Abstract

Based on the results of the PEST-analysis and methodological tools for determining the motives for the potential turnover of staff from agriculture, the dependence of the reproduction of personnel potential on social factors was revealed. Using the method of index analysis, the article developed a method for calculating the integral indicator of changes in social conditions in agriculture. Further, using the tools of mathematical modeling, its effect on the reproduction of personnel potential in the industry was proved.

Abstract

Here we describe the early stages of a fragment-based lead discovery (FBLD) project for a recently elucidated synthetic lethal target, the PRMT5/MTA complex, for the treatment of MTAP-deleted cancers. Starting with five fragment/PRMT5/MTA X-ray co-crystal structures, we employed a two-phase fragment elaboration process encompassing optimization of fragment hits and subsequent fragment growth to increase potency, assess synthetic tractability, and enable structure-based drug design. Two lead series were identified, one of which led to the discovery of the clinical candidate MRTX1719.

Abstract

The relevance of this article lies in the need to study the possibilities of accumulating virtual social capital, maintaining it with the help of virtual social networks and using it in the educational, labor and leisure spheres. Since such resources can make a significant contribution to any area of a person's life: assistance in the field of education, and significant bonuses for employment. The purpose of the study is to identify mechanisms for acquiring, preserving and strengthening virtual social capital. Research methods: as a research method, a questionnaire survey was used to describe and analyze the features of using virtual social networks in the educational, labor and leisure spheres of users' lives. Research results: the article considers the features of virtual social capital formation. The novelty and originality of the research lies in the fact that for the first time students' idea of virtual social capital is considered. It is shown that virtual social networks are very popular with students. The factors that encourage users of virtual social networks to use their capabilities in solving significant issues in each of the studied areas are identified. It is determined that the social network is used mainly as a means of communication and information transfer, as well as a tool for organizing leisure, goals pursued in the educational sphere, in the field of career and leisure can be no less successfully implemented with its help. It is revealed that undergraduate students do not consider study groups in social networks to be effective, while master's students consider such groups effective. It is shown that it is more difficult to accumulate virtual social capital in the labor sphere than in the educational sphere, since this is due to the closeness of working groups and low career mobility of employees. It is determined that for the formation of virtual social capital in the labor sphere it is necessary firstly to find good real contacts. It is shown that it is necessary to form virtual social capital in the labor sphere depending on the type of work: if the work is in the classical sphere, then personal acquaintances and further real communication will be better suited here, and if the work is in the innovative sphere, it is better to build and maintain relationships in the virtual space. It is revealed that the use of social networks in the field of leisure is the most popular for the formation of virtual social capital. Practical significance: the data obtained in this work can be used in social psychology, labor psychology, management, as well as for further theoretical development of this issue. Abstract

Period of active longevity is caused by a large number of biological and social factors, determined by the genetic structure of an organism and its adaptive reactions to external and internal behavioral factors. Elderly persons lifestyle to the full extent can be related to external factors. At this age the style of life has a great influence on health, and consequently, on the quality of life. It is possible to live a healthy lifestyle only on condition that a person has a general concept of its components. This general concept can be changed during some period of time. The concept depends on persons social status in society, and includes moral, cultural and social norms, values and ideals. It also includes age, sex, standard of living, education and residency in the district, city (town) where there are facilities to realise the motor function. In order to study social background of keeping a healthy lifestyle, the survey of women of older generation, who attend health clubs has been conducted. The urgent character of this problem is caused by the fact that in modern sociocultural environment researches of healthy lifestyle are held on schoolchildren, students and middle aged people. There are few researches which characterise the concept of healthy lifestyle of people of older generation. The introduced experimental material confirms the urgent character of the problem. The algorithm of evaluation of the relevance of the factors that characterise the healthy lifestyle had been developed. Concepts of women of the older generation, who attend health groups are represented. Период активного долголетия обусловлен большим количеством биологических и социальных условий, определяемых наследственной структурой организма и адаптивными реакциями организма к внешним и поведенческим факторам. К внешним факторам в полной мере можно отнести образ жизни пожилого человека. В этом возрасте образ жизни оказывает особое влияние на состояние здоровья, а значит и на качество жизни. Вести здоровый образ жизни возможно только при наличии определенных представлений о его составляющих. Эти представления со временем меняются, зависят от социального статуса человека в обществе, включают нравственные, культурные, социальные нормы, ценности и идеалы; возраст, пол, уровень жизни, образованность, место жительства в масштабе района, города, где есть условия для реализации двигательной активности. С целью изучения социальных предпосылок к ведению здорового образа жизни проведено целенаправленное анкетирование женщин старшего поколения, занимающихся в группах здоровья. Актуальность данной проблемы обусловлена тем, что в современной социокультурной среде исследования по вопросам здорового образа жизни направлены на школьный, студенческий, средний возраст и практически отсутствуют работы, характеризующие представления об образе жизни людей старшего поколения. Представленный экспериментальный материал подтверждает актуальность проблемы. Разработан алгоритм оценки значимости факторов, характеризующих здоровый образ жизни. Исследованы представления женщин старшего поколения, занимающихся в группах здоровья о критериях здорового образа жизни.
