The aim was to study the dependence of single-nucleotide polymorphism of the CSN3 gene on amino acid and mineral composition of the milk of the Holstein cows. The object of research is Holstein cows (n=100; age - 4-5 years). The elemental composition of milk was estimated according to 25 chemical elements (Al, As, B, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, I, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Se, Si, Sn, Hg, Sr, V, Zn) by ICP AES and ICP MS. The amino acid composition of milk (arginine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, hiscidin, leucine-isoleucine, methionine, valine, proline, threonine, serine, alanine, glycine) was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography using a cation exchange analyzer (Knauer, Germany) and subsequent post-column derivatization with ninhydrin. Single nucleotide polymorphism of the K-casein gene was determined by PCR analysis in whole blood samples. The distribution of animals according to the genotypes of the K-casein gene locus was as follows: AA–51 heads, BB–38 heads; AB–11 goals. The results of the studies showed that the milk of cows with the AA genotype in relation to the AB and BB genotypes contained more lysine (g/100 g of protein) by 5.4 and 8.6 (Р≤0.05)%, methionine - 6.8 (Р≤0.05) and 9.2% (Р≤0.05), arginine - by 4.7 and 10% (Р≤0.05). In the milk of animals with the AA genotype, greater (Р≤0.05) concentrations of essential elements (Se, Ca, P, Zn, Cr, Fe, Mg) and minimal (Р≤0.05) concentrations of toxic elements Pb and Cd towards cows with AB and BB genotypes. The milk of animals with the AB genotype contained the maximum amount of Sr and V with a significant difference (Р≤0.05) to the BB genotype. Thus, it can be concluded that the elemental and amino acid compositions of milk are significantly interrelated by CSN3 gene polymorphism.

The impact of agricultural production on the ecological condition of vast territories is of concern to the entire world community. Therefore, the concept of sustainable development should become the basis for the training of agricultural specialists. This article examines the transformation of the system of chemical training of agricultural students in Russia, taking into account the transition to the concept of sustainable development. The study of the history of the development of chemical training of agricultural specialists in Russia helped us to see the causes of the current crisis and highlights what should be preserved. The analysis of the modern needs of the agro-industrial complex made it possible to identify ways to modernize the system of teaching chemical disciplines in agricultural universities. As a result, the main trends of modernization of chemical training of future agricultural specialists in the context of the concept of sustainable development are identified. The chemical competencies of specialists of the agro-industrial sector working in the field of production, processing, and quality control of agricultural products are differentiated. The conditions of their formation are determined, and the effectiveness of the application of the principles of green chemistry for the formation of selected competencies is shown. The theoretical significance of the research is the development of the concept of ecological chemical education (green chemistry) for agricultural education. The practical significance of this work lies in the development of practical examples of the application of the principles of green chemistry in the educational process of an agrarian university. The originality of this research lies in determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of chemical competencies of agricultural specialists in the context of orientation to the concept of sustainable development.

State regulation of agricultural production in Ukraine is aimed at increasing production and ensuring food security of the country and its population. However, the low level of social development, as well as social problems, which in rural areas among the population have now become particularly acute, reduce the potential of this area of the national economy. That is why the question arises of finding active incentives, tools and mechanisms that would encourage the rural population to act and create a promising basis for improving its social status. One of the main existing problems of state regulation of agricultural production in Ukraine is the provision of financial incentives to large agricultural producers. And although such a policy has allowed to increase export potential, but has led to the destruction of rural areas and the impoverishment of the rural population. The intensive activities of these producers on the basis of intensive technologies have led to significant imbalances in the development of the industry with the prevalence of crop production and the decline of livestock, reduced soil quality, as well as rising unemployment of the rural population. This has led to an increase in the shadow sector through illegal activities and hidden income.

The article presents the results of the study of the value structure of 6-7 years old children. The relevance of the study is caused by the role that childhood has on subsequent human development. The basic values that determine human development are formed at the age of 7 years. However, the study of the value sphere of children presents a number of difficulties - the limited methods and techniques that allow us to explore the value sphere of children, the closeness of the family for scientific research, the insufficient social experience of the child himself, differences in the level of communicative development of children and a number of other difficulties and restrictions. At the same time, the use of various research methods - projective, standardized, observations provides empirical data on the structure of values of 6-7 years old children. Both projective and standardized techniques were used in the study. The results show that the development of the value sphere in children 6-7 occurs very unevenly: from complete amorphism to the presence of a clear hierarchical structure. There are confirmed differences in the structure of preferred values among boys and girls. Girls aged 6-7 choose values related to the communicative sphere, while boys of this age are guided by values that are active character.
