Litopenaeus vannamei, a highly adaptable shrimp species known for its growth, thrives in environmental conditions with proper water quality. However, salinity stress poses a significant challenge, compromising shrimp survival and growth. To optimize shrimp feed, the inclusion of alginate and Spirulina sp. offers benefits such as enhanced growth and resistance to environmental stress. This research aims to assess the impact of adding Spirulina sp., alginate, and their combination on the survival rate, resistance to the salinity shock test, and growth of L. vannamei. In this study, a completely randomized design (CRD) method with nine different feed doses was used. The treatments included control, supplementation of Alg 1 (alginate 1 g/kg feed), Alg 3 (alginate 3 g/kg feed), Alg 5 (alginate 5 g/kg feed), Sp 3 (spirulina 3 mg/kg feed), Sp 6 (spirulina 6 mg/kg feed), Sp 9 (spirulina 9 mg/kg feed), AS 1+1 (alginate 1 g/kg feed + spirulina 1 mg/kg feed), AS 2+3 (alginate 2 g/kg feed + spirulina 3 mg/kg feed), and AS 3+5 (alginate 3 g/kg feed + spirulina 5 mg/kg feed). The supplementation of feed was given during the fourteen-day rearing period. The results of the study show that the supplementation of Sp 9 (spirulina 9 mg/kg feed) led to a significant growth (α = 0.05). All treatments supplemented with alginate and/or Spirulina sp. water extract had a significant effect (α = 0.05) on the resistance to the salinity shock test. The different treatments in L. vannamei feed supplementation significantly influenced (α = 0.05) shrimp survival. Polysaccharides and antioxidant properties in alginate and Spirulina sp. have an important role in increasing the growth and resistance to salinity shock of L. vannamei.

The government is an element in determining the direction of decision-making and determining the direction of government, so the government needs to implement good governance to create good governance, especially in the management of the APBD in order to realize the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Kuningan Regency for the period of 2021 - 2023. The data was analyzed by a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach obtained values and indicators to measure the level of effectiveness and efficiency. Accounting information systems can aid businesses in enhancing sales volume and profitability, notwithstanding the challenge of increasing sales. This research investigates how promotions and management accounting information systems influence product quality, and explores whether product quality serves as a significant mediator. A survey was conducted among customers of PT. Saudara Karya Surabaya, involving 102 respondents selected through purposive sampling of customers who had completed at least one transaction. Structural equation modelling was employed to analyze the collected data. The findings indicate that both management accounting information systems and promotional strategies positively impact product quality. Furthermore, the study reveals that the relationship between promotions, management accounting information systems, and sales volume is mediated by product quality. This research aims to determine the impact of varying salinities on the hatching of red NIFI tilapia eggs in a closed-water recirculation system incubator. The eggs were hatched at salinities of zero ppt, one ppt, five ppt, and ten ppt, with three replications per treatment. The stocking density for each replication was set at 1,750 eggs per liter. After a six-day incubation period, the resulting larvae were reared under the same salinity conditions for four weeks, with a stocking density of 1,000 individuals per cubic meter. The hatching rate of eggs recorded for the zero ppt salinity treatment was 74%. The effect of Inulin derived from Dahlia tubers as a functional diet on the growth of white legs shrimp was studied to see its impact on AHPND infection. The research was conducted in a fiber tank filled with 500 L of seawater sterilized with chlorine and stocked with 100 PL30 shrimps/container. Shrimp were treated with feed containing Inulin extract from dahlia tubers at a dose of 2.5%, 5.0%, and 5.0% commercial Inulin and compared with a control. Each treatment was given 2 replications. Shrimp were then challenged with Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain AHPND at a density of 106 CFU/mL. The live shrimp were then processed histopathologically to view the microanatomical gut structure (midgut). The results showed that the mean survival of the shrimp in the control and 2.5% Inulin treatment groups was 97.3 ± 1.15% and 97.3 ± 2.3%, respectively, and the 5% Inulin treatment and commercial Inulin were each 96.9 ± 2.7%. Histopathological observations on Inulin treatment of 2.5% dahlia tuber extract and commercial Inulin showed that shrimp intestine had more lactic acid bacteria abundance than control and 5% Inulin extract. Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is widely recognized for its potent medicinal properties and immunostimulant effects. This study aimed to investigate the impact of a hot water extract of moringa leaves on the growth performance, feed conversion ratio, and survival of pacific white shrimp, Penaeus vannamei. Four different diets were used in this experiment, each containing varying levels of moringa leaf extract: 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5 g/kg of the diet. A total of 1,200 shrimp, with an initial body weight of 0.01 g/individual, were carefully selected to ensure they were free from Vibrio infestation. One hundred shrimp were placed in each circular tank, with a volume of 750 L or 133 individuals per cubic meter. The shrimp were fed the diets four times daily, with a protein content ranging from 13% to 39%, over a period of 30 days. The results of the study revealed that the growth performance and survival rate of the shrimp in the groups that were fed diets supplemented with moringa were significantly higher than those in the control group (without moringa supplementation). This paper examines how small local firms integrate into the automotive value chains and what entry barriers they face during this process. Using primary data from surveys on domestic suppliers and interviews with subsidiaries of Japanese automotive producers operating in Indonesia, the study found that apart from the initial condition of local firms that were mostly less capable and inexperienced in the modern manufacturing system, the subsidiaries also purposively created various entry barriers and provided limited assistance. Consequently, the linkages opportunities available for local firms were confined to lowest-tier suppliers and the integration process as new suppliers was arduous, costly and time consuming. Given such a situation, the paper proposes the insertion process as a new industrial upgrading trajectory and labels it as entry upgrading. Moreover, the research also suggests that workers' mobility and demonstration are pivotal channels for local firms to acquire advanced knowledge necessary for their entry upgrading. This research aims to analyze the impact of green credit distribution by banks on bank performance and identify factors that can influence green credit. The study utilizes data from 46 banks in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 period, by using the panel data regression method. The findings indicate (i) that green credit does not have a significant influence on credit risk, as measured by the NPL (Nonperforming Loan). The distribution of more green credit allocations does not result in a decrease in bank credit risk. Additionally, sustainable business borrowers do not exhibit better debt repayment performance compared to the non-sustainable business category. (ii) In terms of bank profitability, green credit does not impact ROE (Return on Equity) and NIM (Net Interest Margin), but it does have a negative effect on ROA (Return on Assets). Banks that allocate a significant portion of their credit distribution to green initiatives tend to experience a decline in their profits. (iii) Bank size has a positive impact on the allocation of green credit, with larger banks dedicating a greater portion to the distribution of green credit. Larger banks possess more capital and extensive networks, making them better equipped to address potential risks compared to smaller banks. (iv) Meanwhile, government ownership and good corporate governance in banks do not influence the proportion of green credit distribution. The author recommends that the government make corrections to existing green financing programs, to cultivate a green credit ecosystem in Indonesia.
