This chapter establishes a framework for systematically reading the handbook by defining the basic terms associated with Process Integration. It begins by defining Process Integration and its applications, and then continues with definitions of core Process Integration phases and terms. The main section then defines other significant terms associated with Process Integration in alphabetical order.

Az írás célja az Európai Unió Bírósága, valamint a strasbourgi Emberi Jogok Európai Bírósága által az elmúlt öt évben hozott, legfontosabb és legrelevánsabb ítéletek áttekintése az egyes tagállamok vonatkozásában, tagállamonként, abc-sorrendben haladva. A szerző fókusza a munka világában az egyenlő bánásmód területén felmerült ügyekre összpontosult, amelyek az adott tagállamban zajló kiemelkedő munkajogi jogvitákra terjedtek ki, különös tekintettel a hátrányos megkülönböztetés tilalmára. A szerzőnek nem szándéka az ismertetett ítéletek minősítése, rendszerezése, mint ahogy az sem, hogy azokból akár jogi, akár társadalompolitikai következtetéseket vonjon le, vagy azokról összehasonlító elemzést készítsen a terjedelmi korlátokra is figyelemmel. A tanulmány célja alapvetően az EU-tagállamokban történt jogesetek rövid, mintegy felvillantásszerű ismertetése, listázása tanulságul, a konkrét esetek pedig referenciaként szolgálhatnak Magyarország és a magyar jogászok számára is a tágabb európai uniós és emberi jogi bíráskodás gyakorlatának mélyebb áttekintése szempontjából, illetve egy-egy uniós tagállam munkajogi vitáinak gyors áttekintése érdekében.

Les sources les plus prolixes sur les poissons au Moyen Âge sont les livres alphabétiques consacrés aux animaux aquatiques par les dominicains Thomas de Cantimpré, Vincent de Beauvais et Albert le Grand au milieu du XIIIe siècle. Le choix par les trois savants de l'ordre alphabétique pour présenter leurs longues listes d’espèces peut sembler surprenant, voire décevant, car il soumet l'ordre de l'exposé à une logique des noms, apparemment indifférente aux modèles taxinomiques qu’offraient les diverses autorités citées. Nous cherchons à montrer qu’il est possible de discerner à travers l’ordre des notices et le jeu des comparaisons des séries d’espèces. Les fragments d’un ordre rationnel se font alors jour malgré l’ordre alphabétique, et parfois grâce à lui, et une observation minutieuse de l’art de compiler propre à chacun des trois auteurs permet d’accéder aux bribes d’un savoir ichtyologique proprement médiéval. The most prolific sources about fishes in the Middle Ages are the alphabetical books devoted to aquatic animals by the Dominicans Thomas de Cantimpré, Vincent de Beauvais and Albert the Great in the mid-thirteenth century. The choice of alphabetical order by the three scholars to present their long lists of species may seem surprising, even disappointing, as it subjects the order of the presentation to a logic of names, apparently indifferent to the taxonomic models offered by the various authorities cited. I aim to demonstrate that it is possible to discern series of species through the order of the entries and the play of comparisons. Fragments of a rational order then emerge despite the alphabetical order (sometimes thanks to it). A careful observation of the art of compiling specific to each of the three authors allows us to access the snippets of a specifically medieval ichthyological knowledge.

Although Italian — as well as international — historiography engaged with the fiftieth anniversary of 1968 in a very lively way, it was probably not groundbreaking in terms of its originality. From an editorial perspective, this liveliness has translated into the publication of a considerable amount of studies, which this article is able to examine only partially, given the variety of their approaches, analytical levels and interpretations. The article addresses a selection of these texts in order to discuss some of the most significant directions of research that emerge from them, in terms of methodological approaches, interpretations and arguments. Naming created by combining the main and intermediate color names, while introducing the specific features of each language, it also shows the productivity of that language and its influence from other languages. It is seen that such denominations produced in the source language are also found in other languages. This work, Color names in V.K. Harchenko's Great Dictionary of Color Names in Russian (Bolshoi Slovar Tsvetooboznaçeniy v Russkom Yazıke) published in 2014 were scanned and prepared. It has been determined that there are 6000 color names in the dictionary. In the study, the color names formed by the concretization of the elements included in the basic vocabulary such as various chemicals, metals and precious stones were compiled and their Turkish equivalents were given. In accordance with the grammar of Russian, new colors were obtained by means of prefixes and some other construction suffixes based on these color names. In addition, the main color tone can be formed from a single word or by combining two or three phrases. In this way, the new color names that emerged with the help of the degree of colors are given in alphabetical order. It has been observed that simile and inspiration play a role in naming colors based on concretization.

Conks (a kind of diary or notepad which contains poetries) has been one of the most important sources of folk literature and folk culture for centuries. We also aimed to bring one of these sources to Turkish cultural studies by revealing the folk poets and poems registered in conk that we discussed in our article. The source we are working on is conk, which was completed in 1951 and registered in the National Library with the number "06 Mil Yz a 4573-1". In this study, we indicated the pseudonym of folk poets and the poems of these pseudonym by giving page numbers in alphabetical order. Most of the poems we come across bear traces of the Alawi-Bektashi culture. Although the general subject of the poems is within the religious-Sufi framework, non-religious poems have also found their place. It is not known by whom conk was written. Numerous typos have been made. The syllable and rhyme are also sometimes seen to deteriorate. Our study basically consists of three parts. In the introduction, we focused on the historical value of conks. We briefly touched on the roles folk poets play in society. We tried to explain the connection between the past and the present. In the second part, we evaluated the poems from a technical point of view and mentioned the topics that were processed. Instead of evaluating each poet one by one, we tried to reach general judgments. We focused on the causes of these defects by examining some of the defects we encountered. We touched on the subject of measure and rhyme. In the last episode, we opened the titles of folk poets in alphabetical order. Under the titles of folk poets, we included rhyme the of poems belonging to those folk poets in page order. A considerable amount of the Turkish language vocabulary is composed of derived words. Affixes forming nouns from nouns have an important function in word derivation. These aforementioned affixes, which don’t have any meaning on their own, become meaningful when they attach themselves to noun roots or stems. In other words, the primary task of these affixes is to form new and lasting noun words by attaching themselves to the noun roots or stems of noun which had become one derived from a verb. These new words, from the standpoint of the meanings they have, also show similarities with the meanings of the roots and stems to which they are attached since they are formed via derivational affixes to those roots or stems. The field of usage of these affixes is quite large and they usually express abstract and concrete notions such as time, space, profession, community, belonging. From this theoretical information forth, derivational affixes used to derive nouns from nouns in Karachay-Balkar Turkish, which is in north-west (Kipchak) Turkish dialect group, are identified and classified in alphabetical order. Subsequently the functions of each of these aforementioned affixes and the relationship of the new meanings they derived to the roots and stems they are attached to are shown by giving examples. In addition, development of these aforementioned affixes in Karachay-Balkar Turkish are exhibited in comparison with Orkhon, Old Uyghur, Karakhanid, Khorezm, Kipchak and Chagatai periods of Turkish language.

This article investigates the lexicon pertinent to the associative field of magic in the Galician-Portuguese medieval cantigas. Affiliated to a philological perspective, we access the episteme of Galician-Portuguese culture through its lexical repertoire. The corpus consists of the edition of the Galician-Portuguese medieval cantigas. We analyzed the cantigas categorized by the subtheme omen/ astrology/ superstitions , from which it was possible to list the lexicon that names or updates a series of elements that relate to the universe of magic. A glossary, in alphabetical order, was also made, comprising all the occurrences identified in the corpus . From this work derive some directions towards the understanding of the construction of the concept of magic in the Middle Ages. We concluded that there was a tendency to demonize the woman and that there was yet no implication of magic as a synonym of bad, but a strong tendency of associating what is magical with failure and decay.

The article discusses W. Küchelbecker’s Dictionary [Slovar] that he compiled during his studies at the Tsarskoe Selo Lyceum as a kind of reading diary from 1815 to 1817. Dictionary gives an insight into formative influences on the future writer as well as his close friends from among fellow students – most notably Pushkin, who is known to have read the manuscript. It contains extracts from books of fiction as well as philosophical and historical works and periodicals read by Küchelbecker at the time. Among others, Dictionary mentions Pseudo-Longinus, J.-J. Rousseau, F. de Weiss, F. Schiller, L. Sterne, etc., listing the extracts in alphabetical order. Most translations from German, French, and English are penned by Küchelbecker himself. A fi st such experiment in the systematic analysis of this relic of the 1810s intellectual culture, the article reconstructs the reading list of Küchelbecker and his fellow students at the Lyceum. Approximately one sixth of Dictionary, covering the entries from A to G, is published in the appendix to the article, supplied with notes on the sources and their brief description.

The article analyzes the specifics of the functional programs for managing strategic, tactical and operational tasks. A technique for prefixing operational task names with tactical labels of Priorities, Specifications and Affiliations is proposed. Label abbreviations are formed in such a way as to ensure the correct prioritization when sorting tasks in alphabetical order. The quadrants of the D. Eisenhower Priorities matrix are indicated by two-letter marks: important urgently (IF – Important, Fast); important indefinitely (IS – Important, Slow); not important, but promptly (UF – Unimportant, Fast): neither important nor urgent (US – Unimportant, Slow). The labels of the Specifications matrix for the information environment (RA, RI, SA, SI) are composed of mutually exclusive properties of the availability of the Network (I – Internet and A – Autonomous) and the presence of reduced or special functionality (R – Reduced and S – Special). Labels of the transport specification (TA, TB, TC, TP) allow you to sort tasks that require moving (T – Translocation) on an airplane (A), a bus (B), a car (C) and on foot (P – Pedestrian), respectively. Three-letter marks of Affiliations (belonging to an individual or legal entity) are formed from the first letters of the name, middle name and last name or name of the laboratory, company, project. Tactical marks accelerate decision-making when forming a daily list of operational tasks.

The notion of love is one of the most studied subjects in diwan poetry. Love-lover-beloved is used by almost all ottoman poets and is one of the indispensable, common forms of diwan poetry. Beloved is at the center of the poems in which love is concerned. The parables used in the diwan poetry about beloved are quite rich. Like moon, water of life, spring, friend, intriguer, houri, image, rose, king, cypress, seductive, belle, unfaithful, angel, candle, sake, fairy many words they are often used to express beloved through simile. Some of these words likened of the beloved and some are adjectives; but all of them are used as the name of the beloved directly in couplets. Modern period Persian poets, name Rahi, Mohammad Hoseyin Moayyeri in own ghazals beloved like gazelle, hunter, moon, saint, spring, life, sun, rose, fairy, image, flame, witness, star agreed with various names and adjectives. In the study, these names and adjectives used by the hostage for the beloved are briefly explained. how the poet used these names and adjectives by associating with his beloved was examined with the sample couplets brought from the ghazals. These names and adjectives are listed in Persian alphabetical order. In the footnote next to the headings, the page number and the couplet number of the similar examples in the poet's diwan are given.

The description of Ukrainian realias is an integral part of the literary image of Ukraine – the central image of Nikolai Gogol’s collections of short-stories “Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka” and “Mirhorod”. Even the Russian-speaking reader did not know all the Little Russian words, so in the foreword of the beekeeper Rudy Panko to the first collection of the shortstories, the names of meals, clothing, household items, weapons, musical instruments and mythological creatures, that may be incomprehensible to the reader, were given in alphabetical order with explanation. Therefore, translating these realias into English requires considerable experience and skill from the translator
