Abstract We explore the decay of bound neutrons in the JUNO liquid scintillator detector into invisible particles (e.g., $$n\rightarrow 3 \nu $$ n → 3 ν or $$nn \rightarrow 2 \nu $$ n n → 2 ν ), which do not produce an observable signal. The invisible decay includes two decay modes: $$ n \rightarrow { inv} $$ n → inv and $$ nn \rightarrow { inv} $$ n n → inv . The invisible decays of s-shell neutrons in $$^{12}\textrm{C}$$ 12 C will leave a highly excited residual nucleus. Subsequently, some de-excitation modes of the excited residual nuclei can produce a time- and space-correlated triple coincidence signal in the JUNO detector. Based on a full Monte Carlo simulation informed with the latest available data, we estimate all backgrounds, including inverse beta decay events of the reactor antineutrino $${\bar{\nu }}_e$$ ν ¯ e , natural radioactivity, cosmogenic isotopes and neutral current interactions of atmospheric neutrinos. Pulse shape discrimination and multivariate analysis techniques are employed to further suppress backgrounds. With two years of exposure, JUNO is expected to give an order of magnitude improvement compared to the current best limits. After 10 years of data taking, the JUNO expected sensitivities at a 90% confidence level are $$\tau /B( n \rightarrow { inv} ) > 5.0 \times 10^{31} \, \textrm{years}$$ τ / B ( n → inv ) > 5.0 × 10 31 years and $$\tau /B( nn \rightarrow { inv} ) > 1.4 \times 10^{32} \, \textrm{years}$$ τ / B ( n n → inv ) > 1.4 × 10 32 years .

Abstract In the era of the Internet of Things (IoT), the transmission of medical reports in the form of scan images for collaborative diagnosis is vital for any telemedicine network. In this context, ensuring secure transmission and communication is necessary to protect medical data to maintain privacy. To address such privacy concerns and secure medical images against cyberattacks, this research presents a robust hybrid encryption framework that integrates quantum, and classical cryptographic methods. The proposed framework not only secure medical data against cyber threats but also protects the secret security keys. Initially, a Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) is employed to generate a shared key, which is then used to secure the symmetric keys via One-Time Pad (OTP) encryption. Next, bit-planes are extracted from each color component. The rows and columns of the extracted bit-planes are scrambled using random sequences which are generated by a 6D hyperchaotic Chen system and the Ikeda map. To further increase confusion in the original data, multiple-step pixel scrambling operations such as pixel shuffling, pixel value shuffling, and rotational and flipping operations are implemented. After the confusion phase, a combination of affine transformations with non-linear functions, Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) with complex modulation, Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with random phase modulation, bilinear transformation, and nonlinear polynomial mapping are employed to create diffusion in the scrambled components. These multiple encryption operations aim to maximize randomness in the final ciphertext image. Additionally, to reduce computational complexity, only the Most Significant Bit-Planes (MSBs) are encrypted, as they contain more than 94% of the plaintext information. Several experimental results and analyses are conducted to assess the proposed encryption framework, including entropy analysis, key sensitivity analysis, correlation analysis lossless analysis, and histogram analysis. Furthermore, the framework is tested against various cyberattacks such as brute-force attacks, clipping attacks, and noise attacks on the ciphertext images, to demonstrate its resilience against such threats.

In this study, we will express the 2-crossed module of groups from a higher-dimensional categorical perspective. According to simplicial homotopy theory, a 2-crossed module is the Moore complex of a 2-truncated simplicial group. Therefore, the 2-crossed module is an algebraic homotopy model for the homotopy 3-types. Tricategories are a three-dimensional generalization of the bicategory concept. Any tricategory is triequivalent to the Gray category, where Gray is a category enriched over the monoidal category 2Cat equipped with the Gray tensor product. Briefly, a Gray category is a semi-strict 3-category for homotopy 3-types. Naturally, the tricategory perspective is used in homotopy theory. The 2-crossed module is associated with the concept of the Gray category. The aim of this study is to obtain a single object tricategory from any 2-crossed module of groups.

Investigation of inherited metabolic disorders in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a matter of debate. X-linked creatine transporter deficiency is among the metabolic disorders which may present predominantly with features of ASD and intellectual disability. Here, we aimed to screen for creatine transporter deficiency in boys with ASD at a university hospital in Turkey.

Abstract Climate change has caused many challenges to soil ecosystems, including soil salinity. Consequently, many strategies are advised to mitigate this issue. In this context, biochar is acknowledged as a useful addition that can alleviate the detrimental impacts of salt stress on plants. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of different levels of salt (Control; T0 0 gl−1, T1; 1.50, and T2; 3 gl−1) and biochar addition rates (A0; 0 g kg−1, A1; 40 g kg−1, and A2; 80 g kg−1) on the agronomic, physiological, and biochemical responses of corn plants. The results of our study showed a significant increase in the biomass of corn plants when exposed to salt stress and treated with 40 g kg−1 of biochar. The result underscores the significant function of Acacia-biochar in mitigating salt toxicity. The application of A1 biochar at a specified rate mitigated the adverse effects of salt-induced oxidative stress by augmenting the activities of catalase (CAT) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST). Furthermore, the utilization of biochar led to an increase in chlorophyll b concentrations in maize plants subjected to saline water treatment. Biochar is generally considered an efficient method for alleviating the adverse effects of salinity. To enhance plant growth and development while mitigating salinity-induced toxicity, the application of biochar in saline soils must be implemented appropriately.

Background: This study was carried out to assess the use of information technology (IT) among the health profession students in two health universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Objectives: To assess usage of computer usage and computer skill along with attitude towards distance learning among medical students of KSA and Pakistan. Materials & Methods: We conducted this cross-sectional study among health profession students at the College of Medicine, Saudi Arabia and the College of Dentistry, Pakistan. Results: A total of 616 students responded affirmatively to the dispensed survey; 164 (26.62%) of them were from Saudi Arabian University, whereas 452 (73.37%) were from Pakistani University. 66.6% of the participants responded that they have used computers for more than 24 months, among them 59.3% used it for academic purposes. Respondents identified a few MS programs being actively used by them in Saudi Arabia, which was not the same case for their Pakistani counterparts. In addition, Pakistani cohort (58.8%) responded that they use it for entertainment also which was not the case with their Saudi peers. Both cohorts identified weak Internet as a major limitation to the distance mode of learning. Furthermore, the Pakistani cohort identified the lack of practical education and clinical skills teaching as other challenges. Conclusion: The majority of students in this study were inclined to have online teaching and evaluation, but only as an aid to conventional systems of curriculum delivery. Students identified that conventional modes of curricular delivery are still considered superior.

Empirical evidence suggests that a leader’s political skills may act as a moderator that might decrease the effect of prototypicality’s impact on trust and on leadership effectiveness. The study investigated leading political skills as second-level regulatory variables in connection to leader effectiveness and trust with the purpose of testing a cross-level moderated mediation model within a traditionally collectivist culture like Turkey in efforts to contextualize and expand understanding of leadership prototype perception.

Fractional integrals and inequalities have gained a lot of attention in recent years. By introducing innovative analytical approaches and applications, and by applying these approaches, numerous forms of inequalities have been examined. In this paper, we establish new identity for the twice differentiable function where the absolute value is convex. By utilizing this identity, numerous Corrected Euler-Maclaurin-type inequalities are developed for the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional integral operator. Based on this identity, the Corrected Euler-Maclaurin-type inequalities for [Formula: see text]-convex function are obtained. By employing well-known inequalities such as Hölder’s and Power -Mean, we are introduced several new error bounds and estimates for Corrected Euler-Maclaurin-type inequalities. Additionally, special cases of the present results are applied to obtain the previous well-known results.

In current times, the diminishing reserves of petroleum, increased energy consumption across various sectors, and their consequential environmental impact have become apparent. Consequently, it is necessary to develop sustainable and eco-friendly energy sources to meet growing demands. The article aimed to blend castor and neem oils (in a 50:50 ratio) to rectify the drawbacks present in castor biodiesel such as elevated kinematic viscosity and density. Response surface methodology was used to study the optimization of the two-step biodiesel production process through the use of a central composite design (CCD). For the esterification step, a methanol-to-oil molar ratio of 7.5:1, 1.75 wt.% of H2SO4, and a temperature of 55 °C were optimal. In the transesterification step, optimized conditions included a methanol-to-oil molar ratio of 9:1, 2.50 wt.% of calcium oxide, a temperature of 55 °C, and a stirring speed of 900 rpm, resulting in a 93% yield of methyl ester. Different properties of produced biodiesel were examined using the standard values provided by EN 14214 and ASTM D6751. The production of biodiesel from a mixture of castor and neem oils did not have any adverse impacts on food security.

Coaches are the main people who have an impact on the mental and psychological performance of athletes as well as their physical performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived coaching behaviors on the anger and aggression levels of male athletes. This study was conducted with 748 licensed male athletes who are over 18 years of age and participate in individual and team sports branches. In this study, the “Coaching Behavior Assessment Questionnaire” and the “Competitive Aggressiveness and Anger Scale” were used as data collection tools. The study results showed that athletes’ levels of evaluation of the coaching behaviors were high, while the levels of aggressiveness and anger in sports were low. It was determined that there is a negative lowlevel relationship between the athletes’ evaluation levels of the coaching behaviors and the aggressiveness and anger levels in sports and that the coach’s behaviors predict the anger and aggressiveness levels of the athletes by 9% and 6%, respectively. The results of this study show that the attitudes and behaviors of coaches can affect the emotional states of male athletes and have the potential to increase or decrease their anger and aggressiveness levels. Coaches who exhibit positive, supportive and modeling behaviors help create a healthy sports environment and help male athletes maintain emotional balance.

Antibiotics have been used as growth promotors to enhance poultry"s growth performance and feed efficiency. However, their use leads to various side effects like antimicrobial resistance (AMR), destruction of beneficial bacteria, and microbes in the gut, and dysbiosis with time. Various alternatives have been used over the years to overcome the poultry problems and these are necessarily required to replace antibiotics to prevent these side effects. Among alternatives, probiotics are the best option because of their unique pharmacological and therapeutic properties. They are living and nonpathogenic microbes that have health benefits for the host. In poultry diets, they are used as feed additives. They help in proper feed digestion to make beneficial nutrients available for more feed intake and faster growth. They play a significant role in the host by modulation of the host"s immune response thus protecting the host from many infections. They contribute to health by offering anti-mutagenic, anti-carcinogenic, anti-hypertensive, hypocholesterolemic, and immune-modulating effects. They help to enhance the production and quality of poultry meat and eggs. The selection of suitable probiotic strains is of great concern to achieve all optimal effects of probiotics. Therefore, this review explores probiotics, their properties, mode of action, and effects on commercial egg and meat production.

Abstract Electrochemical water splitting is a promising approach towards a sustainable and renewable energy source. However, the demand for high anodic potential and sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) restrict the efficiency and feasibility of the water-splitting process. In this quest, transition metal oxides and alloys are considered potential candidates owing to their natural occurrence and high redox potential for OER. However, many associated challenges in their use are still there to be addressed. Here, we designed a new class of bismuth-doped iron oxide on exfoliated graphene oxide by optimizing the metal loading on the conductive support to facilitate the flow of charge during catalysis. The catalytic ability of the synthesized Bi-doped nanocomposites was evaluated in activating the OER under extreme alkaline conditions (1 MKOH). On screening different combinations, 20Bi–Fe2O3@GO was identified as the most efficient and sustainable electrocatalyst even under harsh operating conditions, with an onset potential of 1.48 V and a Tafel slope of 65 mV/dec. The current study offers a new class of Bi-doped electrocatalysts, where the precise doping of Bi and the optimized loading of metal was found the key to achieving low onset potential and high current density to initiate OER. A brief review of crack path calculation methods using integral principles of mechanics is presented. In twodimensional setting, a crack is considered as a geodesic line on the surface of a body with a metric that depends on the initial stress state. The possibility of approximate determination of crack path on the basis of integral principles is illustrated on a number of problems. In particular, crack paths in a half-plane under uniformly distributed load applied on its edge are determined. The calculations include the stress state of the half-plane taken from the solution for a body without a crack. The fruitfulness of the representation of displacements of crack edges using the Winkler’s hypothesis is shown. To study the subcritical behavior of the crack, the concept of cracon, a quasi-particle simulating the motion of the crack tip, can be introduced. The problem of determining the crack path on the basis of integral principles of mechanics is insufficiently investigated and requires further research.

Objective This research aimed to analyze the prevalence, molecular characteristics, toxinotyping, alpha toxin production potential, and antibiotic resistance pattern of Clostridium perfringens (C. perfringens) isolates in meat samples collected from various sources. Methods Sixty meat samples were screened for alpha toxin using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, revealing a positivity rate of 13.3%, predominantly in raw poultry meat. Subsequent culturing on Perfringens agar identified nine samples harboring characteristic C. perfringens colonies, primarily isolated from raw poultry meat. Molecular confirmation through 16S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing authenticated twelve isolates as C. perfringens, with nine strains exhibiting genetic resemblance to locally isolated strains. Toxinotyping assays targeting alpha toxin-specific genes confirmed all nine isolates as type A C. perfringens, with no detection of beta or epsilon toxin genes. Hemolytic assays demonstrated varying alpha toxin production potentials among isolates, with accession number OQ721004.1 displaying the highest production capacity. Moreover, antibiotic resistance profiling revealed multi-drug resistance patterns among the isolates. Results The study identified distinct clusters within C. perfringens strains, indicating variations. Phylogenetic analysis delineated genetic relatedness among strains, elucidating potential evolutionary paths and divergences. Conclusion The findings underscore the need for robust surveillance and control measures to mitigate the risk of C. perfringens contamination in meat products, particularly in raw poultry meat. Enhanced monitoring and prudent antimicrobial stewardship practices are warranted in both veterinary and clinical settings to address the observed antibiotic resistance profiles and prevent foodborne outbreaks.

Abstract Automated segmentation of biomedical image has been recognized as an important step in computer-aided diagnosis systems for detection of abnormalities. Despite its importance, the segmentation process remains an open challenge due to variations in color, texture, shape diversity and boundaries. Semantic segmentation often requires deeper neural networks to achieve higher accuracy, making the segmentation model more complex and slower. Due to the need to process a large number of biomedical images, more efficient and cheaper image processing techniques for accurate segmentation are needed. In this article, we present a modified deep semantic segmentation model that utilizes the backbone of EfficientNet-B3 along with UNet for reliable segmentation. We trained our model on Non-melanoma skin cancer segmentation for histopathology dataset to divide the image in 12 different classes for segmentation. Our method outperforms the existing literature with an increase in average class accuracy from 79 to 83%. Our approach also shows an increase in overall accuracy from 85 to 94%.

Abstract Microscopic scrutiny aids in alkali-activated materials’ (AAM) application in construction industry. This study delves into the pore structure and properties of one-part alkali-activated slag (AAS) mortar modified by carbon black (CB) and recycled carbon fiber (rCF). The additives enhanced flexural strength by 51.82% (12.16 MPa) with lower water absorption (10.24%). Refinement of pore size and reduction of connectivity are key factors in improving properties. The densification effect of CB and the strong interface between rCF and gel were observed. Furthermore, AAS mortars exhibited multifractal characteristics within the range of micropores and capillary pores. Despite altering fractal regions, the additives did not affect its size dependence. The backbone fractal dimension increases with the addition of CB and rCF, exhibiting strong correlations with various macro properties, thus serving as a comprehensive parameter to characterize pore shape and distribution. This study deepens understanding of AAM composites, facilitating their adoption of low-carbon building materials.

Six rats died during this period and two died because of surgical complications. A myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model was created using a thoracotomy incision from 4th intercostal space. The LAD was ligated using an 8– 0 prolene suture for 30min. Ozone was administered intraperitoneally(1mg/kg) 5min before reperfusion. The reperfusion time was 120 min. At the end of the reperfusion procedure, myocardial tissue histopathological examinations, and serum biochemical analyses were performed.Results: The percentage of TUNEL(+) cardiomyocytes/HPF was significantly higher in the DIR group than in the C, D, and DO groups. Conversely, TUNEL positivity was significantly lower in the DIRO group than in the DIR group. The IRI score was significantly higher in the DIR and DIRO groups than that in the C, D, and DO groups. In contrast, the IRI damage score in the DIRO group was significantly lower than that in the DIR group. Serum MDA levels were significantly higher in the DIR group than in the C, D, and DO groups. Similarly, MDA levels were significantly higher in the DIRO group than in the C and D groups. CAT activity was significantly higher in the DIR group than in the C and D groups. SOD activity was significantly higher in the DIR group than in the C and DO groups.Conclusion: Our study showed that ozone exerts cardioprotective effects in STZ-induced diabetic rats through its antioxidant role against oxidative stress. Both biochemical and histological analyses clearly revealed that ozone has beneficial effects against IRI in the diabetic rat myocardium.Keywords: diabetes mellitus, ozone, myocard, SOD, MDA, ischemia-reperfusion

The emergence of tick resistance against synthetic and eco-toxic chemical acaricides has stressed the need to find target-specific, non-toxic, and more potent alternatives such as botanicals. The current study was designed to investigate the acaricidal and repellent potential of ethyl acetate extract of Moringa oleifera seeds against Rhipicephalus microplus cattle ticks. Adult immersion test, larval immersion test, and tick climbing repellent assay were carried out to evaluate the acaricidal and repellent potential of M. oleifera extract. Five different concentrations (20, 10, 5, 2.5, and 1.25 %) of the ethyl acetate extract of M. oleifera were prepared to evaluate the acaricidal and repellent potential. Different parameters like adult tick mortality, larval mortality, egg hatchability, inhibition of egg hatchability, oviposition reduction, reproductive index, reproductive efficiency index, tick repellency, and product effectiveness were determined. Ethyl acetate extract of M. oleifera showed 70% adult mortality after 24 h treatment when 20% concentration was used. Similarly, 73% larval tick mortality was observed at 20% concentration. The results also showed the dose-dependent response of ethyl acetate extract of M. oleifera seeds against egg hatchability, inhibition of egg hatchability, oviposition reduction, reproductive index, reproductive efficiency index, and tick repellency, confirming that 20% concentration is effective as an acaricide and repellent against R. microplus. Therefore, the tested extract can be considered a possible candidate for controlling R. microplus in cattle.

Advancement in technology has opened the doors for the terahertz (THz) frequency range to be applied in different fields for a variety of applications and efficient propagation of THz waves is an important parameter to consider. This paper is a bibliometric analysis of the past twenty years’ research progress toward the terahertz waveguides and their propagation. The analysis is supported by the VOSviewer software. The analysis includes the distribution of the journal publications, contributions by the different authors in the THz waveguide field, affiliations, highly impacted journals, top keywords, and countries working in this area. The analysis discussed in this paper is based on the published reports of the last 20 years extracted from the Scopus database. The main aim of this analysis is to identify the research map, identify the research gap, and the potential of the THz waveguides in future applications. These evaluations would provide a general overview of the development and advancement of the THz waveguide and provide appropriate direction for continuing research in this field

Surprisingly innovation process based on deliberate practice has rarely been unearthed that might explore the boundary conditions of the eco-friendly deliberate practice and eco-innovation performance relationship. Anchored on the organizational support theory and the social cognitive, the current study seeks to investigate the impacts of perceived organizational support (POS) and developmental leadership (DL) on eco-innovation performance (EP) through the mediating role of eco-friendly deliberate practice (EDP). In addition, the study explores the boundary effects of employee resilience (ER) on the relationship between EDP and EP. The study collects time-lagged (i.e., "three-wave") and multisource (i.e., "self-rated and supervisor-rated") data from 383 respondents working in the service sector organizations in Pakistan. The authors processed data in SmartPLS (v 4.0) to assess the measurement model and the structural model. The study finds that POS and DL have significant positive relationships with EDP. Further, EDP partially mediates the links between POS, DL, and EP. Moreover, ER intervenes the association between EDP and EP such that at high levels of ER, the relationship is stronger and vice versa. Despite growing interest in deliberate practice, the boundary conditions of EDP in the work context are rarely investigated. This is the first study that explores the contextual and individual factors that can underpin the influence of EDP on EP.

Synthesis of nanofibrous carbon (multi-wall carbon nanotubes, MWCNTs) by means of n-hexane pyrolysis is reported. The structure of the obtained MWCNTs was studied using scanning electron microscopy, and the diameters of 20–85 nm and lengths of 500–600 nm for these nanotubes were observed. By using the above mentioned MWCNTs field-effect transistors were fabricated on ITO glass substrates with a gate dielectric made of 390 nm thick Al2O3 foil and the drain-source contacts made of 300 nm thick aluminum foil. The Nano-C film 200 nm thick was deposited by thermal evaporation in vacuum. The properties of the obtained field-effect transistors were studied. The current-voltage characteristics of the OFET show an increase in currents with a positive voltage on the gate, which corresponds to the electron conductivity of the transport channel. The dependences are nonlinear, and there are no saturation regions in the output characteristics. The Raman spectra indicate the presence of nickel and show characteristic peaks for C=C and CH bonds.

Through-wall imaging (TWI) is a critical application in various domains, including security, surveillance, search and rescue, and structural assessment. This paper investigates signal processing techniques to achieve object imaging through walls using an Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Antipodal Vivaldi antenna (AVA). The design and simulation of the UWB AVA antenna optimized for TWI are presented. The antenna exhibits wide bandwidth, low sidelobes, and directional radiation patterns, making them suitable for capturing weak signals reflected from hidden objects. Signal processing plays a crucial role in extracting valuable information from TWI. In this investigation, the focus lies on analyzing time domain signals for TWI, studying the factors influencing the process, and successfully retrieving two-dimensional details of the scanned scene. The proposed approach leverages the unique characteristics of UWB signals, such as their ability to penetrate obstacles and provide fine spatial resolution.

ObjectiveTo investigate the dynamic changes in neutrophil–to–lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and its derived indices following mechanical thrombectomy (MT) in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and evaluate their predictive value for prognosis.MethodsThis single-center retrospective cohort study included AIS patients who underwent MT at Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2018 to February 2024. Peripheral blood samples were collected on admission, day 1, and day 3 after MT to determine the NLR, derived NLR (dNLR), and neutrophil–monocyte–to–lymphocyte ratio (NMLR). The primary endpoint was poor functional outcome at 90 days (modified Rankin scale score 3–6). The secondary endpoints included post-operative hemorrhagic transformation, malignant cerebral edema, in-hospital mortality, and 90-day all-cause mortality. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to evaluate predictive performance, and multivariate logistic regression models were employed to explore the independent associations between inflammatory markers and prognosis.ResultsA total of 423 eligible patients were included. Both groups showed similar dynamic trends in inflammatory markers, peaking on day 1 post-MT and subsequently declining. However, the poor outcome group (n = 255, 60.28%) maintained higher levels on day 3, whereas the good outcome group showed a significant decreasing trend. ROC curve analysis revealed that the NLR (AUC = 0.85, 95% CI: 0.81–0.89), dNLR (AUC = 0.86, 95% CI: 0.82–0.89), and NMLR (AUC = 0.85, 95% CI: 0.81–0.89) on day 3 post-MT had the strongest predictive power for 90-day poor outcomes. Current study was reported that to tune the magnetic, electrical and thermoelectric properties of Co3O4NPs by using different concentration of iron (0, 3 and 5 wt%). The Fe doped Co3O4 NPs were synthesized by using co-precipitation method. The XRD was use to identify the cubic spinel structure and crystallite size range from 15 to 24 nm. The porous like surface morphology changed into tiny spherical grain with 5 % Fe doped Co3O4 NPs was observed via SEM micrographs. After that the presence of CoO, FeO, CO, CO2 and OH was identify with the help of FTIR analysis. In addition, VSM analysis shows that magnetization increase (20.918 E-3 to 73.843E-3 emu), corecivity, retentivity and ferromagnetic behavior decreased by increasing Fe concentration in Co3O4 NPs. Further, two probe method was used to examine the relation between resistivity and conductivity. It was observed that the resistivity decreases (9 × 103 to 3 × 103 Ω m) and conductivity increased (1.1× 10-4 to 3.3× 10-4 Ω-1m−1) upto significant level. Finally, thermoelectric property was identified to calculate seebeck coefficient and power factor. Thermoelectric result shows that due to increase the distance between source and substrate then seebeck coefficient and power factor increased. The seebeck coefficient values indicated that due to decrease the resistivity the carrier concentration increase upto significant value at optimum temperature. The synthesized nano-material will be suitable for spintronic devices, supercapacitor for electrode material and temperature sensors.

Background: An increasing number of people throughout the world are suffering with visceral obesity. Accumulation of visceral fat is a pathogenic manifestation of global fat dysfunction, that leads to inflammation, atherosclerosis, abnormal lipid levels, and high blood pressure. Methods: This association study was conducted at Department of Medicine, Mayo Hospital Lahore, Pakistan. 30 participants who meet the selection criteria were recruited after taking written consent. Then patients were evaluated for their height, weight and waist circumference body mass index. Visceral fat was calculated by using machine for bio-impendence analysis. Visceral adiposity index was calculated. 5 cc venous blood sample was' collected under aseptic measures and all samples were sent to the hospital's laboratory for assessment of lipid profile and blood sugar levels. Results: We have studied 30 patients (43.8 % female and 56.3 % male), mean age of study population calculated was 40.6 ± 11.80 years. The mean Visceral Body Fat was found to be 13.53 ± 1.41, High-Density Lipoprotein cholesterol mean calculated was 36.91 ± 9.18 mg/dL, and mean Visceral Adiposity Index calculated was 16.75 ​± ​7.55. Pearson Correlation was used, to find correlation between Visceral Adiposity Index and Visceral Body fat. The value turned out to be 00.899∗∗ shows positive correlation, p-value was 0. 001 significant. Conclusion: In this study we found positive correlation of visceral adiposity index and visceral body fat by use of Bio impedance analysis machine among metabolically obese normal weight individuals. Visceral adiposity index requires many blood tests while Bio impedance analysis machine can be used in simple outdoor settings hence, we can isolate high risk patient in outdoor settings without any invasive procedures or laboratory investigations.

This study compares the sustainability of financial innovation, development, and economic growth in India and China, considering macro-economic factors like globalization, inflation, and monetary policies. It addresses the impact of financial development on sustainable economic growth by analyzing these two major emerging economies. The ARDL co-integration approach is used to assess long-run and short-run relationships among variables, focusing on sustainability. The results show a long-term co-integration among financial innovation, development, and economic growth, revealing challenges to sustainable development. Both countries show a negative long-term relationship between financial innovation, development, and economic growth, with India's impact larger in magnitude than China's. In contrast, short-term results are positive and significant for both nations. The ECT term suggests India requires more short-run adjustments to reach equilibrium. Overall, financial initiatives in both countries, amid globalization and monetary challenges, do not support sustainable long-term GDP growth but have short-term positive effects. China performs better due to smaller negative coefficients and fewer adjustments needed. The findings align with economic theories such as the Solow growth model and the theory of endogenous growth, emphasizing efficient allocation of financial resources for growth. This research adds valuable insights to the literature on sustainable economic outcomes in India and China, providing policymakers with guidance for future strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
