The development of the economy of the Russian Far East is declared as a national priority in the 21st century. The President and the Government of the Russian Federation set the task of ensuring accelerated and sustainable regional growth. At the same time, the necessary conditions of the growthare associated with structural changes in the export sector of the Russian Far Eastern economy. An increase in the share of manufacturing industries and, as a consequence, an increase in the share of non-primary exports are expected. In this regard, the task of assessing the effects generated by export activities for the economic dynamics of the Far Eastern macroregion is particular scientific interest. To solve the corresponding problem, econometric modeling methods were used in the work. Based on the panel data structure, systems of nonlinear recursive equations were constructed that linked the cost indicators of product export, the volume of its regional production, the ratio of the dollar exchange rate and purchasing power parity; GRP and export products. The possibilities of scenario forecasting on the basis of the proposed designs were determined by differentiating data on export deliveries in accordance with the degree of processing of the products of the latter. The results of the quantitative analysis confirmed and made it possible to obtain a numerical expression of the superiority of the economic effects generated by non-oil exports compared with the sale of resources.

The aim of the present work is to develop a synbiotic oat product fermented with the mixed probiotic strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus) and Streptococcus thermophilus (S. thermophilus) and enriched with isoflavones. Three probiotics fermented oat flour samples coded A, B, and C were designed utilizing traditional starter culture S. thermophilus and probiotic culture L.acidophilus. The sample coded C was a control sample, whereas the sample A and B were enriched with isoflavones rich extract at different concentrations, namely, 0.32 mg/mL and 0.16 mg/mL, respectively. The viability of the probiotic bacteria, antioxidant activity, physiochemical parameters were evaluated during 4 weeks of storage at 4 °C. The addition of isoflavone-rich extract increased both the antioxidant activity but decreased the viability of the probiotic bacteria during storage. Panellists generally indicated their overall acceptance for the isoflavones enriched product, however, further research is needed to improve on the aroma of the product.

Pharmacological interventions which could be hepatoprotective, depending on bioavailability, anti-inflammatory and macrophage-targeting potential of drugs, are still at early preclinical stages. Existing evidence from many animal models of liver injury, as well as from human data, indicate that pharmacological and/or phytochemical interventions have limited impact on liver recovery. Recent studies on stem cell therapies focused on different cell subsets involved in tissue repair, including monocytes/macrophages and bone marrow cells migrating to the injured liver. Partial hepatectomy (PH) resulted in a rapid increase of monocytes/macrophages in bone marrow and liver, which could be further enhanced by prior treatment of animals with sodium phthalhydrazide. Increased number of proliferating Ki67 + hepatocytes, increased total protein and albumin content in regenerating liver, recruitment of CD172a + macrophages and more differentiated CD45 low CD117 + bone marrow cells, could be further promoted by the treatment of animals with 2 mg/kg b.w. phthalhydrazide, considered immunomodulatory, antioxidant and macrophage-silencing. Phenotypic polarization of macrophages can possibly explain the macrophage reparative capacities, protective against liver injury. Enhanced macrophage cell recruitment from bone marrow to regenerating liver can be possibly one of important events in hepatic recovery. © 2018

A comparative analysis of physicochemical properties and reactivity of 3-aryl-1H-pyrazole-5-diazonium tetrafluoroborates and 5-aryl-3-diazo-3H-pyrazoles in azo coupling reactions is presented. It is shown that diazonium salts have higher reactivity compared to the respective 3-diazopyrazoles, which is in agreement with their physicochemical properties. Heterocyclization of the synthesized azo compounds provided 2-arylpyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]benzotriazines, which were screened for antitumor activity against human uterine endothelium cancer cells (HeLa cell line) and human skin fibroblasts using the MTT assay and flow cytometry. It was found that all of the tested compounds exhibited moderate to high cytotoxic activity. The best results were obtained with 6,8-dimethoxy-2-phenylpyrazolo-[5,1-c][1,2,4]benzotriazine.

Diabetes is a chronic global disease afflicting a substantial number of people worldwide. Different mechanisms have been highlighted in the progression of this disease such as dysfunction of pancreatic β-cells, insulin resistance, elevated levels of free fatty acids which result in overproduction of reactive oxygen species, as well as pancreatic β-cell failure and apoptosis. Isoflavones, are polyphenolic phytochemicals found in most leguminous plants, and have been identified as potentially useful antidiabetic agents. The pleiotropic effects of isoflavones include the targeting of numerous cell signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes. Several observational studies have supported the direct relationship between isoflavones intake and a lowered risk of diabetes. The aim of this review was to summarize relevant findings on the effects of isoflavone intake and risk of type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and to highlight some of the possible anti-diabetic molecular mechanisms of these polyphenols. Despite the promising therapeutic effects of isoflavones to moderate risk of T2DM, the underlying mechanisms for their preventive effects are still largely unknown. The acceptable human dosage levels of these polyphenols remain a debatable topic as these have a profound influence on the observed benefits. Considerable numbers of well-controlled, long-term human clinical studies of these phytochemicals are highly recommended. Furthermore, combinations of isoflavones and their derivatives in combination with other naturally isolated compounds, and perhaps even those drugs currently used therapeutically to control diabetes mellitus in clinical practice, may be worth exploring in the future.

It was shown, that modulation of macrophage activity by sodium phthalhydrazide (APH) increases concentration of anti-inflammatory cytokine TGF- $\boldsymbol{\beta}$ in the pancreas and decreases content of the proinflammatory cytokine complex in the pancreas and blood plasma of rats with experimental diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2). It is possible, that shifts in macrophage production underlie the activation of regenerative processes (increasing of proliferation and decreasing in intensity of apoptosis of pancreatic $\boldsymbol{\beta}$ -cells) at administration of APH.

Interactions of bimodal (fluorescent and magnetic) nanoparticles with HeLa cells were studied. The nanoparticles, characterized by high magnetic moment and relaxing capacity, exhibited fluorescence sufficient for their use as labels in confocal microscopy and flow cytometry. Penetration of these nanoparticles into the cell depended on their surface charge: positively charged nanoparticles of this structure penetrated inside, while negatively charged particles were not found in the cells.

We have studied the influence of iron-molybdenum nanocluster polyoxometalates on the organism of animals (rats) in order to determine the correlation between the exposure and changes at the cellular level in the blood and immune system. Single and repeated administrations of polyoxometalates lead to an increase in the amount of cells containing heat-shock proteins (HSPs) HSP60 and HSP70 not only in the spleen but also in the thymus, despite the blood–thymus barrier. The enhancement of both early and late apoptosis in leukocytes after the administration of 30 doses of polyoxometalates may result from the disruption of homeostasis in immunopoietic organs. No changes in the blood parameters indicative of inflammatory process or anemia are observed at any exposure. The increased level of HSPs in the cells of thymus and spleen and the absence of changes indicative of inflammation in the blood leucocytes, apparently, support the viability of cells in studied organs, since no morphological disruptions are found in the thymus and the spleen.

This study presents the synthesis and optical properties of a new class of bright green-yellow fluorescent dyes with potential applications in bioimaging. A facile synthetic route via the chelation of aryl(hetaryl)aminoacryloylthiophene scaffolds with a BF2 fragment is presented. The photophysical properties of the dyes are attributed to the nature and position of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents. Upon coordination to a BF2 fragment, characteristic emission was observed, with λem ranging from 503 to 543 nm and quantum yields of 0.14-0.42. Compared with parent aryl(hetaryl)aminoacryloylthiophenes, a significant red shift in absorption (up to 480 nm in solution) and emission (up to 543 nm in solution and 610 nm in the solid state) and high chemical stability and photostability were observed. The electron-accepting character of the substituents on the terminal aromatic ring or replacing this fragment with pyridine or pyrazine moieties resulted in increased quantum yields. To gain insight into the electronic structures and optical properties, quantum mechanical calculations were performed. The results of (TD-)DFT calculations supported the structural and spectroscopic data and showed the features of electronic distribution in the frontier molecular orbitals and active electrophilic and nucleophilic sites in the compounds investigated. Synthesized BF2 complexes are promising dyes for cell imaging and flow cytometry owing to their ready penetration and accumulation in cells.

The term “hydrographic network of Altyn Asyr” was introduced, the spatial–temporal dynamics of wetlands and wetland birds’ habitats during migration and in wintering areas was described, data on the composition, type of staying, and monitoring of wetland birds on the water bodies of the hydrographic network of Altyn Asyr was shown, a forecast for the growth of the avifauna and wetland birds’ population on the Altyn Asyr Lake was given.
