The limited availability of drugs for rare diseases makes some people use various ways to get treatment. One of them is using marijuana as medicine. In Islam, marijuana is not written directly in the texts, but it can be studied with Islamic legal principles in determining its ruling. Therefore, this paper aims to review the use of marijuana for medical needs from the point of view of the principle of Islamic law “al-ḥukmu yadûru ma’a al-'illah wujûdan wa’ adaman” (the law revolving around the cause for issuing it, whether it is present or absent). This study is library research sourced from the Islamic Jurisprudence references, then analyzed by the inductive method. The research results indicate that marijuana as a treatment is relatively new, and Islamic jurisprudence does not explicitly explain its legal use. Moreover, its use for health services is prohibited in the Narcotics Law. Marijuana in Islam is known to have an intoxicating cause that makes it haram (prohibited). The principle of Islamic law, “al-ḥukmu yadûru ma’a al-'illah wujûdan wa’ adaman” (the law revolving around the cause for issuing it, whether it is present or absent), serves as an excellent guide to know when a law applies and when it is suspended. If there is a cause (‘illah), then there is a law; if there is no cause (‘illah), there is no law. However, the reason (‘illah) with marijuana is a type of common cause (al-'illah al-muta’addiyah) where the branches of law (far’u al-ḥukm) follow the original law. Therefore, the use of medical marijuana is still illegal. Islam allows treatment with forbidden materials (haram) only in emergencies following the terms and conditions of emergency (dharuriyat) in Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab kelas III yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan Nurul Jannah, Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa madrasah ibtidayiyyah kelas III yang berjumlah 5 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tenik dokumentasi, observsi, angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan media platform YouTube dengan fokus pembelajaran lagu Li Yadani. Pada dasarnya anak-anak senang mendengarkan, bernyanyi, dan belajar dengan menggunakan lagu. Oleh karena itu, lagu secara umum merupakan bagian penting dari proses belajar-mengajar bagi siswa muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa madrasah ibtidaiyyah senang belajar bahasa Arab dengan bernyanyi dan lebih mudah mengingat kosakata yang diajarkan oleh pengajar. 4 dari 5 siswa mampu menghafal kosakata dari lagu li yadani setelah tiga kali bernyanyi bersama. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik menyanyi mampu meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab anak usia muda khususnya bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyyah di Panti Asuhan Nurul Jannah.

Insurance makes the fund prepared accurately when problems or disasters occur without predictions. Also, in sharia insurance, there is al-wakalah bil ujrah which is used to give authority to manage the premium collected funds so that they can be useful and develop. This study aims to determine how the application of the al-wakalah bil ujrah contract on PRULink Syariah Generasi Baru at PT Prudential Indonesia. Then, to find out the level of validity according to the Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 52/DSN-MUI/III/2006 concerning al-Wakalah bil Ujrah Contract on Sharia Insurance and Reinsurance. This study uses a qualitative method in field research and a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews with related sources, and documentation which was analyzed using the measurement tool to DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 52/DSN-MUI/III/2006. The results shows that Prudential Syariah Yogyakarta Branch sufficiently met the criteria set by the DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 52/DSN-MUI/III/2006 concerning al-wakalah bil ujrah Contract on Sharia Insurance and Reinsurance. All provisions are written and explained at the beginning of the contract, although not all mechanisms are included in the company standard, such as the accuracy of the allocation of investment funds that distributed to the stock market, the criteria for insurance participants who do not meet the requirements surplus sharing and the lack of transparency in the management of tabarru' funds.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Improvement Process in the Elderly Health Service at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya City using the Donabedian Theory. The research approach used is Descriptive. With the Qualitative method, as well as data collection techniques through Observation and Interview to elderly patients directly to get an idea of how the quality of health services at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya, especially for the care of elderly patients.The results of the research conducted by the researchers can be concluded that the research on the Improvement Process of Elderly Health Services at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya City using the Donabedian Theory through three approaches, namely the structural approach (input), the process approach, the outcome approach (output ) found two indicator that become service priority that is Service Statement or statement of ability and obligation of organizer to perform service in accordance with service standard and Service Time that is the time period needed to finish all service process from each service type. Gold used as a currency standard in many countries and also as a medium of exchange that is relatively lasting and accepted in all countries in the world. In this case, financial institutions hold a variety of products in the context of increasing the amount of investment in gold with various forms. Especially Islamic Financial Institutions, because in Islam and it has been mentioned in the Qur’an that what is meant by assets is gold and silver including dinars. This research aims to determine the gold savings procedures and systems that are in effect and run by PT. Pegadaian Syariah Solo, and the opinions of the scholars formulated in the DSN-MUI / No. decision. 7 / V / 2010 concerning the sale and purchase of non-cash gold savings resulting in the conclusion of an analysis of gold savings products with a certified DSN-MUI review. This research was arranged using qualitative methods. The results empirically indicate that many scholars agreed that gold could be resale as terms of its goods on the grounds after the presence of banknotes society modern assume that gold now is no longer regarded as a medium of exchange but equally as well as items that can be bought and sold.
