Abstract Background Functional and structural complexities associated with craniosynostosis present challenges for families of affected individuals. Additionally, these patients undergo childhood surgeries that significantly impact the role of the family/caregiver. Consequently, multiple therapeutic teams have provided various guidelines, with the most recent version in 2023 introducing the patient/family guide. The objective of this study was to evaluate the level of awareness among the patient’s family/caregiver regarding the treatment plan. Methods The descriptive-analytical study sample consisted of 117 caregivers (parents) of children diagnosed with craniosynostosis between 2013 and 2023, who were conveniently selected for participation. The self-designed questionnaire was based on the 2023 guidelines and underwent reliability and validity testing. It comprised 14 chapters derived from the literature, with a total of 55 yes/no questions. Results Based on the results obtained from this study, the total correct response rate is 62.3%. The highest level of respondent awareness was associated with Chapter 12, with a correct response rate of 69%. The lowest level of awareness, at 41.8%, was related to Chapter 10. Conclusion It is better to use appropriate educational aids such as educational podcasts based on the latest guidelines for craniosynostosis to educate parents.

A national web-based simulation portal was developed to estimate the irrigation water requirements at plain scale in Iran. The National Water Portal (NWP) consists of four national databases (climatic, soil, crop, and spatial data), a lumped water balance model, and a graphical user interface (GUI). The irrigation water requirements in standard conditions were estimated based on the dual crop coefficient approach presented by FAO 56. Net irrigation requirements (NIR) and gross irrigation requirements (GIR) were calculated for 125 different crops cultivated in the 609 plains in Iran. Results were aggregated at both political and hydrological scales. The statistical comparison between the estimated NIR and reported values in the literature reviews indicates a correlation coefficient of 75% with root mean square error (RMSE) of less than 280 m3 ha−1. Results showed that sugar cane has the highest NIR value (18318 m3 ha−1) among the studied crops, and sugar beet has the second highest NIR value (5100–11896 m3 ha−1). The aggregated amount of NIR and GIR for the entire country was calculated as 47 and 105 billion cubic meters (BCM), respectively. Results indicate that 3.772 million cubic meter (MCM) of water can be saved by applying 15% water stress. By increasing the irrigation efficiency to 65% without considering any water stress, 3.482 MCM of water can be saved.

Introduction: Choosing a promising specialty for medical students is not an easy decision, particularly in a field like neurosurgery known for its high levels of stress. However, in recent years, there has been a decrease in interest, especially among female students, in choosing surgical specialties. Therefore, the present study aimed to identify influential factors in the selection of neurosurgery as a specialty from the perspective of medical students. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2023 at the Shahr-e Kord University of Medical Sciences. we estimated a sample size of 425 individuals from the study population. We collected the data using a questionnaire, which was administered through an online questionnaire system. Results: Male and female perceptions of neurosurgery was similar across many of the surveyed factors, except for: “Male dominated”,“ Tolerant of criticism”, “Duration of residency” and “Must be an athlete”. The factor analysis reduced the 28-variable dimensionality to six latent factors that accounted for 60.72% of the variance found. The factor analysis recognized that, although male and female medical students do have some similar Survey Variable, the influence or weighing of those preferences is different for male and female students. The first latent factor for females consisted of: “Diverse patient population,” and “Procedural based.” The first latent factor for males consisted of: “Male dominated,” and “Prestige.” Conclusion: The factor analysis indicated that male and female students weight differently when selecting a specialty; this difference may account for the large differences in proportion between males and females in Neurosurgery residency.

The aim of this work was finding new flurescent dyes as sensitizers for chemiluminescence (CL) determination some of narcotics. In this way 6 different dyes incloding rhodamine 6G, brilliant blue, orange G, chromatrope, eosin‌‌Y and [Ru(phen)3]2+ and 14 drugs incloding pethidine hydrochloride, thebaine, dextromethorphan, acetaminophen, codeine, oxymorphone, oxycodone, morphine, pholcodine, naltrexone, buprenorphine, methadone, tramadol, diphenoxylate were investigated. In the preliminary experiments, we found that pethidine hydrochloride in CL system of [Ru(phen)3]2+- Ce(IV) and thebaine in CL system of rhodamine 6G- Ce(IV) could be determined. After optimizing the important variables, linear dynamic range for pethidine hydrochloride and thebaine were 5.6×10-7 to 1.4×10-3 mol L-1 and 1.0×10-5 to 4.0×10-4 mol L-1 and limit of detection were 7.1×10-8 mol L-1 and 4.3×10-6 mol L-1, respectively. The percent of relative standard deviation for pethidine hydrochloride and thebaine were 5.7 and 4.0%, respectively.

In the present work, a semi-transverse ventilation system in a long tunnel with a length of 4.9 km, as a complex case study, is numerically studied by performing a set of three-dimensional steady incompressible computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. The ventilation system consisted of a ceiling duct connected to two axial fans at the ending portals, and a series of jet fans in the main tunnel for supporting airflow in the desired direction. To focus on what can and cannot be achieved in commissioning tests, the ventilation system’s performance in various scenarios is numerically evaluated with two different tunnel states; empty tunnel and complete traffic congestion with 1176 stationary vehicles – which is almost impossible to evaluate during a commissioning test. By considering two hypothetical locations for the extraction zone from the main tunnel (in a distance of 450 and 1000 m from one portal), it is shown that the required number of jet fans in a traffic condition drops from 57 for the first extraction location to 43 (25% decrease) when the ventilation system extracts from the second zone. We show that if only the close axial fan to the extraction zone is activated, the required number of jet fans reduces by 56% and 72% for the first and second extraction locations, respectively. This finding can provide a cheaper and easier controlling scenario for emergency ventilation.

There has been considerable interest in the disordered Bose Hubbard model (BHM) in recent years, particularly in the context of thermalization and many-body localization. We develop a two-particle irreducible (2PI) strong-coupling approach to the disordered BHM that allows us to treat both equilibrium and out-of-equilibrium situations. We obtain equations of motion for spatio-temporal correlations and explore their equilibrium solutions. We study the equilibrium phase diagram as a function of disorder strength and discuss applications of the formalism to out-of-equilibrium situations. We also note that the disorder strengths where the emergence of non-ergodic dynamics was observed in a recent experiment [Choi et al. (2016) [61]] appear to correspond to the Mott insulator – Bose Glass phase boundary.

In Islamic proceedings, more than any other measure, a distinction between judicial and thematic matters can help to facilitate a fair trial. Subjective matters are in the position of expressing an incident and incident, and in contrast, judicial matters consisting of law, legal rule, sources and valid Islamic fatwas and Judicial procedure in the general sense. According to the basic principle provided in the law, it is the duty of the litigants to present the matter and the judge has no right to intervene in this matter. Judicial matters are also within the exclusive duties of the judge and the maximum role of the litigants is to remind the judge and their actions are beyond their authority and power. Resolving the dispute by the judge and issuing a verdict by him, is basically subject to the separation of thematic matters from matters Judgment and order of matters is a matter of subject matter. Failure to separate judicial matters from thematic matters by judges, lawyers and experts on undesirable effects and problems such as delegating judgment to an expert, lack of proper oversight of the Supreme Court over the implementation of the law, issuing rulings outside the requested framework, and inappropriate interference of judges in matters. In this article, while comparatively analyzing thematic and legal matters in Imami jurisprudence and common law, the effects and benefits of separation between them will be stated, and criteria will be provided to distinguish legal matters from thematic ones in order to reduce the aforementioned possible effects using these findings

Prior to the 2011 Egyptian revolution, scholars would assess the state–society relations in Egypt in the age of globalization as ineffective, considering any change impossible. However, popular movements in the Middle East and the easy collapse of state indicated that the state–society relation was not passive. In an attempt to re-examine state–society relations, this research focuses on why and how the state–society relations in Egypt, which had been based on authoritarian hegemony, underwent rupture and crisis. Moreover, it tries to explain how the state has managed to deal with the transformation of civil society. The findings show that despite the state’s incomplete and reductionist approach to globalization, the decrease in the state control over economy, in public services and the increase in inequality crisis all have led to class divisions, unemployment, and inflation. The loss of the elements integral to state hegemony led to the emergence of discontented and insurgent political subjects, which made the state insist on its repressive, non-ideological, and undemocratic functions. Due to the weakness in reproducing its power in civil society and the failure to realize the change in the subject’s sensibility–behavior schemata, the state failed in the face of the immediate movement of people, and emerging sociopolitical forces overthrew the state with the help of new media facilities.

Ahmadinejad's rise to power in Iran's political structure was accompanied by a new round of economic policies. Iranian analysts have examined these policies from a variety of perspectives, while some believe that the economic orientation of this period was closely related to economic populism. Based on this, the main question of the preliminary research is that the economic policies of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's presidential period are relative to the macroeconomics of populism? The present paper attempts, from the perspective of political economy, using Durran Bush and Edwards' macroeconomic popolism) in the form of a populist approach as a political strategy and at the level of economic policy-making) while revising Ahmadinejad's economic policies, an explanation of the relationship between these policies and populist approaches to the economy as well as its consequences for the economy of Iran. The research findings show that Ahmadinejad, on the basis of populist economic policy makers, promised to support his supporters of poverty and inequality and the revival of justice, he worked with oil revenues to implement expansionary economic policies in the first two years of his presidency. Which ultimately led to the spread of liquidity, inflation, and recession, after which, since 2009, due to lower oil revenues, the ninth government turned to stabilizing policies and reduced its subsidies and economic development plans.

Introduction: One of the most common types of spinal diseases is spondylolisthesis, which in advanced cases requires surgical intervention. This study aimed to compare the results of L4-L5-S1 and L5-S1 vertebral fusion treatment in high-grade L5-S1 spondylolisthesis. Methods: A study design that randomized controlled trial. A total of 70 consecutive patients who underwent surgery for the treatment of spondylolisthesis at Al-Zahra Hospital in Isfahan, Iran, were evaluated from July 2020 to February 2021 (35 patients underwent L4-L5-S1 and 35 received L5-S1 vertebral fusion treatment). The radicular and low back pain (LBP) intensity (Vanguard Australian Shares), blood loss, wound infection, reduction, and quality of life (SF-12 scores) were quantified before the surgery, 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery in two groups. Results: Patients involved in the two groups had similar baseline demographic characteristics. The percent slip in L4-L5-S1 and L5-S1 group, respectively, postoperative 81.11% and 57.89%, P = 0.0001. Intraoperative blood loss and postoperative were higher in the L4-L5-S1 group when compared to the L5-S1 group (P < 0.05). The wound infection rate of the L4-L5-S1 group was similar to that of the L5-S1 group (8.6% vs. 2.9%, P = 0.303). There was no difference in radicular and LBP intensity, SF-12 scores among patients with L4-L5-S1 and L5-S1 groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Both L4-L5-S1 and L5-S1 were equally beneficial in improving short-term functional outcomes for patients with high grade L5-S1 spondylolisthesis. However, L4-L5-S1 was associated with statistically significant higher incidences of blood loss, but it was accompanied by a better reduction. Therefore, caution should be exercised when considering L4-L5-S1.

Introduction: Patients undergoing surgery may need transfusion of blood products for a variety of reasons. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the incidence of blood transfusion complications in patients undergoing surgery. Methods: The present study was performed as a cross-sectional study in 2020 at Shohadaye Tajrish Hospital in Tehran, Iran. A total of 1132 patients who had complications during surgery upon transfusion of blood and blood products from 2015 to 2020 were included in the census. To collect information, a checklist, including patients’ information, the type of product, and types of complications was used. SPSS software version 21 was used for data analysis. Results: In this study, 99.7% of the complications were acute, and in 91.1% of the cases, the severity of complications was mild. Of the confirmed complications, 46.4% were allergic reactions, and 43.8% were reported as non-hemolytic febrile reactions. A total of 91.1% of patients completely recovered after the onset of the complication, 6.2% had a partial disability, 0.4% had severe disability, and 0.3% died. Conclusion: The results showed that most patients had acute complications in terms of the type of complication and mild in terms of the severity, thus a completely regular program is recommended to control side effects related to blood and blood products transfusion.

The large-scale quantification of accurate evapotranspiration (ET) time series has substantially been developed in recent decades using automated approaches based on remote sensing data. However, there are still several model-related uncertainties that require precise assessment. In this study, the Surface Energy Balance Algorithm for Land (SEBAL) and meteorological data from the Global Land Data Assimilation System (GLDAS) were used to estimate long-term daily actual ET based on three endmember selection procedures: two land cover-based models, one with (WF) and the other without (WOF) morphological functions, and the Allen method (with the default percentiles) for 2270 Landsat images. Models were evaluated for 23 flux tower sites with four main vegetation cover types as well as different climate types. Results showed that endmember selection with morphological functions (WF_ET) generally performed better than the other endmember approaches. Climate-based classification assessment provided the clearest discrimination between the performance of the different endmember selection approaches for the humid category. For humid zones, the land cover-based methods, especially WF, appropriately outperformed Allen. However, the performance of the three approaches was similar for sub-humid, semi-arid and arid climates together; the Allen approach was therefore recommended to avoid the need for dependency on land cover maps. Tower-by-tower validation also showed that the WF approach performed best at 12 flux tower sites, the WOF approach best at 5 and the Allen approach best at 6, suggesting that the use of land cover maps alone does not explain the differences between the performance of the land cover-based models and the Allen approach. Additionally, the satisfactory error metrics results when comparing the EC estimations with EC measurements, with root mean square error (RMSE) ≈ 0.91 and 1.59 mm·day−1, coefficient of determination (R2) ≈ 0.71 and 0.41, and bias percentage (PBias) ≈ 2% and 60% for crop and non-crop flux tower sites, respectively, supports the use of GLDAS meteorological forcing datasets with the different automated ET estimation approaches. Overall, given that the thorough evaluation of different endmember selection approaches at large scale confirmed the validity of the WF approach for different climate and land cover types, this study can be considered an important contribution to the global retrieval of long time series of ET.

Abstract Background Covid‐19 has caused many complications for both the infected and those in need of medical care. This may be due to infection‐related prognosis worsening or the patients’ avoidance of referring to the hospital for fear of contracting the infection. The decline of acute referral to the ER of many significant conditions with severe results on both the well‐being and life‐expectancy is a serious concern. To address these concerns, we designed this study to evaluate the recent pandemic's impact on “in‐hospital mortality” caused by neurological disorders pre and postpandemic. Methods and material The inclusion criteria were any acute neurological condition and the consent of the patients eligible for our study. The definitions of all assessed conditions and the comorbidities are ICD‐10 based. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus, due to their high prevalence, were evaluated separately from other internal comorbidities. The total number of the enrolled patients was 1742, 671 of whom had been during the COVID‐19 pandemic, and 1071 had attended the ER during the prepandemic era. Results The overall mortality was significantly higher during the pandemic, and the covid infected had suffered higher mortality rates. (p‐value

Infiltration is considered as one of the most important soil parameters in the design and evaluation of furrow irrigation systems. Water is infiltrated through the wetted perimeter when it reaches a given point in the furrow until it recedes. The depth of infiltrated water at a given point, therefore, is a function of opportunity time, wetted perimeter, and soil intake characteristics (Oyonarte et al., 2002). Thus, in-depth knowledge of how the initial (e.g. initial water content) and boundary conditions (such as water head and wetted perimeter) of a furrow can act on the infiltration process is essential. Previous studies show that cumulative infiltration in furrow irrigation is highly affected by the water head and initial water content. In furrow irrigation, water infiltration into the soil is two-dimensional, both vertically and laterally (Bautista et al. 2014). Gravity forces are dominant in vertical infiltration, while suction forces dominate horizontal/lateral infiltration. Suction forces largely depend on soil matric potential, which is a function of the soil texture and structure, and play an important role in soil moisture retention, sorptivity, essential for plant growth, and lateral infiltration. Knowledge of lateral infiltration and edge effect is essential for designing furrow irrigation systems because many researchers have found that more than 60% of total infiltrated water is through the side walls of furrows. Several studies have been carried out to determine how initial and boundary conditions may affect the cumulative and lateral infiltration in furrow irrigation, but the combined effect of water head and initial water content on infiltration process is not investigated yet. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to investigate the combined effect of various initial (i.e., irrigation interval or initial water content) and boundary (i.e., water level or the wetted perimeter) conditions on the cumulative and lateral infiltration.

Using natural draft dry air cooling systems in the power plant cycle is one of the proposed solutions for less water consumption. But the wind blowing will cause decreasement of cooling system performance in the power plants that work with the Rankin cycle. Therefore, it is important to know the right amount of wind speed to make the right decision to prevent reducing generating power or provide the right solution to improve the performance of the power plant cooling system. There are many methods of calibration of sensors in the world. But using optimization techniques or stochastic methods that do not require physical facilities and additional costs is almost a new approach. Therefore, in this study, wind sensor was calibrated using Bayesian inference method. Bayesian inference is a statistical method which updates the probability of a hypothesis as more evidence or information is available. Data obtained from Shazand power plant. Finally, after calibration, it is perceived that the error between observations and system models has decreased about 95%. In this paper, we investigate the behavior of the thermoelectric DC conductivities in the presence of Weyl corrections with momentum dissipation in the incoherent limit. Moreover, we compute the butterfly velocity and study the charge and energy diffusion with broken translational symmetry. Our results show that the Weyl coupling γ, violates the bounds on the charge and energy diffusivity. It is also shown that the Weyl corrections violate the bound on the DC electrical conductivity in the incoherent limit.

Tardigrada is a phylum closely allied with the arthropods. They are small (0.05-1.20 mm), hygrophilous micrometazoans, have four pairs of lobe-like legs and are either carnivorous or feed on plant material. Most of the tardigrade species are limno-terrestrial. In two moss and lichen samples collected in Mashhad, one heterotardigrade species was found. Echiniscus testudo (Doyère, 1840) belongs to the Echiniscidae group and differs from most of other species in this group mainly by having a different claw configuration and by some morphometric characters. This study is the first report of tardigrades from Iran.

Contour Crafting is a novel technology in construction industry based on 3D printing that uses robotics to construct free form building structures by repeatedly laying down layers of material such as concrete. It is actually an approach to scale up automatic fabrication from building small industrial parts to constructing buildings. However, there are little information about contour crafting (CC) in current use; present paper aims to describe the operational steps of creating a whole building by the machine reviewing relevant literature. Furthermore, it will represent the advantages of CC usage compared to traditional construction methods, as well as its applicability in construction industry.

Abstract A simple and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method was developed for direct quantification of oxymorphone, a µ opioid agonist that is approximately 10 times more potent than morphine. In this method potassium permanganate in polyphosphoric acid was used as CL reagent. Using this method, oxymorphone can be determined over the concentration ranges 13.5-337.8 ng mL-1 and 0.34-6.76 µg mL-1 with a sampling rate of 45 samples h−1. The limit of detection was 3.5 ng mL-1 (signal to noise =3) and the percent of relative standard deviations (in 9 replicate measurements) were 3.1% for 135.1 ng mL-1 and 3.6% for 1.4 µg mL-1 oxymorphone. The method is applied to human plasma and synthetic samples. The CL mechanism has been proposed using UV-Vis, fluorescence and CL spectra. In this study, detectability of oxymorphone in some other CL systems such as Ce(IV)-H2SO4, luminol-H2O2, Ru(phen)32+-Ce(IV) and permanganate-SO32- is investigated. CL intensities of twelve narcotics or related drugs were also investigated in the proposed CL system.

BACKGROUND: Complementary medicine interventions are now successfully used to reduce stress as well as to stabilize hemodynamic indices within different procedures. The present study aimed to examine the effect of massage therapy and reflexotherapy on reducing stress in patients before coronary angiography. METHODS: In this open-label clinical trial, 75 consecutive patients who were candidate for coronary angiography were randomly assigned to receive reflexotherapy (n = 25), or massage therapy (n = 25), or routine care (n = 25) before angiography. The Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was used to determine the stress level of patients before and after interventions and vital signs were also measured. RESULTS: Improvement in diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate was shown in the reflexotherapy group, and similar effects were observed following other interventions including massage therapy and routine resting program. In subjects who received reflexotherapy the level of stress decreased slightly compared with the other two groups. However, following interventions the level of stress in reflexotherapy group was shown to be lower than other study groups. CONCLUSION: Reflexotherapy before coronary angiography can help to stabilize vital sign as well as reduce the level of stress. The effect of massage therapy was limited to reducing stress.

Multispectral imaging using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) has changed the pace of precision agriculture. Actual evapotranspiration (ETa) from the very high spatial resolution of UAV images over agricultural fields can help farmers increase their production at the lowest possible cost. ETa estimation using UAVs requires a full package of sensors capturing the visible/infrared and thermal portions of the spectrum. Therefore, this study focused on a multi-sensor data fusion approach for ETa estimation (MSDF-ET) independent of thermal sensors. The method was based on sharpening the Landsat 8 pixels to UAV spatial resolution by considering the relationship between reference ETa fraction (ETrf) and a Vegetation Index (VI). Four Landsat 8 images were processed to calculate ETa of three UAV images over three almond fields. Two flights coincided with the overpasses and one was in between two consecutive Landsat 8 images. ETrf was chosen instead of ETa to interpolate the Landsat 8-derived ETrf images to obtain an ETrf image on the UAV flight. ETrf was defined as the ratio of ETa to grass reference evapotranspiration (ETr), and the VIs tested in this study included the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI), Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), and Land Surface Water Index (LSWI). NDVI performed better under the study conditions. The MSDF-ET-derived ETa showed strong correlations against measured ETa, UAV- and Landsat 8-based METRIC ETa. Also, visual comparison of the MSDF-ET ETa maps was indicative of a promising performance of the method. In sum, the resulting ETa had a higher spatial resolution compared with thermal-based ETa without the need for the Albedo and hot/cold pixels selection procedure. However, wet soils were poorly detected, and in cases of continuous cloudy Landsat pixels the long interval between the images may cause biases in ETa estimation from the MSDF-ET method. Generally, the MSDF-ET method reduces the need for very high resolution thermal information from the ground, and the calculations can be conducted on a moderate-performance computer system because the main image processing is applied on Landsat images with coarser spatial resolutions.

A chemiluminescence (CL) method has been developed for the determination of Hydroxyzine (Hyd) and its metabolite Cetirizine (Cet). The method is based on sensitizing effect of Cet and Hyd on the weak CL reaction between Ru(phen)32+ and acidic Ce(IV). A mechanism for the CL reaction has been proposed on the basis of UV-Vis, fluorescent and CL spectra. By using the recommended procedure, the calibration graphs were linear over 0.14 to 14.0 μg mL-1 (r2=0.9966) and 0.07 to 10.0 μg mL-1 (r2=0.9984) for Hyd and Cet, respectively. The limits of detections were 0.06 μg mL-1 and 0.03 μg mL-1 for Hyd and Cet, respectively. The percent of relative standard deviations (n=11) for 1.0 μg mL-1 of Hyd and 0.74 μg mL-1 of Cet were 4.5 and 2.3%, respectively. The broad time profile of Hyd and Cet allowed us to determine Hyd contents in plasma samples with minimum blank interferences from cysteine and ascorbic acid. The method has been satisfactorily used for the determination of Hyd and Cet in syrups, tablets and human plasma.

In this study, a new method has been developed for the simple determination of mepivacaine (carbocaine). The method is based on the enhancement effect of mepivacaine in the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of tris(1,10 phenanthroline)ruthenium(II) with cerium(IV). A mechanism for the CL reaction has been proposed on the basis of UV-Vis, fluorescent and CL spectra. Under optimum conditions, the CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of the drug in solution over the range 0.45-226.25 µg mL-1 (R2=0.9996). The limit of detection (LOD) (S/N=3) was 0.34 µg mL-1. LOD was about 10 times lower than the therapeutic concentration of mepivacaine. The percent of relative standard deviation for determination of 11 replicates at level of 9.05 μg mL-1 and 90.50 μg mL-1 of mepivacaine were 1.8 and 3.7%, respectively. The proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of mepivacaine in human plasma and injectable solutions.

In this article, vibration analysis of an Euler-Bernoulli beam resting on a Pasternak-type foundation is studied. The governing equation is solved by using a spectral finite element model (SFEM). The solution involves calculating wave and time responses of the beam. The Fast Fourier Transform function is used for temporal discretization of the governing partial differential equation into a set of ordinary differential equations. Then, the interpolating function for an element is derived from the exact solution of governing differential equation in the frequency domain. Inverse Fourier Transform is performed to rebuild the solution in the time domain. The foremost advantages of the SFEM are enormous high accuracy, smallness of the problem size and the degrees of freedom, low computational cost and high efficiency to deal with dynamic problems and digitized data. Moreover, it is very easy to execute the inverse problems by using this method. The influences of foundation stiffness, shear layer stiffness and axial tensile (or compressive) forces on the dynamic characteristic and divergence instability of the beam are investigated. The accuracy of the present SFEM is validated by comparing its results with those of classical finite element method (FEM). The results show the ascendency of SFEM with respect to FEM in reducing elements and computational effort, concurrently increasing the numerical accuracy.

Gaddafi's dictatorial governorship in Libya was the one that was ousted in the wake of the revolutionary upheavals of the 2010s, with the mobilization of society and the participation of international institutions and forces. In explaining the collapse of this political regime, internal factors (backward political structure, suffocation and tyranny of the rulers, wave of democratization and new media) and external factors (role of international institutions and forces and major powers) have been raised. This research with a general Understanding has combined the government interaction and globalization processes into two internal and external factors. The results of this research show that globalization in its various economic, social and communicative dimensions has created an understanding and space for human rights discourse in Libya. As a result, society realized its depleted theoretical and normative rights and demanded the realization of its political, economic, and cultural rights. With the help of new media which turned into protests and revolution, the regimes’ brutal and repressive confrontation with citizens led to a civil war and human rights enforcement tools. A situation that brought coalition of international institutions together with Libyan society and ousted Gaddafi in order to realize the supreme values of freedom and the right to self-determination of the society.

BACKGROUND: Considering the crucial role of appropriate preventative strategies in reducing the rate of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) occurrence and its related morbidity and mortality, the effect of N-acetylcysteine (NAC), ascorbic acid (AA), and normal saline (NS) was investigated in the patient’s undergone coronary angiography. METHODS: In this clinical trial, 120 patients scheduled for elective coronary angiography with serum creatinine (Cr) level > 1.5 mg/dl or glomerular filtration rate (GFR) ≥ 60 selected by convenience method. Selected patients were allocated in three treatment groups randomly to receive oral NAC (600 mg/twice daily) plus NS (100 ml/hour) (Group A), oral AA (250 mg/twice daily) plus NS (100 ml/hour) (Group B) and NS (100 ml/hour) (Group C), respectively. The occurrence of CIN was evaluated based on serum Cr and GFR in three studied groups, before and after angiography procedure. The analysis of variance and paired t-test were used for data analysis by SPSS. RESULTS: The serum Cr increased and GFR decreased significantly during the intervention in three groups (P < 0.010). However, the amounts of these changes were equal between groups (P > 0.050). CONCLUSION: The study showed that nor the addition of NAC neither the addition of AA to sodium chloride infusion has more beneficial effect than hydration with sodium chloride, in the prevention of CIN.

This research aims at analyzing and investigation of role of brand and guerrilla marketing in keeping and increasing purchasing portfolio of customer in Iran‟s SME and in this respect three hypothesizes are developed. For doing of this research after exploration of models and approaches in brand questionnaire and guerrilla marketing were used for customers of company. The conceptual model based on primary and sub hypothesizes were designed. For gathering data, two questionnaires were used for integration of guerrilla marketing and brand awareness. The research hypotheses were tested by correlation test, all the hypotheses were verified. The sequences of priorities in brand awareness were marketing budget, perceived quality of main product of one brand, perceived proportion of main product of one brand. There was a significant relationship between guerrilla marketing and brand awareness in Iran's SME. Also it was concluded that substitution capability of main product of one brand with mean of 1.73, perceived proportion of main product of one brand by mean of 2.04, marketing budget item by mean of 2.99 and, perceived quality of main product of one brand with mean of 3.10 were first to fourth priority respectively.

One of the popular ways of taking advantage of personnel creativity is through suggestionsystems. Our main question is how to implement suggestion system in holding with conglomeratestructure. The paper presents an innovative model that were named ITFSK Model with accordanceof Bonayade Taavone (a holding that has many companies and institutions with conglomeratestructure). ITFSK is a model that explains how participation management and suggestion system isimplemented effectively in huge Enterprises (holding) and this approach brings continuousimprovement (kaizen) and it impacts the productivity of these enterprises.The paper is based on field research and the research in Bonyade Tavan that has 22 companies and2 institutions that activity fields of the subholdings is very varied.Our model consists of five main parts such as ideas bank, think-tank, feedback, sharing ofknowledge and kaizen that was named ITFSK.Implementation of “Suggestion system” rules has immediate and significant effects on theproductivity of activities in the jobs, thus influencing the performance of processes in the analyzedorganization. Suggestion system can result in kaizen and innovation in environment oforganization.The model was used to implement and evaluate a suggestion system of holding with conglomeratedstructure. The application of the model to evaluate the suggestion system provided some goodinsights and highlighted some areas of improvement.

The endogenous rural development paradigm is one of the newest philosophical ideas that has occupied an essential part of rural studies. However, there is still no deep understanding of the different aspects of this new paradigm. This study aims to investigate the different paradigmatic aspects of Neo-Endogenous rural development. This article completes the existing narratives about the emerging paradigm in such a way that it This study has done a systematic review and thematic analysis of 47 texts using PRISMA guidelines. Examining these texts led to the identification of four main themes and 18 sub-themes. The results show that a significant part of the Endogenous endogenous rural development literature has been produced in Europe. The main focus of the studies covers the topics of structural ontology and relational epistemology, and fewer studies have dealt with ethics and process-communicative praxis. Subjective results show that the Neo_Endogenous rural development paradigm has surpassed the previous two paradigms of exogenous development and endogenous development regarding paradigmatic characteristics. The most important lesson of this paradigm is to consider the interaction between local actors, institutions, and external forces within the networks in forming rural development policies, which can give us a deeper understanding of the rural development process.
