The relevance of the chosen topic is confirmed by the increased competition among the participants of the commercial real estate market, which is connected with the market saturation. The study aims to assess the impact of modern digital technologies on the performance of a shopping and entertainment center. Research was conducted using the example of a retail and entertainment center in Saint-Petersburg. The work proposes a “smart” approach to management, where additional investments are taken into account when the digital infrastructure is being created. The research shows that the transition from a traditional business management to a “smart” variant of property object‘s development, based on the active use of digital technologies, leads to a significant increase in its capitalization, traffic, average bill and occupancy by tenants. The novelty of the following work is to justify the economic efficiency of the application of digital technologies‘ in retail based on the calculation of the retail and entertainment center‘s capitalization value change under the influence of the implementation of automated accounting. The presented research can be used to develop a methodology for assessing the impact of the introduction of digital technologies on the efficiency of shopping and entertainment facilities.

The compact, nitrogen‐rich structure of 2,4,6,8,10,12‐hexaazaisowurtzitanes calls attention among researchers worldwide. These compounds have found the greatest utility as substrates for nitration to obtain the caged polynitramine, 2,4,6,8,10,12‐hexanitro‐2,4,6,8,10,12‐hexaazaisowurtzitane, which possesses a high‐energy performance. All new derivatives of hexaazaisowurtzitane are nitratable. The present study examined the nitration process of 2,6,8,12‐tetraacetyl‐2,4,6,8,10,12‐hexaazaisowurtzitane derivatives obtained through the condensation reaction with aldehydes under various conditions to yield CL‐20. The yield of CL‐20, a well‐known nitration product of hexaazaisowurtzitane compounds, was found to depend on the substrate structure and the nitrating mixture composition. The revealed dependence of the synthesis of various nitrated compounds on the holding time enables the synthesis of products with different physicochemical properties in a single process. The main idea of Industry 4.0 is the organization of high-performance and efficient economic activity implemented through the large-scale dissemination and practical application of end-to-end digital technologies. This justifies the relevance of this study, the purpose of which is to systematize the existing scientific foundations and best practices for the implementation of end-to-end digital technologies, the formation of a reasonable choice of management techniques on this basis. The methodological basis of the study was formed by normative documents, bibliographic analysis, scientific and specialized publications, statistical data. The conducted research proves: end-to-end digital technologies radically change the models of production and organization of interaction of economic entities, bring irreversible transformation into the organization of modern production and business processes, generate new business models. The object of the study is a set of economic entities functioning in the modern digital environment, the subject of the study is the relations between the participants of the process. As a result of the research, the following scientific results were obtained: the prospects of Industry 4.0 were systematized, the most relevant blocks of end-to-end digital technologies were identified, the priority of management technologies and the choice of management tools for the modern technological revolution were determined, the results and prospects for the development of Industry 4.0 based on end-to-end digital technologies were identified. The authors highlight that it often escapes modern researchers that the transition to Industry 4.0 is not an end in itself. The article proves the priority of management technologies, defines the tools of Industry 4.0 allowing to combine real production, transport, human, engineering and other resources into virtually unlimited scalable software-managed virtual resource pools and provide the user with the results of their use. The authors see further development of the study in the analysis of modern technological trends, determination of their potential in business development, formation of development process management tools, identification of an additional synergetic effect that can be obtained through the convergence of end-to-end production technologies and management technologies. The presented material can be useful for both the scientific and business community.

It is established that the increase in the level of food security in Russia refers to the institutional problems of the economy. It is assumed that the long-standing reproductive imbalances in the economy may manifest themselves differently in the conditions of sanctions and changes in the institutional policy of the state. The purpose and objectives of the study were to analyze the positions of various authors regarding new trends in the development of the institutional factor in their countries. Institutional trends in the Russian economy, including agriculture, are evaluated. The depth of manifestation and the temporal extent of the most important institutional trends are determined: the trend to preserve small-scale production, imbalances in the development of crop production and animal husbandry, the imbalance of prices of agricultural producers and prices of products consumed by them, the uneven spatial development of Russian regions. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the main structural imbalances and contradictions in the institutional development of agriculture are systematized. To develop a proactive regulatory impact, it is recommended that the authorities and management monitor some new reproductive proportions.

The world’s economies are focused on sustainable development and food security. One of the main components of the food security system of the country - agricultural production - is highlighted. The study aims to identify the problems and prospects for the development of food security. The objectives of the study are related to the justification of the system of indicators (criteria) to assess the level of food security of countries, the choice of the list of countries for comparative analysis, conducting economic and statistical analysis, formulating directions to improve food security management. The system of indicators to assess the level of food security in the countries based on the assessment of average annual indices of production and consumption of products per capita and per arable land or livestock, poultry. An assessment of food security in terms of agricultural development indicators was conducted for the years 2010-2018. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of a methodology for assessing food security indicators, assessment of progressive and negative changes in the level of food security, formulation of conclusions to improve food security in Russia. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of developing a more efficient state agricultural policy.

BACKGROUND: Autosomal dominant hearing loss is represented by a large number of genetically determined forms. Over 50 genes associated with dominant nonsyndromic hearing impairments were described. Pathogenic variants in the CEACAM16 gene lead to the development of DFNA4B hearing loss. Currently, 8 pathogenic variants in this gene have been described. The objective of this study was to study the audiological and molecular genetic characteristics of a large family with CEACAM16-associated autosomal dominant nonsyndromic hearing loss. METHODS: A detailed anamnesis was collected, and a comprehensive audiological examination was performed for 21 family members. Genetic testing was performed, including whole-genome sequencing for the proband’s son and Sanger sequence analysis for the proband and for all available family members. RESULTS: In a large Russian family, including 5 generations, an autosomal dominant type of slowly progressing nonsyndromic late-onset hearing loss was observed. Eleven family members suffer from hearing impairment, which starts with tinnitus and threshold increase at high frequencies, since the age of 5-20 years. Hearing loss slowly progresses with age in each person and is similar to age-related hearing loss. We have detected the novel likely pathogenic variant с.419С>T (p.(Thr140Ile)) in exon 3 of the CEACAM16 gene, which segregates with late-onset nonsyndromic hearing loss in this family. CONCLUSION: The clinical data obtained in the examined family correspond with the phenotype in previously described cases. In general, the study widened the mutation spectrum of the gene, allowing to carry out medical genetic counseling and to answer the questions about the hearing impairment prognosis for future generations. The development and creation of new technology helps to improve the quality of life of the population. The formation and use of intellectual capital in an innovative type of economy activates the processes of creating high-tech developments, increases the effectiveness of the commercial use of the results of intellectual activity. The intellectual abilities of a person, the desire for continuous development, professionalism, and creative initiative contribute to the continuous updating of technologies and the construction of a new society based on innovation. The value created by companies is increasingly generated by intangible assets, which are understood as knowledge, know-how, innovation potential, license agreements, organizational structure and culture, and other resources for the company's development. The ability of an enterprise to manage these types of assets is critical to its prospects in the knowledge economy. In the scientific literature, the authors distinguish various definitions of intellectual capital. The number of items of intellectual capital and its structural elements is growing, making it difficult for specialists and creating difficulties for discussions due to the fragmented terminological apparatus that has to be used. This determines the relevance of this work. The aim of the study is to identify the most significant definitions of IC that most effectively affect the development of a successful business, as well as to optimize and structure existing definitions to streamline the terminological apparatus of research in the field of intellectual capital. It is shown that in the ranking of the most frequently used terms, the first positions are occupied by human capital, structural capital and relational capital. Alternative names of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital have been identified. Disclosed are the modern concepts of digital capital. A classification of the types of intellectual capital is proposed taking into account the dominant influence on the effectiveness of the development of a competitive business. The role of know-how, technological changes, digital technologies in the structure of intellectual capital is reflected.

This article examines the development of oral English-speaking speech in bilingual students and teaching conditions. Conditions in the labor market require changes in the education system. Employers expect graduates to have skills such as teamwork, stress tolerance, sociability, multitasking, and empathy. There are strict requirements for professional training, including fluency in English. It is necessary to develop basic skills of English speaking and focus on spoken language, while attracting interactive teaching methods in cooperation. This becomes a daunting task for English teachers, given that the majority of students are bilingual. For the development of English-speaking oral speech among bilingual students, such interactive pedagogical technologies as: collaborative learning, case methods, project method, role-playing and business games, debates were applied and tested, and ways of their effective use in the conditions of the university were substantiated. As it can be noted, students develop oral speech in English, as well as business skills of joint cooperation.

The existing procedure for regulating property relations, built on the basis of the concept of market equilibrium, requires updating on the basis of a mechanism for preparing and making fair decisions, taking into account the wide opportunities for analysis through the use of artificial intelligence. We continue and develop the presented research by describing the implementation of the decision-making preparation mechanism based on the creation of a financial digital twin of the marine infrastructure property complex. The purpose of this study is to consider options and digital mechanisms for making management decisions on the development of infrastructure property complexes that are justified from an economic point of view, as well as from the point of view of public efficiency. The following tasks are solved: define a regional marine property complex as a type of infrastructure property complex; create criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the regional marine infrastructure property complex; describe the implementation of the mechanism for preparing for decision-making based on the creation of a financial digital double of the research object. Mechanisms of support for managerial decision-making using artificial intelligence based on neural network construction are considered. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the study offers an effective mechanism for preparing and making decisions, implemented on the basis of creating a financial digital double of the marine infrastructure property complex.

Algorithmization of management activities in the transition to the digital economy is one of the most important tasks of modern management science. Sketch design is defined by the algorithm creation tool. This algorithmization method is applied to the processes of choosing the type of a homogeneous product, its quality and other consumer properties, utility for the consumer and manufacturer. Products are classified according to their purpose and the resources for their production. The quality of the product is defined as the ratio of the actual properties of the product to the normative ones, while it is necessary to take into account the influence of manufacturing defects, which entails a transition from linear to non-linear quality functions. The cumulative assessment of the product for the consumer is determined taking into account his subjective assessment of the properties of the product, expressed in the weight of the quality of individual utilities. For a manufacturer, the aggregate assessment of product quality directly depends on the main properties of the product, taking into account its other properties, and inversely depends on the cost of purchasing it, taking into account their functional elasticity. The algorithm is recommended for use by specialists dealing with algorithmic management activities.

Modern society is turning to the concept of Industry 4.0, which changes relationships with stakeholders, the implementation of the compa-ny’s business processes, introduces new products to the market, redistributes the consumption of resources, including energy. The market for the distri-bution and use of energy is also influenced by Industry 4.0. This increases the uncertainty of its development prospects in the middle and long term perspective. To implement strategic planning in the field of energy distribu-tion and use, it is necessary to forecast the processes that will occur in the business community, including those appearing under the influence of In-dustry 4.0. One of the ways to predict the future is to consider spheres of scientific thought that are currently receiving attention of researchers. This determines the relevance of the study. The aim of the study is to review the publication activity of the scientific community on the subject matter, pre-sented in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index, to determine the prospects in managing the distribution and use of energy. The paper shows that in the studies of Industry 4.0, most of the publications are devoted to digital technologies. It is presented that the publication activity in the field of digital technologies grows with exponential dependence. The article iden-tifies the most popular topics of research, which are recommended for the companies engaged in the distribution and use of energy. The article presents a rating of digital research that can be used to analyze the prospects in man-aging the distribution and use of energy.
