Reliability is now widely recognized across various industries, including manufacturing. This study investigates a system composed of five components, one of which is a bridge network. The components are assumed to follow the generalized unit half logistic geometric distribution (GUHLGD) with equal failure rates over time. The following three improvement methods are considered: reduction, cold duplication, and hot duplication. The reliability function and mean time to failure (MTTF) are employers liability equivalence factors (REFs). Additionally, the λ fractiles of both the original and enhanced systems are obtained. Numerical results illustrate the effectiveness of these techniques, with cold duplication shown to be the most effective, offering higher reliability and MTTF compared to hot duplication. This study introduces an enhanced version of the discrete choice model combining embedded neural architecture to enhance predictive accuracy while preserving interpretability in choice modeling across temporal dimensions. Unlike the traditional architectures, which directly utilize raw data without intermediary transformations, this study introduces a modified approach incorporating temporal embeddings for improved predictive performance. Leveraging the Phones Accelerometer dataset, the model excels in predictive accuracy, discrimination capability and robustness, outperforming traditional benchmarks. With intricate parameter estimates capturing spatial orientations and user-specific patterns, the model offers enhanced interpretability. Additionally, the model exhibits remarkable computational efficiency, minimizing training time and memory usage while ensuring competitive inference speed. Domain-specific considerations affirm its predictive accuracy across different datasets. In this paper, we proposed a sustainable inventory model with a learning effect for imperfect quality items under different kinds of fuzzy environments like crisp, general fuzzy, cloudy fuzzy, and monsoon fuzzy. We divided the mathematical model into three parts under the learning effect according to the real-time fuzzy components (crisp, cloudy, and monsoon environments) of the demand rate of the items. We minimized the total inventory cost with respect to cycle length in each environment under the proposed assumptions. The non-linear optimization technique is applied for the algorithm and the solution method to find the decision variable. Finally, we compared the total inventory cost under different fuzzy environments and our finding is that the fuzzy monsoon environment is a more effective fuzzy environment than crisp and cloudy fuzzy environments. We have presented a numerical example for the validation of the proposed model and have shown the impact of the inventory input parameters on the cycle length and total inventory fuzzy cost. The managerial insights and future scope of this proposed study have been shown in the sensitivity analysis and conclusion. In this paper, we propose a novel integral transform coined as quaternion quadratic-phase wavelet transform (QQPWLT) by invoking the elegant convolution structure associated with the quaternion quadratic-phase Fourier transform. First, we explore some mathematical properties of the QQPWLT, including the orthogonality relation, inversion formula, reproducing kernel and some notable inequalities. Second, we study Heisenberg's uncertainty principles and the logarithmic uncertainty principle associated with the quadratic-phase wavelet transform in quaternion domain. The objective of this research is to ascertain the elements that have an impact on and drive domestic violence in Saudi Arabia, a phenomenon that has a prevalence rate of around 35% among women globally. The researchers administered a survey to a sample of 550 individuals and used exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to analyze the collected data. The findings revealed three factors: a lack of familial unity, encouragement of detrimental characteristics, and economic turmoil. Different non-Bayesian and Bayesian techniques were used to estimate the pseudo-Lindley (PsL) distribution's parameters in this study. To derive Bayesian estimators, one must assume appropriate priors on the parameters and use loss functions such as squared error (SE), general entropy (GE), and linear-exponential (LINEX). Since no closed-form solutions are accessible for Bayes estimates under these loss functions, the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) approach was used. Simulation studies were conducted to evaluate the estimators' performance under the given loss functions. Furthermore, we exhibited the adaptability and practicality of the PsL distribution through real-world data applications, which is essential for evaluating the various estimation techniques. This research presents a model called the 'Gaussian negative binomial mixture with a latent class choice model', which serves as a robust and efficient tool for analyzing decisions across different areas. Our innovative model combines elements of mixture models, negative binomial distributions, and latent class choice modeling to create an approach that captures the complexities of decision-making processes. We explain how the model is formulated and estimated, showcasing its effectiveness in analyzing and predicting choices in scenarios. Through the use of a dataset, we demonstrate the performance of this method, marking a significant advancement in choice modeling. Sample selection is one of the most important factors in estimating the unknown parameters of distributions, as it saves time, saves effort, and gives the best results. One of the challenges is deciding on a suitable distribution estimate technique and adequate sample selection to provide the best results in comparison with earlier research. The method of moments (MOM) was decided on to estimate the unknown parameters of the Gumbel distribution, but with four changes in the sample selection, which were simple random sample (SRS), ranked set sampling (RSS), maximum ranked set sampling (MRSS), and ordered maximum ranked set sampling (OMRSS) techniques, due to small sample sizes. The MOM is a traditional method for estimation, but it is difficult to use when dealing with RSS modification. RSS modification techniques were used to improve the efficiency of the estimators based on a small sample size compared with the usual SRS estimator. A Monte Carlo simulation study was carried out to compare the estimates based on different sampling. Recently, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused tremendous trauma over the world, leading to psychological and behavioral harm in addition to social and economic instabilities. Even though the pandemic's statistical analysis is still in progress, it is essential to fit Covid-19 data using statistical models to prevent further harm. In order to model Covid-19 data, the study suggests a novel family of distributions called the exponentiated log-logistic family. The basic Pareto distribution is transformed as a special case, and certain properties of the proposed distribution are discussed. To estimate the model parameters, the maximum likelihood estimation approach is used. Moreover, a simulation study is conducted to ensure the consistency of parameter estimates. Three real-world datasets relevant to the Covid-19 pandemic are examined to demonstrate the applicability of the suggested approach. AbstractIn this present article, we have suggested memory-type ratio, exponential ratio, product and exponential product estimators based on exponentially weighted moving average statistic for the estimation of heterogeneous population variance using stratified sampling design in presence of measurement error for time-scaled surveys. Mathematical expressions of approximate mean square error are derived using Taylor and exponential expansions for the proposed memory-type estimators. We have also discussed the situations in which the memory-type estimators would perform efficiently than the conventional estimators. The results of extensive simulation study revealed that the proposed memory-type estimators based exponentially weighted moving average statistic would perform better than the conventional estimators in the presence measurement error for time-scaled surveys under certain condition.
