The article provides an example of constructing a complex dynamic model of a biological and economic system with the commodity two-year-old peled growing in Lake Ik in 2017-2018 as a case study. A brief description of the lake and a detailed description of the principle of constructing a heterogeneous dynamic model are given. A block diagram of a heterogeneous biological and economic system is under construction. The scenario of temporal development of the system is described. As a result, the model itself is presented in the form of graphs showing time dynamics of the amount of food, fish biomass, and working capital of the peled growing business process.

During the recent financial crisis, governments in many countries around the world took on the role of an agency responsible for calming down market upheavals. This global trend has found expression in the adoption of measures designed to save systemically important financial institutions, in various quantitative easing policies, in turning private debt into public debt, and in a switchover to new internal control and risk management standards.

In the second half of 2012, against the background of the next round of "quantitative mitigation" in the U.S. and Eurozone countries, an upsurge of Russian issuers interest to public offerings was noted. The history of the Russian companies involved in IPO and SPO in this short time is different.

This research has been carried out to study the factors enabling to improve the financial effect and to increase the efficiency of investments and management of portfolios of pension reserves and accruals in the Russian Federation. Key approaches to the analysis of various stages of the investment decision-making have been developed by the authors. The quality of arrangement of the investment decision-making process extensively determines reserves of the performance improvement in managing pension reserves and accruals. Using the sample portfolios managed by Russian participants, it is shown that the profitability of these assets depends to the great extent on the allocation of the assets. The authors have summarized scientific hypotheses explaining the impact of asset allocation on profitability and risks of institutional investors' portfolios on grounds of the data of pension portfolios managed by private pension funds and portfolios of collective investment funds in Russia. The role of asset allocation in profitability and risks of their portfolios has been evaluated.
