Theoretical and numerical analysis are employed in this study to explore the characteristics of Maxwell squeezed nanofluid flow over a sensor surface, accounting for both the effects of viscous dissipation and an external magnetic field. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of these two factors on the behavior of the nanofluid as it traverses the sensor surface, with a specific emphasis on the modifications in its physical properties, including thermal conductivity and viscosity. In this study, the theoretical analysis relies on the Navier-Stokes equations and Maxwell's equations, which are numerically solved using a shooting method. According to the findings, the applied magnetic field and viscous dissipation have a notable influence on the nanofluid's physical properties and flow characteristics. The magnetic field induces greater alignment and concentration of nanoparticles in the nanofluid, leading to alterations in the fluid's thermal conductivity and viscosity. The impacts of viscous dissipation are likewise observed to be significant, resulting in a considerable elevation in the fluid temperature as a result of the frictional forces between the fluid and the sensor surface. The values for drag coefficient, heat transfer, and mass transfer rate are organized in a table. Some significant findings were observed in this study, which indicate that the viscosity parameter, the squeezed flow index, and magnetic parameter contribute to a reduction in the temperature distribution across the boundary layer region. Conversely, the thermal conductivity parameter and Eckert number show the opposite trend, resulting in an increase in temperature distribution. Furthermore, the novelty of this investigation can be accentuated by analyzing the flow of squeezed Maxwell nanofluid due to a sensor surface based on the Buongiorno concept. The present computational model is built to analyze the energy and mass transition rate through a copper and cobalt ferrite water-based hybrid nanofluid (hnf) flow caused by the fluctuating wavy spinning disk. Cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) and copper (Cu) nanoparticles (nps) are incredibly renowned in engineering and technological research due to their vast potential applications in nano/microscale structures, devices, materials, and systems related to micro- and nanotechnology. The flow mechanism has been formulated in the form of a nonlinear set of PDEs. That set of PDEs has been further reduced to the system of ODEs through resemblance replacements and computationally solved through the parametric continuation method. The outcomes are verified with the Matlab program bvp4c, for accuracy purposes. The statistical outputs and graphical evaluation of physical factors versus velocity, energy, and mass outlines are given through tables and figures. The configuration of a circulating disk affects the energy transformation and velocity distribution desirably. In comparison to a uniform interface, the uneven spinning surface augments energy communication by up to 15%. The addition of nanostructured materials (cobalt ferrite and copper) dramatically improves the solvent physiochemical characteristics. The production of high‐quality polymers greatly relies on the flow mechanism of liquid with thermal characteristics. Thus, the prediction of specific flow and thermal transport rate is important here. So, a uniform flow of viscous nanofluid over a bilateral, linearly stretching, flat, heated surface with the effect of medium porosity and magnetic field is studied in this theoretical investigation. A two‐phase model for the nanofluid is employed to improve the thermal characteristics of fluid flow with heat generation via shear forces in the system. The proposed physical model is analyzed through the similarity analysis and numerical computations with various physical parameters such as the velocity ratio parameter, magnetic number, and so forth. The built‐in function of the MATLAB bvp5c is used to find the numerical solution of the governing set of equations. All the findings of the simulation for the fluid flow under thermal and mass concentration influence are justified with reliable physical reasoning. Variation in the flow field is observed for both the magnetic and porosity parameters between the surface stretching and free stream velocity as well as for different values of velocity ratio parameters. This study investigates the behavior of Walter's liquid B fluid over a biaxially stretching/shrinking surface for Homann stagnation point flow, focusing on the rheological properties that are crucial for understanding physical phenomena in engineering and industrial processes. The problem is modeled using Buongiorno's model in the presence of a permeable surface subject to heat generation/absorption, Ohmic heating, and chemical reactions influenced by Arrhenius activation energy. The governing partial differential equations are solved numerically using an appropriate similarity transformation, and the results are graphically analyzed via MATLAB's bvp5c solver. The study highlights the importance of characterizing the intricate properties of viscoelastic fluids, with potential applications in biomedical engineering and materials science. The findings reveal the coexistence of two distinct flow regimes and dual solutions are obtained. It is noted that the activation energy parameter is shown to enhance mass distribution in both solutions, while chemical reactions accelerate reactant conversion but reduce mass distribution. Additionally, an increase in viscoelasticity shifts the fluid's behavior towards elasticity, creating greater resistance to shear deformation and reducing both velocity profiles.
