Objectives. Although COVID-19 mainly affects the respiratory system, it can also cause neurological complications like memory impairment, which may be part of post-COVID-19 Syndrome. Identifying these impairments is challenging due to the lack of approaches and limited follow-up. This systematic review aimed to identify the effects of COVID-19 on memory. Methods. Analyzing articles from PubMed, SciELO, and VHL databases, focusing on the relationship between COVID-19 infection and memory impairment. Results. COVID-19 infection was linked to significant declines in memory function. The severity of infection correlated with the intensity of neurological sequelae, particularly memory impairment, with cognitive and executive functions most affected. Recovery in these functions paralleled symptom improvement. Conclusions. Patients often continued to exhibit executive function impairments and cognitive deficits after recovering, complicating the understanding of the underlying pathophysiology.

Objetivo: Relatar a experiência do processo de construção de webséries para mediar ações de cuidado à saúde mental de enfermeiros. Método: relato de experiência sistematizado em três passos: síntese de evidências da literatura (passo1), identificação de temas geradores (passo 2), produção de uma tecnologia educacional audiovisual (passo 3). A experiência ocorreu durante uma atividade curricular de um programa de pós-graduação em enfermagem de uma universidade da região Norte, no período de junho a setembro de 2021. Participaram quatro discentes, dois docentes e um colaborador. Resultados: da síntese de evidencias emergiram 03 publicações. Das publicações emergiram 03 temas geradores. As produções foram divulgadas por meio de um canal na plataforma do Youtube. Adotou-se a estratégia Webséries. A série 1 tratou de Promoção à saúde; a 2 de Imapactos; a 3 de Rede de apoio. Conclusões: A experiência de construção de webséries como atividade curricular permitiu que a equipe, de forma ativa, se apropriasse de evidências sobre saúde mental de enfermeiros bem como se envolvesse no processo de produção de tecnologia audiovisual. As webséries se mostraram inovadoras, além de baixo custo e grande potencial de abrangência.

Abstract Despite being the mainstay of management for cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), there is limited data regarding the impact of tocilizumab (TCZ) and corticosteroids (CCS) on chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell efficacy in multiple myeloma (MM). The present study aims to evaluate the prognostic impact of these immunosuppressants in recipients of BCMA- or GPRC5D-directed CAR T cells for relapsed/refractory MM. Our retrospective cohort involved patients treated with commercial or investigational autologous CAR T-cell products at a single institution from March 2017–March 2023. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS). Secondary endpoints included overall response rate (ORR), complete response rate (CRR), and overall survival (OS). In total, 101 patients (91% treated with anti-BCMA CAR T cells and 9% treated with anti-GPRC5D CAR T cells) were analyzed. Within 30 days post-infusion, 34% received CCS and 49% received TCZ for CRS/ICANS management. At a median follow-up of 27.4 months, no significant difference in PFS was observed between CCS and non-CCS groups (log-rank p = 0.35) or between TCZ and non-TCZ groups (log-rank p = 0.69). ORR, CRR, and OS were also comparable between evaluated groups. In our multivariable model, administering CCS with/without TCZ for CRS/ICANS management did not independently influence PFS (HR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.36–1.51). These findings suggest that, among patients with relapsed/refractory MM, the timely and appropriate use of CCS or TCZ for mitigating immune-mediated toxicities does not appear to impact the antitumor activity and long-term outcomes of CAR T-cell therapy.

Abstract B-cell-maturation-antigen (BCMA)-directed therapies are highly active for multiple myeloma, but infections are emerging as a major challenge. In this retrospective, single-center analysis we evaluated infectious complications after BCMA-targeted chimeric-antigen-receptor T-cell therapy (CAR-T), bispecific-antibodies (BsAb) and antibody-drug-conjugates (ADC). The primary endpoint was severe (grade ≥3) infection incidence. Amongst 256 patients, 92 received CAR-T, 55 BsAb and 109 ADC. The incidence of severe infections was higher with BsAb (40%) than CAR-T (26%) or ADC (8%), including grade 5 infections (7% vs 0% vs 0%, respectively). Comparing T-cell redirecting therapies, the incidence rate of severe infections was significantly lower with CAR-T compared to BsAb at 1-year (incidence-rate-ratio [IRR] = 0.43, 95%CI 0.25−0.76, P = 0.004). During periods of treatment-emergent hypogammaglobulinemia, BsAb recipients had higher infection rates (IRR:2.27, 1.31−3.98, P = 0.004) and time to severe infection (HR 2.04, 1.05–3.96, P = 0.036) than their CAR-T counterparts. In 1826, the Brazilian parliament established two statutory causes for expropriation: public utility and public necessity. These terms were borrowed from French law, but gained a legislative meaning in Brazil that they did not have in Europe. This article discusses why the two concepts were created and how they were appropriated by doctrine and jurisprudence until they were united in the concept of public “utility or necessity” present in the expropriation law of 1941 and in the 1988 Constitution. I use mainly the annals of parliament to identify the theories that shaped the legal text of 1826 and the expropriation law of 1845. Second, I use texts from legal journals mainly from the early 20th century to identify to what extent the division between public utility and necessity was still operative, especially as it was incorporated in the 1916 civil code. I conclude that the division between public utility and necessity was proposed in 1826 to allow the state greater power to act without giving discretion to the executive branch. In 1845, the rules of expropriation for public utility were relaxed and the distinction lost much of its practical meaning. At the beginning of the 20th century, doctrine still discussed the distinction, but jurisprudence focused on the public character or not of the work. In the end, I discuss the role of history vis-à-vis dogmatics and how historians can help jurists understand legal texts more adequately. KEYWORDS: Expropriation. Public utility. Public necessity. Em face da avaliação do Plano Nacional de Educação (2014-2024) e do descumprimento do art. 13, argumenta-se que, sem a regulamentação do regime de colaboração, dificilmente serão vislumbrados horizontes para a proposição de políticas curriculares democráticas, na contramão da Base Nacional Comum Curricular. Ao avaliar a tramitação do Sistema Nacional de Educação no Congresso Nacional e a elaboração do Plano Nacional de Educação para o próximo decênio, este ensaio propõe que as dimensões da justiça curricular, em articulação com as dimensões da justiça social, sejam consideradas como conceitos analíticos para a redução das desigualdades por priorizar o reconhecimento das diferenças, a garantia de condições educativas essenciais e a participação social na formulação de políticas curriculares.

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo de caso do restaurante Cidadão, localizado na Avenida Anhanguera, n. 8.473, Quadra 97, Setor Campinas – Goiânia/GO. Pretende-se analisar, caracterizar e quantificar os resíduos através de dois métodos e, a partir dos resultados de composição obtidos, avaliar se a compostagem é viável ou não. São servidas diariamente cerca de 2.400 refeições, e os locais de geração levantados foram a cozinha e o salão de alimentação. A partir dos resultados e da literatura estudada, entende-se que a compostagem é viável no local, e o melhor método a ser aplicado é o de leiras estáticas com aeração natural. O emprego da compostagem em resíduos sólidos urbanos (RSU) aumenta consideravelmente a vida útil dos aterros sanitários, correspondendo a um acréscimo de aproximadamente 0,342 anos aos locais de disposição final relativos apenas aos grandes geradores

Objetivo: analisar representações sociais de estudantes universitários sobre a covid-19 e sua influência na adesão às práticas de prevenção da doença. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, de natureza qualitativa, que utilizou o referencial teórico-metodológico da Teoria das Representações Sociais, de Moscovici e Abric. A coleta dos dados aconteceu em duas etapas. Na primeira, aplicou-se um questionário on-line, com a Técnica de Associação Livre de Palavras, para uma amostra de 352 estudantes universitários. Na segunda etapa, realizou-se entrevistas, do tipo aberta, com 25 estudantes. Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se o software IRAMUTEQ®, na versão 0.7 alpha 2, desenvolvendo-se o método da Classificação Hierárquica Descendente, análise prototípica e análise por correspondência. Para analisar as entrevistas, utilizou-se a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo, na modalidade temática. Resultados: os resultados apontaram para representações sociais de medo da contaminação e da transmissão, da doença, do processo de morrer e da morte de entes queridos, que favorecem a adesão às medidas de prevenção. Todavia, identificou-se representações sociais que denotam fragilidades na adoção integral de medidas preventivas, relacionadas principalmente à representação central de vulnerabilidade à doença, inerente aos grupos de risco, atrelada a não percepção da própria vulnerabilidade. Considerações finais: essa pesquisa se faz importante para a construção e implementação de novas estratégias para prevenção da doença, direcionando gestores e profissionais de saúde no desenvolvimento de medidas, principalmente de educação em saúde, que objetivem maior adesão da população às medidas preventivas

Resumo Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar criticamente os mecanismos que desidratam o Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (FNDCT), debilitando-o na sua função de promover o desenvolvimento econômico e social. Os dados foram extraídos das bases do sistema integrado de orçamento e planejamento (SIOP) e do relatório de execução orçamentária, entre 2012 e 2021, disponibilizados pela financiadora de estudos e projetos (FINEP). Os resultados da investigação apontam que, do ponto de vista quantitativo, há um processo de desidratação, por mecanismos como a desvinculação de receitas da união (DRU), a formulação do projeto de lei orçamentária anual (PLOA) e as reservas de contingência. Do lado qualitativo, há descompasso entre a promessa de uma política arrojada e inovadora e uma estrutura de governança centralizada e burocrática. Os fundos setoriais não enfrentam problemas de arrecadação, mas a gestão centralizada e subserviente a políticas fiscais de austeridade leva a uma execução orçamentária quantitativamente insuficiente e qualitativamente pobre em diversificação, quadro que descaracteriza a política de financiamento de ciência, tecnologia e inovação (CT&I), deixando de cumprir a promessa de desenvolvimento via inovação.

Witches’ broom disease (WBD) affects cocoa trees (Theobroma cacao L.) and is caused by the fungus Moniliophthora perniciosa that grows in the apoplast in its biotrophic phase and later progresses into the tissues, causing serious losses in the production of cocoa beans. Therefore, the apoplast of T. cacao can provide important defense responses during the interaction with M. perniciosa. In this work, the protein profile of the apoplast of the T. cacao genotypes Catongo, susceptible to WBD, and CCN-51, resistant one, was evaluated. The leaves of T. cacao were collected from asymptomatic plants grown in a greenhouse (GH) and from green witches’ brooms grown under field (FD) conditions for extraction of apoplastic washing fluid (AWF). AWF was used in proteomic and enzymatic analysis. A total of 14 proteins were identified in Catongo GH and six in Catongo FD, with two proteins being common, one up-accumulated, and one down-accumulated. In CCN-51, 19 proteins were identified in the GH condition and 13 in FD, with seven proteins being common, one up-accumulated, and six down-accumulated. Most proteins are related to defense and stress in both genotypes, with emphasis on pathogenesis-related proteins (PR): PR-2 (β-1,3-glucanases), PR-3 and PR-4 (chitinases), PR-5 (thaumatine), PR-9 (peroxidases), and PR-14 (lipid transfer proteins). Furthermore, proteins from microorganisms were detected in the AWF. The enzymatic activities of PR-3 showed a significant increase (p < 0.05) in Catongo GH and PR-2 activity (p < 0.01) in CCN-51 FD. The protein profile of the T. cacao apoplastome offers insight into the defense dynamics that occur in the interaction with the fungus M. perniciosa and offers new insights in exploring future WBD control strategies.

Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) is responsible for several anatomopathological conditions in poultry, which cause great damage to the poultry sector. This study aimed to evaluate the pathogenicity of E. coli strains isolated from broiler chickens and to perform in vitro tests on strains classified as APEC to identify their capacity to form biofilms and sensitivity to antimicrobials routinely used in the poultry breeding process. Sixty E. coli poultry isolated were used in this study. The real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test identified that 100% of the isolates had the hlyF and ompT genes, 98.3% the iroN and iss genes, and 83.33% the iutA gene, being all the evaluated strains classified as APEC. In the in vitro evaluations regarding the formation and characterization of biofilms, the APEC samples were characterized as 71.66% weakly biofilm-forming. The antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the highest resistance percentages were found in the molecules of oxytetracycline, with 33%, and doxycycline, with 31.66%, but about 58,33% of the samples had a profile of multi-resistance to antimicrobials. Further studies are needed to better characterize APEC virulence genes and multi-drug resistance, given their impact on poultry health/production and potential risk to human health.

Objective: To assess the relationship between celiac disease and the prevalence of dental caries in children and adolescents and also evaluate if dental enamel defects in celiac children predispose to dental caries. Material and Methods: Searches were performed in the following databases: PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences, and OpenGrey. The risk of bias was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. DMFT/dmft and DMFS/dmfs data of observational studies that compared the prevalence of caries between children and adolescents with celiac disease and healthy individuals. Meta-analysis was performed using a random effects model. Heterogeneity between studies was estimated using Cochran’s Q test, and inconsistency was measured using I2 statistics. Results: Of the 121 studies retrieved, 17 were selected, and 12 were included in the meta-analysis. The prevalence of caries in the primary dentition (dmft) did not differ between celiac patients and controls [SMD = -0.35; 95% CI (-0.83; 0.13); p = 0,15; I2 = 89%]. There was also no difference in the prevalence of caries in permanent teeth (DMFT) between groups [SMD = -0.44; 95% CI (-1.02; 0.14); p = 0.14; I2 = 95%]. Conclusion: Celiac disease is not a determinant factor in the development of dental caries in children and adolescents compared to the control group.

Characterizing metabolically active microorganisms using RNA-based methods is a crucial tool for monitoring and mitigating operational issues, such as oil biodegradation and biocorrosion of pipelines in the oil and gas industry. Our review, a pioneering study, addresses the main methods used to preserve, isolate, and sequence RNA from oilfield samples and describes the most abundant metabolically active genera studied. Using the MEDLINE/PubMed, PubMed Central, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, 2.561 potentially eligible records were identified. After screening, 20 studies were included in our review, underscoring the scarcity of studies related to the subject. Data were extracted and reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). These studies evaluated different samples, including produced water (PW), injection water (IW), solid deposits (SD), oil (OIL), and oily sludge (OS) collected from oilfields located in Australia, China, India, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates. Environmental samples accounted for 55% of the studies, while enriched cultures and microbial consortia represented 35% and 15% of studies, respectively. PW was the most frequently studied sample, comprising 72% of all samples. Filtration and centrifugation were the only processes employed to concentrate the biomass present in samples. For RNA preservation, the most used method was a solution composed of 95:5 v/v ethanol/TRIzol, while for RNA isolation, the TRIzol reagent was the most cited. The Sanger sequencing method was used in all studies evaluating functional genes (alkB, dsrA, aprA, assA, and mcrA), and the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) method was employed in studies for sequencing transcripts of the 16S rRNA gene and metatranscriptomes. Pseudomonas (16S rRNA = PW: 2%; IW: 8%; metatranscriptome = PW: 20%) and Acinetobacter (16S rRNA = PW: 1%; IW: 4%; metatranscriptome = PW: 17%) were the most abundant genera. This study outlined the primary methods employed in researching metabolically active microorganisms. These data provide a foundation for future research. However, it is essential to note that we cannot yet determine the most effective method. We hope that this study will inspire further research related to the standardization of RNA preservation, extraction, and sequencing methods and significantly contribute to our understanding of active microbial communities in oilfields.

Volumetric ceramic receivers can be regarded as a promising technology to heat air above 1000 °C for solar thermal electricity production. In this study, the thermal shock behavior of commercial 10 ppi (A) and 20 ppi (B) oxide-bonded silicon carbide (ob-SiC) reticulated porous ceramic (RPC) foams was evaluated using the SF60 solar furnace at Plataforma Solar de Almería. The foams were subjected to well-controlled temperature cycles ranging from 800 to 1000, 1200, 1300 or 1400 °C, for 25, 100, and 150 cycles. The extent of the damage after thermal shock was determined by crushing tests. The damage was found to be critically dependent on both the bulk density and cell size. Decreasing both the bulk density and cell size resulted in better thermal shock resistance. The B foam exhibited approximately half the stress degradation compared to the A foam when exposed to a temperature difference of 600 K (in the range of 800 to 1400 °C) and subjected to 150 cycles.

The aquaculture industry requires green solutions to solve several environmental challenges, including adequate wastewater remediation and natural drug applications to treat bacteria- and virus-related diseases. This study investigated the feasibility of cultivating the dinoflagellate Durusdinium glynnii in aquaculture wastewater from shrimp rearing in a synbiotic system (AWW-SS), with different dilutions of f/2 medium (FM). Interestingly, D. glynnii demonstrated enhanced growth in all AWW–SS treatments compared to the control (FM). The highest growth rates were achieved at AWW-SS:FM dilutions of 75:25 and 50:50. The removal of total nitrogen and total phosphorus reached 50.1 and 71.7%, respectively, of the crude AWW–SS. Biomass extracts of D. glynnii grown with AWW–SS were able to inhibit the growth of the bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus (inhibition zone of 10.0 ± 1.7 mm) and V. vulnificus (inhibition zone of 11.7 ± 1.5 mm). The presented results demonstrate that the dinoflagellate D. glynnii is a potential candidate for the development of circularity for sustainable aquaculture production, particularly by producing anti–Vibrio compounds at a near-zero cost.

Color is one of the first criteria to assess the quality of cheese. However, very limited data are available on the color heterogeneity of the rind and its relationship with microbial community structure. In this study, the color of a wide range of smear-ripened Munster cheeses from various origins was monitored during storage by photographic imaging and data analysis in the CIELAB color space using luminance, chroma, and hue angle as descriptors. Different levels of inter- and intra-cheese heterogeneity were observed. The most heterogeneous Munster cheeses were the darkest with orange-red colors. The most homogeneous were the brightest with yellow-orange. K-means clustering revealed three clusters distinguished by their color heterogeneity. Color analysis coupled with metabarcoding showed that rinds with heterogeneous color exhibited higher microbial diversity associated with important changes in their microbial community structure during storage. In addition, intra-cheese community structure fluctuations were associated with heterogeneity in rind color. The species Glutamicibacter arilaitensis and Psychrobacter nivimaris/piscatorii were found to be positively associated with the presence of undesirable brown patches. This study highlights the close relationship between the heterogeneity of the cheese rind and its microbiota.

As tecnologias nas últimas décadas impactaram todas as esferas da sociedade, mas com relação às pessoas com deficiência possibilitou da existência de recursos que garantam qualidade de vida com a acessibilidade arquitetônica, atitudinal, informacional. Nesta pesquisa o foco será na acessibilidade informacional. Nas bibliotecas escolares, apesar dos avanços tecnológicos a realidade de usuários com deficiência ainda é embrionária. O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir sobre os tipos de materiais acessíveis e recursos de Tecnologias Assistivas presentes na biblioteca da Escola de Aplicação da Universidade Federal do Pará (EAUFPA), Este é um estudo de caso, com abordagem quanti-qualitativa com análise de conteúdo. De acordo com os resultados da pesquisa, a biblioteca em questão conta com alguns materiais acessíveis para pessoas surdas e cegas, porém, ainda precisa avançar em materiais para públicos com outras deficiências como a cognitiva. No que se refere a Tecnologias Assistivas, há a presença de softwares leitores de tela, mas apresenta lacunas para outros recursos como Lupas. Uma das contribuições deste estudo é a divulgação do cenário de acessibilidade informacional em uma biblioteca escolar pública que utiliza tecnologias, na sua maioria de acesso aberto ampliando a visibilidade desses recursos e sua utilização em outras bibliotecas escolares.

A distribuição de sesmarias promovida pela Coroa portuguesa tinha como função ocupar o território e torná-lo produtivo. Sob essa perspectiva, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma investigação da formação do espaço mineiro a partir da concessão de sesmarias entre os anos de 1701 e 1836. Com base na transcrição do Inventário das Cartas de Sesmarias disponível no Arquivo Público Mineiro (APM), que contém a descrição das sesmarias distribuídas na capitania de Minas Gerais, foi produzido um banco de dados georreferenciado e elaborado um conjunto de mapas temáticos, que permitiram estabelecer diálogos entre história e geografia, o momento econômico ao longo do século XVIII e início do XIX e o processo de formação e transformação espacial. O marco temporal foi dividido em períodos com o intuito de entender as transformações do espaço de Minas Gerais a partir do sistema sesmarial adotado.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the association between psoriasis (PSO), psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and periodontitis (PE), and the Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL) impacts on individuals with psoriatic disease's daily activities compared to the non-psoriatic ones.Materials & methods296 individuals with psoriatic disease (PSO n = 210, APS n = 86) (cases) and 359 without these diseases (controls) were included. Complete periodontal examinations and collection of variables of interest were performed. The Brazilian version of the Oral Impacts on Daily Performance (OIDP) instrument was applied.ResultsThe prevalence of PE was higher in PsA (57.0%; OR = 2.67 95%CI 1.65-4.32; p6 mm; clinical attachment level >6 mm; higher plaque index, % sites and teeth with bleeding on probing (pConclusionNegative impacts of PE on the OHRQoL were demonstrated. The ones having PSO and especially PsA and PE presented significantly worse indicators.

This work proposes a new methodology to identify and validate deep learning models for artificial oil lift systems that use submersible electric pumps. The proposed methodology allows for obtaining the models and evaluating the prediction's uncertainty jointly and systematically. The methodology employs a nonlinear model to generate training and validation data and the Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithm to assess the neural network's epistemic uncertainty. The nonlinear model was used to overcome the limitations of the need for big datasets for training deep learning models. However, the developed models are validated against experimental data after training and validation with synthetic data. The validation is also performed through the models' uncertainty assessment and experimental data. From the implementation point of view, the method was coded in Python with Tensorflow and Keras libraries used to build the neural Networks and find the hyperparameters. The results show that the proposed methodology obtained models representing both the nonlinear model's dynamic behavior and the experimental data. It provides a most probable value close to the experimental data, and the uncertainty of the generated deep learning models has the same order of magnitude as that of the nonlinear model. This uncertainty assessment shows that the built models were adequately validated. The proposed deep learning models can be applied in several applications requiring a reliable and computationally lighter model. Hence, the obtained AI dynamic models can be employed for digital twin construction, control, and optimization.

Objective: To identify scientific evidence related to non-pharmacological interventions used to reduce vaccination-related pain in infants. Methods: This is an integrative review carried out using the PICo strategy, in the IBECS, MEDLINE and Scopus databases, from February to June 2022, which aimed to answer the following question: what is the scientific evidence regarding non-pharmacological interventions used to reduce pain associated with vaccination in infants? The descriptors combined with the OR and AND Booleans were infant, vaccination, pain. Articles from 2011 to 2021 and published in Portuguese, English or Spanish were included. Results: The final sample consisted of 32 studies. Non-pharmacological intervention measures proposed for pain relief in infants submitted to vaccination were: breastfeeding and oral sugar solutions; professional assistance in the vaccine room; and sensory stimulation measures. Conclusion: Using these strategies evidenced in the scientific literature is able to favor the most adequate management of pain related to vaccine administration and, therefore, increase infants’ comfort and well-being, in addition to favoring families’ compliance with vaccination.

Objetivo: Desarrollar tecnologías educativas sobre el control prenatal con y para mujeres con discapacidad visual. Método: Estudio metodológico con interfaz participativa y enfoque cualitativo. Realizado en una Unidad Técnica Especializada de la ciudad de Belém, Pará, Brasil. La producción de datos se realizó entre agosto y septiembre de 2021 con seis mujeres. Se utilizó DOSVOX como recurso de comunicación para que las participantes respondieran a cuatro instrumentos a fin de desarrollar las tecnologías. El análisis fue de contenido temático. Resultados: Las mujeres con discapacidad visual quieren que se respete su autonomía, inclusión e información por parte de los profesionales. Las tecnologías creadas ponen de manifiesto las demandas específicas de las mujeres con discapacidad visual y la importancia de preservar la autonomía durante el control prenatal. Conclusión: Las tecnologías creadas de manera participativa señalan las perspectivas y necesidades específicas de las mujeres con respecto al cuidado prenatal y pueden ayudar a los enfermeros en las consultas y a las mujeres con discapacidad visual durante el control prenatal.

Objective: To develop educational technologies on prenatal care with and for visually impaired women. Method: A methodological study with a participatory interface and qualitative approach. It was carried out at a Specialized Technical Unit in the municipality of Belém, Pará, Brazil. Data production took place between August and September 2021 with six women. DOSVOX was used as a communication resource for the participants to answer four instruments with a view to developing the technologies. The analysis was of the thematic content type. Results: Women with visual impairment want respect for their autonomy, inclusion, and information from the professionals. The technologies produced point to the specific demands of visually impaired women and to the importance of preserving autonomy during prenatal care. Conclusion: Technologies produced in a participatory way point out women's specific perspectives and needs regarding prenatal care and may support both the nurses' actions in consultations and favor women with visual impairment during prenatal care.

Objetivo: Desenvolver tecnologias educacionais sobre pré-natal com e para mulheres deficientes visuais. Método: Estudo metodológico com interface participativa e abordagem qualitativa. Realizado em uma Unidade Técnica Especializada no município de Belém, Pará, Brasil. A produção de dados ocorreu entre agosto e setembro de 2021 com seis mulheres. Utilizou-se o DOSVOX como recurso de comunicação para que as participantes respondessem quatro instrumentos com vistas ao desenvolvimento das tecnologias. A análise foi de conteúdo temático. Resultados: As mulheres com deficiência visual querem respeito à sua autonomia, inclusão e informação dos profissionais. As tecnologias produzidas apontam as demandas específicas de mulheres com deficiência visual e a importância de preservar a autonomia durante a realização do pré-natal. Conclusão: Tecnologias produzidas de forma participativa apontam perspectivas e necessidades específicas das mulheres sobre o pré-natal e poderão subsidiar tanto o agir dos enfermeiros nas consultas como favorecer mulheres com deficiência visual durante o pré-natal.
