This research aimed to determine the differences of mathematical communication skills based on cognitive styles and gender. This research was a mixed-method with sequential explanatory design. The population was grade XI students at Senior High School in Jambi City consisting of 53 male and 72 female students. The study used a total sampling. The key informant consisted of four field independent and four field dependent. The instruments were used cognitive style test, mathematical communication test, and interviews. The differences of mathematical communication skills were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U-Test. Qualitative data were analyze descriptively using Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference of Field Independent (FI) and Field Dependent (FD) students in mathematical communication skills. FI can explain the information on the question well, using the mathematical model appropriately, explaining the problem-solving strategy very clear and structured, and being able to evaluate clearly and accurately. FD able to describing the information on the matter, but less complete, using the mathematical model appropriately, explaining the problem-solving strategy, but less complete, and being able to evaluate it quite clearly. The mathematical communication skills of male and female students were not significant differences. Male students are able to explain the strategy and the steps of solving the problem quite clearly, but less structured. Female students are able to explain the strategy and steps to resolve the problem clearly and structured.

This study aims to determine the views of students majoring in mathematics education and natural science faculty of teacher training and education science at Universitas Jambi to use electronic's module in physics practicum which is based on science process skills. The study involved 117 students majoring in mathematics education and science which consists of 59 students of physical education and 58 students of mathematics education. This research is descriptive quantitative research in order to obtain information mean (M), median (Me), mode (Mo), percentage, the range of the maximum value and the minimum value. Data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results from students' perceptions of physical education in good category at 64.4% while the student's perception of mathematics education in good category amounting to 55.2%.

In facing intense competition, companies require quality human resources, effective leadership, and supporting factors such as compensation and a comfortable work environment. Leadership plays a crucial role as a role model in enhancing employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of Employee Engagement in shaping organizational culture and improving the performance of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia, as well as the factors that can support the company's performance. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, which describes and analyzes phenomena and social activities. The results indicate that Employee Engagement contributes to forming an organizational culture that supports performance improvement. The process of planning employee needs at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia has been conducted based on Job Analysis and Workload Analysis; however, the acceleration of the results from this planning has not been optimal, resulting in suboptimal fulfillment of employee needs. Additionally, the fulfillment of positions is still awaiting company policies regarding annual employee quotas. The recruitment of employees at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia is carried out transparently and competitively, both from prospective employees and internal company recruitment. This study aims to determine the effect of nano guano and eco-enzyme application on corn (Zea mays L.) cultivated in Inceptisol soil. The research method employed a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) factorial with the first factor being nano guano dosage: D1 (0 kg/ha), D2 (50 kg/ha), D3 (75 kg/ha), and D4 (100 kg/ha). Meanwhile, the second factor was eco-enzyme concentration: E1 (0 ml/L), E2 (1 ml/L), and E3 (2 ml/L). Each combination was repeated three times in block form. The data obtained were then analyzed using ANOVA and further tested with LSD (Least Significant Difference) at a 5% level. The results of the study indicate that 1 inceptisol soil is classified as having low fertility, there is no significant effect on the plant height and number of leaves of corn plants treated with nano guano, and eco-enzyme application influences the height and number of leaves of corn plants at 3 and 4 week after planting. Duku (Lansium domesticum) is an endemic plant in Indonesia with various benefits and distinctive tastes that many people favor. Duku originating from Kudus is known as Duku Sumber, one of the five superior duku varieties. The problem encountered today is the decreasing number of Duku Sumber plants due to land use change, and there has been no effort to increase the plant population. Information on land suitability as a basis for developing crops does not yet exist, so data about land suitability will be used as information on the wider distribution of planting areas in Kudus. This study aimed to evaluate the suitability and land use of Duku Sumber plants in the Kudus Regency. Geographic information systems and matching methods were applied to map the distribution of land suitability for Duku Sumber. The results showed that the potential and actual land suitability class for Duku Sumber are very suitable (S1) and quite suitable (S2) for the Jekulo, Hadipolo, Tenggeles, Golantepus, and Megawon areas, while the slightly suitable (S3) are Klaling, Ngembalrejo, Mejobo and Jati Wetan. The availability of nutrients (na) for nitrogen and potassium is the dominant limiting factor in this area. Nitrogen content in Jati Wetan (0.12%), Klaling (0.19%), and Hadiwarno (0.19%), while potassium content in Ngembalrejo (16.47 ppm) and Mejobo (18.57 ppm). Limitations in this area can be overcome by adding nitrogen and potassium fertilizers to become suitable land. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this study is to understand how company size, liquidity, and capital structure can affect stock prices in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia, and to provide practical guidance for stakeholders in making financial and investment decisions. This research method uses a sample of 18 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period. Sample selection is carried out by purposive sampling technique, which is a technique that considers and determines samples based on certain criteria. The purposive sampling technique was chosen to ensure that the samples taken were relevant to the research objectives. The results of this study show that the number means that the independent variable is only able to explain the bound variable of 0.299 or 29.9%. *The Stock Price variable can be explained by 29.9% by variables such as company size, debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, and return on equity while the remaining 70.1% can be influenced by other factors that are not studied. Subjectivity in the determination of criteria weights in the TOPSIS method can have a significant impact on the final result and reliability of the decision taken. When weights are determined subjectively, the decision depends heavily on the preferences of the individual or group assigning the weights, which may not always be objective or consistent. The Objective Weighting-TOPSIS (OWH-TOPSIS) method is a modification of the TOPSIS method that incorporates an objective weighting approach to determine criteria weights objectively. This approach aims to improve accuracy and consistency in determining criteria weights by considering decision makers' preferences and variations in data. OWH-TOPSIS can provide evaluation results that better suit the preferences and needs of decision makers, while considering the unique characteristics of the data being evaluated. This approach can be a powerful solution in complex multi-criteria decision-making, by producing more accurate and relevant alternative rankings. Although the OWH-TOPSIS approach can be used to determine the weights, this process can require complete and accurate data and a deep understanding of the decision maker's preferences. The comparison results show that the correlation value of the entropy-TOPSIS method is 0.725, the correlation value of the OWH-TOPSIS method is 0.714, the correlation value of the CRITIC-TOPSIS method is 0.714, and the correlation value of the OWH-TOPSIS method is 1. This study aims to determine the food security movement using a qualitative descriptive research method assisted by NVivo 12 Plus software from the Twitter account data source of the Ministry of Agriculture Republic of Indonesia, supported by previous research. Data coding was obtained from Twitter, social media, and news data, which supported the findings using a crosstab query feature. The analysis found that the government's strategy for maintaining food security was to increase production capacity, diversify local food, strengthen food reserves and logistics systems, and develop modern agriculture. They increased food production by intensifying 85,456 hectares of swamp land and maximizing 85,456 hectares of land. Diversifying local food by massively utilizing local food as an alternative food supply and strengthening food reserves and logistics systems by supporting food reserves that can be used to help other areas affected by disasters as a form of social care, and developing modern agriculture with Smart Farming Developing technology-based clever farming methods, including Agri Drone Sprayer liquid, Surveillance Drones (drones for land mapping), Soil and Weather Sensors, as well as the development of food safety applied to households. Introduction: Nations around the world have enacted strict lockdowns due to COVID-19 pandemic and in order to alter and eliminate inadequacies in the public health care system, leaders' passion, vision, and influence are essential. This review aims to explore the role of public health leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: PRISMA was used to report this review and article regarding leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and published from March 2020 until December 2021 was selected. Scopus and PubMed database were used to search the articles. Result: There were 29 articles in the review that focused on the three main competencies which were adaptive, people and task. The findings of this review demonstrate how critical public health leadership effectively handling crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: Therefore, all countries should invest on the development of these competencies among their public health specialists. Newer leadership strategies, competencies, styles, and qualities need to be researched upon and adopted accordingly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
