This study aims to analyze the On-Time Performance on domestic flights in Indonesia using the Random Forest machine learning analysis method. The purpose of this study is to predict On-Time Performance on domestic flights with high accuracy. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and factors that affect On-Time Performance on domestic flights in Indonesia. The results showed that the Random Forest model can produce On-Time Performance predictions on domestic flights with a high level of accuracy. Factors such as ground handling services, weather, and technical operations have a significant influence on On-Time Performance on domestic flights. The implication of this research is that it can help airlines optimize flight schedules and minimize flight delays, thus providing satisfaction to passengers

Learning skills models for children with special needs (ABK) in recent years have been widely developed. The model is oriented towards the development of self-help skills and vocational abilities (economic skills) so that ABK can achieve independence of adaptability. In addition to being able to serve coffee, a barista must have the skills to recognize, differentiate and compare types of coffee products. The purpose of this study is to develop supporting technologies in the formation of coffee sensory skills for deaf people. This type of research is developing supporting facilities in the form of array technology of sensory sensors as work electrodes, reference electrodes, data acquisition systems, and artificial intelligence (AI) systems that connect to computers or Android smartphones wirelessly. Technology trials were conducted on 20 deaf people under the auspices of the AORA special education and skills institute. The technology developed is tailored to the needs of various types of identical flavors in coffee such as bitter, salty, sour, sweet, and savory. The target of achieving RIIM's target product from this research activity is to create coffee sensory technology to support barista training for deaf people in AORA's special education and skills institutions. Research outputs other than appropriate technology, activity reports, product patents, tool use modules and reputable international journals.

Analyzing the comparison of brand and company characteristics of airlines services is important in the aviation industry. The purpose of this analysis is to determine if there is a significant difference in the quality of service among different airlines. The ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) method can be used to compare more than two groups of data and determine if the differences between the groups are significant or not. In this analysis, the measured variables can be the quality of service provided by airlines such as comfort, safety, speed, accuracy, and others. Data can be obtained from various sources such as surveys, personal experiences, and reviews from various media. Analyzing the comparison of brand and company characteristics of airlines services using the ANOVA method can provide valuable insights for airlines in improving the quality of service provided to customers. The analysis results can be used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each airline, which can be used to improve the quality of service and create a better experience for customers. The ANOVA method can provide useful information in comparing the quality of service among airlines. However, it is important to note that the analysis results are not always 100% accurate and need to be interpreted carefully. This study aims to identify the advantages and challenges in the use of ICT in teaching children with special needs in East Java, as well as evaluate the success of ICT implementation and its relationship with the learning achievement of children with special needs. The research methods used are descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the use of ICT as a teaching aid for children with special needs in East Java has various advantages, such as increasing children's interest in learning, motivation, and participation, as well as helping teachers in providing more interactive and fun learning. However, the research also identified various challenges in ICT implementation, such as lack of access to adequate tools and infrastructure, as well as the need for training and technical support for teachers and school staff. The evaluation of ICT implementation showed positive results, with the majority of respondents stating that the use of ICT has improved the learning achievement of children with special needs. Regression analysis showed a positive relationship between ICT use and learning achievement of children with special needs.

– Batik is one of the arts and crafts products that are full of customs and culture of the people in Indonesia. The batik art of Kampoeng Batara UKM has existed and developed in the last two years. The limitations of technical facilities are an obstacle to batik production on a mass scale. Through this community service activity, technical support is provided in the form of production facilities for dyeing, boiling and washing media for batik cloth in the form of 10 drums with a capacity of 200 liters. Some of the drums are modified according to production needs with the capacity required by partners. The results of the activity show that the provision of technical support has given partners confidence to increase the capacity of batik products on a larger scale. Dan dengan adanya aplikasi W-MAss (weight Monitor Assistant) berbasis android ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi bagi pengguna untuk lebih hidup sehat dengan menjaga berat badan. Serta Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Android Studio dan Java sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya.

For a company engaged in the service and health sector, it is essential to read consumers' characteristics to develop the company and produce the right products. It is still challenging to determine patients' nutritional treatment, with many patients' healthy treatment remained appropriate and accurate for each patient. Patient data collection and patient interviews are needed to obtain suitable treatment data for the patient. However, to get appropriate further treatment, a system must process past patient data, resulting in more accurate follow-up treatments. The method used in this study is to calculate the value of the training data and K point with the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) Algorithm. The goal is to determine the treatment package menu recommendations for consumers. The K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm is one of the algorithms used for the implementation of this system development. The patient characteristics and data distance calculation using the euclidean distance function can produce a category used to determine a more accurate and good nutritional treatment for each patient. The scenario in the test with a comparison of training data and test data 3: 1 has the highest program accuracy reaching 88%, precision reaching 91%, and recall going 95% among all the results of the test scenario

Malaria is a disease caused by the Plasmodium falciparum parasite carried by female Anopheles mosquitoes. This disease is still a severe threat in eastern Indonesia which is an endemic area of Malaria. A data-driven computer-aided diagnostic approach can be an innovative solution. From the experiment results using the Pre-trained Deep Convolutional Neural Network algorithm that was trained with the transfer learning method, the GoogLeNet model was able to achieve a detection accuracy of 93.89%. In comparison, the ShuffleNet V2 model gained 95.20% accuracy with training times three times faster than GoogLeNet.

This study aims to know the changes that happened in the learning environment caused by the information technology development applied in online learning during the pandemic COVID-19. The rapid changes in information technology have affected many learning strategies and environments, and also improved teacher and student capabilities in information technology. To obtain the solution, this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach as a method. The objects in this research are teachers and students in Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya, a vocational college that implemented a ruled-boarding school system. The pandemic condition has changed the learning system from face-to-face traditional learning into online learning from their home. The result shows that information technology has successfully shifted the student tendency to do face-to-face learning system. This situation also encourages teachers to be able to choose and use information technology as a learning medium for student learning success. In this study, it was stated that teachers, students, and the Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya as a vocational school institution need to make some adjustments in learning techniques to accommodate a pandemic learning environment. The learning design allows many models, methods, and media in the online learning system to facilitate the distance learning process to reach certain goals. The implication of this COVID-19 online study-research is a shift in the learning environment caused by the knowledge level of information technology.

Dalam usaha meningkatkan kualitas ikan Cupang hias dan mengurangi angka kematian akibat penyakit ikan hias, dibutuhkan pakar perikanan yang berpengalaman. Saat ini ketersediaan sumber daya pakar perikanan masih sangat terbatas dan banyak pengetahuan pakar yang hilang akibat kurangnya dokumentasi. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah merancang suatu prototipe sistem penalaran berbasis kasus (CBR) yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk melakukan diagnosa penyakit pada ikan hias. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K Nearest Neighbors. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah prototipe sistem CBR ini dapat mendiagnosa penyakit ikan hias dengan baik dan hasil analisisnya dapat diterima oleh pakar ikan Cupang hias maupun pengguna non pakar. Namun sistem ini masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu keterbatasan dalam basis pengetahuannya. Penggunaan sistem CBR ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk menggantikan pakar perikanan melainkan sebagai alat bantu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit pada ikan Cupang hias. Aplikasi pencatat kebugaran tubuh adalah suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam memantau berat badan seseorang. Tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi pencatat kebugaran tubuh ini yaitu dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk mengetahui nilai dari indeks massa tubuh, tingkat metabolisme, kadar air, berat badan ideal, dan kategori berat badan berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh. Pada saat ini beberapa orang masih mengukur berat badan dengan cara menggunakan media kalkulator dalam menghitung berat badan, dari kasus diatas maka dibuatlah perhitungan untuk mendapatkan sebuah indeks massa tubuh yang diiniginkan dengan menggunakan perhitungan Body Mass Index (BMI) dan Basal Metabolisme Rate (BMR). Dengan adanya perhitungan tersebut dapat dihasilkan tingkat kebugaran tubuh berdasarkan dari nilai BMI, apakah masuk kedalam kategori kurus, normal, gemuk, ataupun obesitas. Dari hasil peneliitian tersebut dapat dianalisa dan dikembangkan menjadi beberapa funsionalitas meliputi aplikasi mampu menghitung nilai dari indeks massa tubuh, berat badan ideal, angka metabolisme, dan kadar air yang terdapat pada tubuh. Kemudian pada menu histori ini user akan ditampilkan sebuah list view yang berfungsi untuk melihat berat badan sesuai dengan tanggal yang telah diinputkan.

The purpose of this final task is to understand how the standard tower control room facilities at Hang Nadim Airport Batam in order to improve the quality of Air Traffic Services. Behind the success of the aviation world, especially in the Hang Nadim airport Batam is inseparable from the important role of aviation-related units one of which is a wizard Air Traffic Controller (ATC). ATC has a responsibility in the provision of Air Traffic Services as outlined in the Five Objectives of Air Traffic Service. Behind the success of ATC in the provision of air traffic services can not be separated from the facilities that support their work performance, especially in space where ATC Control Tower provides Air Traffic Services. Batam's Hang Nadim Airport has great potential to become an airport that could benefit Indonesia in the world of aviation. However, it is hampered by the lack of wind facilities in the display space control tower as the air traffic service requirements as listed in Annex 11 ATS chapter 7. Air Traffic Service requirements for information point 7.1.4.3 stating that ATC should provide the information contained wind conditions at the site by looking at the wind display. Problems with the management of city bus in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia include the absence of a system that can detect and report the number of passengers in every city bus / bus stop. At present, the counting is conducted manually with a paper-based recording system done by two employees in general. This condition makes the passenger movement data and the report addressed to the city bus management invalid. In addition, a city bus passenger reporting system is required to facilitate the city bus passenger counting system so that passenger data can be obtained quickly, electronically stored, and easily analyzed for decision-making in the development of public transportation service. The reporting system developed in this study included detecting bus location, recording the number of passengers who get on and off the bus, and sending the information regarding the location and the number of passenger movement to the IoT-based data processing center. The system consists of RFID and IoT Microcontroller (Wemos d1 mini). RFID serves as the data entry of the passengers who get on and off the bus. Whereas D1 Wemos Mini will process the data of the number of passengers read by the RFID sensor, then the Wemos d1 Mini will connect WiFi to the access point installed at bus stops. After that, the data will be sent to the cloud database through an Internet network and displayed on the website. □ This system has been implemented and tested in real-time to find out the number of bus passengers. According to the test results, the information regarding passenger movements at every bus stop for one bus could be recorded properly. Thus, it provided important information in making decisions about the development of city buses as public transportation in Surabaya.

Two factors that cause male infertility include spermatozoa and nonspermatozoa factors. To discover infertility caused by spermatozoa factor, sperm analysis can be conducted. One of the analysis processes is analyzing the morphology (that is related to the shape of head, neck, and tail) of spermatozoa. The analysis of sperm abnormality is based on the current morphology by observing and calculating the normal shape of sperms manually. Therefore, a system to analyze spermatozoa automatically is required so as to provide essential information regarding sperm condition accurately and quickly. The contribution of this research is to classify spermatozoa automatically and distinguish objects that are not spermatozoa. The novel element of this research is the analysis of sperm morphology based on microscopic videos of spermatozoa by comparing it with the previous researches with images as input data. Hence, what was conducted in this research is automation in analyzing spermatozoa with microscopic video or moving images of spermatozoa as the input data. The research method was initiated with a preprocessing procedure, which included extracting video into images, erosion and dilation operations. It was followed by the process of object segmentation and detection based on edge line, color, and color intensity using contour detection, feature extraction based on eccentricity and Equivalent Circular Diameter (ECD), and finally, classification using decision tree with accuracy result of 83.81%.

Identifying the identity of a prisoner in a detention cell, through facial recognition automatically is a big, exciting problem and there are many different approaches to solve this problem because it must detect multiple faces (multi-face). Especially in uncontrolled real-life scenarios, faces will be seen from various sides and not always facing forward, which makes classification problems more difficult to solve. In this research, one method is combined deep neural networks that is Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Haar Cascade Classifier as real-time facial recognition, which has proven to be very efficient in face classification. Methods are implemented with assistance library Open-CV for multi-face detection and 5MP CCTV camera devices. In preparing the architectural model Convolutional Neural Networks Do configuration parameter initialization to speed up the network training process. Test results on 51 test data using constructs Convolutional Neural Networks VGG16 models up to a depth of 16 layers of convolution layers with input from the extraction of the Haar Cascade Classifier resulting in facial recognition system performance reaching an accuracy rate of about 87%.

The need for telecommunication in this era is very important and increasing. Including communication that uses digital data such as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). One of the SIP servers (Session Initials Protocol) that worked well is the Kamailio server. It’s operating on an open-source and operating on the Linux system. The SIP communication system at the airport designed on this research uses Kamailio as SIP server. The goal is to make communication easier at the airport by using existing network facilities such as wi-fi. The quality of service parameters (QoS) of this study is a delay, throughput, and packet loss on the transmission of text messages, voices, and videos. Results obtained indicate the good value of that communication standard. 114 with 86.62 ms delay parameters for text, 110.10 ms for votes, and 127.52 ms for the video. The throughput shows the average varies with 330 kbps, 45.71 kbps, and 72.3 kbps according to the type of communication. The zero-percent value of packet loss shows all communication on this system is sent to the user in real-time. In this study, it can be concluded that the Kamailio server can be used as a SIP-based communication system at the airport. Testing shows good results on QoS text messages, voice calls, and video calls.

In addition, this study was also conducted to determine differences in learning outcomes of cadets in the Lessons on Dangerous Goods Regulations in Surabaya Aviation using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research carried out is included in the design of one group pretest and possttest research. the research design that contained pretest before being given treatment and posttest after being treated. One of the digital data is a document. Documents can be easily copied and deleted. Anyone can retype or copy parts of the document. In this paper will detect text similarity. The more similarity of words there is the more indicated the document is plagiarism. Winnowing algorithm performs the calculation of hash values of each k-gram. This method improves the search time with more accuracy in the detection process. All data selected hash values will be fingerprints of a document. Fingerprint will be used as a basis for comparing similarities between text data. The fingerprint value of the winnowing process for each document will be matched by using the Jaccard Coefficient to measure the similarity of the text. In this paper results show that the adjustment of the k-gram and window values can affect the final result of the similarity percentage value. The smaller the k-gram value, the greater the percentage value.

Nowadays, progressive parking systems still have disadvantages. It only serves to notify total parking rates to motorized vehicle users when they are still in the parking area. Besides, the payment uses cash. Meanwhile, some users want to pay parking fees using tokens or virtual money. It has dual functions. They are a total parking tariff notification online and to reduce the leakage of parking rates because parking users are not given tickets by park officials. Moreover, it can find out the position of the vehicle in the parking area. By using the GPS Module, it will send data to Arduino Uno if the vehicle is in the parking area. Furthermore, it will activate the initial parking time with the Wemos D1 Mini controller. Later, it will provide notifications on the user's smartphone using the Blynk application. Users can find out the total parking rates that will be paid through notifications on the smartphone and directly cut the balance in the parking user account progressively. The trial of an opened area progressive parking system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) produces a tool that is able to provide modern notifications using wireless or hotspot connections.

Secara umum robot dapat didefinisikan sebagai sebuah piranti mekanik yang mampu melakukan pekerjaan manusia atau berperilaku seperti manusia. Salah satu pekerjaan manusia yang dapat dilakukan oleh robot adalah kegiatan pemadaman kebakaran. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti merancang sebuah Robot Pemadam Api untuk mencari dan memadamkan. Untuk itu robot dilengkapi dengan kamera CMU CAM 3 , Motor DC, Kipas angin, dan mikrokontroler Arduino Due. Kamera CMU CAM 3 berguna untuk mendeteksi keberadaan. Motor DC untuk menggerakkan roda robot agar robot mampu bergerak. Kipas angin berfungsi untuk memadamkan. Dan mikrokontroler sebagai otak robot yang mengatur semua komponen-komponen robot agar berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pada saat robot dinyalakan, robot akan mencari keberadaan api. Setelah robot menemukan api, robot akan bergerak lurus menuju api dan setelah sampai pada sumber api maka kipas angin akan menyala setelah pada jarak yang telah ditentukan untuk memadamkan api tersebut . Robot akan kembali mencari sumber titik api yang lain, sehingga robot pemadam api ini dapat mendeteksi keberadaan api yang lain. Dengan adanya Penelitian ini, diharapkan adanya kemajuan Yaitu Memicu peneliti yang lain untuk membuat robot pemadam api yang lebih canggih dari robot yang dibuat oleh penelitian Kata Kunci : Robot, Simulasi, Keselamatan Penerbangan
