The study aimed to test if Briganti’s 2012 nomogram could be associated with the risk of prostate cancer (PCa) progression in European Association of Urology (EAU) intermediate-risk patients treated with robotic surgery. From January 2013 to December 2021, 527 consecutive patients belonging to the EAU intermediate-risk class were selected. Briganti’s 2012 nomogram, which predicts the risk of pelvic lymph node invasion (PLNI), was assessed as a continuous and dichotomous variable that categorized up to the median of 3.0%. Disease progression defined as biochemical recurrence and/or metastatic progression was evaluated by Cox proportional hazards (univariate and multivariate analysis). After a median follow-up of 95.0 months (95% confidence interval [CI]: 78.5–111.4), PCa progression occurred in 108 (20.5%) patients who were more likely to present with an unfavorable nomogram risk score, independently by the occurrence of unfavorable pathology including tumor upgrading and upstaging as well as PLNI. Accordingly, as Briganti’s 2012 risk score increased, patients were more likely to experience disease progression (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.060; 95% CI: 1.021–1.100; P = 0.002); moreover, it also remained significant when dichotomized above a risk score of 3.0% (HR = 2.052; 95% CI: 1.298–3.243; P < 0.0001) after adjustment for clinical factors. In the studied risk population, PCa progression was independently predicted by Briganti’s 2012 nomogram. Specifically, we found that patients were more likely to experience disease progression as their risk score increased. Because of the significant association between risk score and tumor behavior, the nomogram can further stratify intermediate-risk PCa patients, who represent a heterogeneous risk category for which different treatment paradigms exist.

Background and objective: The role of pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) for prostate cancer is still controversial. This study aims to compare the outcomes of PLND between extraperitoneal single-port (SP eRARP) and transperitoneal multiport (MP tRARP) robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. Methods: This was a retrospective analysis from our single-center database for patients who underwent SP eRARP or MP tRARP with PLND between 2015 and 2023. The primary endpoint was to analyze and compare specific data related to PLND between the two populations by the detection of pN+ patients, the total number of lymph nodes removed, and the number of positive lymph nodes removed. Background and objective: The Hugo RAS and DaVinci Xi systems are used for performing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). This study aims to compare these two platforms providing granular and comprehensive data on their intraoperative performance. Methods: The Comparison of Outcomes of Multiple Platforms for Assisted Robotic surgery—Prostate (COMPAR-P) trial is a prospective post-market study (clinicaltrials.org NCT05766163). Enrollment began in March 2023, allocating patients to DaVinci or Hugo RAS for RARP, without selection criteria, for up to 50 consecutive cases. Two experienced console surgeons performed the procedures, following the same technique. Abstract The study aimed to evaluate the impact of abdominal drain placement (vs. omission) on perioperative outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN), focusing on complications, time to canalization, deambulation, and pain management. A prospectively-maintained institutional database was queried to get data of patients who underwent RAPN for renal masses between January 2018 and May 2023 at our Institution. Baseline, surgical, and postoperative data were collected. Retrieved patients were stratified based upon placement of abdominal drain (Y/N). Objective: Prostate cancer (PCa) patients might experience lower urinary tract symptoms as those diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Some of them might be treated for their lower urinary tract symptoms instead of PCa. We aimed to test the effect of PCa versus BPH on surgical outcomes after transurethral prostate surgery, namely complication and mortality rates. Methods: Within the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program database (2011–2016), we identified patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate, photoselective vaporization, or laser enucleation. Patients were stratified according to postoperative diagnosis (PCa vs. BPH). Univariable and multivariable logistic regression models evaluated the predictors of perioperative morbidity and mortality. A formal test of interaction between diagnosis and surgical technique used was performed. Results: Overall, 34 542 patients were included. Of all, 2008 (5.8%) had a diagnosis of PCa. The multivariable logistic regression model failed to show statistically significant higher rates of postoperative complications in PCa patients (odds ratio: 0.9, 95% confidence interval: 0.7–1.1; p=0.252). Moreover, similar rates of perioperative mortality (p=0.255), major acute cardiovascular events (p=0.581), transfusions (p=0.933), and length of stay of more than or equal to 30 days (p=0.174) were found. Additionally, all tests failed to show an interaction between post-operative diagnosis and surgical technique used. Conclusion: Patients diagnosed with PCa do not experience higher perioperative morbidity or mortality after transurethral prostate surgery when compared to their BPH counterparts. Moreover, the diagnosis seems to not influence surgical technique outcomes.

Background and Objectives: We sought to investigate whether the 2012 Briganti nomogram may represent a potential prognostic factor of prostate cancer (PCa) progression after surgical treatment beyond European Association of Urology (EAU) risk categories. Materials and Methods: From January 2013 to December 2021, data on PCa patients treated with robot-assisted radical prostatectomy at a single tertiary referral center were extracted. The 2012 version of the Briganti nomogram assessing the risk of pelvic lymph node invasion was used. Here, the nomogram score was evaluated both as a continuous and a categorical variable. The association between variables and disease progression after surgery was evaluated through Cox regression models. Results: Overall, 1047 patients were identified. According to the EAU classification system, 297 (28.4%) patients were low-risk, 527 (50.3%) intermediate-risk, and 223 (21.3%) high-risk. The median (interquartile range) 2012 Briganti nomogram score within the investigated population was 3% (2–8%). Median (95% Confidence Interval [CI]) follow-up was 95 (91.9–112.4) months. Disease progression occurred in 237 (22.6%) patients, who were more likely to have an increasing 2012 Briganti nomogram score (Hazard Ratio [HR]: 1.03; 95%CI: 1.01–1.81; p = 0.015), independently of unfavorable issues at clinical presentation. Moreover, the nomogram score stratified according to tertiles (p < 0.001) up to the third (HR: 3.26; 95%CI: 2.26–4.72; p < 0.001) tertile. Conclusions: Beyond EAU risk categories, the 2012 Briganti nomogram represented an independent predictor of PCa progression after surgery. Likewise, as the nomogram score increased so patients were more likely to experience disease progression. Accordingly, it may allow further stratification of patients within each risk category to modulate appropriate treatment paradigms.

Chyluria, an abnormal lymphatic disorder, results in excessive abdominal lymph drainage into the urinary system, causing protein loss, nutritional deficiencies, and immune issues. Mainly linked to parasitic infections in developed countries, non-parasitic causes like trauma or tumors are rare. Typically appearing in adults with bilateral involvement, management options include conservative or surgical approaches. We present the case of a 13-year-old with congenital chyluria, treated with robot-assisted staged reno-lymphatic disconnection after failed interventional radiology. Bilateral scleroangiography followed, leading to persistently milky urine for a month. Finally, urine clarity improved, correlating with better urinalysis, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach.

Digital therapeutics (DTx) are a new class of intervention involving evidence-based software applications and have been used in neurology and psychiatry. To assess the potential of DTx in urology, we conducted a survey to assess the current prevalence of the digital infrastructure required for DTx, areas of support expected by patients, and requirements for uptake. Hemangiomas, benign vascular masses, occasionally occur in the kidneys, presenting as rare, small, unilateral, and solitary growths. Venous hemangiomas, a renal subtype, are atypical. While clinically nonspecific, they are typically asymptomatic and may be incidentally discovered during unrelated clinical workups. Diagnosing renal hemangioma preoperatively is challenging due to rarity, lacking standard radiographic criteria, and poor differentiation from aggressive renal neoplasms on contrast-enhanced imaging. These tumors commonly follow a benign course, with no documented recurrence. This video article showcases the robot-assisted excision of a renal vein hemangioma, addressing the expertise needed in managing this uncommon condition robotically.

Background: Treatment outcomes in intermediate-risk prostate cancer (PCa) may be impaired by adverse pathology misclassification including tumor upgrading and upstaging. Clinical predictors of disease progression need to be improved in this category of patients. Objectives: To identify PCa prognostic factors to define prognostic groups in intermediate-risk patients treated with robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). Design: Data from 1143 patients undergoing RARP from January 2013 to October 2020 were collected: 901 subjects had available follow-up, of whom 479 were at intermediate risk. Methods: PCa progression was defined as biochemical recurrence and/or local recurrence and/or distant metastases. Study endpoints were evaluated by statistical methods including Cox’s proportional hazards, Kaplan–Meyer survival curves, and binomial and multinomial logistic regression models. Results: After a median (interquartile range) of 35 months (15–57 months), 84 patients (17.5%) had disease progression, which was independently predicted by the percentage of biopsy-positive cores ⩾ 50% and the International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) grade group 3 for clinical factors and by ISUP > 2, positive surgical margins and pelvic lymph node invasion for pathological features. Patients were classified into clinical and pathological groups as favorable, unfavorable (one prognostic factor), and adverse (more than one prognostic factor). The risk of PCa progression increased with worsening prognosis through groups. A significant positive association was found between the two groups; consequently, as clinical prognosis worsened, the risk of detecting unfavorable and adverse pathological prognostic clusters increased in both unadjusted and adjusted models. Conclusion: The study identified factors predicting disease progression that allowed the computation of highly correlated prognostic groups. As the prognosis worsened, the risk of PCa progression increased. Intermediate-risk PCa needs more prognostic stratification for appropriate management.

Background: Recent randomized trials (RCTs) in the field of robotic partial nephrectomy (PN) showed no significant differences in perioperative outcomes between the off- and on-clamp approaches. Objective: To compare the perioperative outcomes of on- versus off-clamp pure laparoscopic PN (LPN). Design, setting, and participants: A multi-institutional analysis of the on- versus off-clamp approach during LPN in the setting of an RCT (CLOCK II trial; ClinicalTrials.gov NCT02287987) was performed. Intervention: Off- versus on-clamp LPN. Outcome measurements and statistical analysis: Baseline patient and tumor variables, and peri- and postoperative data were collected. Randomized allocation with a 1:1 ratio was assigned. Surgical strategy for managing the renal pedicle was dictated by the study protocol. In the off-clamp arm, the renal artery had to remain unclamped for the duration of the whole procedure. Reporting the intention-to-treat analysis is the purpose of the study. Results and limitations: The study recruited 249 patients. Of them, 123 and 126 were randomized and allocated into the on- and off-clamp treatment groups, respectively. Treatment groups were comparable at baseline after randomization with respect to patients’ demographics, comorbidities, renal function, and tumor size and complexity. A univariable analysis found no differences in the perioperative outcomes between the groups, including median (interquartile range) estimated blood loss (150 [100–200] vs 150 [100–250] ml, p = 0.2), grade ≥2 complication rate as classified according to the Clavien-Dindo system (5.7% vs 4.8%, p = 0.6), and positive surgical margin rate (8.2% vs 3.5% for the on- vs off-clamp group, p = 0.1). No differences were found in terms of the 1st (81.3 [66.7–94.3] vs 85.3 [71.0–97.7] ml/min, p = 0.2) and 5th postoperative days estimated glomerular filtration rate (83.3 [70.5–93.7] vs 83.4 [68.6–139.3] ml/min, p = 0.2). A multivariable analysis found each +1 increase in RENAL score corresponded to an increase in the protection from the occurrence of complications (odds ratio [OR] 0.72, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.54–0.97, p = 0.034), while each +1 cm increase in tumor size corresponded to an increase in the risk of blood transfusion (OR 1.39, 95% CI 1.14–1.70, p = 0.001). Conclusions: In the setting of an RCT, no differences were found in the perioperative and early functional outcomes between on- and off-clamp LPN. Patient summary: In this study, we investigated, by means of a randomized trial, whether avoiding the clamping of renal artery during laparoscopic resection of renal mass is able to translate into benefits. We found no differences in terms of safety, efficacy, and renal function from the standard approach, which includes arterial clamping.

Radiomics and artificial intelligence (AI) may increase the differentiation of benign from malignant kidney lesions, differentiation of angiomyolipoma (AML) from renal cell carcinoma (RCC), differentiation of oncocytoma from RCC, differentiation of different subtypes of RCC, to predict Fuhrman grade, to predict gene mutation through molecular biomarkers and to predict treatment response in metastatic RCC undergoing immunotherapy. Neural networks analyze imaging data. Statistical, geometrical, textural features derived are giving quantitative data of contour, internal heterogeneity and gray zone features of lesions. A comprehensive literature review was performed, until July 2022. Studies investigating the diagnostic value of radiomics in differentiation of renal lesions, grade prediction, gene alterations, molecular biomarkers and ongoing clinical trials have been analyzed. The application of AI and radiomics could lead to improved sensitivity, specificity, accuracy in detecting and differentiating between renal lesions. Standardization of scanner protocols will improve preoperative differentiation between benign, low-risk cancers and clinically significant renal cancers and holds the premises to enhance the diagnostic ability of imaging tools to characterize renal lesions.

Context: Robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) has gained increasing popularity as primary minimally invasive surgical treatment for localized renal tumors, and it has preferably been performed with a transperitoneal approach. However, the retroperitoneal approach represents an alternative approach given potential advantages. Objective: To provide an updated analysis of the comparative outcomes of retroperitoneal RAPN (R-RAPN) versus transperitoneal RAPN (T-RAPN). Evidence acquisition: A systematic review of the literature was performed up to September 2021 using MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases, according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) recommendations. A sensitivity analysis was performed considering only matched-pair studies. Evidence synthesis: Seventeen studies, which were published between 2013 and 2021, were retrieved. None of them was a randomized clinical trial. Among the 6,266 patients included in the meta-analysis, 2261 (36.1%) and 4,005 (63.9%) underwent R-RAPN and T-RAPN, respectively. No significant difference was found in terms of baseline features. The T-RAPN group presented a higher rate of male patients (odds ratio [OR]: 0.86, p = 0.03) and larger tumor size (weighted mean difference [WMD]: 0.2 cm; p = 0.003). This study aims to evaluate the abdominal aortic atherosclerotic plaque index (API)’s predictive role in patients with pre-operatively or post-operatively developed chronic kidney disease (CKD) treated with robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). One hundred and eighty-three patients (134 with no pre- and post-operative CKD (no CKD) and 49 with persistent or post-operative CKD development (post-op CKD)) who underwent RAPN between January 2019 and January 2022 were deemed eligible for the analysis. The API was calculated using dedicated software by assessing the ratio between the CT scan atherosclerotic plaque volume and the abdominal aortic volume. The ROC regression model demonstrated the influence of API on CKD development, with an increasing effect according to its value (coefficient 0.13; 95% CI 0.04–0.23; p = 0.006). The Model 1 multivariable analysis of the predictors of post-op CKD found that the following are independently associated with post-op CKD: Charlson Comorbidity Index (OR 1.31; p = 0.01), last follow-up (FU) Δ%eGFR (OR 0.95; p < 0.01), and API ≥ 10 (OR 25.4; p = 0.01). Model 2 showed API ≥ 10 as the only factor associated with CKD development (OR 25.2; p = 0.04). The median follow-up was 22 months. Our results demonstrate API to be a strong predictor of post-operative CKD, allowing the surgeon to tailor the best treatment for each patient, especially in those who might be at higher risk of CKD.

PurposeWe hypothesized that two-tier re-classification of the “M” (metastasis) domain of the Tumor-Node-Metastasis (TNM) staging of Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) may improve staging accuracy than the current monolithic classification, as advancements in the understanding of tumor biology have led to increased recognition of the heterogeneous potential of metastatic RCC (mRCC).MethodsMulticenter retrospective analysis of patients from the REMARCC (REgistry of MetAstatic RCC) database. Patients were stratified by number of metastases into two groups, M1 (≤3, “Oligometastatic”) and M2 (>3, “Polymetastatic”). Primary outcome was overall survival (OS). Context: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) associated with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) is diagnosed in up to 80% of men during their lifetime. Several novel ultra-minimally invasive surgical treatments (uMISTs) for BPH/benign prostatic obstruction (BPO) have become available over the past 5 yr. Objective: To evaluate the perioperative and functional outcomes of recently introduced uMISTs for BPH/BPO, including Urolift, Rezūm, temporary implantable nitinol device, prostatic artery embolization (PAE), and intraprostatic injection. Evidence acquisition: A systematic literature search was conducted in December 2020 using Medline (via PubMed), Embase (via Ovid), Scopus, and Web of Science (registered on PROSPERO as CRD42021225014). The search strategy used PICO criteria and article selection was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. The risk of bias and the quality of the articles included were assessed. A dedicated data extraction form was used to collect the data of interest. Pooled and cumulative analyses were performed to compare perioperative and functional outcomes between study groups. A random-effects model using the DerSimonian and Laird method was used to evaluate heterogeneity. Stata version 15.0 software was used for all statistical analyses. Evidence synthesis: The initial electronic search identified 3978 papers, of which 48 ultimately met the inclusion criteria and were included in the analysis. Pooled analysis revealed a uMIST benefit in terms of International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS; −9.81 points, 95% confidence interval [CI] −11.37 to −8.25 at 1 mo; −13.13 points, 95% CI −14.98 to −11.64 at 12 mo), maximum flow rate (from +3.66 ml/s, 95% CI 2.8–4.5 to +4.14 ml/s, 95% CI 0.72–7.56 at 12 mo), and postvoid residual volume (−10.10 ml, 95% CI −27.90 to 7.71 at 12 mo). No negative impact was observed on scores for the International Index of Erectile Function-5, Male Sexual Health Questionnaire-Ejaculatory Dysfunction bother and function scales (overall postintervention change in pooled median score of 1.88, 95% CI 1.34–2.42 at the start of follow-up; and 1.04, 95% CI 0.28–1.8 after 1 yr), or the IPSS-Quality of Life questionnaire. Conclusions: Novel uMISTs can yield fast and effective relief of LUTS without affecting patient quality of life. Only Rezūm, UroLift, and PAE had a minimal impact on patients’ sexual function with respect to baseline, especially regarding preservation of ejaculation. Patient summary: We reviewed outcomes for recently introduced ultra-minimally invasive surgical treatments for patients with lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostate enlargement or obstruction. The evidence suggests that these novel techniques are beneficial in terms of controlling symptoms while preserving sexual function. Take Home Message: Novel ultra-minimally invasive treatments can yield fast and effective relief of lower urinary tract symptoms without affecting a patient’s quality of life.

The prevalence of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is increasing due to advanced imaging techniques. Surgical resection is the standard treatment, involving complex radical and partial nephrectomy procedures that demand extensive training and planning. Furthermore, artificial intelligence (AI) can potentially aid the training process in the field of kidney cancer. This review explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can create a framework for kidney cancer surgery to address training difficulties. Following PRISMA 2020 criteria, an exhaustive search of PubMed and SCOPUS databases was conducted without any filters or restrictions. Inclusion criteria encompassed original English articles focusing on AI’s role in kidney cancer surgical training. On the other hand, all non-original articles and articles published in any language other than English were excluded. Two independent reviewers assessed the articles, with a third party settling any disagreement. Study specifics, AI tools, methodologies, endpoints, and outcomes were extracted by the same authors. The Oxford Center for Evidence-Based Medicine’s evidence levels were employed to assess the studies. Out of 468 identified records, 14 eligible studies were selected. Potential AI applications in kidney cancer surgical training include analyzing surgical workflow, annotating instruments, identifying tissues, and 3D reconstruction. AI is capable of appraising surgical skills, including the identification of procedural steps and instrument tracking. While AI and augmented reality (AR) enhance training, challenges persist in real-time tracking and registration. The utilization of AI-driven 3D reconstruction proves beneficial for intraoperative guidance and preoperative preparation. Artificial intelligence (AI) shows potential for advancing surgical training by providing unbiased evaluations, personalized feedback, and enhanced learning processes. Yet challenges such as consistent metric measurement, ethical concerns, and data privacy must be addressed. The integration of AI into kidney cancer surgical training offers solutions to training difficulties and a boost to surgical education. However, to fully harness its potential, additional studies are imperative.

Novel molecular imaging opportunities to preoperatively diagnose renal cell carcinoma is under development and will add more value in limiting the postoperative renal function loss and morbidity. We aimed to comprehensively review the research on single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT) and positron emission tomography computed tomography (PET-CT) molecular imaging and to enhance the urologists’ and radiologists’ knowledge of the current research pattern. We identified an increase in prospective and also retrospective studies that researched to distinguish between benign and malignant lesions and between different clear cell renal cell carcinoma subtypes, with small numbers of patients studied, nonetheless with excellent results on specificity, sensitivity and accuracy, especially for 99mTc-sestamibi SPECT/CT that delivers quick results compared to a long acquisition time for girentuximab PET-CT, which instead gives better image quality. Nuclear medicine has helped clinicians in evaluating primary and secondary lesions, and has lately returned with new and exciting insights with novel radiotracers to reinforce its diagnostic potential in renal carcinoma. To further limit the renal function loss and post-surgery morbidity, future research is mandatory to validate the results and to clinically implement the diagnostic techniques in the context of precision medicine.

The COVID-19 outbreak, in a few weeks, overloaded Italian hospitals, and the majority of medical procedures were postponed. During the pandemic, with hospital reorganization, clinical and learning activities performed by residents suffered a forced remodulation. The objective of this study is to investigate how urology training in Italy has been affected during the COVID-19 era. In this multi-academic study, we compared residents' training during the highest outbreak level with their previous activity. Overall 387 (67.1%) of the 577 Italian Urology residents participated in a 72-h anonymous online survey with 36 items sent via email. The main outcomes were clinical/surgical activities, social distancing, distance learning, and telemedicine. Clinical and learning activity was significantly reduced for the overall group, and after categorizing residents as those working only in COVID hospitals, both “junior” and “senior” residents, and those working in any of three geographical areas created (Italian regions were clustered in three major zones according to the prevalence of COVID-19). A significant decrease in outpatient activity, invasive diagnostic procedures, and endoscopic and major surgeries was reported. Through multivariate analysis, the specific year of residency has been found to be an independent predictor for all response modification. Being in zone 3 and zone 2 and having “senior” resident status were independent predictors associated with a lower reduction of the clinical and learning activity. Working in a COVID hospital and having “senior” resident status were independent predictors associated with higher reduction of the outpatient activity. Working in zone 3 and having “senior” resident status were independent predictors of lower and higher outpatient surgical activity, respectively. Working in a COVID hospital was an independent predictor associated with robotic surgical activity. The majority of residents reported that distance teaching and multidisciplinary virtual meetings are still not used, and 44.8% reported that their relationships with colleagues decreased. The COVID-19 pandemic presents an unprecedented challenge, including changes in the training and education of urology residents. The COVID era can offer an opportunity to balance and implement innovative solutions that can bridge the educational gap and can be part of future urology training.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Vesico-vaginal fistula (VVF) is a rare event in Western countries and are mainly consequent to iatrogenic injuries (1, 2). When conservative management fails, surgical repair is needed, although timing and surgical approach (open or minimally invasive (3)) are still controversial (4, 5). Herein we present a step-by-step description of robot-assisted vesico-vaginal fistula repair. Material and Methods: From 2015 to 2018 six patients underwent robotic vesico-vaginal fistula repair. Pre-operative cystoscopy was performed to identify the fistulous tract. The ureters were stented. A small catheter was inserted in the fistula. A longitudinal cystotomy was performed, then a dissection of the posterior bladder from the anterior vaginal wall was performed and the fistolous tract was excised. The vagina was sutured horizontally. Four patients underwent omental flap and two pericolic fat interposition. The bladder was closed with a double-layer suture. Results: All the vesico-vaginal fistulas developed after previous gynaecological surgery. The median operative time was 160 minutes [interquartile range (IQR) (146-177)]. Intraoperative blood loss was 25 (IQR 0-50) mL. No post-operative complications were recorded. Ureteral stents were removed at 4th post-operative day. Catheter was removed 13 (IQR 11-15) days after surgery after cystography assessment. One patient had Clavien I complication (ileus). Surgical pathology report was negative. No fistula recurrence was reported during follow-up. Conclusions: In our experience, robot-assisted fistula repair is a feasible and safe procedure. It presents the advantages of minimally invasive approaches and seems to provide low morbidity and good outcomes. Compared to transvaginal approach, the robotics allows to manage more complex cases with high success rate (6).
