Links between Leukemia, Obesity and Vitamin-D Deficiency in a Cross Sectional Study in the North of Saudi Arabia Vitamin D deficiency has recently been recognized as a worldwide concern and still linked to obesity. Despite its high prevalence, no previous community based studies have been conducted in Arar; northern border of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), addressing this issue could be traced. This study was carried out to show the magnitude of the problem of vitamin D deficiency and how such a deficiency can eventually has associated with overweight and obesity in female Arar population, KSA.
