Studying the precise meanings and grasping the vocabulary of a text is an essential aspect of research in specialized fields like Semantics. Semantics, traditionally, examines how meanings have evolved, perceiving human language as a dynamic and continuous entity. This study delves into the semantics of the term "al-Amr" in the Quran through a historical-descriptive method, exploring the interconnected meanings and contexts of the term using the axes of substitution and co-occurrence. The findings suggest that the primary significance of "al-Amr" primarily revolves around work and command, with other meanings like subject, consultation, and advice identified as secondary meanings during the Jahiliyyah era. This term, along with its variations, is found 249 times in the Quran, with 78 occurrences in singular form, primarily appearing nominally and frequently co-occurring with the words "Allah and al-Rabb." In the Quran, "al-Amr" is a word with multiple meanings, encompassing 19 semantic facets, with twelve of these aspects achieving consensus. Some of its interpretations include "command, victory, punishment, sin, killing, conquest of Mecca, resurrection, revelation, denial, promise, Jesus son of Mary, decree, circumstance, drowning, abundance, death, consultation, caution, and fertility." The term "al-Amr" in the Quran can be categorized into three groups: matters concerning God, humans, or Satan, with the majority of occurrences of the word "al-Amr" being linked to God. Issues related to "those in authority and enjoining good" pertain to humans, while matters associated with Satan are connected to indecency and denial. When a matter is attributed to God, it signifies the negation of material objects, whereas when attributed to a creation, it denotes gradual existence within temporal and spatial constraints. When paired with the verbs "Qudia, Ata, and Jaa," it indicates punishment and retribution, and when paired with "Wabal" and the verb "Dhaq," it signifies sin and disbelief. Linking a command with providence conveys the concept of divine will and decree, and its correlation with the act of sending down implies revelation. Synonyms for al-Amr in the Quran include "Ahida and Wasiya," where, due to the necessity of implementation, these matters are used interchangeably with commands.

Intrusion detection in network systems is a critical challenge due to the ever-increasing volume and complexity of cyber-attacks. Traditional methods often struggle with high-dimensional data and the need for real-time detection. This paper proposes a comprehensive intrusion detection method utilizing a novel wrapped feature selection approach combined with a long short-term memory classifier optimized with the whale optimization algorithm to address these challenges effectively. The proposed method introduces a novel feature selection technique using a multi-layer perceptron and a hybrid genetic algorithm-particle swarm optimization algorithm to select salient features from the input dataset, significantly reducing dimensionality while retaining critical information. The selected features are then used to train a long short-term memory network, optimized by the whale optimization algorithm to enhance its classification performance. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through extensive simulations of intrusion detection tasks. The feature selection approach effectively reduced the feature set from 78 to 68 features, maintaining diversity and relevance. The proposed method achieved a remarkable accuracy of 99.62% in DDoS attack detection and 99.40% in FTP-Patator/SSH-Patator attack detection using the CICIDS-2017 dataset and an anomaly attack detection accuracy of 99.6% using the NSL-KDD dataset. These results highlight the potential of the proposed method in achieving high detection accuracy with reduced computational complexity, making it a viable solution for real-time intrusion detection.

Acute myeloid leukemia is the most common hematological malignancy in adults. The uncontrolled proliferation of non-differentiating myeloid progenitors is a hallmark of this illness. Mutant cells form when DNA damage cannot be repaired by the cell's repair mechanisms. One of the DNA repair mechanisms, the base excision repair pathway. The study involved 70 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (37 females and 33 males) as well as 30 apparently healthy individuals as a control group. The gSYNCTM DNA Extraction Kit from Geneaid/Taiwan was used to extract DNA from entire blood samples from the study groups. The Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism-PCR method was used to identify the APE1 gene's (rs1130409; Aspl48Glu, T/G in Exon 5) polymorphism. In genetic analysis, it was shown that an increase in the T/ T genotype and the T allele in the APE1 codon 148 polymorphisms play a protective role in AML, and that an increase in the G/G genotype and G allele could be associated with acute myeloid leukemia risk. The polymorphism of APE1 gene at rs1130409 revealed TG genotype and G allele as the most frequent and higher significant (P Asp of the APE1 gene was associated with the development of AML. Allele T and genotype T/T carriers have a lower risk of developing AML, whereas allele carriers G have an increased risk.

Background and Purpose: In statistical quality control, inspecting complete products is very hard due to its cost and time. This research uses a time-truncated single acceptance sampling plan to investigate bladder cancer data for the exponentiated moment exponential distribution. Materials and Methods: A single acceptance sampling plan is used to investigate bladder cancer data when a patient’s remission times following an exponentiated moment exponential distribution. Minimum sample sizes, operating characteristic function, and the associated producer’s risks are obtained and calculated. Results: Minimum sample sizes necessary to ensure a certain mean lifetime for selected acceptance numbers and consumer confidence levels are obtained. The operating characteristic function and the associated producer’s risks are provided. We also analyzed the minimum ratios of the mean life to the specified life. Conclusion: The results show optimal sample sizes decrease when the time to pre-determined mean lifetime ratio increases. Besides, the operating characteristic values of the proposed single sampling plan increase when the ratios of the mean life to the specified life increase.

AbstractIntellectual capital is recognized as the most important driver of economic development and the key to enhancing innovation and performance. This research seeks to examine the impact of intellectual capital (human, relational, and structural) on employee performance through the mediating role of organizational learning. The study surveyed 438 managers based in Iraqi banks. A model was developed and conditional hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling with AMOS. The results show that the three components of intellectual capital (human, relational, and structural capital) improve employee performance and that organizational learning mediates the relationship between intellectual capital and employee performance. The research gave evidence to support the use of intellectual capital and organizational learning to enhance the performance of the employee within banking sector in developing countries, particularly Iraq.

In petroleum reservoir engineering, history matching refers to the calibration process in which a reservoir simulation model is validated through matching simulation outputs with the measurement of observed data. A traditional history matching technique is performed manually by engineering in which the most uncertain observed parameters are changed until a satisfactory match is obtained between the generated model and historical information. This study focuses on step by step and trial and error history matching of the Mishrif reservoir to constrain the appropriate simulated model. Up to 1 January 2021, Buzurgan Oilfield, which has eighty-five producers and sixteen injectors and has been under production for 45 years when it started in 1976. Reservoir exhibits heterogeneity in porosity and permeability throughout the field, therefore it’s a big challenge to control all reservoir properties during matching process. The historical matching process includes matching field and wells oil and water production rates, water injection rates, water cut, and reservoir static pressure. Finally, the results show that the good matching between simulated model and observed data; oil and water production rates, water injection rates, water cut, and static reservoir pressure which allow for implementing perfect future production forecasting strategies.

Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small RNAs encoded by the genome that regulate the production of cellular mRNAs that include either incomplete or complete miRNA-binding sites. Objectives: To evaluate the impact of sRNA (As1974) and HFq-binding proteins on the expression of resistance gene and host miRNA (miR-30C) in Iraqi urinary tract infections (UTIs) patients infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Materials and Methods: Patients with UTIs from Baghdad, Iraq’s Baghdad Teaching Hospital, Ghazi Hariri Hospital, Central Laboratories in Medical City, and Al-Yarmouk Hospital were recruited during June 2022 and October 2022 to provide 200 clinical samples. Results: Out of 200 patients with UTIs, only 56 (38.14%) were diagnosed as P. aeruginosa from positive urine samples. Urine samples were analyzed for HFQ gene expression, and the results showed that HFQ is overexpressed in P. aeruginosa-resistant samples compared to sensitive clinical samples, as measured by fold change after normalization with housekeeping gene 16sRNA by folding (21.4971.241 vs. 1.92142 0.04598). Furthermore, normalization of As1974 gene expression in urine samples using 16sRNA revealed a downregulation of As1974 in resistance, with a fold change of 0.66220.0465 versus 2.0121.0243. The miR-30 gene was shown to be downregulated in urine and blood samples (1.360.34, 0.478210.03678) as compared to those of healthy subjects. Conclusions: All ages were susceptible to the UTIs, also females suffered from UTIs more than males. A significant over expression of HFQ-binding protein in P. aeruginosa compared to sensitive clinical samples. Downregulation of As1974 in resistance.

Through a theoretical framework, this study aimed to identify definitions of sustainable human resource management by covering the definitions proposed by many researchers and attempting to reach a new definition. Many previous studies have identified many benefits that can be achieved by using sustainable human resource management in organizations. In addition, this study summarized these benefits and identified the most frequently mentioned benefits by reviewing previous studies. The study measured the impact of Electronic -Human Resource practices on Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by serving 180 employees. The partial least squares (PLS) method in the Smart PLS statistical program (version 4.0.8.9) was used as a statistical method for data analysis. The results of the study showed a relatively acceptable effect of e-human resource practices on sustainable human resource management in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The most important recommendation of this study was that if the Ministry wants to encourage the adoption of new working methods such as sustainable human resource management, it should introduce digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning in the continuous development and training of employees.

The research explores through its three parts, to search for the unconscious and the collective unconscious in order to identify the per-formative stimuli and motives and their motivation to produce a performance that is consistent with the metaphysics of the myth or the epic and its different characters from other human characters. The paper also explores in its second section a sort of sacred performance energy. Together, along with motivating the mind and engaging the subconscious, comes a metaphysical text and with its characters and epic events.

In this paper a quantum dot light emitting diode (QDLED) system is modeled as a three dimensionless differential system. We identified three vital parameters Γ the rate of the output coupling rate of photons in the optical mode to the nonradiative decay rate of the number of carriers in the wetting layer (WL), Γ1 the rate of the Einstein coefficient to the nonradiative decay rate of the number of carriers in the WL and δo such that I/We is the divide the injection current on Einstein coefficient multiplying elementary charge. Using these parameters a novel way to stability of the dynamics based on the number of interior equilibrium solutions admitted by the system has been obtained. We investigate the considered model is reach in dynamics and identified various bifurcations that are experienced by the considered system from the parameter space. These are saddle-node bifurcation, trans-critical bifurcation, and pitchfork bifurcation. In this study we offer mathematical proof for the incidence of these bifurcations that take place in the considered dynamical system as the parameters move between the regions presented in the parameter space and accordingly, this method was enhanced with numerical results. Breast cancer (BC) is one of gynecological cancers worldwide. Because E-cadherin is essential protien for cells connection and maintains on original shape for epithelial tissue, this study supposed that CDH1 -160 C/A SNP is linked with increased BC hazard and assess linking between this SNP genotypes and prognostic and clinical features of BC females. Subjects were divided into 75 BC cases and 50 healthy controls without family history to any cancer. This SNP variants was determined by PCR-RFLP technique. Transformational leadership has been acknowledged as an important influencing factor in knowledge management and innovation systems across a range of industries. However, there is a lack of research linking transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovation within higher education, specifically within developing countries such as Iraq. This research seeks to examine the linkages between transformational leadership, knowledge sharing and innovation in higher education. The study involved surveying 250 academic staff based in Iraqi public universities. A model was developed and tested using structural equation modelling. A positive direct impact was found amongst transformational leadership, knowledge sharing and innovation. Moreover, knowledge sharing was identified as a mediator between transformational leadership and innovation. The implications of the findings for higher education institutions are discussed.

In this paper, the quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring (QCM-D) was used to investigate hydrophobicity and binding strength (KD) for 10 different drugs interacting with human serum albumin (HSA). Quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) analysis was used to determine the relationship between drug hydrophobicity (ClogP) and HSA binding strength log(1/KD). The results are compared to prior knowledge on bovine serum albumin (BSA) binding. We demonstrate a positive correlation between drug hydrophobicity and the strength of ligand-protein binding to HSA and show a statistically significant similarity with the trend reported in BSA. The findings presented in this work provide insight into the role that bound water plays in ligand-protein interactions. Further, the comparison between HSA and BSA provides quantitative justification for the use of these proteins interchangeably in the analysis of drug-based binding kinetics.

The research aims to reveal the following: - The differences in a number of basic skills for the experimental group players between the pre and post-tests. - The differences in a number of basic skills for the control group players between the pre and post-tests. - The differences in a number of basic skills between the experimental and control groups in the post-test. To verify the objectives of the research, the researcher put the following hypotheses: - The presence of significant differences in a number of physical and skill variables for the experimental group between the pre and post-test, for the post test. - The presence of significant differences in a number of physical and skill variables for the control group between the pre and post-test. - The presence of significant differences in a number physical and skill variables in the post tests between the experimental and control groups, for the experimental group. The researchers used the experimental method for its convenience to the research nature, and the experiment was carried out on a sample of (20) players from Andalusia Youth Forum with ages (under 19) years, they are divided in to two groups experimental and control with & player for each group, (4) players were excluded from the research sample , (2) players were excluded because they didn’t complete the test. and (2) players were excluded for being goalkeepers, Homogeneity was achieved in the variables (age, height, weight, and training age), and parity between the two research groups in the physical and skill variables that were determined by the specialists. An experimental design called the pre- and post-test randomized control group design was adopted. The research procedures included designing (SAQ) exercises that were applied to the experimental group, as well as conducting a number of exploratory experiments to determine the used exercises as well as the appropriate ( intensities , repetitions and rest times) for these exercises, after that the physical and skill pre-tests were implemented, then training style exercises were carried out. Then the training method exercises were implemented, the experimental group implemented (SAQ) style exercises, while the control group implemented the curriculum prepared by the team coach. The implementation of the experiment took (9) weeks during three intermediate cycles with (9) small cycles and with a wave movement of (2: 1) in each intermediate session and with (3) training units per week. After that, the researchers conducted the skills tests with the same procedures and steps that were followed in the pre-tests, The researchers used the following statistical methods: (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, skew coefficient, coefficient of variation, percentage, (T) test for related samples .T-test for independent samples). The data were statistically handled using the (SPSS) program to obtain (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, skew coefficient , T-test for related samples and T-test for independent samples ). Abstract Mid-infrared (mid-IR) sensors consisting of silicon nitride (SiN) waveguides were designed and tested to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs). SiN thin films, prepared by low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD), have a broad mid-IR transparent region and a lower refractive index (nSiN = 2.0) than conventional materials such as Si (nSi = 3.4), which leads to a stronger evanescent wave and therefore higher sensitivity, as confirmed by a finite-difference eigenmode (FDE) calculation. Further, in-situ monitoring of three VOCs (acetone, ethanol, and isoprene) was experimentally demonstrated through characteristic absorption measurements at wavelengths λ = 3.0–3.6 μm. The SiN waveguide showed a five-fold sensitivity improvement over the Si waveguide due to its stronger evanescent field. To our knowledge, this is the first time SiN waveguides are used to perform on-chip mid-IR spectral measurements for VOC detection. Thus, the developed waveguide sensor has the potential to be used as a compact device module capable of monitoring multiple gaseous analytes for health, agricultural and environmental applications.

يعتبر علم القراءات من مباحث علوم القرآن المهمة التي حظيت باهتمام المفسرين؛ حرصاً منهم على ضبط قراءة النص القرآني ولما تضفيه من تنوع في فهم معاني الآيات القرآنية، ومن هؤلاء المفسرين العلامة محمد المشهدي، فمضافاً لكونه من أهم تلاميذ العلامة المجلسي ومن ابرز علماء القرن الثاني عشر الهجري، وكونه مفسراً بارعاً، لم يهمل العلامة المشهدي في تفسير كنز الدقائق وبحر الغرائب الالتفات الى الاهمية البالغة لعلم القراءات، حيث اولاها أهمية قصوى في تفسيره، وقد لاحظ البحث توسعة في بحث القراءات ووجوهها وإيراد قراءات أئمة القراء وذكر أصحابها.

يركز البحث على السيميائية ومعرفة أدواتها واستخداماتها في قراءة عمارة الأبنية الدينية المعاصرة ،حيث يشكل التحليل السيميائي مرحلة مهمة في عملية التصميم المعماري، ويساهم في المساعدة على توجيه وإطلاع المصممين والمعمارين على فكر معاصر بهدف إنتاج عمارة تلبي احتياجات المجتمع الثقافية والاجتماعية. عمارة الكنائس الدينية كأي عمارة تخضع لأسس تصميمية تضم مجموعة من الدلالات ، وأهمية إدراكها تساعد المصمم على معرفة كيفية الاستفادة منها في إنتاج عمارة معاصرة ،وتوصل البحث إلى وضع خطوات للتحليل السيميائي المعماري تعتمد على مرحلتين أولهما توصيف النتاج المادي(الدال) المؤلف من التصنيف المكاني لكيفية تموضع المبنى ونظم الوصول والاتصال والتصنيف التشكيلي المتضمن الألوان المستخدمة والتكوينات التشكيلية في المبنى و المرحلة الثانية المدلولات(المعنى) وعلاقتها بإدراك المتلقي للمبنى والكفاءات المرتبطة بإداء وفهم النشاطات الإنسانية التي تأخذ أشكالا متنوعة من الحوار.
