This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

The miniaturization of substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) antenna suffers from the narrow impedance bandwidth. It occurs on the quarter mode substrate integrated waveguide (QMSIW) antenna that has 75% miniaturization of the full mode SIW. This research proposed the bandwidth enhancement for QMSIW antenna by using dual cavity and triangle slot. The QMSIW antenna feeds in a single port. The impedance bandwidth simulation has an 8.6% fractional bandwidth improved with dual resonant frequencies. The simulation result was validated with the measured impedance bandwidth. This paper proposes a UHF-band microwave sensor for solid material detection based on a tweaking electric field coupled (ELC) resonator. The microwave sensor operates at a low resonant frequency of 0.82 GHz to characterize solid materials with a permittivity range of 1-9.8. The location of the sensing area is determined based on the surface of the resonator with the highest electric field. The permittivity of the sample is determined based on perturbation theory by observing the frequency shift relative to changes in the permittivity of the sample placed in the sensing area of the proposed sensor. From the measurement process, the proposed sensor has a normalized sensitivity (NS) of 1.49%, frequency detection resolution (FDR) of 0.012 GHz, and an average accuracy of 96.72%. This paper proposes a MIMO circular patch microstrip antenna (CPMA) operating at resonant frequencies of 3.5 GHz and 6 GHz for 5G communication systems. The proposed antenna is designed using RO-5880 substrate with a dielectric constant (e) of 2.2, a thickness (h) of 1.58 mm and a loss tan (tand) of 0.0009. The dual band characteristic is obtained by placing the slot in the center of the CPMA while the inset feeder is used to control the reflection coefficient. Furthermore, mutual coupling reduction is obtained by controlling the distance between the antennas when configured in MIMO. Based on the simulation results, the proposed antenna produces excellent performance with reflection coefficient ≤ - 10 dB and mutual coupling (MC) ≤ 20 dB at resonant frequencies of 3.5 GHz and 6 GHz.
