This service initiated between the team and the Aisyiah Sleman Entrepreneurs Association in Yogyakarta (IPAS). The service focused on how to revitalize businesses that have been down due to the Covid-19 Pandemic with broader market access. Supporting digitalization insights and practices, entrepreneurs must collect service product data, and product visualizations to engage their potential market. The result is the increasing participants awareness the importance of digitally inventorying their products. Digitizing products in photos can help the MSME to expand their businesses and products closer to their respective potential markets. They also post products digitally so they have the product image in more detailed through social media such as Whats-App and Instagram.

Kampung Wisata (Kamwis) Purbayan, Kota Gede, D.I.Yogyakarta merupakan kampung wisata budaya yang sangat potensial karena beberapa aspek (1) kekhasan seni budaya, (2) keutuhan situs-situs dan artefak sejarah meski telah ada sejak abad 16, dan (3) menjadi sentra bagi para tokoh seniman berdomisili di Kamwis Purbayan. Potensi ini menjadikan kelurahan Purbayan sebagai ekosistem yang tepat bagi pemurnian seni budaya, eksibisi artefak dan produk-produk kekhasan budaya, dan kaderisasi generasi penerus ‘penguri-uri’ budaya. Hal-hal tersebut menjadi modal kuat bagi Kamwis Purbayan menarik para wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung, belajar dan mendapat pengalaman dari keaslian dan keunikan sebuah budaya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menguatkan kembali ekosistem Kampung Wisata Budaya yang sempat surut karena pandemi Covid-19 melanda melalui pendekatan pemasaran digital. Teknik ini diharapkan menjadi solusi sekaligus pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat untuk tetap mempromosikan Kamwis tanpa terdampak signifikan oleh pandemi. Metode yang digunakan di antaranya observasi, analisis kebutuhan, dan projek luaran branding bersama mitra. Hasil pengabdian berupa video profil dan vlog yang dapat dimanfaatkan pengurus kampung wisata guna mempromosikan warisan budaya Purbayan dengan jangkauan lokal dan mancanegara. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat terbantu dalam memasarkan Kamwis yang selama ini terkendala oleh turunnya peminat selama dan pasca pandemi.

This study aims to define the effect of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing; this study also seeks to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy and trust in leaders in the connection between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing. This quantitative study used a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique to collect data. Questionnaire measurement uses a Likert scale from 1 – 5, distributed with the help of jakpat.net as a media survey. Respondents in this study were staff-level hotel employees throughout Indonesia, with a total of 143 respondents. Data were analyzed and processed by the PLS-SEM method and path analysis. The bootstrapping method is used to test the hypothesis. This study indicates that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on trust in leaders. Then self-efficacy and faith in a leader positively and significantly impact knowledge sharing. It has also been confirmed that there is a mediating role of self-efficacy and trust in the leader in the indirect relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.

This study examined the interaction of alertness, self-efficacy, and intention in entrepreneurial behavior. This research departed from the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates with entrepreneurial profiles. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 530 respondents who had taken sharia entrepreneurship classes at a university in Indonesia. The results showed that education positively affected students' alerts and self-efficacy. Alertness and subsequent self-efficacy also positively impact entrepreneurial intention and behavior. Next, the entrepreneurial intention has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Contradictory findings show entrepreneurship education does not significantly impact entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy, and behavior. The indirect effect found that the mediating role of alertness, self-efficacy, and purpose could fully bridge the relationship between education and entrepreneurial behavior. The results implied the importance of alertness, self-efficacy, and intention to promote entrepreneurial behavior in educational institutions. The study results highlighted an important message for universities and schools to put more effort into students' self-efficacy, vigilance, and personal intention to maximize learning activities on campus. The action can support the efforts of educational institutions through the entrepreneurship curriculum to increase the profile of alums as entrepreneurs.

Pengabdian dilakukan terhadap ibu-ibu perajin benang ulat sutra. Secara kualitas ibu-ibu perajin telah mampu mengolah kapas menjadi benang sutra namun secara kuantitas belum maksimal dalam melakukan pekerjaan sebagai perajin sehingga kapasitas produksi juga belum sesuai yang diharapkan. Kesibukan para ibu dalam mengelola rumah tangganya menjadikan pekerjaan ini masih bersifat sambilan. Belum ada motivasi lebih untuk mengembangkan potensi dari diri para ibu perajin. Peningkatan motivasi dan potensi diri disampaikan baik dari sisi keIslaman, kemandirian finansial, dan psikologi melalui motivasi diri didukung dengan analisis SWOT. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah 1) observasi dan wawancara kebutuhan pendampingan, 2) penyampain materi, praktik dan diskusi, dan 3) pemberian buku aktivitas terkait kegiatan dan potensi diri. Beberapa metode ini dilakukan dalam 7 pertemuan diawali dengan kunjungan awal untuk melakukan observasi dan diskusi terkait kebutuhan pengabdian berlanjut 6 kali aktivitas pendampingan agar bisa dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan para ibu rumah tangga ini mampu melejitkan potensi baik domestik (mengelola keluarga) serta publik menjadi lebih percaya diri berperan di masyarakat

This study deals with the effect of transformational leadership and flexible work arrangement on performance through work engagement as an intervening variable in the cafe industry in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables to be studied, namely transformational leadership, flexible work arrangement, work en- gagement, and performance. Respondents in this study were 106 workers from 34 cafes in Yogyakarta. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with 5 Likert scales. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of the variables tested for both direct and indirect impact. However, the value is not greater than the immediate effect. This research aims to increase the opportunities for determining flexible work arrangements, strengthening transformational leadership, especially em- ployee motivation and involvement, and maintaining performance through a suitable communication process.

This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture andwork safety on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. This is a quantitative research by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique with questionnaire as instrument. This research supported by 103 respondens of 114 teachers totally in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis.The result of the research are; there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture and work safety on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients numbers.

This activity is initiated by a community service team with BAZNAS Special Region of Yogyakarta (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) as a partner. This activity was funded by Directorate of Research and Community Service (Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) of Universitas Islam Indonesia. This team did synergy with BAZNAS DIY that has scholarships program for high school - SMA/SMK/Madrasah Aliyah students totaling 105 participants in the entire Yogyakarta Province. Mentoring was delivered in three stages or meetings; about Islamic self-concept and SWOT analysis with classical method, leadership and teamwork with outbond method and entrepreneurship with classical and student center learning by forum group discussion. This activity was also preceded by a forum discussion with BAZNAS DIY leaders and ended with a report.
