This article reports an analysis of teacher students' teaching achievement in designing lesson plans, improving teaching practice, and developing teacher competency. The research followed a mixed method research design, combining quantitative and qualitative data. It further employed a one-group pretest-posttest design in a quasi-experimental approach with the participants observed to obtain the needed data for further statistical analysis. The findings reveal that Tadaluring Microteaching Learning Model (TMLM), with its five-component microteaching cycle (e.g. syntax, social systems, principles of reactions, support systems, and effects of models) helps teacher students improve teaching achievement in Microteaching course by providing extra resources of experience to improve lesson plan design, teaching practice implementation, and teacher competence enhancement. This study also examines the experiences of both supervisors and teacher students in implementing the five components of the TMLM microteaching cycle. It reports that teacher students are able to design good lesson plans after participating in the TMLM microteaching cycle. It further shows the five components of the TMLM microteaching cycle aroused the teacher students' positive attitude and motivation to create and improve teaching practice during peer teaching sessions while improving their personality and social competence at the same time. This study provides a better understanding that the use of TMLM's five components in the microteaching cycle can support teacher students' teaching performance effectively in the future.

Language and Mathematics are both skills and knowledge that need to master well so that it can be the provision for students' future life when mingling with the community or society. Because of that the integration of teaching both language and Mathematics in bilingual Math learning will give many benefits to the students. They will learn not only how to interact with others by improving their communication skills but also how to develop their Math concepts and skills. Moreover students will also get lots of advantages by learning Mathematics bilingually. This study aimed to find out the development of the students' English for Math ability in numbers and number sense in which the process of teaching learning is equipped with teaching aids based on local wisdom. The participants were 30 kindergarten students. The study used descriptive qualitative method and the results revealed that the teaching learning activities with teaching aids designed based on local wisdom have a significant effect on the development of both kindergarten students' performance in English for Math activities and their love toward the local products found in their surrounding environment.

Interactions between students and between students and teachers are the key to successful learning. This study examines whether code-switching to using English for teaching Math in Semarang's Early Childhood Education or PAUD programs can improve student interactions. This study investigated how early childhood education teachers implemented code-switching to English instructions for young learners. According to the findings of the study, early childhood educators utilized English, Indonesian, and Javanese interchangeably. The results indicated that the implications of code-switching in school are an approach to acquiring literacy because students can use different languages in a natural and meaningful manner while participating in classroom activities. The study shows that using code-switching in multilingual mathematics classrooms is a beneficial strategy to improve student interactions in classroom activities and is an effective method of transferring knowledge to students.
