The article aims to summarize the main arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on human resource empowerment and its impact on motivation as the main factor to resilience hotel workers getting through the pandemic Covid-19. The research variables which include human resource empowerment and Motivation in this study are latent so to identify the influence of the independent latent variables on the dependent latent variable, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. From the respondent's views, the study found out that, on the empowerment construct all statements scored above 3 except credibility. Within a coefficient of determination, it shows that the variation of the motivation variable for hotel workers during the pandemic is 52 percent influenced by human resource empowerment carried out by the management. Therefore, it can be concluded that to strengthen the empowerment of workers through the pandemic, the hotel should strengthen its capacity for worker empowerment within opportunity, delegate, provide for recognition, and create an open communication system to create mutual understanding between employees and management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran artikulasi berpengaruh penggunaanya terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA terpadu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Toma yang berjumlah 116 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas IX-B sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 29 orang dan kelas IX-C sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 27 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar siswa yaitu tes awal dan tes akhir. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah dilaksanakan, maka ada beberapa yang menjadi kesimpulan yaitu (1) berdasarkan perhitungan nilai rata-rata tes awal pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh sebesar 42.93 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 54.26. (2) berdasarkan perhitungan nilai rata-rata tes akhir pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh sebesar 66.04 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 45.66. (3) berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis thitung = 8,228 dan ttabel = 1.671, sehingga thitung > ttabel yaitu 8,228 > 1.671. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran artikulasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA Terpadu di SMP Negeri 1 Toma.

This study discusses the legal protection of a child victim of cyberbullying and a child perpetrator. This research raised a case where a child with the initial “Z” who became a victim of cyberbullying from her schoolmate with the initial “S”. The research method used is the normative-juridical method: processing legal materials collected through a literature review. This study aims to determine the applicable law (legal protection) against the child victims of cyberbullying, based on Law No.35 of 2014 in conjunction with Law No.11 of 2008. In terms of the child perpetrator of cyberbullying, the criminal justice system of the children must be based on Law No. 11 of 2012. The result shows that “Z”, the child victim of Cyberbullying, has received positive legal protection in Indonesia based on Article 76C of Law 35/2014, and Article 27 paragraph (4) juncto Article 28 paragraph (2) of Law 11/2012. Child “S” who terrorizes Child “Z” via WhatsApp may be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance to Article 80 paragraph (1) of Law 35/2014 juncto Article 45 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law 11/2008 junctis Article 81 of Law 11/2012. This case criminal sanctions can be imposed on Child “S” with Law 11/2012.

This study aims to determine the Effect of CSR Disclosures, Corporate Governance Mechanisms, Auditor Sensitivity, Audit Quality and Company Size on Earning Management. This study uses a quantitative research design with data on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The population in this study is a Food and Beverage company registered on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2015 and has passed the research criteria. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique that is random sampling and has passed the criteria of this study. The number of all participating data is 32 companies. The data analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS test tool. The results of the study show that CSR Disclosure, Corporate Governance Mechanism, Auditor Independence, Audit Quality and Company Size have no effect on Earning Management

Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP), also known as cicatrical pemphigoid, is a chronic, autoimmune, subepithelial blistering disease primarily affecting people over 50 years old. MMP may affect any mucosal surface, which is particularly oral mucosa, conjuctiva, esophagus, or larynx is involved. MMP rarely occurs in children and adolescents, but several cases of MMP affecting 2 to 18 years old patients old male patient who had been diagnosed with oral mucous membrane pemphigoid by anamnesis, clinical feature, histopathology. The patient was treated with systemic corticosteroid, topical corticosteroid, oral rinse and multivitamins. Until recently corticosteroid remains as the most effective and the drug of choice to treat pemphigoid lesions. Clinicians need to pay attention in using this drug because of its potential side effect.

The synthesis and characterization of novel platinum(II) and platinum(IV) complexes derived from unsymmetrical ethylene or propylenediamine derivatives are presented. IR spectroscopy and ESI mass spectrometry techniques were employed to characterize the complexes, revealing distinctive absorption bands and isotope patterns. Furthermore, the complexes were characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis elucidated the coordination geometry and intermolecular interactions of complexes 3, 4 and 6. Cytotoxicity evaluation of the complexes on various cell lines highlighted complex 3 as the most active, realizing its tumoricidal activity through induction of apoptosis and increased total caspase activity in MCF-7 cells. Since its application is followed by cytoprotective autophagy, the effectiveness can be additionally empowered by concomitant inhibition of this process. Furthermore, the Pt IV compound 3 induces oxidative stress in hemoglobin, and is reducible by glutathione, suggesting its potential as a carrier for the active Pt II precursor 2a to cancer cells without increasing cytotoxicity. Cyclic voltammetry corroborates the ability of complex 3 to undergo reduction under physiological conditions.
