The cross-sections of attenuation, scattering and absorption of spherically aggregated metal nanoparticles in dependence on the aggregate size, the degree of its filling with nanoparticles and physical properties of nanoparticle material have been estimated, according to the model of the effective medium and the theory of G. Mie. In that case, the concentration of the nanoparticles changes radially.

The paper presents the results of the Helmholtz equation solution by the method of perturbation theory in the spherical coordinate system for the Debye potentials for weakly heterogeneous media based on metal nanoparticles and the dielectric matrix. In that case, the dielectric function of a composite changes in space in the radial direction.

The paper presents the results of researching surface plasmon polaritons dispersion on the "composite medium and metal substrate" border within a visible wavelength range. The composite dielectric function varies in space according to the periodic law. The solution to this problem has been presented as an inhomogeneous wave for which the field amplitude distribution has been written in an analytical form and dispersion relations have been obtained.

The paper presents the results of the measurements of the values of resonatorless laser generation power threshold densities in thin layers of 6G rhodamine colloidal solutions with single plasmon-resonance gold and silver nanoparticles and non-plazmon resonance nanoparticles of platinum and zinc oxide. It is shown that when gold, platinum and silver nanoparticles are used, the thresholds values are approximately equal at the same concentrations.

The paper gives the results of computer simulating reflectivity of a flat structure made of composite material on the basis of Ag, Ni, Al, Cu nanoparticles and a substrate of the same metals within the visible wavelength range. The possibility of broadband optical antireflection of a metal surface using nanoparticles of the same metals by forming in the near surface layer of the metal being made anti-reflecting a composite layer is researched. Within the visible wavelength range the dispersion characteristics of the reflectivity of the composite metal-dielectric layer on a metal substrate have been calculated for different values of the filling factor and the thickness of the composite layer both for the metals having plasmon resonances (Ag, Cu) within the visible range and for the metals plasmon resonances of which do not fall in the visible wavelength range (Al, Ni).

In the work the spectral-energy characteristics of stochastic (non-resonator) laser generation of a thin layer of organic dye Rhodamine 6G solution with the addition of gold and platinum nanoparticles in the form of a colloidal solution in ethanol have been experimentally investigated. It has been experimentally established that the generation thresholds are reduced by two orders when adding nanoparticles to the active medium. It is shown that the use of nanoparticles having a plasmon absorption band in the region of the agitation radiation does not lead to a significant change of the active medium generation thresholds.

In the paper comparative evaluation of the photon mean free path in the system of metal nanoparticles and dielectric matrix is performed by means of numerical simulations. As a material of nanoparticles both metals (Ag, Cu) in which the frequency of plasmon resonance falls in the range under study and metals (Al, Ni) in which the plasmon resonance frequency is far from the investigated range have been used. The research has shown that for the studied metals the media based on Al nanoparticles satisfy best the Ioffe-Regel criterion for photons of visible wavelength range.

According to the model of the effective medium and G. Mie theory, attenuation cross-sections, cross-sections for scattering and absorption for metal nanoparticles nanosized aggregates have been assessed depending on the aggregate’s size , level of the aggregate’s filling with nanoparticles and physical properties of the nanoparticles material.

The aim of this research is to find out conceptual characteristics of English, German, French, Italian languages world image. The subject of this paper is English collocations with the verbs “to be”, “to have” and “to take” and their equivalents in German, French and Italian languages. The task of this paper is to compare English collocations of the verbs “to be”, “to have” and “to take” and their equivalents in German, French and Italian languages in linguistic–cultural aspect. In Russian language studies such word groups are called “synlexis”. This term was coined by G. I. Klimovskaya, the professor ofTomskStateUniversity. The main method of the research is a comparative study of linguistic units. The conclusions made in the research are essential in the further study of European linguistic world image and can be used in textbooks on Cultural Linguistics.The practical result of the research can be a cross-cultural collocation dictionary of some languages. Целью работы является исследование взаимодействия оптического излучения с гетерогенными средами на основе металлических наночастиц с целью их использования в качестве тонкослойных покрытий различного назначения. На свойста нанокомпозитной пленки, проявляемые при взаимодействии с электромагнитным полем зондирующего излучения, влияют не только размер и структура расположения входящих в композит наночастиц металла, но также материал матрицы и подстилающая поверхность. По этой причине в настоящее время ведутся активные поиски различных сочетаний наночастица-стабилизирующая матрица которые давали бы максимальный эффект от присутствия наночастиц. В качестве метода исследования применялось компьтерное моделирование в стандарте MatLab. Для описания оптических свойств композитного слоя в данной работе используется модель эффективной среды. В результате исследованы отражательные свойства слоя композита на основе металлических наночастиц в зависимости от материала матрицы и свойств подстилающей поверхности. Показана возможность широкополосного оптического просветления металлической поверхности с помощью наночастиц из тех же металлов путем формирования в приповерхностном слое просветляемого металла композитного слоя. В видимом диапазоне длин волн рассчитаны дисперсионные зависимости отражательной способности композитного металлодиэлектрического слоя на металлической подложке для разных значений фактора заполнения и толщины композитного слоя как для металлов обладающих в видимом диапазоне плазмонными резонансами, так и для металлов плазмонные резонансы которых не попадают в видимый диапазон длин волн.
