The goal of this study is to examine which word order is dominant in colloquial Buginese-Indonesian, 1) to find out which word-order pattern is more acceptable between SVO and VSO, 2) to find out which word-order pattern is more acceptable between VO and OV, and 3) to find out what internal linguistic characteristics and social factors motivate such acceptability. The data were collected through an online survey via Monkey Survey that employed Acceptability Judgment Task (AJT) to determine which word order is more acceptable in Buginese Indonesian (SVO or VSO and VO or OV). A total of 50 Buginese-Indonesian bilinguals rated the acceptability of 48 target items (and 48 fillers) for patterns such as SVO/VSO and VO/OV in a 1-5 Likert Scale (1=completely unnatural; 5=compeletely natural). Target items were controlled for linguistic factors and social factors. ANOVA analysis was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that both SVO and VSO are equally acceptable though VSO was slightly more favorable than SVO. When the subject is omitted, VO was farther favorable than OV. L1, age, and residence had a significant effect on the acceptability of VSO while grammatical person, education level, and residence contributed greatly to the acceptability of VO. The results also reveal that the acceptability of different word orders in Buginese-Indonesian is both linguistically and socially constrained. Thus, the results are situated within a discussion of Backus' (2014) notion of entrenchment and conventionalization.

Nowadays, fraud is rampant even in local government agencies. To overcome this, whistleblowers are needed, but many officials do not yet have the courage to become whistleblowers. The study aims to investigate the effect of organizational commitment, perceived seriousness, and law protection on whistleblowing intentions. The sample included 186 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed among internal auditors of local governments in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression using SPSS version 23. The results showed that organizational commitment influenced the auditor’s whistleblowing intention (β = 0.459; p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). However, the perception of seriousness does not influence the intensity of auditors’ whistleblowing intention (β = 0.004; p-value = 0.950 < 0.05). In addition, the results showed that law protection moderated the influence of organizational commitment (β = 0.014; p-value = 0.000 < 0.05) but did not moderate the influence of perceived seriousness on the auditor’s whistleblowing intention (β = –0.001; p-value = 0.849 < 0.05).

During forensic audits, the use of auditors has increased significantly. This happened thanks to fraud detection mechanisms that help prevent and quickly detect fraud. Whistleblowing systems set up by local authorities play an important role in detecting fraudulent activities and protecting the rights of whistleblowers, promoting transparency and accountability in public organizations. This study aims to analyze and explain the impact of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and organizational commitment on whistleblowing intention moderated by local culture. This analysis was conducted on local government internal auditors in 24 districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Research data were collected through questionnaires with a total research sample of 246 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The research findings show that attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on whistleblowing intention, while subjective norms do not have a significant effect on whistleblowing intention. Furthermore, regional culture moderates the influence of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on whistleblowing intention but is unable to moderate the influence of attitudes and organizational commitment on whistleblowing intention.

Introduction: Autism spectrum disorder has shown rising incidence and increasing cost of healthcare over the past few years. Robot-based interventions are an attempt to overcome the shortage of trained therapists for children with autism. Materials and Methods: This systematic review aims at examining the efficacy of robot-based pivotal response treatment (PRT) in the treatment of children with autism. It aimed to answer the following questions – which robots are used to administer PRT, which aspects of PRT can be targeted by robots, and what factors influence outcome in robot-based PRT. Peer-reviewed clinical trials and randomized controlled trials from the last 10 years were included. Results: The social robot NAO was the most commonly used intervention. Joint attention was the most commonly studied aspect. Outcome depended on the design of the intervention and the baseline functioning of the child with autism. Conclusion: The review found that there are modest gains in robot-based PRT and that it can be beneficial in providing therapy to children with autism.

In the current digital era, English education is becoming increasingly important. By integrating English language learning with digital learning media, it is hoped to create a more dynamic and student-centered learning environment. The goal is to facilitate students in achieving the set learning objectives. This research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of interactive multimedia in improving English vocabulary comprehension in English subjects at the junior high school level. The research method employed is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design, involving pre and posttests in both control and experimental classes. The sample consists of 32 students from class VIII B (experimental group) and 32 students from class VIII C (control group) in SMPN 1 Jatisrono, selected using cluster random sampling from various classes. The experimental group receives treatment through learning activities using interactive multimedia, while the control group does not use interactive multimedia in the learning process. Data collection is conducted through attitude scale questionnaires filled out by junior high school students. The research findings indicate that the use of interactive multimedia significantly influences the improvement of students' English vocabulary comprehension. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students' English vocabulary knowledge after undergoing learning with interactive multimedia. Interactive multimedia is considered effective in influencing students' comprehension and helping them achieve learning objectives. Thus, interactive multimedia can be considered a suitable learning medium for English subjects at the junior high school level. The use of technology in such learning is crucial to keep up with the times and ensure that students have skills relevant to current global needs. This underscores the importance of integrating technology into education to create more effective and engaging learning experiences for students.

Tafâ'ul is a good sentence that someone hears as a good sign. Tafâ'ul is used for things that are encouraging through an attitude of kindness towards Allah. Decorative Bathing is a bathing and sprinkling ceremony carried out after the marriage ceremony. The decorative bathing procession is usually carried out by the Batubara Malay community. When showering, the bride and groom wear clothes covered with private parts, then they are doused by sprinkling water by the practitioners of the decorative bath and their respective parents and the bride and groom are sprayed with water, then they untie the coconut leaves and close by washing the feet of each bride and groom. However, in the practice of ornamental bathing in Batubara Regency, there are still questions about the purpose and law of performing tafaul in the ornamental bathing tradition. This research is a type of field research, using a sociological juridical approach because this research has a close relationship with the subject and object of study. The data sources for this research consist of primary data sources which are data sources obtained directly from the community and secondary data sources, namely data sources that are not directly obtained from original sources such as books, journals, theses, and so on. The data collection method uses informant techniques, data obtained uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the results of this research, it is concluded that if the decorative bathing tradition is viewed using the istinbath method of Islamic law, namely with 'urf, it is included in 'urf sahih because it has a positive value, namely, to ask for goodness and blessings from Allah SWT so that the bride and groom will last forever, have good fortune, be healthy and many descendants.

Introduction: Excessive smartphone usage among adolescents and young adults has been consistently linked to poor sleep. Moreover, smartphone overuse has been associated with daytime tiredness, longer sleeps latency, and reduced sleep duration. The significance of addressing poor sleep among adolescents and young adults is underscored by recent research linking it to adverse physical and psychological health outcomes, such as mood disturbances, impaired cognitive function, and increased risk incidence of hypertension and diabetes. Aim: To evaluate the effects of smartphone usage on sleep quality among individuals using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and hypnogram data. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional observational study, sleep patterns were assessed using the PSQI questionnaire and Prime Nap sleep tracker app (version 1.1.4). The study was conducted by Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The data was collected in the form of a hypnogram and the study was conducted in the participants’ homes (under domicile conditions) in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana, India from March 2020 to April 2020. A total of 60 participants (both male and female) in the age group of 15-25 years were recruited and divided into two groups: one comprising 30 individuals with regular prolonged exposure to smartphone screens at night, and the other consisting of 30 individuals who experienced minimal or no smartphone exposure once they prepared to sleep. Descriptive statistics were applied to the collected data using Microsoft Excel and IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 25.0. Results: Adding up the average scores of the seven factors gives a global PSQI score from 0 to 21, with 0-4 indicating good sleep and 5-21 indicating poor sleep. Among those who used smartphones regularly at night time, 20 participants (66.67%) had PSQI score >5 and poor sleep quality, 24 participants (80%) had prolonged sleep latency, 18 participants (60%) had poor sleep duration, 27 participants (90%) had sleep disturbances, and 22 participants (73.33%) had increased daytime dysfunction. Hypnogram abnormalities were seen in >15 participants (50%) of subjects. Conclusion: The prevalence of smartphone addiction is widely acknowledged in the medical literature, highlighting the need for its assessment, especially among adolescents and young adults. The study reveals that poor sleeping habits among participants were attributable either to a lack of awareness or neglect. By recognising the importance of adequate sleep, improvement in the quality of daily activities can be made by reducing daily screen time, consequently alleviating both physical and mental stress. Furthermore, the findings have implications for individuals whose work involves prolonged exposure to computer screens, especially during night time.

Chronic pain that is subjective is experienced by patients with advanced cervical cancer. Simple movements are used in spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) therapy, a therapeutic approach that improves performance and achievement, addresses psychological and physical pain issues, and promotes happiness and serenity in life. In this systematic review study, we evaluate how SEFT affects patients with cervical cancer who have had chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Using databases from 2003 to 2023, including Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, PsycINFO, and Ovid, this study employs a systematic review methodology. The keywords “spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT)”, “emotional freedom technique (EFT)”, and “cervical cancer” form the basis of the search strategy. Experiments and observational studies with a minimum sample size of two participants involving patients with cervical cancer meet the inclusion criteria. The results show that among patients with post-chemoradiation cervical cancer, SEFT therapy is beneficial in lowering pain, stress, and depression. Cancer patients who experience pain may see a reduction in their quality of life as well as physical health issues. Cervical cancer patients can experience marked improvements in their pain, stress, and depression when the SEFT therapy theory is applied.

Ovarian cancer is usually confined intraperitoneally. Distant metastases at presentation is unusual. Its spread via lymphatics is uncommon, and metastasis to axillary lymph nodes is very rare. We report two cases with presentation of axillary lymphadenopathy without breast involvement. Computed tomography scan identified the ovarian masses. Both had elevated Serum Ca 125. The first case had a Grade 2 ovarian endometrioid carcinoma. The second case had a high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma. These cases illustrate the rarity of axillary lymphadenopathy from ovarian cancer. It is important to identify the primary ovarian carcinoma in order to offer appropriate management. Despite surgery and chemotherapy, both succumbed within 3 years from diagnosis.

Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) is a teaching framework to integrate technology in teaching. Integrating technology into the curriculum becomes an inseparable part of the best teaching practice. This study aims to produce learning tools on blended learning integrated with the PBLRQA strategy in the form of the lesson plan, evaluation sheets, and moodle-based e-learning media that are valid, practical, and effective in Animal Physiology courses. PBLRQA is an innovative learning strategy integrated between Problem-based Learning (PBL) with reading questioning answering (RQA). This study was Research and Development (R & D) using ADDIE development models (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The validity of the product was measured using an expert validation sheet, the practicality of the product was measured using a lecturer and student response questionnaire, and the effectiveness of the product was measured using a student learning independence questionnaire. Based on the results of the study it could be concluded that the lesson plan, evaluation sheets, and moodle-based e-learning were valid, practical and effective in increasing the self-regulated learning of students. It proved that the lesson plan, evaluation sheets, and moodle-based e-learning media that integrate PBLRQA strategies are appropriate to use.

Garcinia dulcis and Garcinia forbesii King are native plants from Indonesia and have tremendous potential as a source of raw medicines based on local wisdom. However, scientific data for strengthening pharmaceuticals are still limited. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to strengthen and develop the potential of both plants using the approach of traditional medicine. This study aimed to explore the secondary metabolite composition and biological activity (antioxidant and antielastase) of both plants. Both samples were extracted using 70% ethanol and microwave-assisted extraction with a microwave power of 120 watts for 15 min. The extract obtained was then screened for phytochemicals using specific reagents. The total phenolic content (TPC) was determined using spectrophotometry with a 96-well microplate reader method. The total flavonoid content (TFC) was determined using the colorimetric method, whereas metabolite profiling analysis was conducted using the UPLC-QToF-MS/MS system. Meanwhile, biological activity was tested for antioxidant activity and antielastase as measured by a microplate reader 96-well spectrophotometry method at specific wavelengths. According to the results, G. dulcis and G. forbesii fruit peel extracts showed positive detection of particular secondary metabolites. TPC and TFC values were 13.98 ± 1.90 mg GAE/g and 10.33 ± 1.90 mg QE/g for G. dulcis and 11.98 ± 2.04 mgGAE/g and 1.96 ± 0.36 mgQE/g for G. forbesii. Metabolite profiling detected some compounds from G. dulcis, including ephedrannin B, hinokiflavone, mahuannin J, and candidate mass C9H12O8, and G. forbesii, including 5-Hydroxy-7,8,2'-trimethoxyflavone, lucialdehyde B, candidate mass C21H39NO4, candidate mass C14H10O6, and candidate mass C14H12O6. Meanwhile, the biological activities (antioxidant and antielastase) were 137.721 μg/mL and 108.893 μg/mL for G. dulcis and 481.948 μg/mL and 250.611 μg/mL for G. forbesii, respectively. Both plants showed different profiles of secondary metabolites and biological activities (antioxidant and antielastase) according to their respective characteristics.

Abstract: This study investigates the effect of students' mathematical dispositions on elementary school students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. The existing problems are related to low critical thinking skills and poor mathematical disposition of students, including low curiosity, low ability to ask questions during the mathematics learning, and poor ability to provide logical reasons for communicating ideas. This research was quasi-experimental, where the participants in this study amounted to 49 5th-grade students in two integrated Islamic elementary schools in Cirebon City, Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire of students' mathematical disposition and a test of mathematical critical thinking ability. The data analysis employed descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression analysis. The geographical situation of Palu City is rich in local culture and, at the same time, vulnerable to natural disasters. Learning with an insight into natural disaster mitigation based on local wisdom in Junior High Schools (SMP) in Palu City is important. This research aims to explain a learning model with an insight into natural disaster mitigation based on local wisdom in Palu City Junior High Schools (SMP). This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The source of research data is learning documents, and the subjects of this research are students and teachers at five junior high schools in Palu City. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, classification, and verification. The research results found that the learning model for natural disaster mitigation based on local wisdom was implemented through intracurricular and extracurricular learning activities. Extracurricular activities are taught with a practical preparedness approach in OSIS activities, Scouts, Youth Red Cross (PMR), etc. Intracurricular learning is taught with an integrated approach to natural disaster mitigation material based on local wisdom in Indonesian Language, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Civics, and Arts and Culture.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted Indonesia, necessitating a deeper understanding of public sentiment towards the crisis. This study investigates the performance of three prominent machine learning models: Bernoulli Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression, in analyzing sentiments related to COVID-19 in Indonesia. Utilizing a dataset comprising social media posts, the research aims to classify sentiments into positive, and negative categories, providing insights into the public's perception of the pandemic and associated measures. Sentiment analysis serves as a powerful tool to capture the collective emotions and opinions of the populace, which are pivotal in shaping public health responses and policies. The accuracy of LR and SVM is 99%, whereas Bayesian has an accuracy of 98%. We conclude that Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machine are the best model for the above dataset. This research evaluates these models' accuracy and reliability in the context of the Indonesian language, which influence sentiment interpretation. The findings of this study will contribute to the fields of natural language processing and public health by highlighting the efficacy of machine learning models in sentiment analysis during a health crisis. Moreover, the results will assist policymakers and health officials in understanding public sentiment, enabling them to tailor communication and interventions more effectively.

The emergence of tumor-associated human carbonic anhydrases (hCA) as promising therapeutic targets has urged rigorous research into the development of potent and selective hCA IX and XII inhibitors. Rationalization of targeting tumor-specific hCA isoforms is a major challenge that requires a comprehensive understanding of the interactions between inhibitors and the dynamic hCA active site. The benzenesulfonamides and its bioisosteres are currently being used clinically as inhibitors of various hCA isoforms through classical inhibitory mechanism. In addition, several other chemotypes have also been developed with improved potency and selectivity through non-classical inhibitory mechanisms. Coumarin and its derivatives represent highly selective and potent inhibitors of hCA IX and XII. Recently, various other pharmacophores were also proven to have a strong selectivity and potency against hCA IX and XII including pyrazole, 1,2,3-triazole, 4-thiazolidinone, and thiourea. This review navigates through understanding the role of hCA IX and XII in cancer biology, encompassing different inhibition approaches, strategic design methodologies, recent advancements in the rational design of hCA inhibitors, exploration of structure-activity relationships, in-depth mechanistic insights, and PET imaging applications for in vivo visualization of target enzymes.

BACKGROUND: Dangke is a traditional food product sourced from high-quality cow’s milk from Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The nutrients contained in Dangke are a source of calories needed by the body and can help meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women. The present study was conducted to validate the organoleptic instrument of Deppamil Dangke through validity, reliability, and factor analysis; the organoleptic test of Deppamil Dangke was carried out. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This type of research is a mix method with an explanatory sequential design approach. Qualitative analysis was done using Atlas Ti software. RESULTS: The results of the instrument validation showed a reliable level of instrument validity with Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin results (0.747), and the Cronbach’s coefficient alpha values of each of the two types of Deppamil Dangke were 0.84 and 0.91. Exploratory factor analysis identified two main factors using the varimax rotation and excluded items with a factor loading below 0.3, which included taste (2 items), color (2 items), aroma (2 items), and texture (2 items), which explains 52.7% of the general variance of the Deppamil Dangke organoleptic test. The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the factor structure of the Deppamil Dangke organoleptic instrument matched the data (CFI = 0.948, TLI = 0.936, RMSEA = 0.069, and WRMSR = 0.891). The factor loading of the model ranged from 0.691 to 0.825 and was statistically significant. The organoleptic test results of the Deppamil Dangke on 30 panelists of pregnant women showed that pregnant women really liked the taste as much as 63.3%, texture as much as 53.3%, and color as much as 50%, and those who really liked the aroma were as much as 46.7%. CONCLUSION: Recommendation: Deppamil Dangke is liked by pregnant women and is very suitable to be used as an additional food product for pregnant women. It is necessary to make changes and innovations from the Dangke Deppamil product in terms of both texture and appearance and especially in the variety of flavors so that pregnant women can choose flavors according to their wishes and needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang cipta kerja terkait ketentuan waktu istirahat bagi pekerja/buruh serta untuk mengetahui berbagai macam dampak keterkaitan ketentuan waktu istirahat bagi pekerja/buruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian hukum (teoritis) dengan mengacu pada kepustakaan yaitu penelitian hukum melalui penelaahan sumber-sumber literatur sekunder atau yang disebut dengan pencarian literatur hukum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian yuridis normatif. Pemerintah meresmikan Perppu tentang Cipta Kerja No. 2 Tahun 2022. Perppu ini dikembangkan menggunakan berbagai metode hukum. Ketentuan telah diatur di dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada memang dimungkinkan, untuk memenuhi kepentingan dan kebutuhan pengusaha atau pemberi kerja seperti pengaturan dalam hal kerja lembur, waktu istirahat dan cuti, juga bekerja pada waktu hari libur resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian kerja adalah perjanjian antara pekerja/buruh dengan pengusaha atau pemberi kerja yang memuat syarat syarat kerja, hak, dan kewajiban para pihak. Untuk dapat meningkatkan perlindungan kepada kepada pekerja, maka perlu dibuat aturan yang spesifik terhadap waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat menyesuaikan pola kerja untuk pekerja. Pemerintah telah membuat aturan turunan yang mengatur pola kerja bisa dibuat aturan turunan yang spesifik untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada Pekerja, khususnya aturan mengenai waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat yang menyesuaikan pola kerja.

The Nabi has paid great attention to the psychological state of his people and one of them is anxiety. Anxiety is a normal condition but if it occurs intensely and is not handled, it will have implications for a person's psychological and social life. Humans are fragile and weak creatures, so the apostle shared how to overcome anxiety through spiritual psychotherapy in the form of prayer. The purpose of the study is to explore the meaning of the hadith about anxiety. The type of research used is qualitative using the maudu'iy method. This research is based on the management of ihya' al-hadis which is based on the steps; a) input of hadith data c) output; and d) outcome. This study concludes that the textual interpretation of anxiety is interpreted as al-hamm which means anxiety, worry, unrest, and restlessness which always goes hand in hand with the word al-hazn (sadness). As for the intertextual hadith, anxiety is a feeling of being hit by worry, anxiety, and anxiety manifested from various mixed emotional processes that occur when a person is depressed and experiencing conflict or something that is not right. The contextual meaning; prayer for protection from Allah can be done in everyday life or when struck by anxiety. The output of this hadith is seen from the substantive (maqasid al-hadis) can be hajiyyah and even daruriyyah which is formally (al-sunnah al-nabawiyyah) in the form of qawliyyah. The outcome of this hadith is syumuliyyah and mahalliyah which can be applied by each person proportionally and even optimally. Abstrak: Rasulullah Saw., telah menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap keadaan psikologis umatnya and salah satunya adalah anxiety atau kecemasan. Anxiety merupakan keadaan yang normal namun jika terjadi secara intens and tidak tertangani maka akan berimplikasi pada psikis seseorang and kehidupan sosialnya. Manusia adalah makhluk yang rentan rapuh and lemah, maka rasul sharing cara mengatasi anxiety melalui psikoterapi spiritual berupa doa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali kandungan makna hadis tentang anxiety. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode maudu’iy (tematik). Penelitian ini didasarkan pada cara kerja manajemen ihya’ al-hadis yang berdasarkan pada langkah; a) input data hadis; b) proses interpretasi; c) output; and d) outcome. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa interpretasi secara tekstual anxiety dimaknai al-hamm yang beriringan dengan kata al-hazn (kesedihan). Secara intertekstual hadis anxiety merupakan perasaan dilanda kekhawatiran, kegelisahan, and kecemasan yang termanifestasikan dari berbagai proses emosi yang bercampur baur yang terjadi ketika seseorang seandg tertekan and alami pertentangan atau sesuatu yang tidak disenangi. Sedangkan makna kontekstual; doa permohonan perlindungan pada Allah dapat dilakukan dalam keseharian atau pada saat dilanda anxiety. Output hadis ini dilihat dari subtantif (maqasid al-hadis) dapat bersifat hajiyyah bahkan daruriyyah yang secara formatif (al-sunnah al-nabawiyyah) berbentuk qawliyyah. Outcome hadis ini bersifat syumuliyyah and mahalliyah yang dapat diterapkan oleh setiap personal secara proposional bahkan optimal.

Da'wah on Youtube is a part of the process of distributing da'wah messages through social media. The preachers use slang words in da’wah as a way to attract attention to audience, as personal identity, and to meet the standards of uses and gratification of the audience, even though they have to ignore the Qaulan ethics in da'wah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe several conditions, situations and phenomena of da'wah on Youtube. Sources of research data are documentation, online surveys and in-depth interviews related to the phenomenon of using slang words in da'wah. Based on the research results, it was found that the use of slang words in da'wah aims to attract the attention of the audience, establish the personal identity, and meet the standards of uses and gratification based on cognitive, affective, and behavioral levels of the audience. A positive reconstruction is needed to minimize the occurrence of distortions in the use of slang words and the Qaulan ethics in da’wah.

Currently, the docking of ships or barges has been dominated by the airbag system by relying on the pull of the winch. For the Kalimantan area, the barge is generally pulled using a winch during docking. The structures that play a role when pulling the barge are towing brackets, slings, pulleys, and winches. In this paper, the towing lug will be the object of special discussion regarding its structural strength performance. The towing Lug model used when towing is in the form of an asymmetrical lobe. Two towing brackets are placed on the left and right sides of the bow barge. This towing lug sometimes damaged during towing, so it is necessary to simulate the strength of the towing lug using the finite element method (FEM). A 300 feet Barge is simulated with a total weight (W) of 1200 Tons. The towing lug design structure is made with 3 kinds of models with a varying number of layers and plate thickness. The towing lug design sample used in the existing shipyard is called model 1. While the other modifications to the 2 towing lug structures are called model 2 and model 3. Towing brackets are simulated using a computer with the help of Ansys software. The towing bracket's tensile angle is also varied to obtain a more attractive strength value. The variations of the pull angles used in this simulation are 80°, 83°, 85°, 87° and 90°. From the simulation results, it is obtained that the deformation values in each model show an insignificant level of change. In general, the simulation results also show stress values for each variation that tend to be safe and can be applied when the barge is towed to the dry dock. All equivalent stress values in each condition are still below the material yield stress. However, among the various simulations there are 2 types of conditions that experience stress values that exceed the class allowable stress

Citrus merupakan pohon berbunga dan tergolong dalam kelompok Rutaceae. Pohon Citrus menghasilkan buah jeruk dengan berbagai jenis buah-buahan. Karena kesamaan spesies sehingga antar jenisnya memiliki kemiripan satu sama lain, dan tidak semua dapat melakukan identifikasi secara jelas setiap jenis buahnya. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan pengelompokan adalah menggelompokan data sesuai dengan kelas label aslinya menggunakan bantuan data mining. Pendekatan data mining yang dapat diterapkan salah satunya dengan teknik klasifikasi, dengan melakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan kriteria atau kategori tertentu. Pada hal ini, klasifikasi didasarkan pada diameter, dan citra warna Red, Green, Blue atau RGB untuk mendapatkan pengelompokan sesuai dengan kelasnya. Algoritma yang digunakan ada 2 yakni, Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes, keduanya akan dilakukan perbandingan dalam melakukan klasifikasi pengelompokan jenis buah citrus. Teknik komparasi dilakukan dengan mengamati hasil akurasi dari setiap algoritma klasifikasi, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa akurasi algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) mencapai prosentase sebesar 96,36 % dan algoritma Naïve Bayes memiliki akurasi sebesar 92 %. Algoritma paling optimal dalam penelitian klasifikasi citrus ini adalah algortima Support Vector Machine (SVM).

The purposes of this study were to describe and analyze the strategies for improving the quality of Arabic language education in BLU State Islamic Higher Education at UIN SATU Tulungagung and UIN Maliki Malang. The main problem faced by BLU (Public Service Agency) organizers, including PTKIN (State Islamic Higher Education Institution) that has BLU status, is the lack of alignment in understanding among stakeholders. UIN SATU Tulungagung and UIN Maliki Malang have successfully implemented specific strategies in managing their BLU campuses. This qualitative study used theoretical orientation/perspective analysis method with a phenomenological approach. The strategies implemented in UIN SATU Tulungagung included: a) Forming a BLU acceleration unit, b) Funding for improving the quality of Arabic language education which came not only from UKT, and c) BLU UIN SATU Tulungagung supported the improvement of the quality of Arabic language education with a principle of not being profit oriented. The strategies implemented in UIN Maliki Malang consisted of three strategies: a) National Contribution, providing solutions to community problems while considering the priority of achieving UIN Maliki Malang's target criteria; b) International Reputation, accelerating the achievement of UIN Maliki Malang's target criteria as a research university and world-class university; and c) Organizational Transformation, ensuring the successful implementation of PKBLU by adhering to the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

This study examines the translation techniques used in the Arabic, Indonesian, and English languages. One of the studies in textual equivalence involves the translation of the information structure of Themes (starting point of speech) and Rheme (new information). Mapping the structure of the Themes and Rheme in the source language text (SL) will assist the translator in determining the flow of information and identifying the type of genre in both the source and the target text. Thus, the research problems can be stated as follows: (1) what the form of information structure is in Al-Hikam aphorisms, and (2) how to apply translation techniques in Al-Hikam aphorisms. The results show that Arabic-to-Indonesian and Arabic-to-English aphorism translations employ a variety of translation techniques. There are 1,169 different translation techniques utilised in Al-Hikam aphorisms (Arabic to Indonesian). Meanwhile, the number of translation techniques in Al-Hikam aphorisms (Arabic – English) amount to 962. On the other hand, the dominance of established equivalent techniques in Arabic – Indonesian and Arabic – English translations indicates that there are many terms or expressions that have been recognised in the dictionary or are commonly used to achieve equivalence from the source language to the target language, thereby increasing the readability of aphorism. The results of macro level data analysis indicate that translation of Al-Hikam’s aphorisms in Arabic - Indonesian and Arabic - English tends to be oriented towards the target language and adopts the ideology of domestication.

This research examines innovations in territorial development by the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in response to the demographic bonus with the goal of achieving the Indonesia Emas 2045 (Golden Indonesia 2045) vision. The study explores the phenomena and approaches used in leveraging demographic potential as a means to achieve long-term national development objectives. The research findings provide insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by the TNI in implementing territorial innovations and the implications of these efforts for realizing the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. TNI's territorial development must adopt a comprehensive and forward-looking approach. It plays a pivotal role in preparing the younger generation to contribute to the realization of the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. Through innovative methods, empowerment, and education that emphasize positive values, the younger generation can become agents of change who are competitive, ethically grounded, and dedicated to advancing Indonesia as a developed nation and playing a significant role on the global stage.

Background: Stunting remains a significant social issue among the population in Indonesia. Inadequate treatment has led to numerous cases of suboptimal height in children aged 19 years. Objective: This study aimed to explore the strategy of the village government in formulating communication messages, utilizing communication methods, and employing communication media for the stunting alleviation program. Methods: A phenomenological approach was employed, with the research conducted in Pulau Harapan Village, Nine Island District, Sinjai Regency. Data were gathered from the government officials of Pulau Harapan Village through observations, interviews, and documentation. Subsequently, the collected data underwent analysis involving reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusions drawing, facilitated by Atlas TI 8 software. Results: The village government's strategy in crafting stunting alleviation program messages, from socialization to implementation in Harapan Island Village, Nine Island District, Sinjai Regency, revolves around the Two-Step Flow Communication model. The communication methods used include information repetition, channelization, persuasion to alter the target mothers' perceptions, educational methods, and coercion (coerfindings). Media employed include print media, electronic media, and human resource mobilization within Harapan Island Village. Conclusion: The findings of the study provide valuable insights to address the stunting issue in Indonesia.

Coronavirus Diseases 2019, caused by SARS-CoV-2, has been a significant threat to global public health. Unfortunately, effective COVID-19 vaccines and clinically-proven anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs remain unavailable. This study was carried out aiming to predict the potential effect of mitragynine derivates from the Genus Mitragyna Korth as an inhibitor of Mpro, the main protease of the SARS-CoV-2, by in silico molecular docking study. The crystal structure of the main protease of SARS-CoV-2 as an active site target was obtained from the PDB database (rcsb.org) with PDB ID: 5R84 and 6LU7 with the native ligand of Z31792168 and N3, respectively. The analysis of in silico molecular docking was conducted using Autodock 4.2.6 (100 docking runs). The central grid was placed on HIS41 and CYS145 with a grid box comprised of 40x30x34 (for protein 5R84) and 36x62x40 (for protein 6LU7) points spaced by 0.375 Å was centered on the active site of X=9,812; Y=-0,257; Z=20,849 and X=-9.732; Y=11.403; X=68,483 (XYZ-coordinates), respectively. Our research indicated that mitrjavine and ajmalicine exhibit greater potential inhibition of the active site on the Mpro of SARS-CoV-2, even stronger than native ligands. We believed that these compounds are promising candidates to be examined in further COVID-19 drug discovery studies.

Students’ problem-solving skills are still considered low. Teachers can motivate students in learning by using interactive teaching materials. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of electronic teaching materials with the SAVI approach to improve students' problem-solving skills in static fluid material. The electronic teaching materials consist of lesson plans, teaching materials, student worksheets, and problem-solving tests. This study was included in research and development using the ADDIE model and tested were carried out on 19 students of class XI MIPA MA Sultan Sulaiman. Data collection used electronic teaching material validation instruments and response questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out in a quantitative descriptive. The results showed that: (1) the result of the validation of electronic teaching materials including lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and problem-solving tests were in the valid category, and (2) student responses in terms of understanding the contents of electronic teaching materials, clarity of study instruction and information, suitability of electronic teaching material appearance, motivation, interest, curiosity, asking and responding to questions, and problem- solving have fulfilled the practical category. It is concluded that the electronic teaching materials developed with the SAVI approach are feasible to improve students' problem-solving skills on static fluid material. This teaching material can be an alternative for educators in equipping students with 21st century competencies, especially problem-solving skills.

The Carbonic anhydrase isoforms IX and XII play a significant role in regulating the intracellular and extracellular pH in hypoxic tumours abetting the metastasis of solid tumours. Selective and potent inhibitors targeting carbonic anhydrase IX and XII reduce the activity of these isoforms in hypoxic tumours, representing an antitumor and antimetastatic mechanism. Coumarin-based derivatives are selective inhibitors of CA isoforms IX and XII. In this study, we report the design and synthesis of new 3-substituted coumarin derivatives with different functional moieties and their inhibitory activity against various carbonic anhydrase isoforms. We found that the tertiary sulphonamide derivative 6c showed selective inhibition against CA IX with IC50 of 4.1 µM. Similarly, the carbothioamides 7c, 7b and oxime ether derivative 20a exhibited good inhibition against CA IX and CA XII. Additionally, the binding mode was predicted and validated using molecular docking and dynamic simulations.

This study examined the implementation of character within grassroots Islamic education institutions that integrate local customs values in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. This study explores the strategy of character education implementation at the grassroots Islamic education institutions level and provides insight into the body of knowledge and practitioners. The study was conducted with a qualitative method. The data was gathered through field observation, focus group discussion, in-depth interviews, and written document analysis. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with elementary school teachers, parents, and the city Education and Culture Department officials. The findings show that the Palu city Department has implemented the education character program by aligning the character education programs with their vision. Character education programs have also been implemented through the cultured Thursday parade, family involvement through Paguyuban, and students' immersion into local culture and wisdom values. We concluded that implementing education characters within Basic Islamic education institutions had increased early-age students' awareness of tolerance, respect, and mutual understanding of characters based on local culture and wisdom values by Islamic teaching within the city, dominated mainly by immigrants from different ethnic in Indonesia.
