In this study, replacement of carrot powder with synthetic astaxanthin (SA) in the rainbow trout diet was examined by some growth parameters (final weight, specific growth rate, condition factor, protein efficiency ratio (FCR), food conversion ratio and daily food intake) and blood indices (cortisol, glucose, total protein, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, asparate aminotransferase and lysozyme). For this purpose, 6 diets including control (no replacement), diet with 100% astaxanthin (at 100 mg/kg of diet) and four diets with partial and total replacement of SA by carrot powder (25, 50, 75 and 100%) were prepared. Objective: This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of life skills training on enhancement of quality of life, and Coping Styles in Methadone maintenance Therapy members. Method: In this pseudo experimental study 64 males selected and assigned randomly in two groups (experimental and witness). Both groups completed quality of Life and Coping styles questionnaires in two phases as a pre and post test. Results: The results indicated that scores of experimental group was significantly higher on Task-oriented and Emotion-oriented. Also scores of experimental group was significantly higher on interpersonal relationship, physical health, and life requirements. Conclusion: It seems that life skills training in addiction patients enhance quality of life and effective coping styles.

Introduction: Narcotic Anonymous (NA), and related 12-steps program have predominant influence on drug abuse treatment programs. The aim of this study was to compare coping styles and hope among Narcotic Anonymous and Methadone Maintenance Treatment members. Method: In this causal-comparative study, 100 male (50: NA, 50: MMT. Age: 20-40, minimal clean: 6 mounth), from Shahrood city completed coping styles scale, and hope scale. Findings: Results showed that Mean scores of Agency thinkig, Task-oriented copig style, and Avoidance-oriented coping style, in NA members was significantly high, from MMT members. Also, results of Discriminant Analisis showed that comparative differences between this samples were highlited in compound of variables. Conclusion: It seems that actively attendance in NA may enhances effective Coping style and hope.

A novel method for the synthesis of nine Schiff Bases from Formyl Coumarin at room temperature has been achieved. Novel p-tolylimino-2H-chromen-2-one derivatives are synthesized using a five-component reaction involving 4-methyl-7-substituted coumarin, dioxane, 4-formyl-7-substituted coumarin, and p-toluidine, and effective medium at 25 °C. Their molecular structure was confirmed through some spectroscopic techniques such as C, H-NMR, FT-IR, and mass spectrometry. A close look at the structure-activity relationship clearly shows the intrinsic antimicrobial activity associated with the structure of these compounds, which in some cases is reinforced by some substitutions and decreases. Introduction: Fear of natural childbirth is a common problem among pregnant women. The present study was performed with aim to explain fear of natural childbirth and its related factors among primigravid women. Methods: This sequential-explanatory mixed-methods study with participant selection type was conducted in 2014-2015. At quantitative phase, using a multistage cluster sampling method, 400 primigravid women with 18-32 gestation weeks were selected. To collected data, Childbirth Attitude Questionnaire, demographic characteristics, and Northouse Social Support Questionnaire were used. Data analysis was performed using Chi-square, t-test, Mann-Whitney test, and multivariate logistic regression. At qualitative phase, semi-structured individual interviews using open-ended questions was performed on 15 primigravid women who were selected using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using conventional content analysis method. Results: Mean score of fear of natural childbirth was 37.86±9.44 and its prevalence (CAQ≥28) was 80.8%. Purpose: The aim of this investigation was to compare laparoscopic management of varicocele using bipolar cautery with open high ligation technique. Materials and Methods: A total of 100 patients were operated on for left-sided varicoceles. To evaluate the clinical efficiency of the treatment, the patients were divided randomly into two groups. A laparoscopic varicocelectomy (LV) was performed on 50 patients, and an open varicocelectomy (OV) was performed on 50 patients. Outcome data examined operating time, relapse rate, presence of hydrocele, wound complications, postoperative length of stay, and pain control. In both groups, the operations were performed with the preservation of lymphatics and artery with ligation of the veins in the retroperitoneum above the internal inguinal ring. Results: The operative time was 17.2 ± 9.8 minutes in LV versus 31.02 ± 12.8 minutes; in OV ( P = .00). In LV versus OV, relapse rates were 8% versus 4% ( P > 0.05), hydrocele occurrence was 14% versus 24% ( P > 0.05), and wound complication was 0.00% versus 6%. Hospital stay was an average of 12 hours in both groups. Postoperative analgesic use was 3.6 ± 0.4 mg in LV versus 3.5 ± 0.5 mg in OV ( P > 0.05). The present study aims at presenting a model of cross-buying behavior of electronic service customers in Shahr Bank. This research is applied in terms of objective and survey-exploratory in terms of approach. The statistical population of this study consisted of a group of experts including senior managers of Shahr Bank, professors and marketing consultants familiar with the banking industry which in-depth interviews were conducted with them. The selection of experts and doing interviews with them continued until the theoretical saturation was reached and then stopped. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. Nine interviews were conducted in total. This research has been done in the period of October 2020 to May 2021. Due to using the data foundation theory in this research, the main data collection tool was unstructured in-depth interviews with experts. Finally, after three open, axial and selective kinds of coding, the conceptual model of the research was designed based on a paradigm model. In this research and according to the identified goals and categories, the category of motivating to use various electronic services of Shahr Bank was considered as the main and axial category. This means that the core of the conceptual model is the users' motivation and inner desire to use various electronic services of this bank.
