The Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) will be a transformative experiment for gravitational wave astronomy, and, as such, it will offer unique opportunities to address many key astrophysical questions in a completely novel way. The synergy with ground-based and space-born instruments in the electromagnetic domain, by enabling multi-messenger observations, will add further to the discovery potential of LISA. The next decade is crucial to prepare the astrophysical community for LISA’s first observations. This review outlines the extensive landscape of astrophysical theory, numerical simulations, and astronomical observations that are instrumental for modeling and interpreting the upcoming LISA datastream. To this aim, the current knowledge in three main source classes for LISA is reviewed; ultra-compact stellar-mass binaries, massive black hole binaries, and extreme or interme-diate mass ratio inspirals. The relevant astrophysical processes and the established modeling techniques are summarized. Likewise, open issues and gaps in our understanding of these sources are highlighted, along with an indication of how LISA could help making progress in the different areas. New research avenues that LISA itself, or its joint exploitation with upcoming studies in the electromagnetic domain, will enable, are also illustrated. Improvements in modeling and analysis approaches, such as the combination of numerical simulations and modern data science techniques, are discussed. This review is intended to be a starting point for using LISA as a new discovery tool for understanding our Universe.

E. Abdalla, G. F. Abellán, A. Aboubrahim et al., The standard Λ Cold Dark Matter (ΛCDM) cosmological model provides a good description of a wide range of astrophysical and cosmological data. However, there are a few big open questions that make the standard model look like an approximation to a more realistic scenario yet to be found. In this paper, we list a few important goals that need to be addressed in the next decade, taking into account the current discordances between the different cosmological probes, such as the disagreement in the value of the Hubble constant H0, the σ8–S8 tension, and other less statistically significant anomalies. While these discordances can still be in part the result of systematic errors, their persistence after several years of accurate analysis strongly hints at cracks in the standard cosmological scenario and the necessity for new physics or generalisations beyond the standard model. In this paper, we focus on the 5.0σ tension between the Planck CMB estimate of the Hubble constant H0 and the SH0ES collaboration measurements. After showing the H0 evaluations made from different teams using different methods and geometric calibrations, we list a few interesting new physics models that could alleviate this tension and discuss how the next decade's experiments will be crucial. Moreover, we focus on the tension of the Planck CMB data with weak lensing measurements and redshift surveys, about the value of the matter energy density Ωm, and the amplitude or rate of the growth of structure (σ8, fσ8). We list a few interesting models proposed for alleviating this tension, and we discuss the importance of trying to fit a full array of data with a single model and not just one parameter at a time. Additionally, we present a wide range of other less discussed anomalies at a statistical significance level lower than the H0–S8 tensions which may also constitute hints towards new physics, and we discuss possible generic theoretical approaches that can collectively explain the non-standard nature of these signals. En materia penal lo que marca la situación jurídica del acusado es recibir una sentencia de inocencia o a su vez condenatoria al término del proceso penal, y dicha resolución debe contener el denominado juicio de tipicidad, entendiéndole a este como la subsunción del hecho al tipo penal. Los métodos que se utilizaron en la presente investigación fueron el deductivo y el inductivo. Este trabajo contribuye a que los involucrados formen su criterio en la importancia de efectuar un correcto juicio de tipicidad.

El sistema acusatorio adversarial tiene como principal motor el denominado principio de oralidad, siendo este el gran propulsor de la celeridad procesal. A su vez, al momento de aplicar la oralidad, hace que entren en funcionamiento otros principios procesales como la contradicción, dispositivo, y publicidad. Los métodos que se utilizaron en la presente investigación fueron el deductivo y el inductivo, generando como resultado, que cuando los sujetos procesales se instalan en audiencias telemáticas, no producen de forma correcta los medios de prueba para la demostración de sus alegaciones; de esta manera, este trabajo contribuyó para que los sujetos procesales tomen precauciones al momento de producir sus pruebas, ya que solo así podrán ser apreciadas por el juzgador.

El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la necesidad de audiencias telemáticas y la violación al principio de inmediación procesal en materia penal. La metodología de la presente investigación se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, a través de la búsqueda, recolección y análisis crítico documental- bibliográfico y trabajos arbitrados, desde la interpretación del derecho. Desde un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, cuya indagación desde la reflexión crítica, se construyó el método de análisis del fenómeno de estudio, considerando leyes, normas, acuerdos, tratados internacionales, lo que condujo a la obtención de información relevante y la construcción del tejido teórico. Se concluye que, con la aparición del COVID 19 llevo a tomar medidas de bioseguridad en todo ámbito social, para nuestro caso el sistema judicial y conforme las resoluciones emitidas por la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador se emplazó en vigencia audiencias telemáticas, el principio de inmediación fue limitado.

Interacting dark matter (DM) - dark energy (DE) models have been intensively investigated in the literature for their ability to fit various data sets as well as to explain some observational tensions persisting within the $\Lambda$CDM cosmology. In this work, we employ the Gaussian processes (GP) algorithm to perform a joint analysis by using the geometrical cosmological probes such as Cosmic chronometers, Supernova Type Ia, Baryon Acoustic Oscillations, and the H0LiCOW lenses sample to infer a reconstruction of the coupling function between the dark components in a general framework, where the DE can assume a dynamical character via its equation of state. In addition to the joint analysis with these data, we simulate a catalogue with standard siren events from binary neutron star mergers, within the sensitivity predicted by the Einstein Telescope, to reconstruct the dark sector coupling with more accuracy in a robust way. We find that the particular case, where $w = -1$ is fixed on the DE nature, has a statistical preference for an interaction in the dark sector at late times. In the general case, where $w(z)$ is analysed, we find no evidence for such dark coupling, and the predictions are compatible with the $\Lambda$CDM paradigm. When the mock events of the standard sirens are considered to improve the kernel in GP predictions, we find a preference for an interaction in the dark sector at late times., Comment: 8 page, 4 figures, Comments are welcome. We consider a cosmological lepton asymmetry in the form of neutrinos and impose new expected sensitivities on such asymmetry through the degeneracy parameter ($\xi_{\nu}$) by using some future CMB experiment configurations, such as CORE and CMB-S4. Taking the default scenario with three neutrino states, we find $\xi_{\mu} = 0.05 \pm 0.10 \, (\pm \, 0.04)$, from CORE (CMB-S4) at 95 percent CL, respectively. Also, within this scenario, we evaluate the neutrino mass scale, obtaining that the normal hierarchy mass scheme is privileged. Our results are an update concerning on the cosmological lepton asymmetry and the neutrino mass scale within this context, from which can bring a perspective on the null hypothesis for $\xi_{\nu}$ (and its effects on $\Delta N_{\rm eff}$), where perhaps, \textbf{$\xi_{\nu}$} may take a non-null value up to 95 percent CL from future experiments such as CMB-S4. Gaussian processes (GP) provide an elegant and model-independent method for extracting cosmological information from the observational data. In this work, we employ GP to perform a joint analysis by using the geometrical cosmological probes such as Supernova Type Ia (SN), Cosmic chronometers (CC), Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO), and the H0LiCOW lenses sample to constrain the Hubble constant $H_0$, and reconstruct some properties of dark energy (DE), viz., the equation of state parameter $w$, the sound speed of DE perturbations $c^2_s$, and the ratio of DE density evolution $X = \rho_{\rm de}/\rho_{\rm de,0}$. From the joint analysis SN+CC+BAO+H0LiCOW, we find that $H_0$ is constrained at 1.1\% precision with $H_0 = 73.78 \pm 0.84$ km s$^{-1}$Mpc$^{-1}$, which is in agreement with SH0ES and H0LiCOW estimates, but in $\sim$6.2$\sigma$ tension with the current CMB measurements of $H_0$. With regard to the DE parameters, we find $c^2_s < 0$ at $\sim$2$\sigma$ at high $z$, and the possibility of $X$ to become negative for $z > 1.5$. We compare our results with the ones obtained in the literature, and discuss the consequences of our main results on the DE theoretical framework., Comment: 13 pages, 9 captioned figures. The observation of GW170817 binary neutron star (BNS) merger event has imposed strong bounds on the speed of gravitational waves (GWs) locally, inferring that the speed of GWs propagation is equal to the speed of light. Current GW detectors in operation will not be able to observe BNS merger to long cosmological distance, where possible cosmological corrections on the cosmic expansion history are expected to play an important role, specially for investigating possible deviations from general relativity. Future GW detectors designer projects will be able to detect many coalescences of BNS at high $z$, such as the third generation of the ground GW detector called Einstein Telescope (ET) and the space-based detector deci-hertz interferometer gravitational wave observatory (DECIGO). In this paper, we relax the condition $c_T/c = 1$ to investigate modified GW propagation where the speed of GWs propagation is not necessarily equal to the speed of light. Also, we consider the possibility for the running of the Planck mass corrections on modified GW propagation. We parametrize both corrections in terms of an effective GW luminosity distance and we perform a forecast analysis using standard siren events from BNS mergers, within the sensitivity predicted for the ET and DECIGO. We find at high $z$ very strong forecast bounds on the running of the Planck mass, namely $\mathcal{O}(10^{-1})$ and $\mathcal{O}(10^{-2})$ from ET and DECIGO, respectively. Possible anomalies on GW propagation are bound to $|c_T/c - 1| \leq 10^{-2} \,\,\, (10^{-2})$ from ET (DECIGO), respectively. La investigación más allá de la acertada generación de conocimiento, surge como medio idóneo para transformar la mentalidad y en consecuencia la sociedad. Partiendo de reconocer la investigación jurídica como la actividad intelectual que permite conocer, analizar y comprender el corpus iuris, su fundamento, desarrollado y evolución, para descubrir soluciones jurídicas pertinentes a las situaciones que mediante las normas se pretenden intervenir y reglar. Ello implica la necesidad de análisis profundos que permitan adecuar el ordenamiento jurídico a las dinámicas sociales. El presente documento presenta estudios que en este sentido analizan desde los ámbitos filosóficos, históricos y dogmáticos jurídicos situaciones problemáticas jurídicamente. En este sentido desde la constitución del estado social de derecho, la sociedad colombiana ha exigido su materialización de fuentes jurídicas en este sentido. Problemáticas doctrinales de la administración de justicia, de la estructuración jurídica de la familia y el afrontamiento del conflicto social, son entre otros.

In this paper we have shown that the connection between the number of bits and the area of the holographic screen, where both were established in Verlinde's theory of entropic gravity, may depend on the thermostatistics theory previously chosen. Starting from the Boltzmann-Gibbs (BG) theory, we have reobtained the usual dependency of both, bits number and area. After that, using Tsallis' entropy concept within the entropic gravity formalism, we have derived another relation between the bits number and the holographic screen area. Moreover, we have used this new relation to derive three Newtonian-type accelerations in the context of Tsallis' statistics. Moreover, we have used this new relation to derive three Newtonian-type acceleration in the context of Tsallis statistics which are a modified gravitational acceleration, a modified MOND theory and a modified Friedmann equation. We have obtained the nonextensive version of the Tully-Fisher (TF) relation which shows a dependency of the distance of the star in contrast to the standard TF expression. Here, we consider a flat FRW universe whose its horizon entropy meets the R\'enyi entropy of non-extensive systems. In our model, the ordinary energy-momentum conservation law is not always valid. By applying the Clausius relation as well as the Cai-Kim temperature to the apparent horizon of a flat FRW universe, we obtain modified Friedmann equations. Fitting the model to the observational data on current accelerated universe, some values for the model parameters are also addressed. Our study shows that the current accelerating phase of universe expansion may be described by a geometrical fluid, originated from the non-extensive aspects of geometry, which models a varying dark energy source interacting with matter field in the Rastall way. Moreover, our results indicate that the probable non-extensive features of spacetime may also be used to model a varying dark energy source which does not interact with matter field, and is compatible with the current accelerated phase of universe., Comment: Accepted by Phys. We investigate the observational constraints on the cosmic neutrino background (CNB) given by the extended $\Lambda$CDM scenario ($\Lambda$CDM $+ N_{\rm eff} + \sum m_{\nu} + c^2_{\rm eff} + c^2_{\rm vis} + \xi_{\nu}$) using the latest observational data from \textit{Planck} CMB (temperature power spectrum, low-polarisation and lensing reconstruction), baryon acoustic oscillations (BAOs) , the new recent local value of the Hubble constant from\textit{ Hubble Space Telescope} (\textit{HST}) and information of the abundance of galaxy clusters (GCs). We study the constraints on the CNB background using CMB + BAO + \textit{HST} data with and without the GC data. We find $\Delta N_{\rm eff} = 0.614 \pm 0.26$ at 68 per cent confidence level when the GC data are added in the analysis. We do not find significant deviation for sound speed in the CNB rest frame. We also analyze the particular case $\Lambda$CDM $+ N_{\rm eff} + \sum m_{\nu} + \xi_{\nu}$ with the observational data. Within this scenario, we find $\Delta N_{\rm eff} = 0.60 \pm 0.28$ at 68 per cent confidence level. In order to explain the current acceleration of the Universe, the fine tuning problem of the cosmological constant $\Lambda$ and the cosmic coincidence problem, different alternative models have been proposed in the literature. We use the most recent observational data from CMB (Planck 2018 final data release) and LSS (SDSS, WiggleZ, VIPERS) to constrain dynamical dark energy (DE) models. The CMB shift parameter, which traditionally has been used to determine the main cosmological parameters of the standard model $\Lambda CDM$ is employed in addition to data from redshift-space distortions through the growth parameter $A(z)=f(z)\sigma_{8}(z)$ to constrain the mass variance $\sigma_{8}$. BAO data is also used to study the history of the cosmological expansion and the main properties of DE. From the evolution of $q(z)$ we found a slowdown of acceleration behaviour at low redshifts, and by using the Akaike and Bayesian Information Criterion (AIC, BIC) we discriminate different models those that are better suited to the observational data, finding that the interactive dark energy (IDE) model is the most favoured by observational data, including information from SNIa and Hz. In this paper, we obtain a holographic model of dark energy using the fluid/gravity duality. This model will be dual to a higher dimensional Schwarzschild black hole, and we would use fluid/gravity duality to relate to the parameters of this black hole to such a cosmological model. We will also analyze the thermodynamics of such a solution, and discuss the stability model. Finally, we use cosmological data to constraint the parametric space of this dark energy model. We use observations related to the variation of fundamental constants, in order to impose constraints on the viable and most used $f(T)$ gravity models. In particular, for the fine-structure constant we use direct measurements obtained by different spectrographic methods, while for the effective Newton's constant we use a model-dependent reconstruction, using direct observational Hubble parameter data, in order to investigate its temporal evolution. We consider two $f(T)$ models and we quantify their deviation from $\Lambda$CDM cosmology through a sole parameter. Our analysis reveals that this parameter can be slightly different from its $\Lambda$CDM value, however the best-fit value is very close to the $\Lambda$CDM one. Hence, $f(T)$ gravity is consistent with observations, nevertheless, as every modified gravity, it may exhibit only small deviations from $\Lambda$CDM cosmology, a feature that must be taken into account in any $f(T)$ model-building., Comment: 9 pages, 6 figures, 3 Tables, version published in Eur.Phys.J. We have shown that the connection between the number of bits and the area of the holographic screen, where both were established in Verlinde's theory of entropic gravity, may depend on the previously chosen thermostatistics theory. Starting from the Boltzmann-Gibbs (BG) theory, we have reobtained the usual dependence of the number of bits and the holographic screen area. After that, using the Kaniadakis microcanonical entropy formula within the entropic gravity formalism, we have derived another relation between the bits number and the holographic screen area. We have used this new relation to derive three Newtonian-type accelerations in the context of Kaniadakis' statistics which are a modified gravitational acceleration, a modified MOND theory and a modified Friedmann equation. We have obtained a kappa version of the Tully-Fisher (TF) relation which displays a dependence of the distance from the star in contrast to the standard TF expression.

In this work, we have illustrated the difference between both Tsallis and Kaniadakis entropies through cosmological models obtained from the formalism proposed by Padmanabhan, which is called holographic equipartition law. Similarly to the formalism proposed by Komatsu, we have obtained an extra driving constant term in the Friedmann equation if we deform the Tsallis entropy by Kaniadakis' formalism. We have considered initially Tsallis entropy as the Black Hole (BH) area entropy. This constant term may lead the universe to be in an accelerated mode. On the other hand, if we start with the Kaniadakis entropy as the BH area entropy and then by modifying the Kappa expression by Tsallis' formalism, the same constant, which shows that the universe have an acceleration is obtained. We investigate the recent - low redshift - expansion history of the universe using the most recent observational data. Using only data from 42 measurements of $f_{gas}$ in clusters, we found that cosmic acceleration could have already peaked and we are witnessing now its slowing down. This effect, found previously by Shafieloo, Sahni and Starobinsky in 2010 using supernova data (at that time the Constitution SNIa sample) appears again using an independent observational probe.
