are appropriate. with the chosen topic, 74% of students develop experiments using statistics, and 53% of students Presenting data in visual form such as pictures and maps. This paper presents a model of learning about the use of reciprocal teaching with technology-based approach to ASSURE that will be applied in college. Reciprocal Teaching is becoming one of the learning models that train students to learn independently and active. With the existence of reciprocal learning teaching model of application students are expected to carry out and follow the learning effectively and efficiently. The learning process is basically a direct interaction between the students and educators held aims to to a destination that has meant. In addition the interaction process will bear an effective communication as well as the need for a development that is both instructional media with a melaluli approach to ASSURE. Approach to ASSURE the approach can be a designing a learning through technology-based media. This is necessary in order to set up and customize the process of learning in college by making the liveliness, creativity and independence as well as encourage students to berantusias in studying diligently and follow the lectures. So it is with the application of the reciprocal teaching and pendekatanASSURE in college could create conditions that are more meaningful and enable them to build better personality and character and self-reliance in learning.

ASSURE design learning is an altternative learning model that can be done to maximize the role of college students in the learning process by using media and technology as the way. The steps of ASSURE design learning model are through several stage such as: (1) Analyzing characteristic learning, (2) State objectives, (3) Select method, media, and learning materials, (4) Utilize materials, (5) Require learning participations, and (6) Evaluation and revise. Football learning based on ASSURE design is a football learning model with a new conception designed according to the needs and development of JPOK FKIP UNS students. The football learning models based on ASSURE design needs to be compiled and developed so it can be used as a reference for lectures. The ASSURE design based football learning models that have been compiled are (1) Ball Control Learning Model in Football Games based on ASSURE design in JPOK FKIP UNS students. (2) Learning Model of Ball Passing in Football Games based on ASSURE design in JPOK FKIP UNS students. (3) Learning Model of Dribbling Ball in Football Games based on ASSURE design in JPOK FKIP UNS students. (4) Throw-in and Heading Learning Models in Football Games based on ASSURE design in JPOK FKIP UNS students. The purpose of this article is trying to see the effectiveness and use of the ASSURE design model in improving the capability of JPOK Students’ Football Teaching in FKIP UNS.

The success of targeted therapies, including inhibitors of the vascular endothelial growth factor pathway or the mammalian target of rapamycin, in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma led to interest in testing their efficacy in the adjuvant setting. Results from the first trials are now available, with other studies due to report imminently. This review provides an overview of adjuvant targeted therapy in renal cell carcinoma, including interpretation of currently available conflicting data and future direction of research. We discuss the key differences between the completed targeted therapy adjuvant trials, and highlight the importance of accurately identifying patients who are likely to benefit from adjuvant treatment. We also consider reasons why blinded independent radiology review and treatment dose may prove critical for adjuvant treatment success. The implications of using disease-free survival as a surrogate end point for overall survival from the patient perspective and measurement of health benefit have recently been brought into focus and are discussed. Finally, we discuss how the ongoing adjuvant trials with targeted therapies and checkpoint inhibitors may improve our understanding and ability to prevent tumor recurrence after nephrectomy in the future. This is an experimental research. This research aim to examine the effect of ASSURE learning model and prior knowledge on science learning outcome in class VIII of SMPN 22 Mataram. The population is entire students in class VIII SMPN 22 Mataram with VIIIB as experiment class and VIIIC as control class. Both divided into high and low prior knowldege group. This research use factorial design 2x2. Hypothesis test use two ways anava. We got that (1) learning model take significant effect on learning outcome that ASSURE model get higher score than konventional model, (2) prior knowledge take significant effect on learning out come that higher prior knowledge get higher score than the low one, and (3) there is no interaction between learning model and prior knowledge on learning outcome. N-Gain test shown that high prior knowledge of ASSURE class get most improvement result and low pior knowledge of conventional class get worst. It is better to continue this ASSURE learning model in research using another student characterictic analyze. High prior knowledge experiment class get improvement result in all sub-chapter. Low prior knowledge experiment class and high prior knowledge control class get most improvement in wave characteristic. Low prior knowledge control class get most improvement in vibration characteristic.

Low-density cholesterol ( LDL) has been the prime target of currently available lipid-lowering therapies although current research is expanding the focus beyond LDL lowering and has included high-density cholesterol ( HDL) also as the target. Bromo and extra-terminal ( BET) proteins are implicated in the regulation of transcription of several regulatory genes and regulation of proinflammatory pathways. As atherosclerosis is an inflammatory pathway and studies showed that BET inhibition has a role in inhibiting inflammation, the concept of BET inhibition came in the field of atherosclerosis. RVX 208 is a novel, orally active, BET protein inhibitor and the only BET inhibitor currently available in the field of atherosclerosis. RVX 208 acts primarily by increasing apo A-I (apolipoprotein A-I) and HDL levels. RVX 208 has a novel action of increasing larger, more cardio-protective HDL particles. Post hoc analysis of Phase II trials also showed that RVX 208 reduced major adverse cardiovascular events ( MACE) in treated patients, over and above that of apo A-I/ HDL increasing action. This MACE reducing actions of RVX 208 were largely due to its novel anti-inflammatory actions. Currently, a phase III trial, BETon MACE, is recruiting patients to look for the effects of RVX 208 in patients with increased risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. So BET inhibitors act in multiple ways to inhibit and modulate atherosclerosis and would be an emerging and potential option in the management of multifactorial disease like coronary artery disease by inhibiting a single substrate. Heinich et al. (1999) introduced the ASSURE model to guide teachers in how to plan and deliver lessons that effectively integrate technology into their classroom teaching. Its straightforward, practical approach has made it one of the most widely taught instructional models in the education arena. However, for all of its widespread use, there is very little empirical evidence examining the impact the model has on K–12 learning gains. This study, over a 2-year period, examined 39 separate cases of curriculum being developed using the ASSURE model and the curricula's subsequent effect in promoting student learning.
