Tez konumuz 1703-1780 yılları arasında yaşamış, mutasavvıf, âlim ve şâir bir zât olan Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı'nın Mecmûatü'l-Meânî isimli eserinin Türkçe kısımlarıdır. Beş tanesini ana eser, on tanesini ise evlat eser olarak tanımladığı toplam on beş eseri bulunan İbrahim Hakkı'nın 1765'te Türkçe, Arapça ve Farsça olmak üzere üç dilde oluşturduğu Mecmûatu'l Meânî hem nazım hem nesir kısımlar içermektedir. Eserde, "Teslîm ve Rızâ", "Vahdetnâme", "Fakrnâme", "Rızanâme", "Sabırnâme" gibi bir çok bölüm bulunmaktadır. 530 sayfadan oluşan ve son kısmında hatime bölümü bulunan Mecmûatü'l-Meânî, İbrahim Hakkı'nın 4 evlat eserine kaynaklık etmiştir ki bunlar "Tuhfetu'l-Kirâm", "Nuhbetu'l-Kelâm", "Sefîne-i Nûh" ve "Definetu'r-Rûh" isimli eserlerdir. Arkeoloji Müzesindeki el yazması nüshadan latinizesini yaptığımız Mecmûatü'l-Meânî'nin Türkçe kısımlarında Mevlâ'ya yönelmek, Hakk'a varmak, yaratana tevekkül etmek, sabreylemek, işleri Allah'a havâle etmek, mütevazi olmak, teslîmiyet göstermek, benliği terk etmek, Hakk'tan gelene râzı olmak, sükût etmek şeklindeki çeşitli konulardan bahsedilmektedir. Beş bölümü bulunan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünü; araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi ve yöntemine dâir açıklamalar oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde İbrahim Hakkı'nın hayatı, eserleri, tasavvufî şahsiyeti hakkında bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümünde Mecmûatü'l-Meânî'deki Türkçe kısımlara dâir bilgiler ve işlenen konulara dâir incelemeler yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümünü latinizeye ve beşinci bölümünü sadeleştirmeye ayırdığımız çalışmamızın sonunda ise bir lügatçe bölümü bulunmaktadır. Our thesis topic is the Turkish parts of Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı's work named Mecmûatü'l-Meânî. He was a Sufi, scholar, and poet and lived between 1703 and 1780. İbrahim Hakkı, who has fifteen works in total, composed Mecmûatu'l-Meânî in three languages, Turkish, Arabic, and Persian in 1765. It contains both verse and prose parts. There are many sections in the work such as "Teslim ve Rıza", "Vahdetname", "Fakrname", "Rızaname" and "Sabırname". Mecmûatu'l-Meânî consists of 530 pages and has an ending section at the end. This work is the source of İbrahim Hakkı's 4 other sub-works, "Tuhfetu'l-Kiram", "Nuhbetu'l-Kelam", "Sefîne-i Nuh" and "Definetu'r-Ruh". In the Turkish parts of the Mecmûatu'l-Meânî, translated to Latin alphabet from the manuscript in the Archeology Museum, there are various subjects touching on the concepts of "to turn to God, to get close to God, to submit to the creator, to show patience, to refer things to God, to be humble, to surrender, to abandon the self, to give consent to those that come from God, to be quiet". The first part of our five chapter work composed the explanation of subject, purpose, importance and methods of the study. In the second part, there is some information about Ibrahim Hakkı's life, his works, and his Sufi personality. The third part contains the analysis of information on Turkish sections in Mecmûatu'l-Meânî and covered topics. In our study we devote the fourth part to latinize and the fifth part to simplification, and also there is a dictionary section at the end.

(R)-(-) ve (S)-(+) karvon, nane (Mentha spicata) ve kimyon (caraway) tohumlarından elde edilir. Geleneksel tıpta bu madde sakinleştirici, gevşetici ve anticonvulsant gibi terapotık etkisi için halk tarafından elde edilmiş ve kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, anksiyete giderici, antiepileptik, antinociceptive gibi koruyucu ve ayrıca membran lipid peroksidazyonu inhibisyonu olan (R)-(-) ve (S)-(+) karvonun sıçanlarda penisilinle oluşturulan deneysel epilepsi modeli üzerindeki akut etkisini araştırmaktır.Bu çalışmada 91 yetişkin erkek Wistar rat kullanılmış ve bu ratlar; 500 I.U. penisilin-G uygulandığı kontrol grubu (n: 7), salin uygulanan sham grubu(n: 7), sadece 200 mg/kg (R)-(-) karvon grubu(n: 7), sadece 200 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvon grubu (n: 7), çözücü olarak kullanılan Dimetil sülfoksit (DMSO) grubu (n: 7), nöbet öncesi penisillin-G +100 mg/kg (R)-(-) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +200 mg/kg (R)-(-) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +100 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +200 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvon grubu (n: 7), nöbet sırasında penisillin-G +100 mg/kg (R)-(-) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +200 mg/kg (R)-(-) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +100 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvon grubu (n: 7), penisillin-G +200 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvon grubu (n: 7) olacak şekilde 13 gruba ayrılmıştır. Penisilin dışındaki tüm maddeler intraperitonal olarak uygulanmıştır. Ratlar 1.25 g/kg'lık üretan dozunun intraperitoneal olarak uygulanmasıyla anestezi altına alınıp, sol korteks açılmış ve somatomotor alana elektrotlar yerleştirilmiştir. Tüm gruplarda beşer dakikalık bazal aktivite kaydı alındıktan, sonra nöbet öncesi gruplara (R)-(-) ve (S)-(+) karvon verildi. 30 dakika sonra intrakortikal olarak penisilin (500 IU) uygulandı. Nöbet esnası gruplarda ise beşer dakikalık bazal aktivite kaydı alındıktan sonra intrakortikal olarak penisilin (500 IU) verildi. 30 dakika sonra (R)-(-) ve (S)-(+) karvon uygulandı. İlk epileptiform aktivitenin başlama latensi, epileptiform aktivitenin diken dalga sıklığı ve genliği verileri istatistiksel olarak analiz edildi.Bulgular: Sadece madde uygulanan gruplarda, sham ve çözücü gruplarında herhangi bir epileptiform aktiviteye rastlanılmadı. Nöbet öncesi 100 mg/kg (S)-(+) grubunun ilk epileptik nöbetin başlama latensi ortancası kontrol, nöbet öncesi 100 ve 200 mg/kg (R)-(-) gruplarının ortancalarından anlamlı derecede daha düşük bulundu (p=0,008). Gruplar arasında 0-120 dakikalarında ölçülen epileptiform aktivitenin diken dalga sıklığı ve diken dalga genliği ortancaları bazı zaman periyotları hariç (0-5, 6-10, 31-35, 36-40 ve 41-45), gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık belirlenmedi (p>0,05). Sonuçlar: Bu çalışmada yalnızca 100 mg/kg (S)-(+) karvonun epileptiform aktivite başlama latensini azaltmasına rağmen, penisilin ile oluşturulmuş epilepsi modelinde diken dalga sıklığı ve genliği üzerinde etkili olmadığı görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, elde ettiğimiz verilere göre yapılan çalışmada karvonun ratlarda penisilinle oluşturulmuş deneysel epilepsi modeli üzerine uygulanmasının antiepileptik etkiye neden olduğunu ortaya çıkarmış ve bu durum karvonun gelecekte potansiyel bir antiepileptik ilaç olabileceğini göstermiştir. Aim of this study is to investigate acute effects of (R)-(-) ve (S)-(+) Carvon , which has been shown relieving anxiety, antiepileptic , effective as antinociceptive protective and also with the inhibition of membrane lipid peroxidation on experimental penicillin-induced epilepsy model in rats. In this study 91 adult male Wistar rats were used, and these rats were divided into 13 groups as 500 I. U. penicillin-G applied to the control group (n:7), Saline applied to the sham group(n: 7), only the 200 mg/kg (R)-(-) carbon group (n: 7) , only the 200 mg/kg (S)-(+) carbon group (n: 7) , Dimethyl sulfoksit used as a solvent (DMSO) group (n: 7), before the seizures pre-penicillin-G +100 mg/kg (R)-(-) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +200 mg/kg (R)-(-) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +100 mg/kg (S)-(+) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +200 mg/kg (S)-(+) carbon group (n = 7), during a seizure, penicillin-G +100 mg/kg (R)-(-) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +200 mg/kg (R)-(-) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +100 mg/kg (S)-(+) carbon group (n = 7), penicillin-G +200 mg/kg (S)-(+) carbon group (n: 7). All of the substances were administered intraperitoneally except penicillin. After rats were anesthetized with administration of the 1.25 g/kg dose urethane intraperitoneally, the left part of the cortex was opened and the electrodes were placed on somatomotor area. After taking 5 minute basal activity recordings in all groups, (R)-(-) and (S)-(+) carvone were injected before seizure groups. After 30 minutes later, penicillin (500 IU) was injected intracortically. In seizure groups, penicillin was injected after 5 minutes basal activity recordings. 30 minutes later, (R)-(-) and (S)-(+) carvone were applied. The time to onset of first spike wave latency, spike-wave frequency and spike-wave amplitude of epileptiform activity were analysed statistically.Results: In the group treated with only substance groups, sham and solvent groups were not identified any epileptiform activity. The median values of latency time to onset of first epileptic seizure of 100 mg/kg (S)-(+) carvone were found to be significantly lower than the control, 100 and 200 mg/kg (R)-(-) carvone (p=0,008). Median of frequency and amplitude of epileptiform activity measured between 0-120 minutes were not significantly different among groups, except some time periods (0-5, 6-10, 31-35, 36-40 and 41-45) (p>0,05).Conclusion: In this study, although only 100 mg/kg (S)-(+) carvon was reduced the time latency time to onset of first epileptiform activity, it has been shown that carvone was not affected on spike wave frequency and amplitude in penicillin induced epilepsy model. Consequently, according to our data the results of the present study show that administration of carvone has antiepileptic effect in penicillin induced model of epilepsy in rats and it may be a potential antiepileptogenic drug in future. 87
