Student graduation is an important achievement in higher education which reflects success in completing studies by fulfilling the requirements set by the university. Graduation accuracy, which refers to the extent to which students complete their study program according to the set target time, also has a crucial role in the world of education. In this context, analysis of the factors that influence the accuracy of student graduation becomes important. In this research, analysis was carried out using a linear regression algorithm to understand the factors that influence student graduation at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya. The results of the analysis show that the Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), Class Type, and Program Studi (Prodi) variables have a significant influence on the accuracy of student graduation. The best regression model selected has a high level of accuracy, indicating its effectiveness in explaining the data. The conclusions from this analysis provide in-depth insight into the factors that influence student graduation as well as the suitability of the model in explaining this phenomenon

In the digital era, architectural designs can be quickly visualized. However, the material abstraction from digital visualization tools may reduce immersion and make it hard to recognize design intention. This paper discusses how architectural students acknowledge the design representation despite various ways of visualization. Material is key to visualizing architecture by adding realism, depth, and texture. People create mental concepts of material beyond words. Thus, design representations can have positive or negative impacts depending on how effectively the idea is delivered to the audience. This study uses a quantitative method to investigate the extent to which the preference technique of students represents the design’s idea. The study's main objective is to identify the criteria for representation that effectively convey the designer's intentions while minimizing visual deception. The analyzed data is classified into three archetypes consisting of (1) the student’s previous knowledge about representation, (2) the intention of design representation, and (3) mass and material in representation. The result shows no strict correlation between previous knowledge and the preferred idea representation technique. Yet, the result indicates a correlation between previous knowledge and techniques used to represent material. The photorealism technique is preferable in representing the clarity of material in representation. Photorealism has advantages in showing the quality of shade in the material. On the other hand, respondents tend to choose to use sketches to show information about scale and mass. The research comprehensively explains this phenomenon in the context of positive theory, particularly in design communication and representation.

The rise in tuition fees has become a prominent issue in Indonesian education, especially as of 2024. It is still a concern whether the increase in UKT has a relationship with student achievement. This study aimed to determine the differences in student academic achievement based on the single tuition fee (UKT) category and the impact of UKT on student academic achievement. The sample in the study comprised 3643 samples of data on single tuition fees and student cumulative grade point averages from 2021 to 2023. Employing one sample test, ANOVA test, and linear regression analysis, the results showed that students across all UKT categories, from UKT 1 to UKT 6, surpassed the quality target standard GPA of 3.60 at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Second, the average GPA varied significantly across each category, indicating differing academic achievements among the UKT categories. Third, the UKT categories ranked from the highest to lowest score value are UKT Category 6, UKT Category 2, UKT Category 3, UKT Category 1, UKT Category 4, and UKT Category 5. Fourth, the study reveals that UKT does not impact the academic performance of students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, suggesting that other external factors not included in the study variables influence student academic achievement. Thus, increasing or decreasing UKT does not affect students’ academic achievement; instead, other external factors play a significant role in this.

According to UU No. 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings (UUBG), the reliability of school buildings needs to be ensured to accommodate the learning activity of students and teachers. This issue should be a great concern, especially for special schools. This community service program aims to help non-productive communities access reliable learning facilities through visual audit assistance. The community service program consists of four stages, namely the inventory of school buildings technical data, document inspection, visual audit, and reports of audit result. The results of this community service are a report of SMPLB-A YPAB buildings condition, a report of visual audit results, and dissemination of visual audit results. This community service supports SDG 11, Sustainable Cities and Communities, particularly in the improvement of environment quality and inclusive communities within the context of school building.

In this digital era, museum as an institution increasingly incorporates virtual technology into their exhibitions and architectural elements. The application of virtual materials in museums allows sensory variations that enrich visitors’ experience. A sense of realness needs to be considered in a museum environment, with virtual materials as its constituent elements that can arouse the emotional involvement of visitors. This paper investigates virtual materials’ applications and a sense of realness qualities in real-virtual museum architecture. It employs a qualitative research strategy with in-depth interviews and precedent studies used as data collection techniques and content analysis as its analyzing method. Study results show that the principle of immersion to arouse a sense of realness in a real-virtual museum environment includes sensory richness, interaction, and coherence. Integrating real-virtual elements can be carried out within architectural formal and spatial elements’ design. Integration with architectural formal elements includes using interactive surfaces and surface projections, while integration with architectural spatial elements includes the application of motion and audio sensors. These integrations can be implemented in architectural design by isolating virtual devices from outdoor distractions like light, sound, humidity, and temperature. Aplikasi material virtual dalam arsitektur museum memberikan kemungkinan variasi sensoris yang memperkaya pengalaman dari para pengunjung museum. Kualitas rasa nyata atau realness perlu dipertimbangkan dalam lingkungan atau ‘arsitektur’ dengan pemanfaatan material virtual sebagai elemen penyusunnya, sehingga arsitektur ini dapat menggugah keterlibatan pengunjung secara emosional. Paper ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan keterlibatan material virtual dan kualitas rasa nyata yang sebaiknya diaplikasikan pada arsitektur real-virtual museum. Tulisan ini menerapkan strategi penelitian kualitatif, dengan memilih wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dan konten analisis sebagai metode analisisnya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa prinsip immersion untuk menggugah rasa nyata pada lingkungan museum real-virtual meliputi kekayaan sensoris, interaktif, serta koheren. Integrasi material virtual dan elemen arsitektur dapat dilakukan dalam lingkup elemen formal dan ruang. Integrasi dengan elemen ruang meliputi penggunaan permukaan interaktif dan proyeksi permukaan, sedangkan integrasi dengan ruang meliputi aplikasi sensor gerak dan audio. Integrasi ini bisa diimplementasikan dalam desain arsitektur dengan mengisolasi perangkat virtual dari distraksi outdoor termasuk visual cahaya, suara, kelembapan, dan suhu dari ruang luar. Elderly people tend to continue passing down cultural values to the next generation. The Bugis community from South Sulawesi has solid cultural values that relate to rules of life and living called "Siri' na Pesse”. Over time, users' needs and desires for homes change and increase, and subsequently affect the ways the Bugis community perceives its living environments. This research aims to identify aspects and elements that are changed during implementing of the "Siri' na Pesse" conception. This identification is based on the perspective of the elderly group of the Bugis community who live in vernacular houses in Tolitoli, Central Sulawesi. For data collection, this research first distributed questionnaires to get information on concepts applied to the vernacular houses of its participants. However, this method did not provide responses relevant to the research criteria and objective. To seek more detailed information, it was then decided to proceed with participants’ observations and in-depth interviews to find out the extent and reasons for applying “Siri' na Pesse” conception in houses. Study results show that "Siri' na Pesse" conception is applied in some design aspects only, which are mainly in building elements of a vernacular living design. Some conceptions are no longer applied due to participants’ declining understanding of cultural values and conditions surrounding the settlements. Suku Bugis memiliki nilai budaya yang kuat terkait dengan aturan hidup dan berhuni yang disebut "Siri' na Pesse". Seiring waktu, kebutuhan penghuni semakin bertambah dan berubah, sehingga terjadi perubahan cara pandang masyarakat terhadap lingkungan huniannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap aspek dan elemen yang berubah dalam penerapan nilai “Siri’ na Pesse” pada hunian dari perspektif lansia Bugis. Partisipan penelitian adalah masyarakat lansia yang tinggal di hunian vernakular Bugis di Tolitoli, Sulawesi Tengah. Tahap pertama, riset ini menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan informasi nilai-nilai yang diterapkan pada bangunan hunian vernakular oleh partisipan. Hasil kuesioner kurang menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan tujuan penelitian sehingga dibutuhkan metode penelitian lanjutan untuk lebih mendetailkan. Kemudian, observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dan alasan penerapan nilai ”Siri’ na Pesse” pada hunian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai “Siri’ na Pesse” hanya diterapkan pada sebagian aspek terutama pada elemen bangunan dalam desain hunian vernakular. The aim of this research-based community service is to provide creative space for youth and children in the Simpang Tiga village by applying the Community-Based Participatory Research approach. (CBPR). The activity focuses on the development of skills in the manufacture of canvas totebags using ecoprint techniques based on natural pigments from leaves around resident settlements. The dedication team delivered the material through a lecture approach as well as a question-and-answer session followed by a demonstration and practical production of the ecoprint totebag. The responses from the participants indicated a high level of enthusiasm, with the majority revealing that these activities add value to the use of their time. The expectation of the participants is that there will be continued activities on a periodic basis to produce products that are more diverse and beneficial to the community.

In several big cities in Indonesia, there are numerous cases of abandoned buildings due to delays in the construction process. Some of these buildings even remain abandoned and underused for an extended period. In line with this condition, cities experience a high level of urbanization that cause places tremendous pressure on urban spaces, especially green open spaces. This paper discusses Parasitic Architecture as an alternative design approach to address this issue. It proposes to use abandoned buildings as public facilities and is presented in sections. First, it reviews the concepts and principles of Parasitic Architecture, followed by observational studies using a contextual analysis to explore the context and function of abandoned buildings. The exploration results indicate a potential to apply Parasitic Architecture's concepts and principles in redesigning abandoned buildings and turning them into public facilities, particularly into green open spaces. In this context, the paper views Parasitic Architecture plays a vital role in providing innovative spatial and structural configurations to reorient the use of unused buildings for public functions. Beberapa dari bangunan tersebut malahan terlalaikan dan tidak dimanfaatkan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Seiring dengan permasalahan ini, kota-kota besar mengalami peningkatan jumlah urbanisasi yang menyebabkan ruang perkotaan semakin berkurang termasuk untuk ruang terbuka hijau kota. Paper ini membahas bagaimana parasitic architecture digunakan sebagai pendekatan perancangan untuk merespon permasalahan dengan memanfaatkan bangunan terbengkalai agar dapat berfungsi kembali dan dijadikan sebagai fasilitas atau ruang publik. Pertama, dilakukan kajian teori tentang konsep dan prinsip parasitic architecture, dilanjutkan dengan mengeksplorasi konteks dan fungsi bangunan terbengkalai melalui studi observasi dengan analisis kontekstual. Hasil eksplorasi menjelaskan terdapat potensi untuk menerapkan konsep dan prinsip parasitic architecture dalam perancangan kembali bangunan terbengkalai menjadi fasilitas publik, khususnya ruang terbuka hijau. Dalam konteks ini, parasitic architecture dipandang sebagai pendekatan perancangan berperan penting dalam pengadaan konfigurasi ruang dan struktur inovatif yang mampu mengalihkan bangunan terbengkalai menjadi ruang berfungsi publik. Introduction: Computer vision syndrome (CVS) is one of the most common health concerns associated with the extensive use of computers, particularly in the working environment. Since recent studies have shown the high prevalence of CVS, it is necessary to have an appropriate tool for assessing this prevalence. The present research aims to translate the CVS questionnaire and analyze its validity and reliability and assess the incidence of this condition among the staff members at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: The translation of the main questionnaire into the Persian version was carried out in three steps. Two coefficients including the content validity ratio (CVR) and the content validity index (CVI) were used to evaluate the content validity of the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was examined using two methods including internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha) and test-retest. In total, 240 participants were asked to fulfill the questionnaire in order to investigate the prevalence rate of CVS among the staff members of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. After removing the ineligible ones, 219 questionnaires were examined. Results: The internal consistency coefficient and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were 0.91 and 0.89, respectively. Out of a total of 102 women and 117 men, only 19 women and 21 men did not have CVS. Among the studied symptoms, eye redness (78.1%), burning (76.7%), and headache (74%) were the most prevalent in the statistical population. No significant relationship was observed between the final score of CVS and gender. Conclusion: In terms of validity and reliability, the questionnaire was found to be satisfactory. The prevalence of CVS among the staff members of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences was high (81%). To determine the etiologies, further research is needed.

Nowadays, the traditional market‘s existence is decreasing. Traditional markets are decreasing because of the old-school either design or system. Those, traditional market should adapt over time, beside that interaction becomes a foundation for daily activities and market activities. This interaction links with the social value, which link to equality understandings. Equality's definition relates to activities and interactions in the traditional market.. Indonesian traditional market, in Solo, be an example of diversity in social interaction. Diversity in social interaction links to the architectural approach. Inclusive design in architecture is a form that effectively approaches diversity in social interaction. A Bottom-up method in architecture programming is an appropriate approach that can be used to specify every step used in architecture that can be linked with social equality with interactions as the focus. This article analyzes inclusive design principles and precedents, then can be used as a reference to design somewhere that can be functioned inclusively.

Down syndrome is a trisomy genetic disorder resulting in cognitive delays in the fetus. Cognitive impairment in Down syndrome affects short-term memory and motor impairment due to the characteristic hypotonia of the muscles. People with Down syndrome tend to be visual learners. Through visuals, they are easier to remember and repeat. Visual memory in Down syndrome is better than auditory memory in receiving information. Therefore, the visual environment aspect is presented as a facility in architectural element designs to improve cognition, memory, and motor skills in the wayfinding orientation stimulus. Aspects of the visual environment are offered to stimulate the sensory vision repeatedly. Sensory architecture has a role in activating the body in receiving information, exploring the world, providing taste, and forming social relationships. This paper aims to discuss the design of the visual environment in stimulating the sensory vision of people with Down syndrome to facilitate wayfinding orientation. Visual environment design through colours, patterns, materials, and light are presented as tools to activate visual understanding in responding to and remembering wayfinding orientations. Aspects of the visual environment are communication and encouraging physical activity for users.

Each language has its own rules and pattern and a certain tendency. Language games are the rules of language for a particular purpose. Nawal Sa'dawi uses denotative meaning as criticism and disagreement about existing social phenomena. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of language games in the book "al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi based on the perspective of Ludwig Wittgenstein. This study uses an interpretation method to express linguistic diction in books and their meanings as human expressions. This study uses Wittgenstein's hermeneutic approach to reveal linguistic facts from the book's narrative. The source of this research data is taken from the book "Al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi. Data collection techniques in this study used reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The analysis of this research uses the technique of analyzing the philosophy of language from Ludwig's perspective. The results of this study indicate that there are four kinds of language games in the book "al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi, namely: (1) emphasis; (2) feminist language; (3) sarcasm; and (4) subtle persuasion. This language game aims to reveal facts and as a form of assertiveness from its users upon request or support.

Purpose This study aimed to describe the influence of race, environment, and era in Andalusian society on Ibn Zaidun's hymn (praise) and tahniah (congratulations) poetry using the perspective of Hippolite Adolf Taine. Method This study was a qualitative research using a library research design that relied on the hymn and tahniah poetry in Diwan Ibn Zaidun: Rasailuhu, Akhbaruhu, Syi'rul Mikjain written by Kamil Kailani and Abdurrahman. This study analyzed the tradition of praise (madah) and congratulations (tahniah) of the Andalusian community in 19 of Ibn Zaydun's poems communicated with 3 indicators of Taine's theory of social facts, namely race, climate, and time factors. Results/Findings This study revealed the influence of the three aspects of Andalusian social facts on Ibn Zaidun's poetry, namely: 1) Ras-Spirit, showing that Andalusian society has the tradition of writing poetry for leaders; 2) Environment-Milieau, that was cool climate surrounded by beautiful green plants have a strong influence on Andalusian Literature, giving rise to many expressions of natural beauty in their poems, especially in praise (madah) and congratulations (tahniah) on Ibn Zaidun's poetry; 3) The Age of Moments privileging Andalusian with many muwashahat, so that the poets paid great attention to rhyme (qafiyah) in their poetry, and the uses of the Andalusian language with Arabic writing became greater in a number of poems. Conclusion Andalusian poetry represented by the poet Ibn Zaydun contains three aspects of Tain social facts. Ibn Zaydun's poetry tradition is influenced by the characteristics of Andalusian society, the climate in the Andalusian city, and the time of writing the poem. The author suggests further studies on the Hypolite Taine social fact theory with its unique scope of social facts. Likewise with Andalusian studies, further studies are urgently needed to find the meaning and social facts behind his classical poems.

Karya tulis ini mengangkat bagaimana mengaplikasikan teknik crochet bentuk serangga pada knee length dress. Pengaplikasian bentuk serangga digunakan untuk menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia dengan kekayaan fauna terutama serangga masih menjadi perhatian sehingga masih relevan diaplikasikan pada busana yang masih diminati oleh banyak wanita. Tujuan penulisan untuk menggali kreativitas terhadap produk busana dengan menyatukan crochet dan busana dress dengan aplikasi crochet bertema insect. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya tulis ini adalah Problem based Learning (PBL) atau Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) adalah metode pengajaran yang bercirikan adanya permasalahan nyata sebagai konteks untuk belajar berfikir kritis dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah, dan memperoleh pengetahuan. Karya tulis ini menghasilkan proses kreatif pembuatan busana wanita berupa knee length dress dengan pengaplikasian insect crochet pada busana tersebut.

Angka kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Batang masih menunjukkan peringkat yang tinggi, dengan korban terbanyak adalah perempuan. Salah satu fakta di atas merupakan bukti bahwa perlu adanya penanganan khusus untuk perempuan. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan rencana anggaran responsif pemerintah daerah yang menyertakan poin kesetaraan gender. Namun pada praktiknya, perempuan di Kabupaten Batang masih memiliki angka kesejahteraan lebih rendah dibanding laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan selama lima bulan (Mei-September) menggunakan jenis analisis data pengumpulan domain menurut Spradley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Batang telah menerapkan anggaran responsif gender pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD). Namun capaian belanja daerah tersebut dinilai belum berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan indeks pembangunan gender. Program realisasi belanja daerah yang ditetapkan pada pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Batang juga masih memerlukan penyelesaian. Hal ini disebabkan kedatangan KITB yang memberikan kesempatan kerja bagi semua gender, akan tetapi belum disertakan program kerja pemerintah melalui anggaran belanja yang disediakan.

Invasi spasial merupakan ekspresi subyektif dari masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di daerah bantaran sungai. Kebiasaan atau gaya hidup ini merupakan salah satu ekspresi masyarakat untuk memenuhi kurangnya ruang spasial di lingkungan permukiman terutama di daerah bantaran sungai. Studi sebelumnya menyatakan beberapa hal, invasi gaya hidup masyarakat tepi sungai terjadi terutama ketika ruang permukiman digunakan berbagi. Selain itu, studi preseden rusunawa di Surabaya menunjukkan keberadaan ruang-ruang sebagai penghubung antar ruang, antar unit, dan antar bangunan, dimana ruang – ruang tersebut biasanya diinvasi oleh penguni untuk aktivitas domestik maupun sosial. Studi kualitatif dilakukan untuk menemukan konfigurasi invasi spasial melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa partisipan yang tinggal di pemukiman tepi sungai. Penelitian ini menganalisa apakah penggunaan ruang di rusunawa dapat didesain dan diperlakukan seperti aktivitas dan intervensi penggunaan ruang di kampung, dalam konteks di sempadan sungai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesamaan penggunaan ruang publik di pemukiman warga dan rusunawa. Ruang tersebut menjadi konsep dalam penelitian ini, yaitu eventual space invasion. Ruang bersama untuk aktivitas masyarakat di permukiman dapat disediakan di bangunan rusunawa dengan dukungan beberapa elemen arsitektur. Ekspresi ini kemudian disimulasikan ke dalam beberapa ilustrasi konsep rancangan bangunan rusunawa dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria. Hasil akhir mengusulkan beberapa potensi ruang di rusunawa yang bisa digunakan untuk kepentingan domestik maupun sosial.

The research aims: (1) to describe the differences in accent and lexeme variations in the eastern and western Libyan dialects; and (2) to describe the social factors of Libyan society that cause dialect variations. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources from interviews with native Libyan speakers. Direct interviews carried out the data collection technique. The results of this study are: (1) Libyan dialect variations between the Eastern and Western Libyan dialects are divided into accent and lexeme variations. The researcher found three different accent variations of the two dialects. The differences in accent include phonetic differences with accelerations and changes in pronunciation. Meanwhile, in the lexeme, researchers found 20 variations of the lexeme. These variations include onomasiological symptoms in most of the vocabulary and semasiological symptoms in some of the lexemes; (2) The factors causing the emergence of dialect variations are: The influence of geographic location; The social condition of the Libyan people; The tradition of settling down and being close to the family after marriage; The society that divided was considered a disgrace. Meanwhile, two factors influence the similarity between the Libyan dialect and Fushah Arabic, namely: the Libyan dialect Lexem can be derived from the Fushah language; The Libyan dialect axon is a Fushah language experiencing affixes and accelerations in pronunciation.

Andalusian literature is still a great legacy of Islamic civilization in modern times. The discussion of Andalusian literature is still an exciting topic in the Arab literary scene in the modern era. There are many great legacies of Arabic literature that have not been widely studied by academics in Indonesia, especially Arabic literature reviewers. One of the Andalusian literary figures is Ibn Zaidun. Even the fame of Ibn Zaidun in Andaluasi to get the nickname Buhtury from the West. This paper tries to review Andalusian Arabic literature in general and, in particular, the literary tradition of Ibn Zaidun with the background of Andalusian civilization. Using a literature review approach, this paper explains the socio-cultural background of Ibn Zaidun in building a tradition of Arabic literature in the West (Andalusia). This paper shows the significant role of Ibn Zaidun in building an Arabic literary tradition with a local Andalusian style. This literary tradition is even recognized as having a literary quality that is not inferior to Arabic literature in Arab civilization.

Currently the development of pesantren in Indonesia is very rapid, while there is still no concept that is used as a reference in designing of the dormitory building. There are several standards or references used in dormitories but currently only found for campus dormitories. In addition, there are some problems in pesantren dormitory such as infrastructure that is less supportive and very high occupancy density, therefore students make adaptations. This study aims to formulate the parameters used in designing pesantren based on preferences and adaptation. Preference is included because there is relationship between preference and adaptation. The method used is qualitative by comparing from some literatures. The results consist of thread of thought, determining of pesantren and variable, indicator used. There are five thread that used to formulated design concept, among others existing, typology, preference, adaptation and proposal design. Variable and indicators of activity, facility and environmental scope can be assessed on student preference and adaptation in any contexts and type of pesantren. Further, the upcoming result of parameter can be set as the underlying consideration for the designing of pesantren dormitory.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan oleh KKN UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Angkatan 96 Kelompok 211 dengan bersinergi bersama Kepala Dukuh Dusun Klumpit berupa sosialisasi Kampung Wisata di Melengan RT 08, Dusun Klumpit, Desa Kanigoro, Kecamatan Saptosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Program Kampung Wisata difokuskan pada Melengan RT 08 dengan segala potensi yang dimiliki. Mulai dari potensi alam, budaya, sejarah, kuliner, dan kerajinan. Kesemua potensi tersebut tanpa disadari warga mampu mendongkrak perekonomian dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga. Penyelenggaraan sosialisasi Kampung Wisata bertujuan untuk menyadarkan masyarakat khususnya warga Melengan RT 08 akan kearifan lokal yang memiliki manfaat besar bagi warga. Metode yang digunakan adalah berupa pengenalan dasar Kampung Wisata dalam perkumpulan Minokaryo selanjutnya berupa penjelasan yang bersamaan dengan penayangan video-video pendek berkenaan dengan desa-desa yang telah berhasil mengembangkan kekayaan desanya menjadi objek wisata yang ramai. Hasil penulisan ini terdapat tiga kesimpulan. Pertama, partisipasi masyarakat akan program kampung wisata terlihat dari hadirnya 22 warga yang terdiri dari para bapak dan perwakilan remaja. Kedua, dalam sosialisasi Kampung Wisata, warga menyambut dengan baik dan turut mendukung program tersebut. Ketiga, warga dapat tergugah dan sadar bahwa potensi yang dimiliki daerahnya mampu menjadi objek wisata yang menguntungkan.

The provision of an inclusive environment was one of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 11 targets that was also listed in the declaration document of the 2016 NUA (New Urban Agenda) Habitat III. This was no exception for the public buildings and transport facilities provision that should meet and accommodate the needs of all users including persons with disabilities, the elderly, children, and women. Currently, Indonesia has committed to ratify and implement the CRPD, including the enactment of several regulations and the provision of access environment in public buildings. However, such implementation has not been maximized and complies with standards based on inclusion design. This paper is part of a Research-Based-Community Service to observe and evaluate bus stop and the pedestrian way in Surabaya. Yet, the discussion only highlights the result of pre-eliminary study of accessibility condition at bus stop based user paricpation. Methods of observation and environmental simulation were used to obtain research data. The results show various problems caused by lack of user participation and understanding and information on the design of accessible environment. This led to many application designs on the environment not in accordance with existing regulations and the needs of users especially those with special needs.

The main streets and the city entrances of Surabaya support its economic activity as well as become a potential to generate 'first impression' or image of the city for its users. In line with the city government's program, the existence of the green line in the corridor of the main streets should be remarked to develop green space. Consequently, visual objects on the green line, such as vegetation, need to meet the rules of the visual aesthetic arrangement based on the characteristics of the corridor and visual capabilities of observers. Jalan Mastrip is one of the main streets, which is crucial for the city economy and also becomes a city entrance of Surabaya. It has potential to give a positive ‘first impression‘ for its users. However, the street condition is still beyond expectation as a city entrance. Therefore, the aim of this study is to formulate the concept of arrangement of green line in accordance with the characteristics of corridor space and visual capabilities of observers. Descriptive-qualitative method is used supported by the perception of observers / respondents. Then the observations and evaluation results were analyzed to get the arrangement concept of green line of Mastrip corridor, accordance with its characteristics as Surabaya entrance corridor with industry, trade and services concept.

Integrins are transmembrane receptors composed of α and β subunits. Although most integrins contain β1, canonical activation mechanisms are based on studies of the platelet integrin, αIIbβ3. Its inactive conformation is characterized by the association of the αIIb transmembrane and cytosolic domain (TM/CT) with a tilted β3 TM/CT that leads to activation when disrupted. We show significant structural differences between β1 and β3 TM/CT in bicelles. Moreover, the ‘snorkeling’ lysine at the TM/CT interface of β subunits, previously proposed to regulate αIIbβ3 activation by ion pairing with nearby lipids, plays opposite roles in β1 and β3 integrin function and in neither case is responsible for TM tilt. A range of affinities from almost no interaction to the relatively high avidity that characterizes αIIbβ3 is seen between various α subunits and β1 TM/CTs. The αIIbβ3-based canonical model for the roles of the TM/CT in integrin activation and function clearly does not extend to all mammalian integrins.

The Vocational School was established by the goal to prepare the learners for entering the job field. However, the fact at the field showed that The Vocational School contributed the highest jobless in Indonesia. This fact happened because the competence that was owned by the graduators of Vocational School have not fulfilled competence standard that is needed by the job world and industry. The graduators’ competence of vocational school can be increased by giving training and advanced education after graduated from school. The advanced education is not always in the university level, it means that the advanced education can be formed education to strength the field that is learned by the students during at school that is in line with the job world. However, the importance of education investment have not owned by the society. The society more oriented the graduators of Vocational School for getting job straightly without competence measurement that is owned by them. Therefore, the workers’ career of the Vocational School not as good as the other workers who have recognized for increasing their competence through education. The beginning of recognizing of education investment can be done by activating the career planning program. This Program can give direction to the students of Vocational School in order able to measure their own competence. So that, when those students chose the job can be in line with their competence.

This research analyzed family characteristics, knowledge, perception, preference, and behavior of natural gas utilization; analyzed correlation among research’s variables; and identified the variables that influenced the behavior of natural gas utilization in Tegal Gundil, Bogor City. This research involved 60 families who used natural gas. Data collected by interview with questionnaire and was analyzed by descriptive, Pearson correlation, and regression test. The results showed that mostly family had good knowledge and perception about natural gas. Mostly family prefer to natural gas compare to others fuels. Research results also showed that all of family used natural gas to cook every day. Knowledge and perception about natural gas correlated significant with mother’s education and family income. Knowledge correlated positive significant with perception. Meanwhile, behavior of natural gas utilization was influenced by husband’s work and amount of family member.

Introduction: This study aimed to determine the prevalence and association between the severity of COVID-19 and short and long-term neuropsychiatric symptoms, as well as the risk factors for the development of these symptoms., Materials and Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted between 1st October 2021 till September 2022 in the state of Johor, Malaysia. 300 patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection were randomly selected and followed up for six months. Data were analysed by using Chi-square test, Fisher's Exact test, Paired t test and Multiple logistic regression., Results: The prevalence of short-term neuropsychiatric symptoms was 78%, with anosmia being the most prevalent symptom. Long-term symptoms were found in 22.75% of patients, with headache being the most prevalent (p= 0.001). COVID-19 Stage 2 and 3 infections were associated with a higher risk of short-term neuropsychiatric symptoms, OR for Stage 2 infection was 5.18 (95% CI: 1.48-16.97; p=0.009) and for Stage 3 infection was 4.52 (95% CI: 1.76-11.59; p=0.002). Complete vaccination was a significant predictor of longterm symptoms with adjusted OR 3.65 (95% CI 1.22-10.91; p=0.021)., Conclusion: This study demonstrated that neuropsychiatric symptoms were common among COVID-19 patients in Johor, Malaysia and the risk of these symptoms was associated with the severity of the infection. Additionally, complete vaccination does not completely protect against long-term neuropsychiatric deficits. This is crucial for continuous monitoring and addressing neuropsychiatric symptoms in COVID-19 survivors.
