A new concept of pen is coming now that is Automatic Pen Writer with Voice recognition. Voice Controlled Robot (VCR) is a mobile robot. The robot’s action can be controlled by the user through mobile phone by giving specific person’s voice commands. The robot will receive the voice commands from the person through the microphones and then the robot will execute the actual work. This project is specially made for physically challenged students who can not to write the exams like others. In this project the voice message will be recorded using the application in the mobile phone, and then the voice that is recorded will be sent to Arduino board by the help of Bluetooth. Through which the instructions will be sent to the robot. Remote monitoring and management of ATMs is a critical aspect for the bank from business perspective. Expanded huge ATM networks, requirements to provide services at remote locations, security of ATM network, firm control over individual ATMs and improved operating efficiency are some of the major factors, which demands for a central system to manage ATMs. Therefore banks seeks for a system which could provide complete control over network of diversified ATM's, help to reduce the operating cost and simultaneously could increase the overall revenue without compromising the security. ‘ATM Management System’ provides answer for all of these requirements. This system offers capability to communicate with ATM through secured channel, intelligence to know the health status of ATM and accordingly convey the required information quickly to nearest technician through a SMS or email.

Background Post-integration latency is a critical barrier to achieving a complete cure for HIV. Epigenetic micro-environment alterations at the integrated HIV-1 LTR, coupled with modulations of the HIV-1 Tat feedback circuit, influence the onset and maintenance of latency. In this context, we have previously identified the epigenetic core pressor SIN3/HDAC complex as part of the in-vitro HIV-1 Tat nuclear interactome. Here we delineate the dynamics of their antagonistic functional relationship in the control of HIV-1 latency.
