The evaluation of the lexicon in the tests of aphasiologie comes true through single words, consisted of a single morpheme. And yet, our language counts 80% of polymorphémic words. These last ones would allow to bring to light, in the aphasic population, disorders of access to the lexicon not perceptible through conventional tests. There is no test which estimates only the access to the complex words, that’s why in 2007, Virginie Berland created a test of lexical morphology to aphasic patients who would saturate the tests of language consisted of single words. We increased at first the calibration, already realized in 2007 with 72 healthy subjects, what allowed to record in quite 142 subjects. Then, we proposed this test to 10 aphasic patients. It emerges from it that the access to the complex words is more difficult for 9 patients on 10, to varying degrees. This test is thus interesting to go into the mechanism of construction of complex words in more depth especially for patients who haven’t difficulties to access single words. This test would be also a solid basis for a definite rehabilitation., L’évaluation du lexique dans les tests d’aphasiologie se réalise au travers de mots simples, composés d’un seul morphème. Or, notre langue comptabilise 80 % de mots polymorphémiques. Ces derniers permettraient de mettre en évidence, dans la population aphasique, des troubles d’accès au lexique non perceptibles au travers de tests classiques. Il n’existe pas de test qui évalue uniquement l’accès aux mots complexes, c’est pourquoi en 2007, Virginie Berland a créé un test de morphologie lexicale à destination de patients aphasiques qui satureraient les tests de langage composés de mots simples. Nous avons dans un premier temps augmenté l’étalonnage, déjà réalisé en 2007 auprès de 72 sujets sains, ce qui a permis de comptabiliser en tout 142 personnes. Puis nous avons proposé ce test à 10 patients aphasiques. Il en ressort que l’accès aux mots complexes est plus difficile pour 9 patients sur 10, à des degrés divers. Ce test est donc intéressant pour approfondir le mécanisme de construction des mots complexes notamment pour les patients dont l’accès au lexique de mots simples n’est entaché d’aucun trouble. Ce test pourrait également servir de base solide pour engager une rééducation ciblée.
