The study aims to find out the classroom management interactivity among high school students. Teachers are responsible for orchestrating the attention towards learning, of the various students in a limited space. Therefore, regardless of how well a teacher understands the students' needs, the teacher should create a positive, emotional and academic climate. Implementing instructional approach that assists optimum acquisition by responding to the academic needs of individual students and the course of study as a group is the need of the hour. Teachers need to use organizational and group management methods that maximize on-task student behaviour. Teachers get an opportunity to be with the students for a longer period of time and can actually influence students. Teachers seeking to establish a learning community amidst the troublesome classrooms will still need the familiar classroom management strategies of articulating clear expectations, adopting preventive and corrective discipline procedures, modeling and providing instruction in the desired practices. The research was a survey type which consists of simple random sampling of 800 High school teachers in Dindigul and Madurai districts. The investigator developed the classroom management scale and used the following statistical techniques for analyzing and interpreting the data.

The legacy of traditional understanding of family members from the past is that men are the bread winners and female are the care givers of family. It was challenged 1950s when the female participation had grown drastically in the field of workforce (Jeyawardena, 2003). Education plays an important role in the growth and development of any society. It is the responsibility of the teachers to impart quality education, and apart from this, the teachers have great responsibility to shape our nation. Hence teaching is considered as a noble profession, because of this, many female opt for this as it is also compatible with their roles and responsibilities (Dasmohapatra, 2015). Though it is very compatible, the work burden not only requires their time in the institutions but also makes challenges bigger in their houses so as to become prepared for the subsequent day apart from keeping students records and being there for different programmes. The female teachers in the profession are expected to be committed, dynamic, competitive, and straight forward both sentimentally and non-sentimentally and act in a “business like” manner and at home, they are expected to be sweet, soft, sensitive, adaptable, gentle, and fragile and fit according to the needs of the family and society (Abdul Gani, 2010). The notion of Neutrosophic sets naturally plays a significant role in the study of Neutrosophic topology which was introduced by A.A. Salama. Chang also studied fuzzy continuity which was proved to be of fundamental importance in the realm of Neutrosophic topology. Since then various notions in classical topology have been extended to Neutrosophic topological spaces. Aim of this paper is to initiate and examine about new type of Neutrosophic closed set called Neutrosophic α-GS closed sets and Neutrosophic α-GS open sets. The current study chose 300 M.Ed. students in Madurai District as the sample using a random sampling technique. For the study, the investigator used the normative survey method. A scale of reading preference for print and digital materials was utilised. The data was segregated and consolidated with the help of Microsoft Excel. SPSS version 21 was used to perform the required statistical analysis. A normative survey was undertaken to determine the attitudes of B.Ed. student teachers concerning the Madurai district's digital library. A sample of200 students and teachers from various colleges in the Madurai area of Tamil Nadu. The Digital Library Attitude Scale was employed in this study as a tool (DLAS). Statistical approaches such as percentage analysis, mean, and standard deviation were used to analyse the data. . In terms of gender, the findings show that there is a considerable disparity between rural and urban students' attitudes toward digital libraries. When comparing male and female students in their Digital library Attitude, female students (117.96) had a greater Digital library Attitude than male students (M=106.32). The results demonstrate that there is a considerable difference between the two groups. The findings demonstrate that there is a considerable variation in Digital library Attitude with respect to locality between rural and urban students. When comparing rural and urban students in terms of their Digital library Attitude, urban students (120.96) outperform rural students (M=107.96) in terms of locality. In terms of marital status, there is a substantial difference between married and unmarried students in their Digital library Attitude. When comparing married and unmarried students' Digital library Attitude, single students (116.87) had a greater degree of Digital library Attitude than married students (M=107.73). This article reviews existing Effects of an Enriched Library strategy on Teaching Mathematics Enhancing the B.Ed. Trainees 'Achievement in Mathematics. The sample consists of 40 B.Ed. teacher trainees. In the present-day study, the sample contains of 40 B.Ed. trainees at Madurai district, Tamil Nadu the researcher was adopted a purposive sample technique for this study. The investigator used the experimental design. The experimental design was the pre-test and post-test nonequivalent group. The experimental group was taught using An Enriched Library strategies, whereas the control group was taught using conventional teaching methods. In this study a significant found that difference between Post- tests mean scores of Experimental group and the Control B.Ed. trainee's achievement in Mathematics. Experimental means score (M= 22.35) better than the control group (M=16.15) in their post-test mean scores. Enriched Library strategies on Teaching Mathematics were found effective during the intervention. In this study significant found that difference between Post- tests mean scores of the Experimental group and Control B.Ed. trainee's achievement in Mathematics in their effect size. The effect size reveals that the mean of the control group in the post-test is 16.15 and the experimental group is 22.35. The effect size is found to be 4.65 which represents the large effect.
