Ante Ciliga (1898-1992), Croatian journalist, writer and communist dissident, most of his life was a political émigré on whose biography an exciting film script can be based. He survived Soviet penitentiaries and Siberia, the Ustasha Jasenovac camp as well as various prisons in Belgrade, Pazin, Zagreb and Trieste. Ciliga made a transition from a high- ranking member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia to an anticommunist and a critic of the totalitarian form of socialism. His writings touch upon almost all the major political events of the twentieth century. One of the stages of his exciting life brought him to Paris in early 1936, where he began to write down his experiences from the Soviet Union, which he published in 1938 in the book Au pays du grand mensonge (In the land of the big lie). In 1936, Leon Trotsky wrote about Ciliga and used his example to warn of Stalin's political confrontations with his dissidents. This paper aims to emphasize the fascinating biography of Ante Ciliga and to shed light on the history of his personal fund (papers) that was finally deposited at the National and University Library in Zagreb (Croatia) in 1999. In his will, Ciliga specified that his papers should be copied twice and that one set of copies should be deposited at the State Archives in Pazin and the other set in the National Library of France in Paris. Ciliga’s collection testifies to an exciting life of an eternal dissident and exile who was constantly striving to search and explain the causes and consequences of political events in 20th century Europe. This paper also gives the latest info on the usage of his papers in contemporary historiography. His collection was recently researched through the EU funded project on the cultural heritage of dissent in the former socialist countries (COURAGE).

The article presents the experience of working with the documents from the funds of the State Archive of the Altai Territory related to the issue of food supply of the population in the 1960s-1980s. The authors analyse of the degree of objectivity of this kind of sources, content completeness and make an attempt to estimate the role of archival materials in the study of the history of trade by food goods, catering establishments in separate cities and the territory as a whole. The budgets and staff registers of financial institutions and industrial enterprises of Altai cities cover the extent of their relationship with trade organizations, the structure and level of development of the city trade departments of fruit and vegetable and food products and, as a result, the organization of the retail trade system. The authors conclude that despite the high degree of pursue to the ideology in drawing up texts of documents those period, the enforcing of digital indicators to absolute in accordance with the established Gosplan (state plan), one should not exclude the value of the available material in studying topical issues of the food supply system, qualitative level of service and quantitative indicators of product consumption. However, it is necessary to confirm the information contained in the financial and reporting documents in other sources on the topic of the study., Представлен опыт работы с документами из фондов Государственного архива Алтайского края, относящихся к вопросу продовольственного снабжения населения края в 1960-1980-е гг. Проведен анализ степени объективности этого вида источников, полноты содержания, осуществлена попытка оценить роль архивных материалов в изучении истории торговли продовольственными товарами и предприятий общественного питания в отдельных городах и крае в целом. Сметы и штатные расписания финансовых учреждений и промышленных предприятий городов края освещают степень их взаимосвязи с торговыми организациями, структуру и уровень развития городских отделов торговли плодоовощными и пищевыми товарами, как следствие, организацию розничной торговой сети. Сделан вывод о том, что несмотря на высокую степень следования действующей идеологии при составлении текстов документов того периода, приведение цифровых показателей к абсолютным в соответствии с установленными государственными планами, не стоит исключать ценность имеющегося материала в изучении актуальных проблем системы продовольственного снабжения, качественного уровня обслуживания и количественных показателей потребления продуктов. Однако необходимо находить подтверждение содержащейся в финансовых и отчетных документах информации в других источниках по теме исследования.

This dissertation deals with both the history and the development of Château de Vaurenard, a wine estate located in the Beaujolais region, in the commune of Gleizé.The oldest parts of the castle date from the 12th or 13th century, when the powerful lords of Beaujeu built a hunting lodge. However, Vaurenard was largely built in the 17th century. The estate belongs to the same family since 1672, when it became the Corteille family’s property. Two of its members, for having taken part of the siege of Lyon during the Revolution, died in 1793. Later, the Countess d'Apchier marked the history of the castle by building the chapel, and by housing the Baron de Richemont, who claimed to be the french crown’s heir. Property of the Falcon de Longevialle family at the end of the 19th century, the building was completely refurbished.To address the heritage of Vaurenard, an inventory of current mediations is necessary, as well as an examination of the castle’s cultural environment. It emerges from this study that the enhancement of Vaurenard, which involves a multitude of solutions including wine tourism, visits, or educational workshops, must necessarily include two elements that have not been exploited at Vaurenard to date and which represents its specific characteristics. The first of these elements is the chapel. Built in 1846, it was decorated in the neo-gothic style by renowned local artists, such as J. H. Fabisch, who carved the tympanum and the high altar. The second element, Vaurenard's real identity, is its documentary collection: the archival fonds is made up of family archives, the oldest dating back to the 12th century. An important work of classification was carried out around 1900, and the documents are grouped together in one hundred and fifty boxes. The medieval part of the documentary collection, i.e. about half of the archives, has not yet been catalogued.; Ce mémoire porte à la fois sur l’histoire et sur la valorisation du château de Vaurenard, domaine viticole situé dans le Beaujolais, sur la commune de Gleizé.Les parties les plus anciennes du château datent du XIIe ou XIIIe siècle, lorsque les puissants sires de Beaujeu bâtirent un relais de chasse. Toutefois, Vaurenard a été en grande partie construit au XVIIe siècle. Le domaine appartient à la même famille depuis 1672, année à laquelle il entra dans les biens de la famille Corteille. Deux de ses membres, pour avoir pris part au Siège de Lyon durant la Révolution, périrent en 1793. Plus tard, la comtesse d’Apchier marqua l’histoire du château en faisant édifier la chapelle, et en hébergeant le baron de Richemont, qui se prétendait l’héritier de la couronne de France. Propriété de la famille Falcon de Longevialle à la fin du XIXe siècle, la bâtisse fut entièrement réaménagée.Pour aborder la patrimonialisation de Vaurenard, un état des lieux des médiations actuelles est nécessaire, ainsi qu’un examen de l’environnement culturel du château. Il ressort de cette étude que la valorisation de Vaurenard, qui passe par une multitude de solutions incluant oenotourisme, visites, ou ateliers pédagogiques, doit nécessairement inclure deux éléments qui jusqu’ici n’ont pas été exploités à Vaurenard et représentent ses spécificités. Le premier de ces éléments est constitué par la chapelle. Construite en 1846, elle a été décorée dans le style néogothique par des artistes locaux de renom, comme J. H. Fabisch, qui a sculpté le tympan et le maître-autel. Le deuxième élément, réelle identité de Vaurenard, est son fonds documentaire : le chartrier est constitué d’archives familiales datant pour les plus anciennes du XIIe siècle. Un important travail de classement a été effectué vers 1900, et les documents sont regroupés en cent-cinquante liasses ou boîtes. La partie médiévale du fonds documentaire, soit environ la moitié des archives, n’a pas encore été répertoriée.

Мета роботи. Висвітлення можливостей розкриття архівних фондів за допомогою інформаційно-пошукового тезауруса. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні таких методів, як логічний, аналітичний, хронологічний, описовий, які дають змогу розглянути архівні фонди через призму тезаурусного підходу. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у розкритті змісту архівних документів за допомогою інформаційно-пошукового тезауруса на прикладі Центрального державного архіву-музею літератури і мистецтва України. Висновки. Наведено приклади словникових статей для інформаційно-пошукового тезауруса Центрального державного архіву-музею літератури і мистецтва України. Запропоновано удосконалити розкриття архівних фондів за рахунок розробки і впровадження системи тезаурусів., Цель работы. Освещение возможностей раскрытия архивных фондов с помощью информационно-поискового тезауруса. Методология исследования заключается в применении таких методов, как логический, аналитический, хронологический, описательный, которые позволяют рассмотреть архивные фонды через призму тезаурусного подхода. Научная новизна работы заключается в раскрытии содержания архивных документов с помощью информационно-поискового тезауруса на примере Центрального государственного архива-музея литературы и искусства Украины. Выводы. Приведены примеры словарных статей для информационно-поискового тезауруса Центрального государственного архива-музея литературы и искусства Украины. Предложено усовершенствовать раскрытие архивных фондов за счет разработки и внедрения системы тезаурусов., Purpose of the Article. Сlarification of the possibilities of disclosing archival funds with the help of information retrieval thesaurus. The methodology of the research is to apply such methods as logical, analytical, chronological, descriptive, which allow to consider archival funds through the prism of the thesaurus approach. Scientific novelty of the work is the disclosure of the contents of archival documents with the help of information retrieval thesaurus on the example of the Central State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art of Ukraine. Conclusions It is provided examples of dictionary articles for information retrieval thesaurus of the Central State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art of Ukraine. It is proposed to improve the disclosure of archival funds by developing and implementing a thesaurus system.

The article is dedicated to the problems of the forming of the works state archive fund of the Turkestan ASSR in 1918-1923. Also the materials about the activity of TSUarDel on these years are given on the main archive documents of CSA of Republic of Uzbekistan. Статья посвящена вопросам организации работы государственного архивного фонда Туркестанской Республики в 1918–1915 гг., в частности, на основе архивных документов ЦГА РУз представлены материалы о деятельности ЦУАрДела в эти годы.

Анализируются документы более 20 фондов федерального (РГИА) и региональных (ГАПК, ГАСО) архивов по истории органов управления лесным хозяйством уральских горных заводов. Выявленные архивные документы систематизированы по следующим группам: нормативные акты, делопроизводственная документация, документы хозяйственной и финансовой отчетности, судебно-следственные дела. The article analyzes the documents of more than 20 federal and regional archival funds on the history of forestry management body of the Urals mountain plants in XVIII — the first half of the XIX centuries (The Russian state historical archive in the city of St. Petersburg and the State archives of Perm Krai and Sverdlovsk region). Archival documents, divided into some groups are revealed. Among them are regulations, office work documentation, financial reports, judicial and investigatory affairs.
