This case report investigates the potential use of metabolism as a sensitive biomarker in monitoring the effectiveness of anti-amyloid therapy in a patient with mild cognitive impairment due to early Alzheimer's disease. The study centers around a 74-year-old male patient treated with aducanumab, a monoclonal antibody developed for anti-amyloid therapy. Alongside an expected decline in cerebral amyloid monitored using PET amyloid tracers, we observed significant improvements in the patient's brain metabolic activity, measured via 18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG PET). Despite limitations posed by the single-patient case study, the findings invite further research and consider the utilization of FDG PET as a surrogate for clinically meaningful changes in the treatment of early Alzheimer's disease. These findings suggest the potential for more personalized and effective therapeutic interventions.

Background: Given the high prevalence of obesity and overweight and the detrimental impact on the mental health of affected people, the objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of narrative therapy on social physique anxiety in obese and overweight women. Methods: The current research was a semi-experimental type, with a pre-test, post-test design with a control group. The study population for this research consisted of all obese and overweight women in Tabriz city in 2023. 30 women were selected by the available sampling method and were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received narrative treatment in 8 sessions of 90 minutes, while the control group did not receive any treatment and was placed on the waiting list. At the end of the treatment period, a post-test was performed in both groups. The Social Physique Anxiety Scale by Hart et al. (1989) was used as the measurement tool. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (covariance test with repeated measures) by SPSS-24 software. Results: In the pre-test, the mean and standard deviation of social physique anxiety in the experimental group were 44.33±2.289, while in the control group, it was 43.67±3.063. Abstract Background Systemic drug delivery to the central nervous system is limited by presence of the blood–brain barrier (BBB). Low intensity focused ultrasound (LiFUS) is a non-invasive technique to disrupt the BBB, though there is a lack of understanding of the relationship between LiFUS parameters, such as cavitation dose, time of sonication, microbubble dose, and the time course and magnitude of BBB disruption. Discrepancies in these data arise from experimentation with modified, clinically untranslatable transducers and inconsistent parameters for sonication. In this report, we characterize microbubble and cavitation doses as LiFUS variables as they pertain to the time course and size of BBB opening with a clinical Insightec FUS system. Methods Female Nu/Nu athymic mice were exposed to LiFUS using the ExAblate Neuro system (v7.4, Insightec, Haifa, Israel) following target verification with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Microbubble and cavitation doses ranged from 4–400 μL/kg, and 0.1–1.5 cavitation dose, respectively. The time course and magnitude of BBB opening was evaluated using fluorescent tracers, ranging in size from 105–10,000 Da, administered intravenously at different times pre- or post-LiFUS. Quantitative autoradiography and fluorescence microscopy were used to quantify tracer accumulation in brain. Results We observed a microbubble and cavitation dose dependent increase in tracer uptake within brain after LiFUS. Tracer accumulation was size dependent, with 14C-AIB (100 Da) accumulating to a greater degree than larger markers (~ 625 Da–10 kDa). Our data suggest opening of the BBB via LiFUS is time dependent and biphasic. Accumulation of solutes was highest when administered prior to LiFUS mediated disruption (2–fivefold increases), but was also significantly elevated at 6 h post treatment for both 14C-AIB and Texas Red. Conclusion The magnitude of LiFUS mediated BBB opening correlates with concentration of microbubbles, cavitation dose as well as time of tracer administration post-sonication. These data help define the window of maximal BBB opening and applicable sonication parameters on a clinically translatable and commercially available FUS system that can be used to improve passive permeability and accumulation of therapeutics targeting the brain.

Patients with metastatic breast cancer have high and continually increasing rates of brain metastases. During the course of the disease, brain metastases can occur in up to 30% of these patients. In most cases, brain metastases are diagnosed after significant disease progression. The blood-tumor barrier increases the difficulty of treating brain metastasis by preventing accumulation of chemotherapy within metastases at therapeutically effective concentrations. Traditional therapies, such as surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, have poor efficacy, as reflected by a low median survival rate of 5-8% after post-diagnosis. Low-intensity focused ultrasound (LiFUS) is a new treatment for enhancing drug accumulation within the brain and brain malignancies. In this study, we elucidate the effect of clinical LiFUS combined with chemotherapy on tumor survival and progression in a preclinical model of triple-negative breast cancer metastasis to the brain. LiFUS significantly increased the tumor accumulation of 14C-AIB and Texas Red compared to controls (p< 0.01). LiFUS-mediated opening of the BTB is size-dependent, which is consistent with our previous studies. Mice receiving LiFUS with combinatorial Doxil and paclitaxel showed a significant increase in median survival (60 days) compared to other groups. LiFUS plus combinatorial chemotherapy of paclitaxel and Doxil also showed the slowest progression of tumor burden compared to chemotherapy alone or individual chemotherapy and LiFUS combinations. This study shows that combining LiFUS with timed combinatorial chemotherapeutic treatment is a potential strategy for improving drug delivery to brain metastases.

BackgroundDiagnostic ultrasound has long been a part of a physician’s armamentarium, but transcranial focused ultrasound (FUS) is an emerging treatment of neurological disorders. Consequently, the literature in this field is increasing at a rapid pace.ObjectiveThis analysis was aimed to identify the top-cited articles on FUS to discern their origin, spread, current trends highlighting future impact of this novel neurosurgical intervention.MethodsWe searched the Web of Science database on 28th May 2021 and identified the top 100 cited articles. These articles were analyzed with various scientometric parameters like the authors, corresponding authors, country of corresponding author, journal of publication, year of publication. Citation based parameters including total citations, mean citations per article and mean citations, citation count, and the citation per year, citations per year and co-authors per document were studied as well in addition to Hirsch h-index, g-index, m-index, Bradford’s Law, Lotka’s law and Collaboration index.ResultsThe 100 top-cited articles were published between 1998 and 2019 in 45 different journals. The average citations per document and citations per document per year were 97.78 and 12.47, respectively. The most prolific authors were Hynynen K (Medical Biophysics—Toronto), Elias WJ (Neurosurgery—Virginia), Zadicario (InSightec). The Journal of Neurosurgery published the most top-cited articles (n = 11), and most articles originated from the United States, followed by Canada. Among individual institutions, the University of Toronto was the most productive.ConclusionFUS is an emerging treatment of neurological disorders. With its increasing application, the FUS literature is increasing rapidly. Eleven countries contributed to the top 100 cited articles, with the top 2 countries (the United States and Canada) contributing to more than half of these articles.

Humans consciously experience their surrounding environment and can reflect upon it. Here, the authors use single-neuron recordings, electroencephalographic recordings, and computational methods to show that both conscious experience and self-reflection are related to a common mechanism of evidence accumulation in the posterior parietal cortex.

School bonding is one of the factors that cause the students to feel dependent or connected with the school, in which various factors play a role. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the role of perceived classroom environment, academic optimism and academic emotions in predicting the female students’ school bonding. The research method is a descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female students of the second secondary school in Rasht in the academic year of 2019-2020, among whom 170 people were selected as the sample using the cluster random sampling method. Finally, 150 healthy questionnaires were analyzed. To collect data from Rezaei-Sharif, et al school bonding questionnaire (2014), Gentry, et al perceived classroom environment questionnaire (2002), the Schannen-Moran, et al academic optimism questionnaire (2013). And Pekran, et al academic emotions questionnaire (2002) were used. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis tests were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that there was a significant positive relationship between perceived classroom environment, academic optimism and positive academic emotions associated with female students’ school bonding and a significant negative relationship between negative academic emotions and transplantation with female students’ school bonding (0/01). Also, the results of regression analysis revealed that 73% of the variance of the female students’ school bonding is based on the Perceived classroom, academic optimism and predictable academic emotions. Therefore, it can be concluded that perceived classroom environment, academic optimism and academic emotions are among the variables related to the students' school bonding.

Research is emerging on the use of Photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) and its potential for augmenting human performance, however, relatively little research exists utilizing full-body administration methods. As such, further research supporting the efficacy of whole-body applications of PBMT for behavioral and physiological modifications in applicable, real-world settings are warranted. The purpose of this analysis was to observe cardiorespiratory and sleep patterns surrounding the use of full-body PBMT in an elite cohort of female soccer players. Members of a women’s soccer team in a “Power 5 conference” of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) were observed across one competitive season while wearing an OURA Ring nightly and a global positioning system (GPS) sensor during training. Within-subject comparisons of cardiorespiratory physiology, sleep duration, and sleep composition were evaluated the night before and after PBMT sessions completed as a standard of care for team recovery. Compared to pre-intervention, mean heart rate (HR) was significantly lower the night after a PBMT session (p = 0.0055). Sleep durations were also reduced following PBMT, with total sleep time (TST) averaging 40 min less the night after a session (p = 0.0006), as well as significant reductions in light sleep (p = 0.0307) and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep durations (p = 0.0019). Sleep durations were still lower following PBMT, even when controlling for daily and accumulated training loads. Enhanced cardiorespiratory indicators of recovery following PBMT, despite significant reductions in sleep duration, suggest that it may be an effective modality for maintaining adequate recovery from the high stress loads experienced by elite athletes.

Abstract Background The selection of optimal deep brain stimulation (DBS) parameters is time‐consuming, experience‐dependent, and best suited when acute effects of stimulation can be observed (e.g., tremor reduction). Objectives To test the hypothesis that optimal stimulation location can be estimated based on the cortical connections of DBS contacts. Methods We analyzed a cohort of 38 patients with Parkinson's disease (24 training, and 14 test cohort). Using whole‐brain probabilistic tractography, we first mapped the cortical regions associated with stimulation‐induced efficacy (rigidity, bradykinesia, and tremor improvement) and side effects (paresthesia, motor contractions, and visual disturbances). We then trained a support vector machine classifier to categorize DBS contacts into efficacious, defined by a therapeutic window ≥2 V (threshold for side effect minus threshold for efficacy), based on their connections with cortical regions associated with efficacy versus side effects. The connectivity‐based classifications were then compared with actual stimulation contacts using receiver‐operating characteristics (ROC) curves. Results Unique cortical clusters were associated with stimulation‐induced efficacy and side effects. In the training dataset, 42 of the 47 stimulation contacts were accurately classified as efficacious, with a therapeutic window of ≥3 V in 31 (66%) and between 2 and 2.9 V in 11 (24%) electrodes. This connectivity‐based estimation was successfully replicated in the test cohort with similar accuracy (area under ROC = 0.83). Conclusions Cortical connections can predict the efficacy of DBS contacts and potentially facilitate DBS programming. The clinical utility of this paradigm in optimizing DBS outcomes should be prospectively tested, especially for directional electrodes.

The field of functional neurosurgery has expanded in last decade to include newer indications, new devices, and new methods. This advancement has challenged anesthesia providers to adapt to these new requirements. This review aims to discuss the nuances and practical issues that are faced while administering anesthesia for deep brain stimulation surgery.

Abstract Rifaximin is FDA-approved for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D), but poor solubility may limit its efficacy against microbes in the mucus layer, e.g. Escherichia coli. Here we evaluate adding the mucolytic N-acetylcysteine (NAC) to improve rifaximin efficacy. In a resazurin checkerboard assay, combining rifaximin with NAC had significant synergistic effects in reducing E. coli levels. The optimal rifaximin + NAC combination was then tested in a validated rat model of IBS-D (induced by cytolethal distending toxin [CdtB] inoculation). Rats were inoculated with vehicle and treated with placebo (Control-PBS) or rifaximin + NAC (Control-Rif + NAC, safety), or inoculated with CdtB and treated with placebo (CdtB-PBS), rifaximin (CdtB-Rifaximin), or rifaximin + NAC (CdtB-Rif + NAC) for 10 days. CdtB-inoculated rats (CdtB-PBS) developed wide variability in stool consistency (P = 0.0014) vs. controls (Control-PBS). Stool variability normalized in rats treated with rifaximin + NAC (CdtB-Rif + NAC) but not rifaximin alone (CdtB-Rifaximin). Small bowel bacterial levels were elevated in CdtB-PBS rats but normalized in CdtB-Rif + NAC but not CdtB-Rifaximin rats. E. coli and Desulfovibrio spp levels (each associated with different IBS-D microtypes) were also elevated in CdtB-inoculated (CdtB-PBS) but normalized in CdtB-Rif + NAC rats. Cytokine levels normalized only in CdtB-Rif + NAC rats, in a manner predicted to be associated with reduced diarrhea driven by reduced E. coli. These findings suggest that combining rifaximin with NAC may improve the percentage of IBS-D patients responding to treatment.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the potential protective impact of anthocyanin against tissue damage and oxidative stress provoked by varicocele within the testes of adult rats. Materials and Methods: A total of 32 male rats were divided into four groups as follows: a control group undergoing a sham procedure, a varicocele group without intervention (V), a varicocele group treated with anthocyanin (VA), and a group receiving anthocyanin treatment alone. Following a 56-day treatment period, the indicators of oxidative stress were gauged in the blood plasma, while histological modifications were evaluated utilizing the hematoxylin and eosin staining technique. Results: In the varicocele group treated with anthocyanin, we observed noteworthy enhancements in Johnsen score, epithelium thickness, and seminiferous tubule diameter compared to the untreated varicocele group. Treatment groups exhibited substantial elevations in testosterone levels and antioxidant enzyme levels. Furthermore, there was a reduction in the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), an established marker of oxidative damage, and a decline in histological damage in the treatment groups. Conclusions: The outcomes underscore the potential safeguarding influence of anthocyanin against testicular damage stemming from varicocele induction, suggesting its beneficial role in countering oxidative stress and tissue impairment.

Objectives Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one of the most common problems in the elderly, which causes a decline in their cognitive function. This study aims to compare the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and short-term cognitive rehabilitation on language skills and attention in older people with mild AD. Methods & Materials This is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test/post-test/follow-up design. Participants were 60 people over 65 years of age with mild Alzheimer’s referred to a neurologist in 2022, who were selected by a convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned into two experimental groups and one control group (20 in each group). Then, the tDCS was applied in one experimental group at 10 sessions of 20 minutes once a week and the short-term cognitive rehabilitation program was provided to the second experimental group at 9 sessions of 90 minutes, once a week. No intervention was provided to the control group. Before, one week after (post-test) and one month after (follow-up) the end of the intervention, the assessments were conducted in all groups using Addenbrooke’s cognitive examination- revised (ACE-R). For data analysis, repeated measures analysis of variance test was used in SPSS software, version 23. Results Both methods improved the writing and naming domains of language skills, but they had no significant effect on the attention variable. Conclusion Both tDCS and short-term cognitive rehabilitation can be used to improve the language skills of older adults with mild AD.

Career selection is one of the most important decisions every person faces in their life. Finding the right career path can be a complicated task, particularly in choosing careers with similarly required proficiencies. One of the critical factors affecting a person's career success is their personality, and taking account of this factor is of paramount importance. This study uses the NEO-FFI questionnaire to find personality patterns of software engineering and data science experts based on the Big Five personality traits: Neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. Afterward, an ANFIS (Adaptive Network-Based Inference System) is conducted using the experts' personality data to match the participants of these fields with their corresponding choices. This study demonstrated that data scientists and software engineers score higher in conscientiousness and agreeableness, respectively. Also, data experts have higher scores in all traits overall. In the end, the ANFIS is tested with another similar dataset and the prediction accuracy of the model is measured.

ABSTRACTDiarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), associated with increased intestinal permeability, inflammation, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, can be triggered by acute gastroenteritis. Cytolethal distending toxin B (CdtB) is produced by gastroenteritis-causing pathogens and may underlie IBS-D development, through molecular mimicry with vinculin. Here, we examine the effects of exposure to CdtB alone on gut microbiome composition, host intestinal gene expression, and IBS-D-like phenotypes in a rat model. CdtB-inoculated rats exhibited increased anti-CdtB levels, which correlated with increased stool wet weights, pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL2) and predicted microbial metabolic pathways including inflammatory responses, TNF responses, and diarrhea. Three distinct ileal microbiome profiles (microtypes) were identified in CdtB-inoculated rats. The first microtype (most like controls) had altered relative abundance (RA) of genera Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus, and Rothia. The second had lower microbial diversity, higher Escherichia-Shigella RA, higher absolute E. coli abundance, and altered host ileal tissue expression of immune-response and TNF-response genes compared to controls. The third microtype had higher microbial diversity, higher RA of hydrogen sulfide (H2S)-producer Desulfovibrio, and increased expression of H2S-associated pain/serotonin response genes. All CdtB-inoculated rats exhibited decreased ileal expression of cell junction component mRNAs, including vinculin-associated proteins. Significantly, cluster-specific microRNA-mRNA interactions controlling intestinal permeability, visceral hypersensitivity/pain, and gastrointestinal motility genes, including several previously associated with IBS were seen. These findings demonstrate that exposure to CdtB toxin alone results in IBS-like phenotypes including inflammation and diarrhea-like stool, decreased expression of intestinal barrier components, and altered ileal microtypes that influenced changes in microRNA-modulated gene expression and predicted metabolic pathways consistent with specific IBS-D symptoms.

Background. In order to adopt an educational program to promote students' environmental culture, the status of students’ environmental conservation literacy should be determined. Hence, this research aimed to evaluate the environmental conservation literacy and its relationship with environmental ethics among secondary education schools students, as young generation, in a Middle East country. Methods. This descriptive survey was conducted in Khoy, a city in the central district of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran, in 2022. The sample size was determined using Cochran's statistic and comprised of 350 individuals selected in two stages from a pool of 14,000 students. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire about environmental knowledge, attitude, performance, and ethics. Three environmental and three education specialists used the content validity rate (CVR) assessment form to assess the validity of the questionnaire; the questionnaire validity index was calculate 0.79. The reliability of the questionnaire was also conducted through pilot research, and its value was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test as 0.76. The data was analyzed with nonparametric statistical tests such as the Mann-Whitney test in SPSS version of 22. Results. The average scores of environmental knowledge, attitude, performance and ethics were respectively: 87.6, 84.5, 50.6 and 82%. Between these four variables, there is a significant correlation with the correlation coefficients of knowledge and attitude 0.51, knowledge and behavior 0.2, knowledge and ethics 0.36, attitude and behavior 0.47, attitude and ethics 0.51, and behavior and ethics 0.47 was obtained. With the increase of the educational level, the knowledge score increased, but it had no effect on the other three variables. The variable of education level of students' parents showed a positive effect only on the knowledge component. The difference in the knowledge, attitude and ethics scores of boys and girls was not significant, but the behavior score of boys was 5% higher. There was no significant relationship between the scores of all four variables and the financial status of the student’s family. Conclusion. The first secondary school students of Khoy city had a relatively favorable level of knowledge, attitude and ethics (score 85%), but the level of environmental performance was weak (50.6%). Therefore, it is inferred that the acquired knowledge and attitude is not deep and effective to lead to the desired improvement of environmental conservation behavior. So, it is necessary to be cultured children's environmental literacy from the preschool and elementary school levels.

Objectives: Testicular torsion is a critical medical condition necessitating prompt diagnosis and intervention. This study aimed to explore the potential safeguarding effect of carvacrol against histological damage and oxidative stress resulting from torsion/detorsion (T/D) in rat testes. Materials and Methods: A total of 32 adult male rats were randomly divided into four groups. The sham group did not undergo any intervention. The second group received an intraperitoneal injection of 75 mg/kg carvacrol half an hour before detorsion application. The third group was administered 80 mg/kg carvacrol intraperitoneally without detorsion. The fourth group (control) experienced (T/D) through the administration of saline. Following a 5-hour reperfusion period, the left testis was excised for histological slide preparation. Blood serum was used to measure antioxidant enzyme levels. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS version 19 software and analysis of variance tests. Results: Significant histological alterations were observed between the sham and other three groups. Echinocandins, a prominent class of antifungals, are known for their broad-spectrum activity and favorable safety profiles. However, their bioavailability and efficacy via oral route are suboptimal. In this study, caspofungin and micafungin, the two most commonly used echinocandins, were evaluated in various in vitro environments simulating intestinal lumen. The results revealed that while both antifungals are effective in standard medium, their efficacy significantly diminishes in the presence of human small bowel aspirates and bovine bile. The study suggests that bowel contents and specifically bile acids may be a suppressive component, hindering the antifungal effects of echinocandins. This novel exploration sheds light on the poor oral bioavailability of echinocandins. The findings imply that echinocandins alone, regardless of administration route, may not be optimal for gastrointestinal (GI) fungal infections or invasive fungal infections originating from intestinal translocation. Further clinical investigations are warranted to validate and expand upon these observations.

Abstract Electrolytes have a wide range of technological applications. Despite the recent improvements in characterizing and predicting the phase behavior of microemulsion systems by hydrophilic-lipophilic deviation (HLD) and net-average curvature (NAC) frameworks, they are ineffective in the presence of different salts. This work seeks to bridge this gap by investigating the influence of salt nature on the microemulsion phase formulation. First, a one-dimensional salinity scan on different microemulsion systems consisting of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as a surfactant, hexane as an oil and, several brines was carried out, and the effect of each salt on the phase behavior were precisely evaluated. The results for optimum salinity and solubilization parameter of different salts were consistent with the Hofmeister series. In addition, multiple linear regression model is presented to accurately predicting the optimum salinity of different salts using this research data and all the available experimental data. The results revealed that the values estimated by this model is in significant consistency with the experimental data by correlation coefficient of 0.92. Finally, the effect of salt type on the NAC parameters (length parameter, and characteristic length $$)$$ ) were evaluated to improve the predicting ability of this equation of state in the presence of various salts. We found that salt nature has a significant impact on both these parameters. It was found that the length parameter is linearly dependent on the optimum ionic strength of salts while the salting-out capacity of each salt was predominant factor affecting the characteristic length.

In the present work, we consider a one-dimensional Bresse-Timoshenko system with neutral delay term and a viscous damping acting on vertical displacement of the beam. Under appropriate assumptions on the kernel of this kind of delay and based on the multipliers method, we construct a suitable Lyapunov functional that allows us to establish an exponential decay of the energy in spite of the existence of the delay. Moreover, our result does not depend on any condition on the coefficients of the system. Finally, we present some numerical results to illustrate the theoretical result obtained.

Summary: Studies using stool samples suggest that non-sugar sweetener (NSS) consumption affects gut microbiome composition. However, stool does not represent the entire gut. We analyzed the duodenal luminal microbiome in subjects consuming non-aspartame non-sugar sweeteners (NANS, N = 35), aspartame only (ASP, N = 9), and controls (CON, N = 55) and the stool microbiome in a subset (N = 40). Duodenal alpha diversity was decreased in NANS vs. CON. Duodenal relative abundance (RA) of Escherichia, Klebsiella, and Salmonella (all phylum Proteobacteria) was lower in both NANS and ASP vs. CON, whereas stool RA of Escherichia, Klebsiella, and Salmonella was increased in both NANS and ASP vs. CON. Predicted duodenal microbial metabolic pathways altered in NANS vs. CON included polysaccharides biosynthesis and D-galactose degradation, whereas cylindrospermopsin biosynthesis was significantly enriched in ASP vs. CON. These findings suggest that consuming non-sugar sweeteners may significantly alter microbiome composition and function in the metabolically active small bowel, with different alterations seen in stool.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of narrative therapy with emphasis on innovative moments on cognitive emotion regulation in adolescent girls with self-harm with suicidal ideation. The present study is a quasi-experimental study with experimental and control groups. Aim and Introduction: Despite the significant progress made in recent years in the field of education and women's social participation in our country, women have not been able to obtain a decent share of senior organizational positions and the number of women in senior positions in There are very few public agencies in our society. Preliminary comparisons between statistics show that men working in specialized occupations have been 4 times more likely to grow and advance than women! Leadership is a term that has many different definitions. The most common definition is leadership is the ability to inspire and motivate a group to achieve a vision or a goal. Researchers' interest in recognizing leadership is not limited to providing different definitions and perceptions, and there is a great tendency to explain gender differences in playing leadership roles in organizations. Of course, some believe that the study of gender differences is not necessary, because men and women when playing the role of leader should only emphasize the norms and requirements of their official role set by the organization, so it does not matter what gender leads, but in the opinion of others They believe that just as people are differentiated by gender, they also act differently in leadership roles. They believe that women have a feminine style that is quite different from the masculine and task-oriented leadership style of men. Methodology: In this study, since the variables have not been identified, the qualitative research method is used; Therefore , in this study, a semi-structured interview was used to interview 12 experts who were aware of the subject. Targeted non-random sampling river and snowball were used to select the interviewees. The interview process continued until Ashba Nazari was obtained. By studying the data and information obtained, in the first stage, by studying the desired text and reflecting on it, labels and basic themes were extracted from the texts. Coding at this stage is done with the focus on the researcher, which is the most important and time-consuming part of content analysis. Then all the extracted code was discussed. This discussion has led to the "discovery of new and richer themes from the data studied and analyzed" and the "correction of discovered codes". Findings: 189 basic concepts or basic themes were identified. These themes and concepts were obtained from the interviews and then the researcher categorized them into 18 separate categories. In axial coding, the data foundation method, the researcher selects a category from the open coding stage, places it at the center of the process under study (as a central phenomenon), and then relates the other categories to it. These other categories are: "causal conditions", "strategies", "contextual and intervening conditions" and "consequences". This step involves drawing a diagram called a "coding pattern". To ensure the validity of the research and the accuracy of the findings in the research of the methods: 1- Review by members 2- Peer review and for the reliability of the research, the coding method was used. Finally, a model for educating women for management and leadership in public organizations was presented. Discussion and Conclusion : According to the main subject of the interview and the subject under study, the central phenomenon or category of this research is individual education and organizational culture. Causal conditions are categories that affect the central phenomenon. In this study, four categories including individual competencies, communication-social competencies, professional competencies and structure are factors that are among the infrastructure and requirements for developing women's managerial capabilities to lead public organizations and are codified in causal terms. Women's managerial model, women's leadership style, women's empowerment and women's credibility are the three categories that have been selected as the main strategies. Gender insights and social culture are two categories that influence strategies as intervenors. Contextual contexts are a set of conditions that provide the context for the phenomenon in question and affect behaviors and actions, as well as the central category and the results that result from it. Government support, organizational support, effective family support, and effective communication as the underlying categories affect the development of women's resilience in public organizations. The consequences are the output of employment and the use of appropriate strategies in the upbringing of women. In this study, the categories of organizational efficiency, improving community health, improving employee health, are among the consequences of using appropriate strategies for educating women. In the final review of the model, it can be stated that the information obtained from the literature of the subject and the opinions of the interviewees indicate the existence of a direct relationship between contextual factors and the central phenomenon; Interfering and central phenomenon; Axis and strategy phenomenon; There are strategies and consequences.
