The global situation with cybercrime is worsening. The study aims to investigate the concept of lawful behavior in the context of challenges facing the IT sector and from the perspective of previous and modern theoretical and legal views concerning the formation of lawful behavior. The paper outlines factors that shape the lawful behavior of digital natives. The results of the literature review suggest that a digital shift of legal relations objectively reduces the role of the socio-hierarchical factor in the formation of lawful behavior. The purpose of the study is to identify the existing problems in the field of electronic waste management and to consider the possibilities and prospects of their legislative regulation. The method of political and legal analysis and the legal forecasting method made it possible to trace the evolution of international legislation in the field of management and disposal of electronic waste, the dynamics of its development, and make a forecast regarding possible vectors of its development. The research aims to answer the question of what are the existing problems in the field of e-waste management within their interdependence with the "circular economy" concept and what are the possibilities and prospects for their legislative regulation. The study analyzes the perspective directions of the formation of international policy and legal regulation in the field of electronic equipment waste management and disposal. The issues of the transfer of electronic waste to developing countries, the difficulties associated with the lack of proper legal regulation and enforcement in these countries, the protection of the labor rights of workers in the field of electronic waste disposal were considered. In addition, the practice of application and prospects for introducing into the legislation the principle of extended producer responsibility are considered. This study is intended to contribute to a better understanding of current trends in the field of electronic waste management in order to demonstrate the need to improve the existing international legal framework, adapt it to modern challenges and show the main directions of its changes. The relevance of the study: The relevance of the problem under study is caused by the need to counter the financing of terrorism, not only by the world community, but also in each state. The financing of terrorism creates a potential and real economic danger, leads to the country's political instability, threatens its sovereignty and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to provide legal analysis of measures that ensure effective and timely countering the financing of terrorism in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as identifying problematic issues of a legislative nature in the area of countering the financing of terrorism. Research methods: a system-activity approach and method of legal analysis of the current national legislation in the field of countering the financing of terrorism. The results of the study: legislative regulation of countering the financing of terrorism, sanctions measures for this criminal offense are presented and reviewed, new terrorist financing risks and their most problematic issues are identified on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the national legal system ensuring their effective resolution. Practical significance: On the basis of the current national legislation, the main elements of the criminal offense of financing terrorism have been identified, certain aspects related to the imposition of punishment that are debatable and require additional legislative regulation have been identified, and the threats and vulnerabilities associated with the financing of terrorism for modern Kazakhstan have been identified.
