The competition in the digital era industry is increasingly fierce, requiring product innovation power for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Education needs to facilitate the creativity of entrepreneurial students to optimize their potential. However, empirical studies backing students’ creativity in emerging nation is lacking, and Indonesia is no exception. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and product innovation through students’ creativity as a mediator. This study involved a self-administered survey targeted at university students as respondents, and the data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. This research paper proposes four hypotheses, and statistical tests confirm that all hypotheses are accepted. The findings show that there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship education on product innovation and creativity. This study also confirms the role of creativity in mediating entrepreneurship education and product innovation. This present study contributes to explaining the influence of entrepreneurship education on creativity and its impact on product innovation, implying that educational institutions need to create entrepreneurship education activities that can promote creativity and innovativeness.

This study explores first-year undergraduate students’ argumentation essays using argument diagramming structure. A corpus-driven data of 394 argumentative essays were gathered from both Indonesian and Thai universities. A content analysis was employed to examine the dataset of the students’ argumentative essays. After gathering primary information from the body parts of their essays, we subcategorized their argumentations into claims and premises in a compliant reading. To ensure data trustworthiness, this study employed triangulation by source and method. The findings show that the most prominent type of argument diagramming was a basic argument, followed by convergent and divergent arguments. Regardless of how the argument diagramming was written, the study found that the students still lacked mastery in structuring their logic when building up the case to be extended to claims and premises. This study suggests a need to revisit pedagogical instructions, in which there should be a provision not only on the basic knowledge of argument structures but also on the skills to recognize the quality of a good argument cognitively. This additional practice will provide important insights to recognize the representational strengths and weaknesses of the students’ argumentative writing proficiency to achieve a better performance in the content of their essays.

Introduction Trans-lamina cribrosa pressure has been postulated to be a contributor in the development of a glaucomatous optic nerve versus optic nerve edema, depending on the pressure gradient. Uncertainty remains in the therapeutic outcome of adjusting this gradient. Case report We discuss a unique case of idiopathic intracranial hypertension presenting as asymmetric optic disc edema following trabeculectomy. It was treated via optic nerve fenestration due to the patient remaining symptomatic on maximum tolerated acetazolamide. Intraocular pressure stabilized into target range and the optic nerve edema resolved. Conclusions Rarely, intraocular pressure reduction can unmask elevated intracranial pressure, leading to optic nerve edema. Optic nerve sheath fenestration is a practical therapeutic modality to consider when treating this occurrence.

In today’s digital age, social media has become an integral part of marketing strategies. One of the most trending research topics in the field of marketing is the impact of social media influencers on consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z (Gen Z) and Millennials. These two generations have grown up with social media and are heavily influenced by the content they consume on these platforms. The primary objective of this research would be to examine and compare the effects of social media influencers on the purchasing decisions of Gen Z and Millennials. This could involve analyzing data from various sources, such as social media platforms, surveys, and sales figures. Additionally, the study could explore the types of influencers that are most effective in engaging these two generations, the specific content that resonates with them, and the role that trust and authenticity play in their decision-making processes.Furthermore, the research could delve into the psychological aspects of social media influencer marketing, such as the cognitive and emotional processes that underlie the formation of consumer preferences and attitudes. By understanding these mechanisms, marketers can develop more effective strategies to target Gen Z and Millennials, which are crucial demographics in today’s market.

Kajoran Sub-district is a horticultural production center that supplies horticultural commodities for Central Java Province, especially Magelang. However, plant viral diseases of Kajoran have not been studied. This paper aimed to identify plant viral diseases in this horticultural production center. Some samples were taken: three potatoes (Solanum tuberosum) and three shallots (Allium cepa var. aggregatum), then tested respectively with RT-PCR, using two pairs of universal primers to detect Potyvirus and Carlavirus. The result showed two potato samples were infected by Potyvirus (potato virus Y/PVY) and three shallot samples by Carlavirus (shallot latent virus/SLV). GenBank accession no. OR180052 to OR180056 were assigned to the obtained partial sequences of the five isolates. The phylogenetic analysis makes the two new PVY Indonesian isolates in strain N group thus confirmed the presence of the first PVYN in Indonesia. The constructed SLV phylogenetic tree clusters the new three isolates with eight shallot isolates in a group and separated it from isolates from other plant species. The tested PVY isolates shared 95.2 to 100% nucleotide identities among them, while 78.9 to 98.5% identities were estimated among compared SLV isolates. This study expands our understanding of the genetic variation of PVY and SLV in Indonesia, potentially leading us to find the perfect management for the viruses.

We assessed carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT) and arterial stiffness in 28 children and adolescents with previous dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) (mean interval between DHF and cardiovascular assessment, 8.4 years), and 34 controls in a low-resource setting. Participants with previous DHF had an adjusted increased cIMT of 42.6 µm (95% confidence interval [CI]: 10.0-75.3, P = 0.01), and 61.7 µm (95% CI: 21.5-102.0, P < 0.01) in a subgroup analysis on dengue shock syndrome. There were no differences in arterial stiffness. In this first exploratory study, children and adolescents with a history of DHF had an increased cIMT, which may be modulated by dengue severity.

book of hikam ,character building ,national education program. ,Islam ,BP1-253 - Abstract
This study aimed to explain the concept of character education contained in the book of Hikam and its relevance to Indonesia's national character education program. This research had been library research that used the content analysis technique. The data collection technique used the documentation technique. The findings in this study were that the concept of character education in the book of Hikam had been religious character education which refers to the character of Uluhiyyah (divinity), namely, humans must orient all their life activities to God by spreading goodness wherever they are. The closer and more obedient a person is to his God, the more character and noble that person will be. This religious education is an exercise (riyadhah) and sincerity (mujahadah) that is planned and systematic and carried out by an educator to form a pious personality in a student physically and spiritually. The concept of religious character refers to faith, honesty, piety, sincerity, and patience. Religious character educates a human being to become a person of character and responsibility. The character education values in the book of Hikam strengthen Indonesia's national character education program. In Sheikh Ibn Atha'illah's view, the character education strategy is divided into two stages: planting and spreading. Religious education is very relevant to the national character education strategy, namely intervention (instilling character in students) and habituation (instilling character through the environment).

Hairy fig (Ficus hispida) fruits (HFF) are widely consumed as food and traditional medicine in several West Asian countries, both the unripe fruit (UHFF) and ripe fruit (RHFF). However, they are not commonly utilized in Indonesia. Acute oral toxicity studies reported No Observed adverse effect level (NOAEL). Further, a reproductive toxicity study found that UHFF boosted spermatogenesis and increased the quality and quantity of spermatozoa. Meanwhile, RHFF exhibited the opposite effects. To provide comprehensive information from the previous study, this research was conducted to evaluate the hemotoxicity of UHFF and RHFF about their impact on the male reproductive system. Nine Wistar rats were assigned into three groups: the first group received UHFF juice, the second group received RHFF juice, and the third group received distilled water as control. The volume of each treatment was 2 mL/individual/day for 77 days. On days 0, 28, and 77, blood samples were collected for routine hematological profile examination using a hematology analyzer (Sysmex®XP-100). Data were analyzed using a one-way ANOVA test and Duncan's test (α=0.05) to discover significant differences between groups and times. Results showed that consuming hairy fig fruit, especially the UHFF, had an unfavorable effect on erythrocytes resulting in hypochromic microcytic anemia. Still, there was no adverse effect on leukocytes and platelets. Anemia may have occurred due to the presence of hemotoxic compounds that interfere with the synthesis and binding of hemoglobin or because the hairy fig fruit filtrates were oxidized, thereby increasing the level of oxidative stress within the body, of which is a drop in hemoglobin levels.

A major limitation of exogenous vitamin D3 administration for the treatment of prostate cancer is the marginal, if any, clinical efficacy. We dissected the basis for the resistance to the vitamin D3 antitumor properties and specifically examined the effect of its major catabolic enzyme, CYP24A1, in prostate cancer. Local CYP24A1 expression levels and the effect of selective modulation were analyzed using tissue microarrays from needle core biopsy specimens and xenograft-bearing mouse models. CYP24A1 mRNA was elevated in malignant human prostate tissues compared to benign lesions. High CYP24A1 protein levels were seen in poorly differentiated and highly advanced stages of prostate cancer and correlated with parallel increase in the tumor proliferation rate. The use of CYP24A1 RNAi enhanced the cytostatic effects of vitamin D3 in human prostate cancer cells. Remarkably, subcutaneous and orthotopic xenografts of prostate cancer cells harboring CYP24A1 shRNA resulted in a drastic reduction in tumor volume when mice were subjected to vitamin D3 supplementation. CYP24A1 may be a predictive marker of vitamin D3 clinical efficacy in patients with advanced prostate cancer. For those with up-regulated CYP24A1, combination therapy with RNAi targeting CYP24A1 could be considered to improve clinical responsiveness to vitamin D3.—Tannour-Louet, M., Lewis, S. A 49-year-old woman presented with fever, weight loss, night sweats, hematochezia, and acid reflux symptoms. Two large, firm cecal lesions were seen at colonoscopy, but multiple biopsies were inconclusive. The patient underwent a right hemicolectomy for a clinical diagnosis of colon cancer. Noncaseating granulomatous inflammation with background lymphocytes, plasma cells, and histiocytes exhibiting emperipolesis were identified. With these histologic features and immunoreactivity for S-100 protein and CD68, a diagnosis of Rosai-Dorfman disease was rendered. Other areas had storiform fibrosis admixed with numerous immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)–positive plasma cells. Although a few preliminary reports have noted an increased number of IgG4-positive plasma cells in Rosai-Dorfman disease, the relationship between these 2 conditions is unclear. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of a possible association of colonic Rosai-Dorfman disease with an increased number of IgG4-positive plasma cells. Reviews of colonic Rosai-Dorfman disease and IgG4-related sclerosis are presented to heighten awareness of this rare presentation.

Glaucoma is recognized as a significant cause of blindness worldwide. It is a disease that affects over 2 million people in the United States today, a number that is projected to increase to more than 3 million by the year 2020. The mainstay of therapy for open-angle glaucoma is maintaining low intraocular pressure to prevent or retard progression of the disease. However, despite the possibility of devastating vision loss, low adherence to and persistence on medical treatment remains surprisingly poor. Unfortunately, glaucoma is one of the many chronic diseases in which poor adherence leads to disease progression, which in turn leads to increased health costs. In fact, hospital admission data in the United States show that 33–69% of all admissions are the result of noncompliance with medications, costing the system approximately $100 billion a year [1, 9, 10, 16]. Understanding the motivating or demotivating factors behind these behaviors is essential to provide quality care to our patients. The two key concepts involved are those of adherenceand persistence.

Benign epithelial and nonepithelial inclusions have been found in lymph nodes in multiple body sites. These inclusions have been seen in cervical, axillary, mediastinal, abdominal, and pelvic lymph nodes. They appear as benign epithelial, parathyroid, decidual, mesothelial, angiolipomatous, nevus cells, or Tamm—Horsfall protein. Although heterotopic salivary gland tissue is not infrequent in paraparotid lymph nodes, it has only been described in lymph nodes of the pulmonary hilum once. A 68-year-old woman with gastric lymphoma now in remission presented for routine follow-up and was found to have a lung mass. After a fine needle aspiration biopsy diagnosis of adenocarcinoma, lobectomy and lymph node dissection were performed. Histological sections of lung demonstrated a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma and one lymph node, which displayed a subcapsular nest of well-formed salivary glands occupying approximately one third of the nodal tissue. The inclusion was composed of acinar cells of both serous and mucinous types, but ductal type of cells were not seen. Identification of heterotopic tissue in lymph nodes is of great importance for patient management. Misdiagnosing benign glandular inclusions for metastasis could potentially lead to incorrect tumor staging. Benign salivary gland tissue inclusions should be considered in the differential diagnosis when evaluating for metastatic adenocarcinoma. The salivary gland inclusion in pulmonary hilar lymph node may be histogenetically related to the minor salivary glands, which are located within the bronchial submucosa.

To evaluate the effect on diagnostic performance of reducing multifocal visual-evoked potential (mfVEP) recording duration from 16 to 8 minutes per eye. Both eyes of 185 individuals with high-risk ocular hypertension or early glaucoma were studied. Two 8-minute mfVEP recordings were obtained for each eye in an ABBA order using VERIS. The first recording for each eye was compared against single run (1-Run) mfVEP normative data; the average of both recordings for each eye was compared against 2-Run normative data. Visual fields (VFs) were obtained by standard automated perimetry (SAP) within 22.3+/-27.0 days of the mfVEP. Stereo disc photographs and Heidelberg Retina Tomograph images were obtained together, within 24.8+/-50.4 days of the mfVEP and 33.1+/-62.9 days of SAP. Masked experts graded disc photographs as either glaucomatous optic neuropathy or normal. The overall Moorfields Regression Analysis result from the Heidelberg Retina Tomograph was used as a separate diagnostic classification. Thus, 4 diagnostic standards were applied in total, 2 based on optic disc structure alone and 2 others based on disc structure and SAP.Agreement between the 1-Run and 2-Run mfVEP was 90%. Diagnostic performance of the 1-Run mfVEP was similar to that of the 2-Run mfVEP for all 4 diagnostic standards. Sensitivity was slightly higher for the 2-Run mfVEP, whereas specificity was slightly higher for the 1-Run mfVEP.If higher sensitivity is sought, the 2-Run mfVEP will provide better discrimination between groups of eyes with relatively high signal-to-noise ratio (eg, early glaucoma or high-risk suspects). But if higher specificity is a more important goal, the 1-Run mfVEP provides adequate sensitivity and requires only half the test time. Considered alongside prior studies, the present results suggest that the 1-Run mfVEP is an efficient way to confirm (or refute) the extent of VF loss in patients with moderate or advanced glaucoma, particularly in those with unreliable VFs, including malingering or other "functional" forms of VF loss.

Onchidiid slug or Onchidium typhae is a marine animal commonly found in West Kalimantan waters. This gastropod is commonly used as medicine and cosmetic by the locals. This research aims to assure the content and quality of O. typhae methanol extract by determining its secondary metabolites and heavy metal contamination. Phytochemical screening of alkaloid, steroid/ triterpenoid, flavonoid, tannin, and saponin are done using reagent tests. Chromatography profile was completed using silica gel G60 F254 plate and hexane: ethyl acetate: methanol as mobile phase. Heavy metal contamination analysis was performed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine Hg, As, Cd, and Pb content. The phytochemical screening and chromatography profile of O. typhae methanol extract confirm the presence of alkaloids and steroids. Heavy metal analysis stated Hg, As, Cd, and Pb content in O. typhae are < 0,0008; < 0,001; < 0,001; and 0,05 ppm respectively. Since heavy metal levels are below the maximum contamination limit, it qualifies as a natural product ingredient.

Language and Literature - Abstract
Nowhere and everywhere: Navigating gendered urban spaces in Haruki Murakami’s After Dark Urban space has been one of the most underexplored elements analyzed in literary works. However, as urban space gradually emerges as a culturally influencing element, a casual perusal of any text that employs urban space might result in an oversimplified analysis. This study examines the urban space of After Dark (2004), authored by Japanese writer Haruki Murakami (b. 1949). Accounting for the ways urban space is interwoven with the socio-cultural context, this study establishes a spatial reading of Murakami’s After Dark through the description of the city. With a poststructuralist approach, this study discusses how urban space is utilized and how it serves as an important part of the text instead of a mere backdrop; it reinforces the possibilities of setting as a thematic approach to major issues such as self-identity and the marginalization of women. As it is concluded, the urban space the novel presents have succeeded to show that they form, to some extent, women’s behaviours both directly and indirectly. Hence, the setting may present the main theme further analysed.

Signet ring cell (SRC) features are rare but well-recognized cytological changes of pulmonary adenocarcinoma (PA). PA with SRC features (PA-SRC) is frequently associated with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangement, and recognition of PA-SRC may be important for the administration of targeted treatment. To the authors’ knowledge, leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LMC) as an initial presentation of PA-SRC has not yet been reported. We report an autopsy case from a 59-year-old female who presented with intractable headache for 6 weeks and died of LMC as a result of metastatic PA-SRC. Premortem brain MRI showed nonspecific leptomeningeal enhancement. At autopsy, a tan rubbery mass was found in the hilar area of the right lung, which also surrounded the lower trachea and carotid arteries. A right posteromedial middle lobe mass was also found. Leptomeninges were slightly thickened, without discrete masses. Microscopic examination of the lung mass and leptomeninges showed solid sheets and nests of malignant cells with pleomorphic nuclei and frequent SRC features which comprised 50% of the mass. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells demonstrated strong diffuse expression of cytokeratin (CK)-7, TTF-1, and napsin-A. Immunostains for CK-20 and ALK were negative. These features were consistent with PA-SRC. It has been reported that approximately 70% of PAs demonstrate ALK gene rearrangement when SRCs comprised >10% of the tumor cells. The presence of SRCs can be indicative of a lung primary and, because of frequent ALK gene rearrangement in PA-SRC, proper recognition of PA-SRC may be important in determining whether further testing is advisable (e.g., ALK immunostaining and/or ALK gene rearrangement).

Following vitreoretinal surgery, patients may develop elevated intraocular pressure (IOP), which may be due to multiple different mechanisms. Preexisting glaucoma may be a potential cause of any postoperative IOP elevation in patients undergoing treatment for retinal disorders. Neovascularization of the anterior segment from underlying ischemic retinopathy may lead to neovascular glaucoma during the perioperative and postoperative periods. Also, prolonged treatment with topical or intravitreal steroids following retinal surgery can cause a steroid-induced glaucoma in susceptible patients.

Patients with an autoimmune disease could be at higher risk of a poor outcome when contracting COVID-19 infection due to aberrant immune responses and use of immunosuppressant therapies for chronic autoimmune treatment. Here, we conducted a retrospective study to identify the factors related to severity, hospitalization, and mortality among patients with autoimmune diseases. We found 165 cases of patients with pre-existing autoimmune diseases who had contracted COVID-19 between March 2020 and September 2022. Data on demographical characteristics; autoimmune diagnosis and treatment; COVID-19 vaccination status; and time, severity, and outcome of COVID-19 infection were collected. Most of the subjects were female (93.3%) and autoimmune diagnoses included systemic lupus erythematosus (54.5%), Sjogren’s syndrome (33.5%), antiphospholipid syndrome (23%), vasculitis (5.5%), autoimmune thyroid disease (3.6%), rheumatoid arthritis (3.03%), and inflammatory bowel disease (3.03%) among other autoimmune diseases. There were four COVID-19-related deaths in this study. Factors associated with moderate to severe COVID-19 infection in patients with autoimmune diseases included not being vaccinated against COVID-19, taking a steroid of ≥10 mg prednisone-equivalent per day, and having a cardiovascular disease. Taking a steroid of ≥10 mg prednisone-equivalent per day was also associated with hospitalization in the event of COVID-19 infection, while cardiovascular diseases also showed a significant correlation to mortality in patients with autoimmune diseases who had been hospitalized with COVID-19 infection.

This study aims to investigate the effect of profitability and effective tax rate on capital structure with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population are companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last 5 years after the global crisis in 2008 that is 2014-2016 with 115 companies. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria, there are 67 samples with 201 units of analysis. Data were analyzed using moderate regression with SPSS 21. The results indicated that profitability has a negative effect on the capital structure. In contrast, effective tax rate has a positive effect on the capital structure. Accounting conservatism is a kind of pseudo-moderation that has a positive influence on the capital structure. However, as a moderating variable accounting conservatism is only able to moderate the effect of effective tax rate on capital structure. The results indicated that accounting conservatism significantly weakens the effect of effective tax rates on the capital structure. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the capital structure is influenced by profitability, effective tax rate, accounting conservatism, and the effect of effective tax rate on capital structure moderated by accounting conservatism.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
In structural designing, commonly the brickwall is only considered as a gravity load acting on the beam. On the other words, the wall in the building structure is assumed as a non-structural component. In this paper, the structural performance of a three-story building with masonry and without masonry due to seismic loads will be analyzed using pushover analysis by using the ATC 40 standard. The modeling of the building uses SeismoStruct software and assumed that the building is located in the earthquake ground acceleration region in Padang, West Sumatra. Based on the results of the analysis, the performance level of the three-story building with masonry is different compared to the building without masonry. The building with masonry as a structural component shows a better performance than without. This explains that the presence of masonry can contribute to the strength of the structure in receiving lateral loads such as earthquakes.
