Cada vez son más los grupos de personas a los que les interesan, no sólo los resultadosempresariales y la actividad económica de una empresa, sino también cómo se organizan lassociedades, bajo qué valores operan, y cuáles son sus contribuciones a la sociedad.Por ello ya son muchas las empresas que añaden a las cuentas anuales un informe coninformación no financiera, que buscan satisfacer las necesidades informativas de losprincipales usuarios de las cuentas anuales, dando respuestas a cuestiones relativas a temassociales, medioambientales, organizativos y económicos, con el fin de mostrar una imagenfiel de la empresa de cara al exterior, más allá de los libros contables.Con objeto de este trabajo, se van a implantar las mismas cuestiones que responden lasempresas privadas, pero en el ámbito del sector público, usando como ejemplo elAyuntamiento de Madrid. De esta forma podremos conocer, no sólo cuáles han sido losresultados del ejercicio en cuestión, si no también las estrategias y planes que se llevan a caboen asuntos como la organización del ayuntamiento, normativas medioambientales, riesgos alos que se enfrenta en el futuro, etc.Para ello haremos uso de la guía de AECA para la elaboración del Estado de Información NoFinanciera, ajustando determinadas cuestiones para poder adaptar dicho informe a los datosque podamos obtener de las entidades públicas.

Soil carbon losses to the atmosphere through soil respiration are expected to rise with ongoing temperature increases, but available evidence from mesic biomes suggests that such response disappears after a few years of experimental warming. However, there is lack of empirical basis for these temporal dynamics in soil respiration responses, and for the mechanisms underlying them, in drylands, which collectively form the largest biome on Earth and store 32% of the global soil organic carbon pool. We coupled data from a 10 year warming experiment in a biocrust‐dominated dryland ecosystem with laboratory incubations to confront 0–2 years (short‐term hereafter) versus 8–10 years (longer‐term hereafter) soil respiration responses to warming. Our results showed that increased soil respiration rates with short‐term warming observed in areas with high biocrust cover returned to control levels in the longer‐term. Warming‐induced increases in soil temperature were the main drivers of the short‐term soil respiration responses, whereas longer‐term soil respiration responses to warming were primarily driven by thermal acclimation and warming‐induced reductions in biocrust cover. La tecnología está cada vez más presente en todos los aspectos de nuestra vida, la utilización de los videojuegos y las técnicas basadas en gamificación se están convirtiendo rápidamente en una necesidad en las aulas. Actualmente, la utilización de ordenadores, tablets o Pizarras Digitales Interactivas (PDIs) se han convertido en una realidad en la mayoría de aulas de colegios de Educación Primaria o Secundaria. Estos dispositivos son habitualmente utilizados por los educadores para facilitar el acceso a repositorios de datos online, para la realización de ejercicios o la exposición de temas, vídeos, etc. Este trabajo presenta una nueva aplicación, llamada Educapiz, que ha sido diseñada e implementada siguiendo principalmente factores de usabilidad y gamificación. Se ha diseñado una herramienta de autor enfocada a las necesidades de los docentes que permitirá: la creación de juegos para educación (inicialmente se han diseñado un conjunto de juegos y experimentos orientados a estudios de 6o de Primaria), el desarrollo de una arquitectura web que permita la compartición de los recursos generados, y el diseño de un subsistema que permita el almacenamiento de los resultados obtenidos por los alumnos para el posterior análisis por parte de los profesores. Por último, se han realizado un conjunto de pruebas con la herramienta sobre un total de 73 alumnos de 6o curso de Primaria, obteniendo un análisis inicial de la usabilidad de la herramienta creada., Technology is increasingly present in all aspects of our life, the use of video games and gamingbased techniques is quickly becoming a necessity in the learning environment. Currently, the use of computers, tablets or Interactive whiteboards has become a reality in the classrooms of the majority of primary or secondary schools. These devices are commonly used by educators to facilitate access to online data repositories for the execution of di erent exercises or the explanation of di erent topics, showing videos, etc. This paper introduces a new application called Educapiz, which has been designed and implemented mainly by taking into consideration the user-friendliness and gaming aspects of other related elearning tools. This tool is focused on the needs of teachers and will enable the design and creation of learning games (initially the tool contains a set of serious games aimed at students of 6th year of primary school). The development of this web based application allows to share generated educational resources and contains a subsystem which allows storage of the results obtained by students for teacher analysis. Lastly, some tests have been carried out at a school with a total of 73 students from the 6th grade of primary school, obtaining an initial analysis of the usability of the tool created.

Las pizarras digitales son uno de los grandes avances de los últimos tiempos como herramienta clave en la innovación docente actual. Bien utilizada, es capaz de ayudar a los profesores a explicar mejor los conceptos de su asignatura, de una manera más rápida, amena, y capaz de captar la atención de los alumnos del aula, estimulando la creatividad tanto de alumnos como de maestros. En esto se fundamentan nuevas técnicas de enseñanza como la gamificación, que es el uso de técnicas y dinámicas propias de los juegos y el ocio en actividades no recreativas. Pero este avance no tiene utilidad real si no existe un buen repositorio de recursos y herramientas para poder personalizar y especializar esos recursos. Hablando con profesores de diferentes edades y capacidades informáticas la conclusión a la que llegamos, es que existen ese tipo de herramientas pero son confusas, limitadas, o difíciles de entender/manejar tanto por los profesores como por los alumnos. Por otra parte, estudiando las herramientas en el sentido informático, nos dimos cuenta de que la mayoría estaban implementadas en lenguaje flash, viendo esto como un atraso, ya que no es fácilmente portable a otro tipo de dispositivos, como tablets o smartphones, tan atractivos para los niños y tan parecidos en su funcionamiento con las pizarras digitales. Con este proyecto vamos a tratar de solucionar esos problemas, creando una buena herramienta de autor, pensada y orientada para que los profesores puedan crear, editar y almacenar recursos educativos fácilmente, para mejorar e incentivar el uso de las pizarras digitales en las aulas, así como un catálogo de juegos para que los profesores vean las posibilidades de la aplicación. La herramienta estará implementada en HTML5+JavaScript, de esta manera nos aseguramos la posibilidad de portar la herramienta a diferentes tipos de dispositivos y sistemas operativos según vayan creciendo las funcionalidades de la aplicación. Aprovechando las ventajas de HTML5, en esta versión realizaremos la aplicación para su funcionamiento totalmente en local, sin necesidad de conexión a Internet, para mejorar la interacción con el usuario, y estudiar las posibilidades de este lenguaje. Para evaluar la funcionalidad y usabilidad de la herramienta hemos contado con la colaboración del colegio Mater Immaculata que nos ha dejado realizar varias pruebas en las aulas de sexto de Primaria y segundo de la E.S.O., y con la opinión de varios profesores para la correcta evaluación de la aplicación., Digital boards represent one of the most significant advances in recent times as a key tool for innovation in education. If adequately used, they can help teachers to better explain the concepts during their lessons in a faster and enjoyable manner, making it easier to get the students’ attention and stimulating both students and teachers’ creativity. These are the basics for new teaching approaches such as gammification, which is the application of game techniques and game dynamics to non-game contexts. But this advance cannot be useful without a good repository of resources and tools that enable the personalization and specialization of these resources. The conclusion extracted from several conversations with teachers of different age-groups and technological background, is that in general, existing tools are either confusing, limited or difficult to understand/use for the teachers, and also for the students. On the other hand, after analyzing the tools from the software point of view, we realized that almost all of them are implemented using Flash language; this is a handicap, since applications using this language are not easily portable to other devices such as tablets or smartphones, which are so appealing to children and have similar functionalities to digital boards. With this project we will try to solve these issues by creating, on one hand, a good authoring tool that will enable teachers to create edit and store educational resources in an easy manner in order to encourage the use of digital boards in classrooms, and, on the other, a set of games for teachers to check the potential of the application. The tool will be implemented in HTML5+JavaScript, therefore assuring its portability to other devices and operating systems when the functionalities of the application are increased. Taking advantage of HTML5, this version will be implemented in order to be used locally, without the need of Internet connection, with the aim to improve the user experience and study the possibilities offered by this programming language. For the evaluation of functionality and usability of the tool, we have collaborated with school “Mater Immaculata” in Madrid, where we carried out several tests with sixth-grade students and second grade students of secondary school (E.S.O) and their teachers.

The functional traits of organisms within multispecies assemblages regulate biodiversity effects on ecosystem functioning. Yet how traits should assemble to boost multiple ecosystem functions simultaneously (multifunctionality) remains poorly explored. In a multibiome litter experiment covering most of the global variation in leaf trait spectra, we showed that three dimensions of functional diversity (dispersion, rarity, and evenness) explained up to 66% of variations in multifunctionality, although the dominant species and their traits remained an important predictor. While high dispersion impeded multifunctionality, increasing the evenness among functionally dissimilar species was a key dimension to promote higher multifunctionality and to reduce the abundance of plant pathogens. Because too-dissimilar species could have negative effects on ecosystems, our results highlight the need for not only diverse but also functionally even assemblages to promote multifunctionality. The effect of functionally rare species strongly shifted from positive to negative depending on their trait differences with the dominant species. Simultaneously managing the dispersion, evenness, and rarity in multispecies assemblages could be used to design assemblages aimed at maximizing multifunctionality independently of the biome, the identity of dominant species, or the range of trait values considered. Functional evenness and rarity offer promise to improve the management of terrestrial ecosystems and to limit plant disease risks.

En muchos accionamientos de velocidad variable (a los que en inglés se denominan ASD, Adjustable Speed Drives) para máquinas de corriente alterna, la fuente de tensión que alimenta al inversor consiste básicamente en una capacidad que se alimenta a través de un rectificador trifásico en puente de diodos conectado a la red eléctrica. Estos ASD son muy sensibles a los huecos de tensión de la red eléctrica, ya que éstos pueden causar caídas de tensión en el lado de continua que producen variaciones en la velocidad y en el par de la máquina y picos de corriente en el lado de alterna del rectificador que pueden provocar el disparo de las protecciones. El objetivo principal del proyecto es el estudio de los efectos que estos huecos de tensión provocan sobre el rectificador antes mencionado (tanto en el lado AC, alterna, como en el lado DC, continua), teniendo en cuenta los diversos factores que intervienen. A su vez, se hará uso del hecho de que, utilizando unos ciertos valores base, el comportamiento del circuito dependerá únicamente de dos parámetros (llamados parámetros normalizados); la ventaja de estos parámetros normalizados reside en que diferentes convertidores con los mismos parámetros normalizados tendrán el mismo comportamiento. La carga (el conjunto formado por el inversor y la máquina de alterna) ha sido modelizada de cuatro formas distintas: como una resistencia, como una fuente de corriente constante, como una fuente que absorbe potencia constante y como un inversor ideal alimentando a una máquina de inducción trifásica modelizada mediante un sistema de ecuaciones diferenciales de orden 5. Las conclusiones de este proyecto son el resultado de un largo y exhaustivo análisis de los datos obtenidos mediante las simulaciones realizadas en PSPICE. Algunos de estos datos han sido manipulados en EXCEL y MATLAB para obtener las conclusiones.
